I use to love eating here. The drunking noodles were my favorite dish until I found a dead roach in my noodles . I was pulling the noodles apart because the broccoli is my favorite in the noodles until i seen this in my food . Please think twice before u eat there and if u decide to eat there make sure u look closely at your food .
My only most favorite Thai place to order pick up when I lived in the neighborhood. I found myself back in town and decided to sit and eat here for a first and Im so glad I did! My server, JOY, is a sweetheart and the definition of her name. I felt comfortable and well attended to even with them being quite busy. Everyone was warm and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back and sit in again. Presentation was beautiful and food had no lack of flavor, my drink was strong and delicious 😋-Tati 💜
I had take out Pad Thai Chicken and Thai Chicken wings the total was $22 and change. The Pad Thai was flavorful and spicy to my liking and the wings were something I would order again. Nice dry rub and also a spicy jelly sauce on the side....overall I feel it was quality food and worth the slightly over price but isnt everything anymore.
We found this place last minute due to hunger pangs and not wanting to walk too far from where we were. Thank goodness one of ladies I was with found this place! After a certain time, thus place gets busy so we were lucky to get there when we did (8of us total). The food OMG the food was top notch and the drinks hit the spot. Both the hostess manager were gracious and nice. It was a great and quick turnaround time from the drinks to the appetizers to our meals. I definitely enjoyed every bite especially the pumpkin curry puffs. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again!!!
Warm staff from the outset. Cute and compact spot for Thai.Iced Thai Tea was bomb.Food was great - particularly standout was the drunken noodles with seafood; whoever was working the fish section deserved a medal - squid was perfectly tender, breaded sole was impeccably cooked. Well-flavoured food across the board.Prices are very reasonable.
The food was excellent, though we were rushed out with any warning or heads up.The place was small and service was quick, but just as we were finishing up our meals (we each had a few bites left each), the manager came up to our table several times within two or three minutes asking to take our plates and clean our table without any heads up saying they had other people coming in or needed the table. We were very hungry, so we definitely were not taking our time eating. We enjoyed a whole bunch, but the ending definitely spoiled some of the fun. The menu explicitly labeled spicy and gluten free options, which was incredibly helpful.
I used to love this spot but the last 2 times I ordered , flavor was lacking and I requested to sub out Chinese broccoli for American broccoli and they told me that costs an extra $2. I feel this is a petty business choice. I go to Flatbush Thai Corp now, better prices and flavor.
I had the Drunken noodles and the Roti appetizer. The noodles was very good. The Roti was really good also, the sauce I drinked it from the bowl it was that good 🤣. The owner and all the employees are really nice and sweet. Its a great place to go if you love good Thai food.
My parents were flying cross-country to help me with the move to Brooklyn and I needed a vegan takeout that would satisfy their non-vegan selves. It would be their first meal in my new neighborhood so it had to make a good impression. Amy Thai delivered.GET the mock duck! I’m tempted to order it with everything but it’s best with the drunken noodles or the pad broccoli. I’m also a huge fan of their green and Panang curries, the eggplant basil, and the som tam. To be clear, Amy Thai is not a vegan restaurant but does vegan well. Having said this, you have to specify what to omit i.e., no egg, etc; writing vegan is not sufficient. I ran into an issue once and they were quick to correct it.My parents meal was a home run and now, every time a friend stays with me, I order take out from Amy Thai.
I am so elated to be writing this review. I was walking by on my way to run in Prospect Park when I noticed this spot. I was super excited because Lefferts Gardens literally has every type of food you can think of except for Thai. I made a note to come back when I was hella hungry.I ordered Thai wings, shrimp pad Thai and mango punch. Everything is super delicious and authentic. On top of that the portions are pretty good. I was able to split myorder in half. Let’s double back to the food. The wings were so well done. The pad Thai is just simply delicious. No complaints. Mango punch was okay but I definitely want to try the lavender lemonade or Thai ice tea next.
My experience here was wonderful. The food is delicious! My favorite dishes so far are the fried calamari, the mango salad and the basil fried rice. The staff is so warm and welcoming, everyone greets you with a smile and treats you like you are family. The decor is beautiful, very modern and elegant.
This place is the best Thai food in NYC. It just opened and will quickly draw attention. The food is so well balanced and delicious, great ambience, and service. The produce is high-quality, everything so well seasoned, and great portions. Each of the 5 dishes we tried were colorful and beautifully plated meals.
I got the Basil Fried Rice (medium/regular spicy level) with Shrimp and Matcha Iced Tea. I love the fried rice (5/5!), but my mom said it was a bit too spicy for her liking. Its the type of spicy that you feel in the back of your throat rather than the tip of your tongue. The shrimp tasted fresh and it was cooked just right. My only complaint is the matcha iced tea... I dont think this is what matcha should taste like at all? It tastes kind of like chrysanthemum tea or something. Its overly sweet and floral. Also, the straw that they give you is like a regular straw whereas the cup is a bubble tea sort of cup. In the end, the straw broke, so I had to wait until getting home to drink the tea. The service was pretty good. I got my order about 15-20 minutes after ordering online.
If you havent tried it, you need to. Thai food is definitely a favorite for me, and this place is a winner. Easily some of the best Thai Ive ever had. Service was great and quick. The food was super hot and fresh. The appetizers are worth it so if youre debating, just get them. Its all delicious!
I order quite often from Amy Thai Bistro as the food is quite good! My go too, is their Basil fried rice (spicy) with the choice of proteins or vegetables. Plus, Ive tried the majority of their appetizers with the Zab wings (no longer on the menu) being my absolute favorite! The hint of lemon and its zesty flavors....just worked. Overall, one of the best Thai restaurants in Brooklyn!
Out of all the thai places in the area, this one takes the cake. With a beautiful interior, fast service, good (and well-priced) food, it’d be harder to find a better thai place in NY or in general. We got the money bags, duck buns, See ew Udon and Pad See Ew; all great dishes! Especially recommend the money bags :).
Ordered take out here on Tuesday . I thought the wait was a tad long but the kind hostess informed me that it would be longer than usual. The restaurant was filled while I waited patiently for my order. My spring rolls were fresh and my drunken noodles delicious with the right amount of heat. This is a new Thai restaurant with the potential to improve overall once settled in. I wish Amy Thai Bistro the best and I will order again next week hopefully with less waiting time :)
The best Thai food in all of New York and every friend I recommend to eat here agrees! The Drunken Noodles are absolutely amazing and the thai tea is decadent! If I could give Amys 10 stars I would! They have great food and excellent service! Amy is super friendly and all of her staff are personable and kind. Thank you Amy for food that warms the soul and making Brooklyn better with your tasty meals.
A lovely late lunch on Labor Day. They asked to see our vaccination cards , then we were seated. We ordered the lychee lemonade, the pumpkin potato puffs with cucumber vinegar as an appetizer. Three puffs arrived. They were amazingly, surprisingly delicious. We wanted to try something we had never had. (We would go back just for those!) My daughter and I are on the small side, and said if we had each ordered our own we could have eaten them alone as a light lunch. I ordered the pineapple curry with chicken. It was a little spicy, but I managed to eat almost all of it over the white rice anyway. I had the leftovers cold over salad the next day which was equally wonderful. My daughter had the drunken noodles which is what she always orders when she eats there with her roomies. The next time I’m down visiting her in Brooklyn, we’ll visit again. I’ll try one of the other lemonades, and definitely get the pumpkin puffs as our appetizer. The service was timely, appropriate, and respectful, even on a busy holiday.Worth a visit! ☀️
My husband and I order from Amys ALL THE TIME!! They have amazing Pad See Ew (did I spell that right?) And the Thai iced tea is delicious. I definitely recommend them and they are always friendly, with fresh food, smokey flavors, and quality food for a decent price! We love you, Amy Thai Bistro!
I have to say that this spot is a gem. I’m from this neighborhood and I’ve alway dreamed of someone opening up a Thai restaurant near by. I usually go to the city but no more city for me. The spring roll was super crispy and fresh, calamari was not chewy but perfect and the basil fried was on point. The decor is really modern and chic; the atmosphere is super cozy and chill. Only thing missing is the liquor but that’s ok ..Love love love
Stop sending me plastic utensils. The food is delicious, but I am considering never ordering again. Every time I order, I add a request to NOT get plastic utensils, straws, etc. They even have an eco friendly button on the website, but it seems that if you use that button they double up on plastic utensils wrapped in plastic wrap, and for some reason there will be like four sets of that garbage for two dishes. This is disgusting. So many restaurants are finally cutting back on plastic, using wooden/paper utensils or just plain not adding utensils to the order unless you ask for them. I am trying to go out of my way to get as few disposable items as possible and Amys Thai is making it harder. If you are not going to honor your own green option on the website, why dont you remove that option from the menu and stop pretending that you are taking any responsibility for the plastic trash you are putting out there.
Im very much a fan of Amys Thai. When I dont feel like cooking dinner, theres a 50% chance Im walking up to Amys to get some Drunken Noodles and a few spring rolls. Careful if you order hot. Its pretty spicy, and I typically like food spicy as is.I will say the food is a little pricier than other spots, but its certainly delicious, and Im still going back consistently, so its not that far off the mark. Friendly service and theres a convenient pick up window on the storefront makes the take out situation a snap.
Ordered from here on March 8th the mango salad, garlic sauce with chicken, pineapple shrimp fried rice. The food was amazing, seasoned to perfection! The combination of flavors were wonderful! It was my sons first time having the fried rice and he loved it. Definitely ordering from here again!

Very tasty Thai place. I come here sometimes when I visit family who live near here. Good portions, a little pricy but it is always worth it. Not too oily which is sometimes a problem at other places when making noodle based meals like drunken noodle. Have not had indoor dining here but it is always great for take out at least. Good job Amy
Best Thai food in the area hands down. Dishes are always fresh and spices are very rich and flavorful. My only bit of feedback is that they provide a very small amount of rice, especially for the curries, which is important for a dish like that. I see other customers have provided this feedback but this has not been addressed. Rice is inexpensive, especially in bulk for restaurants. Address this and youll be a 5 star restaurant from my experience. Aside from that little detail, great Thai restaurant!
Ive only had delivery from here, so my reviews are based on that. Ive ordered 4-5 times from them, and each time the food arrives piping hot, fresh, and delicious. I love that their pad thai isnt as sweet as some other places, and when you ask for hot its actually spicy!! They also have an in-house ordering system, so dont use Doordash/Seamless. Go to their website instead, to give your money directly to them and their delivery drivers!
The food was good. I liked the duck Bao more than i thought i would even after eating it cold. The beef pad see eew was ok, not the best or worse but the chinese brocolli was sparse. I had to ask for a plastic bag when it was set up for rain. I feel the service is lacking. I used the self order since i guess all the staff was busy. The young lady never realized i had already ordered until i told her. She never said hi, she acted as if my presence was a waste of space. I gave a cash tip but the service was not deserving of a tip.
I ordered from Amy’s Thai bistro today for the first time & I am so happy I did. I have been searching for a great Thai place specifically Panang curry. Omg!!! It’s sooooo bomb. So flavorful & delicious. I also had the steamed dumplings, gyoza & crispy spring rolls. Y’all this food is so good if you love Thai food please try this place!
Best Thai Food in Brooklyn...The food is amazing and the service is top notch.Prior to the pandemic, their in-restaurant dining service was friendly and inviting. They, like most businesses have transformed their operations due to the pandemic and have made ordering available via their mobile app. The process is quick and seamless and your food is usually ready within 20 minutes.Highly recommended.
The food is great. Fresh, made to order. Worth the money. Service was fast. I ordered a drink with no ice (as I was traveling far and it would have been watered once I got home) they partially filled the cup and argued with me when I asked if they could fill it up. They did end up filling the cup up.
This is my first time ever writing a review but Amy’s Thai Bistro is SO ON POINT that I just had to. From ambience, customer service, and consistency this restaurant delivers it ALL. When ordering, I can always count on my food being hot and delicious, even when you order take out. Since the pandemic, ordering take out or delivery on their website is efficient and very convenient. An added bonus is they go all out with decorating for the holidays ( I miss dining in here!!! ). Since moving to Brooklyn this spot has become a staple and I stand and respect this establishment. Keep up all the amazing work!!!
I usually dont write reviews, but you can really tell the care the people at this restaurant put into this place. The food, the friendliness, the presentation, and hey even the price are all excellent.I had the drunken noodles, coconut rice, and roti. All delicious. Look forward to eating here when indoor dining returns as well!
This place is amazing, the best thai food you can ask for. My family is in love with the thai chicken fried rice i personally love the shrimp fried rice because i love sea food. I give this restaurant two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽with five stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟Also the lavender lychee lemonade it to die for.🍹😋
Finally good Thai food I can get delivered to my house! Great flavor profile on both the noodles and curry as well as dumplings. As another review mentioned, it’s a very small rice that comes with the curry, so consider ordering extra. Unfortunate that Uber charges more for the food than the regular menu and tacks on fees, but that’s no fault of Amy’s. We will definitely be making this our go-to choice for Thai delivery.
Amazing service there! Ordered takeout from this place and I (myself not the restaurant) was 30 minutes late for pick up, due to unforeseen circumstances, but our food was still kept warm waiting for me! They even ask for feedback and are continuously looking for feedback to improve. I got the Massaman Curry and it has a real nice hint of coconut that really goes well with the dish and not overpowering. Great food and great business!
I have been stalking the progress of this restaurant since I found out PLG is finally getting an authentic Thai restaurant. I must say I was NOT disappointed. The decor is beautiful, sexy and modern. I tried 2 appetizers and the Thai fried rice and it was simply delicious! The owner Amy walked in with a big smile and greeted everyone. Everyone was so nice. This is a place I’ll definitely be going to very often! Can’t wait till they start offering drinks.
Really the best Thai place in the area with the best prices in Brooklyn. The quality of food and service is very high - and their food is delicious. We love going there for an occasional dinner or for a quick pick up. They prepare the food very quickly so the waiting time is fairly short. Thanks for the great service and food you add to our neighborhood!
I live in the neighborhood and ate here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Almost everything was delicious! We tried the fried calamari, the curry puffs, the scallion cakes, and OMG the crab fried rice is to die for. I will definitely be eating here again. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was there a chocolate cake. It was very dry and over cooked, which was surprising because everything else was so delicious It was a surprise that they would have dropped the ball on something as simple as dessert. It tasted like it was reheat and all the moisture had left. To the owners if you are reading this, I recommend maybe a different recipe for a moister cake and adding vanilla ice cream as an option! It would’ve helped it a lot!
We ordered over the phone but unfortunately there seemed to be a miscommunication about what we order and we received an incorrect item. As we tried to explain that though we did not want the incorrect item nor would the kitchen have to spend extra time remaking the order, we will gladly pay for the rest of our order except we were told that there was no way to take off the item and that we would have to pay for the whole order regardless that the item was incorrect. We again tried to explain that we had no problem paying for our order but we did not want to pay for the incorrect item and this eventually ended up in a back and forth with the owner. We were yelled at for not being clear over the phone, wasting their time, not wanting to pay for the food we ordered and eventually had someone else come out to help us explain that we were not trying to start any trouble. The last thing we wanted was to waste food and we tried to explain that we just wanted the incorrect item removed and not the entire order. We were allowed to eventually pay for our order but only after resorting to threatening to leave entirely after the continuous back and forth. We definitely understood that this was probably due to the stress of literally everything happening in the world right now and we tried our best to mitigate the situation without being rude or blaming the owner because it wasn’t her fault. I would recommend this place to anyone because the food is great and the service is fast but the interaction did left us severely disappointed. In the midst of this, they were talking calls and handling delivery requests so this also added to the heightened stress of everything. I would say if possible, perhaps place an order through a delivery service that does not take as much of a fee. It is a great place for food but the interaction we had was just not professional.
Its fine. Not particularly complex or rich flavors, and an (even for american thai food) unwelcome emphasis on sugary sweetness. Spongy/overcooked drunken noodles, super sweet green curry, and just fine fried chicken. Presented well and delivered quickly, but not necessarily better than other thai restaurants in the area, especially given the rating. Still deserves 4 stars for decent thai food in an area without much mid-to-higher-end asian food in general.
I was excited to see this Thai restaurant in my neighborhood however I would soon find out that I will never be back here again. The bad: the wait staff they do not speak English at all. I asked for recommendation and the staff looked at me with big eyes and not understand anything.I ordered a massaman curry, they served it very quick... too quick... all the potatoes in my dish were raw and uncooked centers also I found some spicy noodles hiding in my curry. This is a huge sigh of unclean cooks in the kitchen. Noodle or bits of noodles should not be present in massaman curry. That was so disgusting!!!I will never eat at this place again and I do not recommend it at all!!!!The good: the decor is beautiful but it doesn’t make up for the poor quality of food or service.
The single best Thai place Ive been to in Brooklyn, possibly in NYC. Its a small place so theres a bit of a wait at peak times, but its absolutely worth it. We ordered a bunch of different items and they were all winners. The massamun curry is especially good. Prices are a fantastic value! 7/5 would visit again
I like this place! They have great dishes, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that place is a specialist, I like a lot eating all their food. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the guests is good. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. Highly recommended.
Customer service used to be decent- but today, horrible. When they realized they were 100% wrong with a pick up order, instead of apologizing for cutting me off and literally screaming incorrect information, they told me what I should do the next time this happens again. Pardon me? I don’t need to reflect- you do. I informed them, that next time, they need to give correct information- to another customer, as they’ve lost 3 customers today because of their antics. Since I teach 4 year olds, I was able to handle this situation quite well.
Amazing food. Some of the best Thai in BK. After coming from Sydney (which has some of the best Thai food you’ll ever have) I was not confident I’d find a restaurant that had good Thai food like they have there. I was wrong. Amy Thai was comparable. The portions are big and the quality is great.
I call this special place from time to time since I like the good mood that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is awfuly friendly and well trained. The service is pretty quick. Needless to say, the food they cook is highly distinguished. I ate there many times and I was always delighted. The rate is decent. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.
I was beyond excited to hear about this new restaurant coming out to Brooklyn. I love Thai cuisine so much and Amy Thai Bistro definitely exceeded my expectations from the wonderful ambiance to the delicious food and the quality of service. Wish I could give more stars! Will be spreading the word and coming back!
A spot I discovered recently and also one of the good ones. Not too far off from the prospect park stop on Flatbush. This place might be small in size but they pack a punch. Their plates are equally filled with a generous delicious portion. The taste is par with other good authentic thai restaurants with the meat cooked to perfect temperature and texture. The restaurant may get cramped on a busy day and it might not be a good idea in the winters to wait outside, so I would suggest to make reservations. The ambiance is great, with clean tables and pleasant music you cant go wrong. Overall deserved 5 stars perfect for a Thursday night for.
I often take my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.
I just got catering from here for 25 people. They gave us a great deal on a TON of delicious Thai food. I didn’t realize this place is new to the neighborhood until the owner mentioned how glad they were to get our order in their first few weeks of business. Amy was super easy to organize with and went the extra mile to work with dietary restrictions and allergies for us. We got vegan salad, vegan green curry, pad see ew with tofu, and chili basil chicken. Everyone raved about all of them. Amy even gave us some free takeout containers for the leftovers! Thanks to Amy and the whole team for a really successful event!
Just ate here for the first time. The calamari is to die for, the fried chicken is splendid. The entrees are pretty big. Definitely coming back!! So excited that a Thai restaurant opened near me. Also, the fact that it’s Amy’s Bistro makes me even happier lmao. I wanna give this place 10 stars.
Being suuuuuper picky eaters, especially for Thai food... you want to read this.Being from Michigan and having authentic Thai restaurants almost everywhere, I am very very skeptical about any Thai restaurant I eat here in NY.But.... THIS!First off, we went on their website and ordered through there. They also have an app, as well.Support local businesses by ordering directly from the company site because anything like Ubereats or seamless, restaurants have to pay fees.Anyways,We ordered Pad See Eew, thai tea, Pad Thai, and red curry (Gang Gai, what we called it in MI).The Pad See Eew was nice, savory, and sweet. Chicken pieces were not fatty and not dry. The noodles were thick and the actual type of noodles that’s supposed to be used for this dish. The Pad Thai was tasty and savory, as well. We got shrimp and chicken in it and it was cooked to perfection. The noodles they used were the skinny skinny rice noodles. Perfect amount of spice and protein. The red curry dish was perfection. The balance between coconut milk and curry was on point! Veggies in the dish were soft and well, perfect too.Thai tea, is Thai tea.We also got to try the lavender lemonade, lychee because of a special coupon they had. My husband liked it but, me, I’m more of a Thai tea gal.The packaging was great and the delivery driver was professional. Can’t wait to visit and dine in once this quarantine is done!!!!
I was so excited to try Amy Thai Bistro. I ordered takeout the chicken dumplings, spring rolls and the pad see ewe, and Unfortunately the food has an odd taste and odor. Maybe the cooking oil was rancid, or cleaner spilled? When I rang to let them know that all of the food was off the reply was “what do you want me to do about it?”. Sad times!
Yum yum yum. Duck buns, pad thai, pad see ew, calmari, thai iced tea.....etc etc etc. Everything Ive tried was tasty cooked and presented well. their delivery service impeccable and extremely quick. I recently moved out of NYC and this is definitely on my miss list. Will be visiting soon and will definitely stop in for take out.
Amys Thai Bistro is THE BEST THAI PLACE to go to. The food is always a hit. The owner knows all the dishes well because they are all her favorites, especially when she visits Thailand. Im there at least 2-3 times a week. Im here right now, actually & will probably be back tomorrow. Thanks, Amys Thai Bistro!!!
Found this place on UberEats and only ordered from here because my go to Thai spot was closed but I’m glad I did. The Pad See Ew was excellent, even better than the other restaurant I typically order from and the portion size was great. Will be ordering from here from now on.

2022-06-26Love this place! Keep coming back for their fried fish; absolutely heavenly. Have tried the ginger, tamarind, and garlic fish, and loved all of them. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, and doesn’t feel greasy. Staff are also very friendly.

2022-04-19This restaurants interior was extremely fancy and it made me feel extremely high-end. There was a tiny bouquet in the middle of the table to accompany our lunch. The Thai iced tea was very refreshing and definitely satisfied a craving. I got the Panang Curry with Mock Duck, and honestly...it was okay. I enjoyed the Mock Duck in the beginning but the more I ate the more chewy and weird the texture became to me. It didnt even taste like duck anyway. I could barely get myself to finish the whole thing in the end, and the coconut milk based part of the curry did not sit well with me. My friend got the Pineapple curry with tofu, that was also alright. It feels like a gentrified Thai place and I will definitely recommend a more authentic hole-in-the-wall joint, but I might come back and get something different!

2022-03-21One of my new favorite spots in the neighborhood. I know everyone is obsessed with the DanDan noodles but I have to say the See Ew Udon ate her upppp. The flavors in the See Ew Udon with chicken were incredible. Some of the best Thai Iced Tea too, perfect drink. Gyoza and Jeep Thai Dumplings were great too, no dish is bad on the menu.

2021-08-21In love with this restaurant! Amazing food and great customer service! We had been here for dinner, started off with veg spring rolls and mint lemonade. The service was quick. The spring rolls were nice and crispy. The mint lemonade was so refreshing and it was purple in color which made it even more attractive. We got spicy basil fried rice and panang chicken curry with white rice for main course. It was hands down delicious!! Absolutely loved every bite of it and more. Very flavorful and super yummy. Our server was very sweet and although she was super busy with other customers, she made sure we got our stuff on time. Will surely be back!! Great food!

2022-05-28BEAUTIFUL DECOR, SO SO FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. The place has a lot of potential if it had better management. They don’t seem to care about their eat in costumers. All of their attention is forwarded towards their delivery section to the right of their restaurant where most of their employees spend their time. I just moved to this neighborhood and my fiancé proposed us to try out this place. When I first entered the place I was impressed with the beautiful decor until they told me to sit on their annexed room pilled with brown bagged deliveries. The room had a small window where people were constantly rushing back and forth from the small clustered room to serve their take out. I refused to sit in such a clustered space. We set down on their waiting bench to wait for a table in the main room. On the bench there was a food tray with two dumplings and a jar of drink. I kept wandering what da reck was it. Maybe some peace offering? Maybe an employee forgot their lunch there? It was weird and made me feel uncomfortable. We sat in the main room, first dish, duck bun which was pretty good. I felt it was worth the wait. Second dish, fried calamari, a little too doughy but abundant, not bad. Then comes my favorite dish, shrimp green curry. Shrimp size looked good and all the vegetables I expected were in. I place a full spoon of what looks so delicious in my mouth and literally spit out. I have never had curry this spicy in my life. Not even in Thailand! I’m so used to be asked if I want it mild when the place offers a hot curry that I did not even think about asking for a mild curry. The bowl stood in front of me throughout the whole dinner and no one ever asked me how was my food. My fiancé tried to eat hers because she was super hungry, but gave up halfway. Since there was no offer to fix it, I asked the food to be boxed to go so I could add more coconut milk at home and make it possibly edible. When I explained to the waiter that the food was unbearably hot to be eaten, just before my fiancé gave up on trying to eat it, her answer was “you should ask for mild next time”. We all know that when we choose to spend our money on eating out we would like to relax and enjoy our food. The food here is pretty affordable, some of the dishes going around looked fantastic. Maybe I would be willing to try again if they change management. Meanwhile, I rather commute the extra mile to one of the two other Thai places I know in Park Slope where the food is great and the service is fantastic.

2021-09-19The food here is delicious! We ordered a large meal for several of us which included spring rolls, the steamed dumplings, calamari, cashew nut with shrimp sauté dish, the basil with shrimp sauté dish and the basil fish dish. Everything was tasty. The delivery was fast. The price was reasonable. If you’re into Thai in Brooklyn, I would definitely recommend this place!

2022-05-06A beautiful, lovely cozy bistro right in the heart of Prospect-Lefferts Gardens. Amazing service and delicious, fresh food. I love that they a limited selection, actually. I think this makes their dishes and drinks better. Top three Thai spots in Brooklyn for sure. Check it out!

2021-08-13Decent Thai food in the neighborhood (theres not that many options though!). The people are nice. Weve only taken out so far but the food is always good. Their crab fried rice is great! The pad see ew is not bad but the tofu is a bit tough for that type of tofu and the noodles could be softer/fresher. We always enjoy ordering dinner from here!

2022-05-10I was craving for Thai food been away from home for some timesMy friend recommended this Thai restaurant I’m impressed with how authentic all dishes rich and yummy my fav are duck and somtam 😋😋😋Definitely coming back!
