I’m a fully vaccinated individual was told I could not shop with out a mask despite that it is no longer New York State Law ! I’ll spend my money somewhere else we need to stop perpetuating the pandemic ! Vaccinated individuals do not spread Covid CDC said so.
I do love all saints and buy a lot of the non branded clothes they sell as they are of an amazing quality. However, it seems that in the USA this store is about 2 times the price. Even with the factory outlet discounts this was way more expensive than I am used too. Its not Gucci. Guys change the prices in the States or nobody will visit.

This store used to be great to shop in. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Now Feb 2019, the manager in the front is awful. The staff just hangs in the front of the store almost like children gossping. My business will return back to the SOHO store.
First time shopping the brand; I like the product but seems very limited with sizes. Pretty much everything I wanted to but there was no size (M) staff was very friendly, shout-out to Peter!

This location at Woodbury Commons is terrific. Always a great stock, the staff is extremely helpful from running sizes to great suggestions. Jalen and Breanna are great, the type of customer service representatives that Allsaints should be promoting.

2022-06-30I miss the old staff from 4+ years ago. Product selection (shoes in particular) used to be super cool and heavily discounted. They also used to get a ton of mainline product transfers. Those days are now slim to none. However, each visit I tend to find at least one or two pieces. Don’t expect staff to greet you or grab additional sizing without you walking around and asking. Almost better off ordering current styles online. Saves the 2 hour ride.

2020-12-18I think the best thing about this store is that their collection never changes.From the very first day they opened the store up until now there aint a single new design that have reached the store. Only article change has happened to the shoe & Bag section, they dont get that any more.Clothes have good quality and are available at a very good bargain, staff is also very helping and hard working.Just that the collection never changes!!

2019-05-29This was one of my favorite stores to visit due to their friendly staff. We used to come here at least 2-3 times a month, but I will not come here anymore. There are about 4 staff members here who has yet to greet us or help us with a size/style. We have been walking in the store for over 30min. STILL no greeting or a word from any of them. I used to enjoy my shopping experience in this store, but am planning to go elsewhere now.I was waiting at the counter for over 10min and still no one, so I had to go and find someone to ring me up.So disappointing

2020-09-07I’m not much of an outlet shopper, but this is my favorite outlet shopping center. They have AllSaints, Rag & Bone, Burberry, Loro Piana, and so much more. It’s clean and the shops are all arranged in an organized color coded type system. Highly recommend Woodbury 🙌🏼

2021-07-22Yesturday i went to the all saints in woodbury commons and i was so impeessed and pleased with bith the service and staff. Forget about the incredible rhat i walked out with five new outfits, the staff there was incredible me and my mom were blown away.
