Hands down this is by far the most reasonable place to purchase a excellent quality car. Jason who sold us the car was extremely courteous and honest and went to extreme measures to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Allstar Imports for both sales experience and service support. We bought my daughter a car for a graduation gift. When we arrived we found a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. Jason was interested in us as customers and attentive to any concerns or questions. Great Service and a fair price. Jason was easy to work with and let me take the car to my mechanic to have it looked at. The few things that my mechanic noted of concern were taken care of by All Star. I would do business with them again. Great local business.
After looking hundreds of miles from my home for an affordable Saturn, I found All Star Imports. Not only was Jason great to work with, he was accommodating as well. I bought a Saturn Vue from All Star, and not only did Jason have the issues found on the test drive repaired, he held on the the vehicle until I could secure financing.A few days after I couldnt turn the ignition due to a worn key and Jason paid to have a replacement key cut from the VIN, no questions asked.My only quibble is that I had some non-warranty stuff go after purchase (wheel bearings, struts, etc.) but they looked as if they were original to the car and somewhat expected due to the standard Upstate New York winter rust wear and tear. Unfortunately, I dont live close enough to allow All Star and their team to look at it, and due to a family emergency, I had to drive the vehicle to Georgia barely a week after I got it (which could have made those issues come up sooner than they would have under normal driving).Working with Jason was super easy, he was professional and it was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. I would recommend taking the drive if you live within 200 miles of them - theyll give you a great deal and treat you right.

Great place to buy your next pre-owned vehicle! Over the years I have bought three pre-owned vehicles from Jason at AllStar Imports. One for myself, my wife and my son. All three vehicles have been on the road now for over a year. We have all put a bunch more miles on our vehicles and with the exception of some very minor maintenance here and there (which is to be expected) all three vehicles have been fantastic. I recommend All Star Imports to all my family, friends or anyone looking for a good preowned vehicle at a great price.
I can’t thank Jason enough…Bought an ‘06 Hyundai Sonata back in February from All Star Imports. It was my first ever car and the most expensive thing I have ever purchased in one go. As a new owner, I needed to know that my car is good to drive and reliable. Unfortunately, I noticed a month in that there was a weird issue with the power system. I didn’t need to worry. This dealership promised to do as much as they can to keep my car running for years to come since I purchased from them.I bought my car at 74k miles so it qualified for small warranty coverage. Under this warranty, the dealership was obligated to cover my car for very specific repairs for very specific components. The further we considered the problem, the more it seemed as if the fix wasn’t going to be covered under the warranty. By the end, Jason ordered the parts at his own expense and installed them at no charge at all. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up ready to go. It was wonderful. They made a promise and they kept to their word.It is a risk buying a used car from any dealership because it’s hard to foresee problems down the road for an old car (especially one that is over a decade old). However, from personal experience, I would recommend buying a car from this dealership. Ever since purchasing the car, I felt comfortable coming to this dealership to fix new problems. Jason and his crew from AllStarImports are willing to do work on your car for no profit – just to make sure you can drive your newly purchased car for years to come.
My wife,and I were lucky to find this place. Mike, and Jason were awesome helping us find the right vehicle at a super price, and getting us the best financing available. The care they take in bringing the vehicle up to snuff is outstanding! We bought an 05 Rav 4, and love it. If you need a good car at an even better price this is the place to go. The engine on my old vehicle unexpectedly blew. I needed to get something new quick and was on a limited budget. After looking around for a few days I saw one of their cars advertised and went to check it out. I was amazed at all of the quality vehicles they had at such good prices. My wifes minivan also needed some repairs which they were able to do for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. Highly recommended!! Go see Jason, hes the man. You wont be dissapointed.
The past 2 months I was searching for a used vehicle for my son. Realizing my budget was going to put us in a pretty high mileage vehicle, I searched all over the Rochester region. One of the first places we checked out was Allstar imports on 104 in Ontario. He had several SUVs available and we test drove a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 88,000 miles. The jeep drove pretty well for a used vehicle. However, it was early in the search and I wanted to get a good idea of what was available. Weeks later, we returned to Allstar only to learn that they had just taken a deposit on the jeep pending financing. Owner Jason Iasonce promised to let us know if the deal fell through. Two days later we got the call that the jeep was still available. My son mentioned to Jason that he really wanted a radio that had an auxilliary port so he could play music off his iphone. Jason told Sebastian he would install it at no additional cost if we got the radio. That sealed the deal. However, for some reason the new radio we purchased did not play when installed in the jeep. Jason tried everything and also contacted colleagues in the audio business to find that a special harness was needed. He ordered it and installed the radio and still no sound. But Jason did not give up. He said, I have two more things to check. He tried the first idea and still no sound. Then step two resulted in success. Yea!!!A 2nd issue came up with the driver side door not responding to the fob remote control. Jason has now ordered a new door actuator to resolve the issue. Jason has absorbed all costs.I highly recommend Jason and MIke and all the staff at Allstar Imports. They thoroughly test drive all the used vehicles. They stand behind their vehicles and they do mechanic work on site.It has been an extremely good experience purchasing this vehicle from Jason. I would not hesitate to buy there again. From my point of view, if all used car dealers had half the integrity of the people at Allstar Imports, the industry as a whole would be improved.Thanks Jason and MIke for your great service.

This is hands down the best place to buy a used car from. I brought my car a year and a half ago and it’s still in amazing shape with nothing wrong. My mom, sister, and grandfather came to this place after me and we all are super pleased with our vehicles. Don’t go anywhere else because you’ll be missing out on some great cars. Go to the dealership too because there are a lot more cars there than that’s on the website, trust me.
Buyer beware! We bought a 2010 chevy cobalt for our daughter in August 2018. It recently needed a new fuel line so we took it to our mechanic. We discovered the car does NOT have the original motor in it, which means we have NO idea how many miles the car ACTUALLY has on it. We feel completely duped and are very disappointed that this information was NOT shared with us regarding the vehicle. The vehicle also has a leak in the evap system that will cost us thousands to repair. We also paid an extra $400.00 to have some rust spots repaired and painted by All Star. It looks like someone took nail polish and simply painted over the top of the rust spots. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Especially because we truly liked Jason and thought he was being honest with us. We feel very deceived!
Jason and Mike are Awesome men to do Business with. I would not hesitate to send people to do Business with them When my wife and I found something Wrong they Didnt Hesitate to Fix it Right away they are VERY HONEST ABOUT THERE CARS. No hassle what soever. Long holiday weekend and car was inspected, registered and ready to go by tuesday. Great place to get your child their first ride. The car we bought was nicely cleaned out, the oil was freshly changed. Very nice touches. Most dealers wont do this. Cars on their Web site dont stay on the lot very long, if you see one you like, you better hurry. Hes on route 104... thousands see his lot every day.
Today is 12/13/18, about a week ago i went to all star was going to look at car i seen online, went to check it out test drove it it was a couple minor issues with the car told Jason i was interested in buying it. Jason said hell take care of it and call me back the next day, never received a call few days went passed kept calling he kept prolonging saying it was going to get done yet he never called me to let me know. i never received a call ever. . . . . . . . whatever the situation was with him or with the car it was handled very unprofessional and not the right way to handle business and if there was something wrong with the car majorly or if someone had bought it, it should have been addressed before doing and saying the extras waiting time.

Awesome selection of used cars for low prices. Bought an ‘09 Chevy cobalt and after a month the fuel line started to leak a little. Took it back in to all star and it was replaced the same day free of charge, can’t beat customer service like that.
Jason and Mike recently helped me out with repairs that my sons car needed. Jason made sure that the repairs were needed, and done correctly and timely. Mike ran around to get the right parts so that the repairs could be done. And...they made all the repairs at aprice significantly lower than more publicized repair stations had quoted. 2019-12-28Great buying experience. Unfortunately after several weeks the car developed a major issue. ( no fault of theres) Jason and his crew corrected the problem and had the car back to me in half the time I thought it would take. The car runs great. When its time for a new car this will be the first place I go. Its good to find someone you can trust who stands behind what they sell .

2018-07-22I was so nervous about buying my first car. I moved from WA to NY for college, and I don’t have family out here, so it was a daunting task. I didn’t know how lucky I was when I found Allstar imports online. I decided to stop in to look at cars, was able to test drive a couple immediately, and ended up putting a deposit down on one that day!I ran into a few roadblocks with insurance and registering out of state, so I wasn’t able to pick up the car for about three weeks. Jason was so kind, helpful, and patient through it all. I am so happy to finally have my car. It’s in GREAT shape, and it was super affordable. Jason took care of all the maintenance that needed to be done, and gave me records of everything. He even went to the DMV for me! A task that seemed so difficult ended up being a breeze.In short, this business is trustworthy and professional, and I’m going to recommend it to all my friends. I am one happy customer. 2018-05-22Our family has purchased three vehicles from Jason and Mike at All Star Imports in the past year and a half. We have had a great experience every time. Jason not only let us take the cars to our mechanic to check them out but he also has his own mechanic that he has look over every car before he sells them. We have also brought them back to him for repairs and maintenance and he does what needs to be done, but also looks over the rest of the car to let us know what else it might need and how soon it might need it.With one of our cars, we actually purchased one, but before we signed the paperwork he went to an auction and found one he thought I would like better. He called to tell me and let me change cars!!Jason and Allstar Imports are great, and I highly recommend them!!

Being on a limited budget, after looking all over for cars at many dealers, many of them untrustworthy, I found Allstar Imports. I dealt with Jason and found a great, dependable car!! There was no pressure, Jason was informative, friendly, courteous and helped me find the best car suited for my needs. He has maintained constant communication with me every step of the way with integrity that is not found very often these days.
