Al and his family are the most honest and trusted mechanics around. They go well beyond customer service and Ive always trusted my family and childrens cars with them. A true rare gem
I ran out of gas this morning (first time in my life) while driving my kids, ages 5 and under, to school. I panicked and used googlemaps to find a station and this guy was at my car with a can of gas within 10 minutes! And only charged me for the gas itself. So happy to see there are good people in the world... Talk about good ethics! Id trust him in a heartbeat.
I will never take my car anywhere else. I have used them many times over the last few years and its the same every time; Honest, trustworthy and great prices.

2022-02-26I had a flat tire and drove to this place randomly in a snowy morning. Al is a very nice guy, honest and reliable. He checked my car and fixed it immediately. It took $27 and 15mins wait to get things done. I am very appreciated for his help.Besides, his store is nice and clean. Certified and official registered. Will come back again for my car maintenance. Thanks again!

2020-12-09Al is about as honest as they come in the auto repair business. Had a set of front ABS bearings installed recently and the brakes are now functioning like new. As a courtesy, Al ran codes for me that identified an old nagging dash warning. Will pick up and drop off your vehicle if need be. The professionalism is top notch. Peruse through Als Google reviews and youll understand why this is a 5 star service station. Will return as many others have. Pleasant experience with superb communication updates.

2018-07-22Als Service and Sales new location, 314 Willett Avenue, Port Chester, NY. Over 30 years we have been very fortunate to have had the best car service in Westchester County for all our family vehicles. We have never been dissapointed or overcharged. You would be well served if he were to add you to his client list!

2014-11-19Most service station repairs are estimated from the same manual that lists the parts & their cost for each type of repair and the amt.of hrs.it will tale to make the repair.This basically makes your total repair bill about the same in any general area.My point? That just makes it easier to really find the best one.Its the one who is the most honest, and friendliest service. Took me over ten yrs.but I found it here. Seems Al cant help but be nice, even after you tell him to go easy, cause youre between paychecks. Try them one time and you wont go anywhere else.

2016-04-03I hit my passenger side mirror on the door of the garage in a careless moment rushing to work in the morning. I tried to pop the mirror back in, but couldnt get it to stay put. I drove to work, worried about how much it would cost me to fix the mirror. I called Al and left a message. He called me back before the shop opened and told me to bring in the car and he would take a look. When I got there he saw me right away. After looking at the mirror he popped it back in and got it to click into place. He said if I wanted to replace the mirror (part of the plastic had cracked off) that he would do it, but that it wasnt necessary. He was really nice and didnt even charge me for fixing it. Any future issues I have, Im taking my car to him.

2020-01-22My daughter was traveling from NC to MA for college and broke down in Port Chester. She was terrified. Not only did Al help find someone to replace the transmission quickly, he took carr of my daughter like his own. Helping her find lodging and dropping her off and picking her up, all the while keeping me in the loop. Thank God for people so kindhearted. Thank you Al!!
