For a rich place like this location, they’re surprisingly stingy! They lock up the charging ports so Tesla drivers can’t charge. Honestly ridiculous why they would go out of their way just so we can’t charge our cars. Seems like they can’t afford the electricity because I see no other reason why they need to lock the power.
The Americana Manhasset is my favorite place to be. The workers always treat you well and give you water while shopping. It’s a great place to be when you need to shop after a hard week. Very great environment and it cheers me up! Workers at Burberry, Fendi and Jimmy Choo are the best!
Its a really nice higher end mall... Location is a bit of a pain in the b*** if youre coming from the highway (lots of cars waiting to make that left turn if youre entering coming from 495). Not as many restaurants in the mall itself. Think of it as an extended strip mall with a lot of high end designers
This is a really nice high end strip mall. I didn’t go to visit several stores but driving in, some of the stores I saw was Sephora, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tiffany, Michael Kors, Prada, Hermès, Tory Birch etc. It was packed. These stores practice social distancing so expect a line for most of them. Hermès had a pretty long line. This is overall a very nice mark in a very nice area in Manhasset.
Horrible experience. Came yesterday with my friend to buy a Chanel bag from Hirshleifers. The Sales Associate was following us around the store as though we were criminals. She was not helpful or trying to make a sale because I showed her a photo when we first came into the store of the bag I was looking for. She could not be bothered to help and merely shook her head telling me it’s not in stock. About five minutes into browsing, we were told by the same SA to leave and was escorted towards the door for no apparent reason. Glad I left because I went straight to Saks and spent $5,000 there. It’s a pity these stores do not value customer service or simply being pleasant because I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Will not be returning after that terrible incident.
One of the best malls in America. They carry most if not all the top brands. Plenty of parking spaces to drive in quickly and safely. Plus you have some top notch eating establishments to delight yourself in between your shopping spree. As an added touch they especially go out of their way to decorate the place accordingly at every holiday.
This shopping center is very nice and clean and it boasts some of the most prominent stores from all the major designers. If youve got expensive taste then this is definitely a shopping center that youd want to check out. I used to work at one of the stores and the salespeople who work at this mall are mostly all good people who work mainly off commissions. A lot of them pressure people to make sales while looking down upon people who arent super rich.
All the top brands and designers. Chanel, Cartier, Louis V., Tiffany & Co., etc. There are some places to eat, but I didn’t get to check that out on this visit. I’ll definitely be back. Free parking, but no covered structure. The mall shops are totally outdoors without any covered walkways. Everything is wheelchair accessible.
If you can afford to shop there it is a great place. Just bought a handbag in Prada. Salesperson Angelawas great.Pleasure to deal with. Reading some of the reviews here, they keep knocking the sale people especially the female sales people. I have never had a problem with any of them in any stores. Also they are a pleasure to look at !
I will never come back to this mall again or recommend to ANYONE WHO FEELS THEY CANNOT SHOP HERE BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN. I’ve never been racially profiled before and felt so scared and uncomfortable all because having Tinted windows is considered a “suspicious activity “ . My friend and I were there to shop at Hirshleifers. But due to the capacity in the store we had to sit in the car and we parked in front of Zimmerman, Sneakerology & bluemecury. Waiting till we’re able to be called in. But Because of this , 3 policemen had came by our car , made us step out the vehicle and pat us down. This is discrimination & bad assumption for thinkingTwo people can’t sit in their own car because we’re trying follow the stores guidelines and wait till it was safe to come in .
Love the stores they have, very nice atmosphere. The only thing is that the people you acknowledge there are incredibly rude and snotty. (That is expected being in Manhasset) I walked into Vineyard Vines and an incredible amount of people stopped and stared at me, as if they’ve never seen a young Hispanic girl shopping in a high end store. 2 Caucasian women gave me rude looks and glares, and one employee actually led me to the clearance/sale section. Mind you, all I did was walk into the store with my normal smile.
You get exactly what you pay for here. Along with a lot of hospitality & courtesy. I enjoy shopping here.10 yrs ago I purchased a LV wallet for my husband. The seam wore out a little. We went to see what can be done at the LV store. Not only did they still have my name on their list. They said it can be fixed. Maybe costly to others. However as I stated before, “You get exactly what you pay for here.”Quality & great service.
A taste of 5th Ave here in Manhasset New York. Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard in Manhasset. High End shopping with stores like Tiffany and Co. Also Hermes, Gucci, and Brooks Brothers. Very expensive so bring your credit cards. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Excellent Staff. We will definitely be going back..
We came for the annual Concours d Elegance in October and it was by far one of the nicest malls Ive been to! Its so nice that it is all outdoor. They keep the grounds very clean and even have some nice landscaping. Be sure to bring your credit card because most of the stores are very expensive! They have stores like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Burberry and Apple here along with a lot more. There is plenty of parking here. They have a fair variety of restaurants here with excellent food and outdoor seating. Highly recommend this place if you can afford it!
Seriously my worst returning experience ever!! The Alice and Olivia store manager lied to me saying the body suit was not returnable even it was in unworn, original condition... It was a lie!! The A&O website tells a totally different story. I was cheated and treated unfairly by the store. Some staff are good, but some are really ugly... I dont feel their sales style match the class of Americana Manhasset. This Alice and Olivia really surprised me... in a very negative way... Stay away from it.I lost 200+dolloars, Manhasset lost one and more good customers. I would not mind to share my experience with people around me.
Great mall, juat cant afford any of the stores,I want to know what happened to Victorias secret..they had the best one there, they carried everything, had the best stuff..in fact I still have a sweatshirt thats still my fav.that Ive never seen anything like it anywhere else.
Expensive ! Now that we got that out of the way.. It is an amazing experience shopping these luxury stores or for a lovely stroll throughout the area and stopping at one of their eateries such as Cippolini for Italian, Toku for an Asian Fusion or Cippolini Pronto, which is a gourmet deli serving everything from paninis to soups, coffees and teas with so much more! Now is the time to see their holiday decorations as well. Enjoy!
High end shopping strip with beautiful stores a and restaurants. Cippolini restaurants is always bussing with big crowds. Toku is always busy with parties and large tables. Stores are trendy and upscale. Youve got We phrasing Some Store here too as well as furniture stores like Crate and Barrel and Mitchell & Bob. A pageant shopping strip with a large parking lot
Americana shopping center the best thing that is ever happened to Long Island when you are in the mood for a high-end shopping they have everything there they are very friendly and they know you by your first name much better experience doing the driving all the way into Manhattan the park right there no traffic awesome restaurant there is delicious everything there is great wonderful atmosphere
Overly expensive items (clothings, food, furniture, etc.) In one of the clothing stores, one girl (employee) at Madewell was super rude to us and was being racist. She gave us dirty looks, as if we couldnt afford the clothing. We ignored her attitude and ended up buying several shirts there. However, another employee at that store was much friendlier to us.
With anchor stores the likes of Gucci, Theory, Hermès, Loro Piana and Michael Kors, you know this is a very special shopping destination. The requisite Tesla Gallery is on site too. Mimicking the Bal Harbour Shops its an open air retail collection on Long Island. Service is exemplary and all the staff we encountered were very friendly despite the fact we were tourists. We had lunch at Toku and I had to try the Angry Chicken, beautifully presented and tasty, not angry at all looking. Try the Bento box specials for sheer aesthetics. Prices in restaurant were reasonable.
Brand name stores , tesla store , tesla charging spots , plenty of spacious parking spaces , handicapped parking as well , concierge office with helpful staff , free bottled water , unisex bathrooms , very clean , at least two persons to guide you to safe exit out of parking and back to the street ,
Dont come here with your wallet, or your credit cards. Keep your girlfriend/wife/significant other away from here too. Clean area strip mall style, where you walk on a sidewalk to get to the other stores. Plenty of high end stores to kill your savings. If you want to get me a Louis Vuitton duffle bag though, let me know.
The Americana rivals Rodeo Drive! If you are looking for designer boutiques, this is the place for you. Tory Burch, Gucci, Prada, Tiffanys, name it, they have a location on this strip. After all of the shopping, try Cippolinis for a delicious bite.Caution! Bring lots of money👍!!
Mostly High end clothing at high end prices, but they have added regular priced stores in the beginning of the mall from the Northern Blvd side headed east. They have a wide variety of stores from really high end stores like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci to reasonably priced Abercrombie and Fitch (and more) and sneakers by Nike, Adidas, New Balance at Sneakerology /Exit 36 and Hirshleifers. They have a small Kith and Kith treats store inside of Hirshleifers. There is also a Apple store. They have a Tesla store here also where they let(want) you test drive Teslas. This mall has everything you need from clothes, sneakers, shoes, suits(Brooks Brothers) , jewelry (at Tiffany & Co) watches (London Jewelers) , home furniture. Great mall and can be a destination to just walk around and window shop and see the newest trends in fashion.
Americana Manhasset is nice but no fun at all. As I previously said, in my opinion it is much better Roosevelt field mall filled with fun restaurants with live music plus anything that you may need at much more better prices. Wonder why in Americana Manhasset is full with people watching but no buying anything. We are in another economy now and their prices should be more realistic.
My family was trapped in a elevator at this location for over 1 hour. The elevator company refused to call the management , they refused to call 911 and the Mall Manager of Operations did not have a clue. THIS IS A HIGH END Mall were its patrons are at risk We were stuck in the elevator for 1 hour. We rang the bell and screamed nothing happened until miraculously we got one bar and we were able to reach 911. The Mall Manager and the Chief Marketing Officer seem to think, sorry :-( is OK. Well I say, get on the elevator at your own risk. When I told them I would be reporting this the response is what do you think that will do........ It will totally enforce CARPE DIEM !My Doctor was the best the Mall Management well... I enjoyed jock itch more!

2022-03-15Our very own beloved open air Americana for mothers with strollers&kids walking excitedly to be outdoors. Now we have a Guard Post looming high above. Its not a scene from the land of the free & brave. The destruction of your own home is not free brave. The mall belongs to you&me. Also a waste of tax money for the GuardPost. Not cool not trendy either. !!! signed by moms&dads

2022-04-30Nice place to kill time. There’s a decent variety of shops. Wish it had more dining options but it’s an old area so perhaps not room for more of anything.

2022-03-03Americana Manhasset hosts elite brand shopping and delicious dining in a high end setting. Toku is a phenomenal Asian food experience while Cippollini always impresses.
