Do NOT RENT HERE! Loud neighbors, trash thrown everywhere, an abundance of mice, a bed bug epidemic. Maintenance men that do the bare minimum. If u call to put in a work order, they will tell you the importance of your request is at THEIR discretion! Nasty front office staff. I could go on, but if this doesnt deter you from renting here i dont know what will. Not to mention $900 in rent for the ghetto! AND CABLE IS NOT INCLUDED FYI

I like it here but then again l am on the good side if you will. My rent 945 everything is included. I don’t bother the maintenance men and they don’t bother. Me l think the rent is reasonable and cable is included if you want more channels you can upgrade. I did and it’s just 20$ a month. I like the office team they don’t hound you for rent. Just let them know your situation. It’s in the hood so of course it’s some riff raft that resides there as well. I haven’t seen any bugs or mice in my apartment. I am happy so far. I gave it 4 stars 😘

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I will not be renewing my lease after my year is up. Between the false advertising(CABLE & WIFI is NOT included!!!) and maintenance being UNPROFESSIONAL I’m over this place😡 I called the office a month ago to report my toilet needing fixing & it’s still has not been fixed! Also last week while I was in the shower I heard a male voice saying “hello” from downstairs and it was one of the maintenance men that entered my apartment. I’m assuming he didn’t think I was home but I was! Maintenance regularly enters your apartment without prior notice(calling or ringing the door bell). It’s always garbage around the dumpsters and it’s gives the property a bad look and is a major eyes along with attracting rats and mice..DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

850 a month for the worst staff and apartments EVER!!!!!!!! No ac or central air and no heat. They have old heaters that crank up. So you cant control the heat. The landscape is ugly. The maintenance staff are thieves and barely know how to fix anything. Ive had to call three times to fix my shower thats still broken. The manager definitely has the worst attitude ever. Snotty and mean. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can move.

Every year I have been there the rent goes up.I use to like the apartments now its a new owner. Its seems they trying to get the high proverty people out and put college kids and others to pay such high rent for the area.New property manager Now and new receptionist comes and goes. The man staff barely stays. This was not like this when I moved here. Now I am suppose to owe rent. When I pay my on time. I would never suggest these apartments to anyone. The area is already high crime and I hear the employees bare stealing from our apartments. People have moved because the rent is so unaffordable. And they want us to move. But they cant change the area. Marinate on that!When you look at these reviews tell yourself do I really want this job or do I want to stay here. The answer is no. I rather live in the suburbs if my rent going to be this high. Ill think about it but my first choice was not even to write this.This is so wrong on their part!!!!!!They can say whatever but its all lies lies...

When doing work, the staff have access to your home. This is the SECOND TIME a valuable piece of jewelry was stolen from my apartment. I am very upset! For $850 you can not choose you own cable company, you can not have air conditioners, the heat is not adjustable so you either will be freezing or in hell. I would not suggest this to anyone. It is far from worth the money.

I lived at Amherst garden for three years and I feel they are reasonable and willing to work with their tenants as long as you call and let them know what is going on when I needed things fixed they responded at a reasonable time I was satisfied with the services I received.
