Was told my carry on wouldn’t fit in the overhead compartment using the sample at check in. I told the attendant it fit on my last flight, which it did. I removed a large section of the carry on to make sure it fit and instead she just checked it. I get on the plane and the compartments are double the width of the samples, huge in fact. Those sample compartment are NOT representative of the actual compartment size. Take a look at the actual compartment size. These are huge in comparison.

Shaky take off and lots of turbulence,Horrible landing, I dont trust 737 aircraft anymore, I will not book with American airlines until they get different fleets.

WOW flight wa to leave at 5:15pm I arrived at gate at 5:05pm and the plane was still there but attendant told me I missed the flight WHAT I’m looking at the plane made me take another flight the next night!!!! Worst service ever

The flight was 4 hours late (obviously all those who had links, I feel sorry for them because with 4 hours), they forced us to check in due to lack of space. Overbucking, they have left two passengers on the ground. We have broken a suitcase and a simple Sorry.The food... well, you eat better in prison.Appalling
