2022-01-29Very poor customer service and racially biased group of associates. Highly dont recommend going into the Waterloo Outlets location if you are a person of color.

2020-01-15The last two visits not one employee has greeted me, asked if I needed help, nor said goodbye when leaving. I’m in the Retail field now for my 23rd year and my current position of Regional Manager for 5 yrs now. Title is not important and I’m not sure I should even include that in this review, but regardless I would expect one of the three above to have been initiated in that store. The craziest thing is last week when I was in, FOUR employees were at the front register, I was the only customer in that store, they all looked at me as I walked in, I walked around for maybe three or four minutes and I literately walked out in disbelief as not one of them could have cared. Good thing your website is easy to navigate because your brick and mortar store at the Waterloo Outlets is sinking like a dead fish.

2018-12-19There is a great selection of clothing to choose from! I went the week before Black Friday and they already had deals pertaining. Definitely save a lot of money if youre looking to grab nice clothes at a reasonable price!

2019-01-13Just like a typical AE store. I really have not found that the prices are any better or that their are different sales. I do believe they sell some products in their factory store you would not be able to find in their regular stores.But, this store is always clean and well kept.
