2018-12-15We attended the annual Harvest Dinner, and let me say that it was phenomenal. This event showcases local farms, local produce and local students to prepare the fabulous dishes they serve at this event. If you can get tickets for this event I highly recommend.

2018-12-19The American Foundry is a class act. Its big; spacious in fact...yet creative use of design elements and lighting gives this space a feeling of intimacy without being cramped. The bartenders hustle! The staff knows your name..and if youre new, you wont be by the end of the evening. A large stage runs across the back of the room with the ability to showcase even the largest of ensembles. Their kitchen always delivers and everything is timed...and cooked perfectly.

2019-09-08We had our wedding here Aug 30,2019 and it was amazing!! The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. Darcy, Mary were so much help through the whole wedding process and Marian and mary have another business they run through it called belle dolce design and the flowers and decor that you can rent from them is so beautiful and amazing prices. They will work with you so your wedding day is beautiful stress free as possible and just amazing. I can not thank ot praise these ladies enough for all there hard work plus they are a pleasure to be around they treat you like family you love lol.. thank you so much ladies for everything you do phenomenal work !!!!!

2015-08-07We enjoyed our wonderful wedding day at the Foundry!! Mary, Tom and the staff treated us like family during the entire process, from arrangements to Last Dance! The food was spectacular and fun was had by all who attended. You will not be disappointed letting the Ciappa family take care of you on your special day!

2016-07-18My daughters wedding was perfect ! And a big part of that was how wonderful the team at the American Foundry was, from beginning to end. Here are some standout things. Love that the floorplan is tiered. Not a bad seat in the house everyone could see. (We did not use the most upper level for seating but instead had activities ie.photobooth, kids activity table) People sitting at these tables might have had less visibilty . While setting up they would text with quick questions so at to have it be just the way my daughter wanted. I LOVED that they asked for a number to contact ,so as not to bother her on her special day. At the end of the night they had wrapped and labeled the bride and grooms meals (because of course they were to excited to eat) They took them back and had a wonderful meal to sit down and enjoy when they were hungry. So many other things they took care of, cannot possible list all but these I thought were extra special about The Foundry. Great food and atmosphere. Phenomenal team and place !

2016-07-17Went to a wedding reception here this afternoon .The staff are great very well stocked bar , nice dance floor , and great food. I realy liked the crab cakes and.cheese tomato and Basel snacks. Roast beff and chicken were very good would recommend this place to anyone in Oswego for there banquet needs

2019-01-05Good for a smaller gathering, groups over 50 will struggle with efficiency as the bathroom facilities are small and it takes time to move through if you are taking breaks as a group. Food provided for gathering was good

2018-10-27It is a very nice place to go and have a good time with family and friends.And the food is always very good too.And kids can go there too and have lots of fun singing or dance.I was there for a funnel service.And everything was right on with the food and drinks.From Denise R.-10/27/18-❤🇺🇸❤
