Highly recommend for auto work in Auburn, NY!
Prices for repairs are fair and fast. The owner Brian is professional and very personable. It good to see a owner operated business.
The Anderson brothers are awesome , theyre respectful and honest . 👍

2022-03-22I was on a road trip and had car trouble. I had my car towed to Andersons Auto based on these google reviews and was really glad I did. The owner could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed the problem I was having and gave really good advice as to what my next steps were.

2021-11-30Always fixed right the FIRST time. They are straight shooters, sometimes the news is good, sometimes not, but theyll repair it right. Have used them, or at least Bill for 40 yrs. Cant say enough positives about them.

2021-10-09My SUV broke down while I was in NY visiting. I had it towed to Anderson’s. It had more than one thing wrong with it. I headed back home while Anderson’s kept my SUV to work on it. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and were very professional and honest. They had my SUV running like new when I got back to NY to pick it up. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for helping me in a pinch!

2017-12-30Very friendly but the best part of all They Are Honest people. They will answer all your questions as to what is wrong with your vehicle. Price last time we had anything done was $50.00 an hour. I do not know if there price has gone up any or not. It has been almost a year since we had to go for anything. If we need anything we will go back to them. Yes they do inspections also.

2015-06-24Had some work done at Andersons based on my sons recommendation. The work was done in a timely fashion and performed in a professional manner. People were friendly and the charges were reasonable for the work performed.To me, the two most important attributes for ones auto repair place of choice are competence and trust and Andersons has both.

2018-11-19I waited 11 days for a brake line fix. I picked up my truck and fixed it myself in twenty minutes or so in my driveway. Tried selling me test, I made it clear I would not waste my money on unnecessary tests, there performance after that, see above......Nope Never againNo joke 100% facts
