I have used this amerijet location several times. Basically in and out in under 10 minutes. Note they do not take cash. Its credit/debit or monye orders only. No parking available. Your item that your shipping is weighed and your charged based on the weight of your package. overall a pretty efficient and reliable service.
Their service are reliable, fast, and easy👍 But we all wish we can get a little more for our money☺️ around the holidays season...Overall, the service is excellent!
Great company to ship with!!! I live in Connecticut and still ship with this company... I go to ups and do one day shipping it arrives to Amerijet the next day... The shipping processes is easy theyll fax or email your documents for your shipment and its affordable. After being rip off from a international shipment company in Connecticutt!!!! Who send freight to Amerijet.... I contact Amerijet and explained to them what happen and they explained how the company over charged me for the 3 boxes I was sending to Jamaica..... Ever since that day I been shipping with them ever since!!!! When I lived in Brooklyn I use to ship with them at the Brooklyn office on Utica.
They’re good at helping you get your package prepared for shipping there price is reasonable
Its a good company, went there many times to pick up packages but if you dont have a car prepare for a long walk from the bus to get there and also a long walk to customs
This company suck is there an other one we could use they dont answer their phones or return calls. I stayed on the phone for over five hours then they close and hang up the call

Reliable place to ship stuff but can be a bit pricey
Long lines and 3 agents where you have to go and pay for the freight...the guy who was doing the check in was much faster and nicer than the agents inside.

Tried calling 10/20/2017 in the morning and I was on hold for 30 minutes and the automated messages kept saying please hold youre next and the call wait time is approximately 1 minute and no one ever picked up the phone

2022-06-08Amerijet provides quick international shipping for reasonable prices. I found the employees helpful and courteous. The area that I could see was organized and clean. I am impressed that they made a mistake after I left, called me to advise and then provided a resolution. To me that shows honesty and integrity. I will definitely them again.

2021-12-09Wonderful place ...a Trinidadian 🇹🇹 woman there she helped me out with every question.. boi I wish itd people like her still around!!!!!!They ship packages to Trinidad here at this place it takes 5 to 7 business days to reach Trinidad the course is $255 with 200 pounds

2020-08-15The hours on their office says they close at 3pm on Saturdays. We arrived there at 2:45pm to closed doors. There were two other clients with boxes outside wondering why they could not get in.. We tried calling and they did not answer the phone At 2:54pm, one employee walks out and let us know that they were closed. At 2:56, the security guard walked out saying we need to come back on Monday, that they leave the location at 3pm and had been working since 8am. Such unprofessional behavior! I will not be spending my money at that place. They should change their hours to 2:30pm and have more regard for their customers!

2016-12-26So I have been using this company for over 5 years, the phone wait time sucks. The web site sucks does not navigate well. I have been on hold for over 2 hrs just to make sure that they are open because I dont want to drive 1 hr for nothing and u can never trust the Internet. I have been on 2 separate phones n 2 separate numbers and on hold. They atomated service should be able to say business hrs and certain information about the company

2021-01-17Send your barrel or packages quick and convenient to the Caribbean by plane. The shipping paperwork is minimal, the price is competitive and your barrel/ package gets to its destination in about 3 to 4 days.

2020-07-01The two stars is for shipping under 5 days. I paid 2 hundred and something dollars for one barrel to 2 barrel came up to 400 almost$500 and then when got to Haiti I had to pay $250 so I can get mythen they take everything and poured all over the floor and then choose to give slick remarks to the person that picked up my battles I dont like that I might as well take the chance of doing it on a boat for a month

2018-03-29When you need to get items to the islands fast these guys are the best way to go, fast, reliable and items arrive safely and intact. Security guard is very helpful always gets me a cart and allows me to park in nice spot. Thanks guys....
