WARNING STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! DO NOT GO BY THEIR PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR SURE!!!!! We stayed here last week and the room was FILTHY DIRTY! The end table between the two beds had a butt load of toe nail clippings all around the table and the rooms obviously are only SPOT CLEANED and not DEEP CLEANED because the sweeper doesnt get ran around any of the baseboards and there was some sort of fluids splashed all over the walls by the trash can in the room. When I went into the bathroom too check out the bathroom the bathroom sink was clogged with hair causing water not to drain down; and the shower curtain smelled like mold. I complained at the front desk and they came the next day and cleaned the room; not DEEP CLEANED! You know its pretty bad when you stay in a hotel and you have to go purchase bathroom cleaner and clean the bathroom before you use it! OH! One more detail my husband and I had to go to Bob Evans next door and ate breakfast because the breakfast they advertise was like eating samples at Sams Club....and you know its pretty bad when the waitress we had at Bob Evans tells us that she NEVER recommends this hotel to anyone because its pretty much like a hooker hotel!!!!!!!
-0 . The worst place ever. Very dirty place, old place, stinks, loud and no maintenance at all. Spiders and spiders web in the bathroom, old dirty doors, if you want to get sick stay at this hotel. I didnt even want to use the restroom and forget about trying to use the shower room. Stains in the blankets and stains in the head board from who knows what. I am so disappointed with my self for choosing this place and disappointed with the management of this hotel and with choice hotels because after all i paid them and they should check and see what are they advertising and what are they charging people for. I will not use choice hotels any more because i dont like the service they provided me this time.
Old, dingy, smelt like smoke....walked in the room and turned right back around and asked for refund. If your desperat and need a place to stay, sleep in you car.
You get what you paid for. My room had hotels. Definitely a smoking room. Good to just crash and move on. Didnt eat the breakfast, if there was any. The people at the desk were patient and nice.
Its an okay place. Nothing fancy. Wishes they would provide towels. Like who doesnt even prodive a towel to even dry your hands after washing them ?The top blankets have cigarette burns in them. Over all pretty clean. I wouldnt say deep cleaned, the front desk was a littlw friendly.Over all this place is a lot more clean than other Motels ive stayed at in Clarence.
The suite we had was VERY SPACIOUS and had vaulted ceilings which made it feel even bigger. There were two separate rooms, both with their own TVS, and they were separated by a huge bathroom equipped with a two person Jacuzzi tub. Plenty of room for five adults.
Ive had very poor service here. I called six months before my wedding to reserve a block of rooms to accommodate my guests and the employees had no idea what I was talking about. I continually asked to speak to a manager and then I was told he was not there and to call back later. If they were professional they would take my information! Every time I called that was the response I got. And then the fifth time I called they said there were no rooms available. They will never have my business.
This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - period! My sheets and pillowcases were stained. The carpet was stained, the drapes were stained - all the rooms ( no matter which one I asked to see ) smelled like mold, mildew and smoke) I took the pillows out of the pillow cases and they looked 25 years old - all the pillows were covered in yellow and brown stains - it was disgusting....because I had to be at a family reunion 15 minutes after I checked in - and had no time at that moment to look for another hotel....I took the pillows and my complaints to the front desk - he promised while I was gone he would give me new pillows, sheets and bedding.....when I got back at 11PM - there was new sheets on the bed but not new pillows - once I again I took the pillows to the office and he said We are getting new pillows in 2 weeks and dont have any I said well that does not help me tonight- and I would like for him to credit my card because I cannot stay in the room.....and he refused to give me my money back although I had put my suit case in the room at 4PM - left - returned at 11PM and asked for my money back - ( so was not in the room for more then 5 minutes - he would not give me my money back - I called the toll free corporate number - they were unhelpful, nasty and told me they cannot help me whatsoever.....I could not afford to pay for two hotels so I stayed there creeped out - checked out first think in the morning and went to another hotel that was totally beautiful and pristine.....I did not read the reviews on this hotel before I reserved it on my credit card - wished I had - from the outside - it looks nice - but from the inside its a place you take a hooker to and pay by the hour.
Im more of a hotel person, but this motel was the only thing available. Room was dated in some ways, but new carpet, large room and clean. The outdoor pool was being enjoyed by kids. Looked like fun for the family. Basic motel.
Called for a reservation, gave info on what kind of room i wanted. Came in, and it was 0° in the room and took FOREVER to heat. Sheets were not changed (wrinkly) and pillow cases stains all over an burt by a cigarette. A lipstick cup and a used hanging towel still in room. Very dated...toilet barely connected, shower drain doesnt shut off so consistantly dripping fast. No shampoo, lotion,etc or NEW towels. Very disappointed....i shouldnt even be charged at all!!! Should be compensated.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting. My bed had larvae. WORMS under the pillows. This place is IM SURE not up to code in any sort of way. Very very seedy. Very very overpriced.I slept in my car.It should be shut down. A disgusting hell hole.
We loved our stay at this inn. It was cozy and surprisingly very pleasant then we had expected. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was some renovations going on so it was a bit noisy but we didnt really mind it since they were improving the rooms.Overall it was a lovely stay and we will stay again if we are traveling thru buffalo area.
Please never ever book a room here!!! Do yourself a favor and dont fall for the false advertisement of free breakfast and the pics of the rooms. the WiFi sucks, the rooms were dirty and had an odd smell. the way next to my bed had a hole and the iron boards looked disgusting.
I cant even describe the stench this place had. the TV would go out from walking across the room. the beds felt like a cot you would sleep in at a homeless shelter (not that I would know what that feels like ;) ). the guy that owns this place is very rude, would not respond to any please or thank yous or even a hello. would always make me wait to get a receipt until whenever was convenient for him, when I had to have them to report to an employer. on top of all this he looks like mister potato head after marinating his eyeballs in worcesteshire sauce overnight. the best part of this place was the cute chipmunks that would always greet us in the mornings on the way to the car.
I booked this hotel using Hotwire for party of 3 and was guaranteed two beds. I arrived at the hotel and:1) The check-in person was not available and the office was locked and all lights were off. Calls went unanswered as well. I called and waited outside the hotel hoping the person would come back to work. Eventually I found a small hidden doorbell on the inside of the doorframe and the man came out in his pajamas and checked us in. This took over an hour and was almost 2:30AM by the time we checked in!2) During the Check-in the man informed me that in order to get two beds we had to pay him $10 extra. I showed him that I have a confirmation email of the two beds that are guaranteed by hotwire since I booked for three guests, but he still says that he doesnt care about that.3) Also the room thermostat didnt work at all so we were freezing the entire time.I wish I can give a 0 star to this hotel due to the fact that I was extorted by the hotel for the extra money and also for the nasty room condition.
Room was OK. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies before we used the whirlpool, but the bed was fine and the room didnt smell.
Had a pleasant stay in the Jacuzzi suite. The room was huge. Some minor maintenance issues, that keep the score from being higher. I can see ourselves staying here again.
Property no where reflects what pictures are shown online except for the outside. The one room I was shown reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked if they had anything better to offer. Answered with no.
Rooms are nothing like the pics on the website no towels no lce no hot water sometimes not that clean and wi fi dident work
Our stay at this inn was excellent. The room was very nice, clean, and it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel management was Very INSTRUSIVE . Wanted to know what we are doing in our rooms.

2017-08-09Dont be fooled by good reviews. We stayed at this motel while attending a concert at Darien Lake. The first two rooms we were given were either being used at the time or not cleaned. It was hard to tell the difference! After having to go back to the office twice we were give a suite. It was so dated and old. While there may have been more room that was it. The bed was old and our backs were sore in the morning. Our friends room was cleaned when they entered but they had to keep the air conditioner on all night to counter the urine smell coming from the bathroom. We wont be frequenting this place again.

2017-05-04A cheap option we needed for an emergency over-night stay to avoid a long late night drive home. One of the rather thin and miss-matched towels was obviously never changed and grubby on the corner. The usual tiny mold tracks were present here and there in the grout of the shallow tub. Bathroom window had been left open but the heater when cranked up worked well. The land line phone connection was erratic. TV sleep mode worked.Family run, the front desk man remained stone-faced and no diplomat. Other members get to do the clean-up but I suspect the whole enterprise feels beneath them. This reaction could be due to who knows what attitude the American public has displayed towards them.

2017-02-06WORST hotel window would not crank all the way closed which led to the heat not turning off. The room ended up about 90 degrees in there. The drawers in the kitchen had something that resembled crusty lettuce and dirt. A cupboard door almost hit my sister in the head when she opened it to look for a cup which there were no dishes at all. In the windows were dead bugs. There werent sheets for the pullout bed and the blanket that was supposed to be used as an extra for the pullout had holes in it. We paid for 4 people to stay there in a deluxe suite with jacuzzi and hot tub which there was no hot tub in this room. This was not the room I paid for I was over charged and when we asked about the hot tub she told us to look in the pullout couch. She did not understand English & FREE BREAKFAST WAS NOT IN SEASON so thank goodness for Tim Hortons.

2017-07-12By far the FILTHIEST place I have ever stayed. First off, Im not one to give low reviews because of dated decor or for hotel staff having a poor choice in clothing. I give bad reviews when the floors are sticky there are multiple (yes, multiple) hand prints on the walls, cigarette burns in the sheets, pubic hair and some sort of dirt (I think) on the toilet seat, and a non-smoking room that smells worse than my grandmas ash tray.If you can, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Ive stayed in a lot of mid-range hotels but for $80 a night I would rather sleep next to the dumpster behind a strip club than stay here another night.

2018-06-25The hot water in the shower wouldnt turn off and the hotel staff wouldnt do anything. The pipe screeched all night and couldnt get any sleep. The room was small and dingy and didnt resemble the online pictures in any way. They also charged me an extra $25 on my card as damages fees for their shower falling apart. Most horrible stay ever. Dont torture yourself, never stay here!

2017-10-25Room is spacious, bed comfortable. bathroom needs a good scrubbing. mold in grout and remains of radiator needs to be removed. its dusty, rusty and unsightly. not enough outlets. was double charged, so hope they call back to refund me.

2016-06-12We stayed here the night of June 11, 2016 with 2 of our granddaughters..... NEVER again !! Reception service very poor... a male and female were present. The female appeared to have no idea what to do. Neither were friendly at all.As for the room.... started with 2 big black ants on one of the beds, the room itself smelled bad as if it had not had fresh air or any air freshener in 3 months, plugs would barely stay in the electrical outlet near the window as it was old and openings too big, bathroom had been cleaned but it was not clean !!!And to top it off they put us right next to a group of guys who had been golfing during the day and were outside their rooms until late at night drinking and talking loudly on the walkway in front of the rooms....So a word to the wise........ spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere !!!!

2018-03-29I believe the receptionist is racist. I made a reservation and arrived around 1 am on 3/25/18 to check in. I rang the bell and after about a minute no one came so I rang it one more time. The manager came out, looked at me and proceeded to do things on his cell phone as if I was not standing at the door in the cold waiting for him. After about a minute of him looking at his phone and glancing up at me every so often I just left. Ive never been so insulted. Here I am working hard, just to arrive at a hotel and be treated like this. I wish nothing but the worst for that man and his establishment.

2016-07-31Horrendous. STAY FAR AWAY. Im one of those people you might say is tough. I dont worry about stupid stuff like outdated decor, if the hotel shampoos arent name brand, or if there isnt a breakfast waiting for me in the lobby.What I do care about is my safety, my comfort, and my money. And above all that, the comfort of whomever is traveling with me.That being said, this room was terrible. We stayed in February, and its VERY COLD in february. Our heater blew cold air and was so uncomfortable . The man running the front desk appeared to look right through me eerily. The place smelled of cooking odors. He told me to simply drop my key in the box when I was done with it on Sunday morning. He did not appear to be the kind of person you could ask if you needed anything. My husband refused to shower in their dirty showers, stating he would need shower shoes. Yeah. It was that bad.We left for dinner and came back. Outside someones room was an upside down milk crate and an ashtray . Seems a place for transients and folks down on their luck, not people looking to go out.Bottom line: Stay far away. Unless its and emergency, go elsewhere. Ill never stay at an America Best Value Inn again.

2013-08-23My company put us all up in this motel for a week of work. We rented 10 rooms for a week and they where all infested with fleas. We sufferred multiple flea bites. The rooms appear to be decent however they are not. Housekeeping wouldnt even put toilet paper in the rooms. We would never stay here again....
