José and the whole team there always take good care of me and my special needs vehicle (its a bit of a geriatric). Theyll always do the most practical thing for the situation and be honest about what the most sensible and effective options are for me. They do almost everything on site themselves--whatever kind of work you need done. If you need a service they dont provide, theyll have good recommendations of where to get that done as well, so its kind of win win and win.
These guys did a great job on my car. They also honest and their prices are fair. I would definitely recommend anyone to do business with them. 👍🏽

Even though they didnt fix my J30. They warned me of the hazards of driving it in the condition it was in. I just wanted brake pads, however, they confirmed that no brake pad, would stop my car, unless I fixed the other problems.
The most honest mechanic you will find in Brooklyn.I am new to the area and called in a complete panic. They helped with everything and were totally transparent about my cars issue. 2021-04-17Jose was very kind and worked quickly so that we could get our vehicle back in a timely manner. Was honest and upfront and sent pictures and video of what he was needing to do. He followed up with any adjustments to service and gave fair pricing. Its a challenge to find a honest mechanic but we have found one in ALX. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of auto repairs.

2021-10-28They’re the best. My car was making a weird noise; they figured it out and fixed it. Car got flood damage, they went above and beyond what insurance asked for. Jose frequently sends photo and video updates via text, which is really nice. Can’t recommend them enough. This is one of those mechanics you find and never stop going to.

2021-07-14I went to this mechanic to have my ac compressor and dryer changed and they told me a certain price that I would have to pay. After a while they told me that the price had doubled but I agreed to pay since I needed the components changed. Then after a week I noticed that two bolts were missing and when I went back, they asked why I hadnt come back sooner. How was i supposed to know that they hadnt finished their job. They wanted 70 dollars for the bolts that they should have placed from the start. They werent honest about their business and charged me more for something that they shouldve done themselves on the first day. Please be careful because they will try to get more money from you.

2021-07-17ALERT!!!!My husband went to this auto repair to fixed AC. He ask Alex how much he is going to be charged for labor on compressor , AC drier and and gas recharge. 2020-08-27The team here is down to earth and honest. Ive been coming to Jose and his crew for about a year now with several different items of things. Theyve been the most consistent, transparent, and operate with integrity and honesty. I know many of us find it hard to trust mechanics! Ive had several let downs, haphazard jobs and price gouging a-holes who are interested in the right there and then money making opportunity rather the the positives that comes from consistency and honesty. I truly recommend these guys!

2021-07-31Got into a fender bender and they replaced everything and new paint job. Excellent price. Car looked brand new. That was about 8 months ago.

2019-07-07My 2-week-old car was in a fender bender (Can’t have anything nice in this city!), and this body shop was recommended to me. Wouldn’t have been my first choice, being that it’s in central Bushwick, but it definitely would be now. Like a diamond in the rough, Jose was super responsive and did miracle work on my Tesla - looks like nothing ever happened. Would recommend.
