Cool place. Large portions. Music however is insanely loud. Manager, turn it down! Your patrons cant talk or hear without yelling. People doing karaoke or listening to music would still have a great time. Turn it down!
Music was good, however service was awful, waiters were too slow to take our food and drink orders. Appetizers and food came out very late (about 2 hrs later). I suggest if you have a party of more than 10 people, please do not plan it here.
Horrible service waited 30 min just to get drinks and then waited an hour and a half for our food and was never told that we were in for a 2 hour wait time for service. The waiter said they were busy but they had 5 people In the place its simply inexcusable. Food was worse than bad too much fat and overcooked asked for chimichurie and got one little container with basically oil. They gave us one free drink for the wait the place is horrible avoid at all costs I dont know how there still in business probably because of the club on the weekends. If u go to eat the food good luck go to boca junior instead. Also this is the least attentive wait staff Ive ever seen not once were we asked if we needed anything or more drinks the place is a dive. Im never going back again.
Although we had a minor price discrepancy with our prefixed menu , As well as bumbarding them with around 25 guests, a few extra. The food was well prepared and the drinks were awesome Thanks for having us well be back soon !!
Really nice place. Great bar! Stopped here for the first time and was surprised. Good food for a good price. Happy hour rocks! A lot of drinks. Will come here again for lunch. Love it! Eliana was really nice to me! :)
We went there during the week to celebrate a birthday. The service was horrible there was only one person attending to the bar and tables. We ordered the Salmon with vegetables and the fish was terrible not cooked properly and had a fishy taste like it was old and it wasnt seasoned either. The whole experience was horrible which was surprising to us cause we had gone there before and everything was great.
The atmosphere of the place was great. The food not so much. The best thing out of all we ordered was the guacamole. 4 out of 9 guest ordered the Bandeja Paisa. Myself included. The steak was flavorless. Had to add salt and lime to give it some flavor. The chorizo, undercooked and didn’t taste like an authentic Colombian chorizo. More like a hot dog. Beans, extremely bland. Rice was ok. Papa criolla was hard, almost seemed old. The chicharrón was “ok”.Service could use some improving. We didn’t know who to ask for what. We had to ask for things at least three times to get what we needed. But the employees were friendly I guess.I’d come back for music and drinks. But not for a birthday dinner.
If you are not Colombian, and you have been to this restaurant, dont come to wrong conclusions about dining in our country. In Colombia we have one of the best Latin cuisine in south America. the restaurants are extremely clean, comfortable, cozy and elegant. nothing like this place than it seem like it came out of the most miserable neighborhood. we have some typical restaurants in Colombia but nothing like this. the meats in this place are prime, excellent and the food in general is good, although the menu is poor, the music is very good if you like loud salsa, but if you like to dine quietly, this place is not for you. in conclusion, I came to know this place with my family, we enjoy the food because it was good but got very disappointing for the premises, better said embarrassed as Colombians. there is a restaurant in Colombia named Andres Carne De Res but it has nothing to do with this place, that place it is uspcale.
I am one to give an honest review anywhere I go and Ive been here before and it was great. I went again with 3 other people last Saturday the 7th of November and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and lounge. We were given a table in a corner next to the DJ which was ok. Apparently they were very busy so we were last on their list to serve. The server came to ask what we wanted to drink and brought my boyfriend the wrong drink 3 times. When he asked for his 2nd drink we literally waited over an hour for it. We asked for a hookah which is $25, they stated they only has cinnamon flavor left so we had no choice but to take that. When we asked for a refill of the hookah they brought us a different flavor and wanted to charge us another $25. Hookah refills are $10 but because it wasnt the same flavor they wanted to charge us for a new one. We explained to the hookah server we wanted a refill he said the new flavor is al they had left and since it was different from our original one it counted as a new hookah which is a complete hustle and b.s. we told him to take it away we didnt want it. I was absolutely disgusted by the service that night and on top of it all I was celebrating my birthday. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. I know they are good when they want to be but if youre not staffed and prepared to treat all your customers equally then be prepared to get a bad review to match your horrible service.
The restaurant was nice. The prices are not that great for the restaurant. Ive been to a lot of Colombian restaurant in the past and trust me this place isnt any better than pollos Mario or Seba Seba. The one thing I would say is the place is really festive. Its unfortunate they dont utilize every space they have because the restaurant and the location has a lot of potential.
Foods its ok.I mean its goodBut for a night out with your wife or friends its not gonna be a amazing night or fun moment .If your hungry you can eat here Oh and they charge 10dollar parking fee.Yep .

If there was a negative star, they would get it! Convinced 16 of my friends and family to go for 2 birthday celebrations.Took almost 3 weeks, but I convinced them the ratings on the internet are just people venting.Rented a limo for everyone. Had 2 relatives from Colombia on vacation join us. Made reservations for 8:30. Ordered food for 16 people at 9pm. Got food till 11:30pm. Half the party left..Drinks took 30min to an hour. Waiter never came and apologized. Spoke to the manager 3 times that night. All he said was he is Sorry...no...I am the one that is sorry for taking 16 of my friends and family 2 hours away to get the worste service in the worlded...on top of that. We wanted to order a bottle of Crytal ($12 at the store) $120 they wanted!!!WOW talk about ripping people off. I will blog and tweet and send smoke signals so people never go here. They also tried to add more than we ordered on our bill.I will not recommend anyone going here!!!!!
Horrible place!! The waitress are nasty and have attitudes..i went for my brother in laws birthday celebration we as a group spent 1000, after we paid they told us we had to leave our table..really bad atmosphere and the woman are all disrespectful, I will never ever go back! Regret going and spending money, this place sucks complete trash!!
This is the worst restaurant ever. I went with my family to spend a wonderful time but It was really bad. The services is bad, waitress has bad attitude, food is expensive compare with the quality, seats are uncomfortable. Im really disappointed becouse I wanted to impress my family. I dont recoment this place to anybody.
Had a great experience the Staff was very attentive and the best part was the Steak the different types of Cuts made it difficult but the Strip was a Must, the Margaritas and Mojitos had an important role in the dining experience...Over all a great place to bring the whole family.
This place is the WORST!!! Iwent there about1 1/2 yrs ago with my dad & we thought we would try the place out. WORST idea ever. We walked in for lunch it was about 12:30 -1:00 we were greeted by the manager he sat us at a table in a corner (no other customers were there.) Gave us menus & said... your waiter will be with you shortly & walked away. 30mins later no one had come by yet & my dad was getting upset. I at that time was a server in the city and told him to remain calm that they were probably still getting ready. 45mins had gone by and i finally saw a waiter approaching us so i smiled to gesture to him that we were more than ready to place our order & thats when the waiter immediately made a left turn & walked towards the bar & like hudini he disappeared!!! That was the straw that broke the camels back!!! We sat there for 45mins & all we received was menus!!! As wevwere walking out the manager finally showed his face again & asked us to come back in that they would take our order now!!! After a few choice words for them i told him i would never return to that dump!!! So we went to a better restaurant were the management & staff were total professionals! Pollos Mario! Now a days you can go to MIS TIERRAS COLOMBIANAS! right there on 55th street & roosevelt. What a shame that this place tries to make you think its like the REAL ANDRES CARNE DE RES in colombia but its far from it!!! I even wrote a letter to the owners telling them of what had happened and what do you know... They never dignified my letter with a response let alone an apology!!! They lack proffesionalism!!! If you as a consumer go there after reading this comment & all these other comments that state what horrible experiences they have had ( the mayority of comments are bad.) & you still go... then you deserve what you get & there is no one other than your self to blame! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Para los q no entienden ingles... ESTE LUGAR ES UNA PORQUERIA!!!
My family and I were visiting Andres Carne de Tres for dinner we were very fascinated with the food (I had the bandeja paisa) and as an appetizer a delicious guacamole made in front of our table ... !!! we had some mojitos and sangrias and all excellent, we also had the opportunity to try an delicious home made tres leches. The service was excellent. I recommend that you come and enjoy yourself as a family.
The food was great! Lively ambiance with good food with large portions and the passion fruit mojito was on point! The waiters were super friendly and funny.

We didt even finish seating and they told us we need to be out by 10:30, Made reservations for 20 and only gave us 18 chairs and told us that there was nothing they could do and they gave the food to the two persons standing. I ask how are they going to eat standing up he said he did know. never again!
Decent place. But had an issue with reservation. And they wanted to kick out the minors we were with after a certain time yet a birthday dinner same night as I went was a minor. Made no sense.

Came here for a friends birthday dinner... 1. Waiters werent very attentive 2. We had an open bar which we didnt use since our waiters werent around, so we kept going to the bar ourselves and ordering drinks 3. They forgot multiple appetizers 4. The bartender charge me two different price on the same cocktail I was drinking , i felt cheated last night . Just be careful with this place bartenders they are slick by charging you different prices for the same cocktail you drink 🍹.
Horrible, Horrible place..... extremely noisy, awful service. even though you saw many employees you had to wait for ever to be served. I go out very often(a few times a week) this is not a place that I would return nor I would recommend. Management was very unpleasant.
Amazing place with a nice service, definitely recommend to someone else and if you want to drink, the margaritas are delicious and so strong on point for enjoy it.

I can believe last night the company where my husband work they had a Christmas party on Andres carne de tres; the Boss they decide to leave the place but, they decide to leave the guys a little bit more in this f****** place after party the Boss pay 5 buckets more of beers for the guys so they can stay a little bit more longer and five minutes later the waited comes to the table and tell the guys to live the place, because they had one more party, in that moment my husband he was coming from the bathroom and he asked the waiter whats going on and he say they have to leave the place and my husband says why you didnt tell my boss that before him hes paying the 5 buckets of beer few minutes after the owner of this place she told my husband your Colombian you can stay but not the rest of the guy because they are Ecuadorian and Mexican such a races
Very disappointing :-( Manager refused to redeem my groupon voucher. He said the groupon could not be redeemed because it was the colombian independence day holiday (how was I supposed to know that that day was a holiday? Ridiculous!)He came up with a million of excuses not to redeem the groupon like You should have told me before that you had a groupon because what you are supposed to get it is different than what you got as if what you are supposed to get would be less or not as good as what they offer in the written description of the Groupon.He never offer an appology. The food was OK but I had to get up from the table twice to get to somebody to serve me. Employees seem to be having a lot of fun among them to be bother with serving tables.I am certainly not coming back. What a horrible experience!!!! not recommended
I had the best time 2 separate parties in one place and both where jumping. This place is a must if youre looking for some fun.

Lousy service considering we had to give 20% the check was 293 and they added 58.60 as gratuity, we was 6 adults and 2 children. . Food was ok.. but the service not good!! Never go back again

The decor is a bit extreme, and always double check your tab, they will overcharge you, on the drinks and bottle service, if you are not careful, then pretend like it was an honest mistake .

Food is good but on weekends the service is not very good. If we did not buy a bottle they would move us from the table because it was already reserved, but if we said to buy it, perhaps that would make us the exception of staying, that we also had to ask for strong dishes for each person. We were not satisfied anymore that we were celebrating the birthday of a relative.
Had a horrible experience in this place, they treated me and my friends really bad. We were told that the business policy was mandatory every person at the table had to order a main course at the price of $ 30 per dish. We went out to relax having a few drinks eating appetizer talking but they hurt us the night we had to pay for the drinks and appetizer pork a second person came to the table to basically leave us if we did not ask for a bottle to continue the night we could not be there. Smh. We left everything there we paid t we left k horror.
Very bad service! I went to celebrate our first anniversary with my wife, family and friends; and they made us get up from the table after a while because it was reserved for other people and nobody arrived (They lied!), even though we were still consuming. They made me as Colombian look very bad with my friends.
The insipid food, disorganized service, and that the place was almost empty, all served together drinks, entrance and main course. A very poor menu very limited, COLOMBIAN food has a lot of variety to give it such a bad representation through this place.This place has more presence of a dancer than a restaurant, generally bad and expensive for the service and product they offer.
NO GOOD, I knew super EXPENSIVE! For beans ?, beans, no way. Very rich house but by God that price ...The truth is, the food tasted good but many things failed, first they charge the parking, what audacity, after expensive. Second, the menu says Kids eat free, children eat free, in the end they charged it and no matter how much we refused to pay, we ended up paying because if there was no manager that day to negotiate a discount and then it came out that it is only Monday to Friday (and the menu does not say anything like that). The menu clearly says they eat free, and the waiter insisted that the menu is new and that he does not know why that offer is still posted on the menu.You dont have kid-sized drinks, so you pay for an adult drink.in general 90 $ for beans or chicken nuggets juice and soda ?? Oh my God.
OMG, we went bad yesterday in this restaurant, a lot of noise, loud music as if it were a disco and then there were other customers making noise with whistles, and it was only 8pm. Then they didnt have four menu items, empanadas, paella hamburger and one more that I dont remember. Then they bring me the entrain that I ordered and it was warm apart that it had a strange taste and I only ate half of it. One of the children with whom I ordered chicken fingers that did not eat them either. I woke up sick wanting to vomit horrible. until now at one in the afternoon I feel better and I went and heated the rest of the chicken fingers we brought and they are raw inside. Hopefully the child is not sick. I dont know if it is because it goes on a plane.I was there 2 months ago and everything was fine. My friends have always told me that this restaurant is bad, and I didnt believe them until now. oh and the beans tasted of Dominican and non-Colombian beans
A group of friends have been going for a long time. And we always enjoy. It is a great place to remember our land.But of the times and gone I always have the same criticism THE DJ for god change it !!!!!! Cut the songs but with a machete !!!! It goes from being a full track to emptying it in 1 second.Yesterday we were just dancing and he gave him 4 American songs to put on. Why did someone ask for them? And the empty track !!! If you want to experience what a scam come here, lousy attention, pity the food. I went personally and booked a table for the past Saturday and chose the place and location of it since we would celebrate my nieces birthdays, and arriving at the restaurant they sat us where they wanted or rather where they were referring to the person Who took my reservation was not at that time.As if it were not enough to pay 20 ooo to the waiters to sing a papallero choir and sing the happy birthday to my niece., And when we complained they started with the hot potato game nobody knows anything, nobody answers for anything, a lack of respect for the client that pays for such bad service.

Very bad service I arrived at 6:15 PM I ordered 10 minutes later and my food arrived at 8:20 PM two hours later. I asked to speak with the supervisor and asked him what had happened to my service and he told me that you had not ordered no 1 1/2 after we arrived, I told him to take me to the waiter and I told him in my face and he went out with him waiter said that he had not placed the order xk two people of the group had not ordered and he believed the waiter that we, after all that happened the waiter did not give us the face or to offer us water, we ate in bad taste apart everything super expensive, the waiter was not professional and still the very shameless he put the voluntary tip on the bill already included, and not only that he got 20% of what was consumed, because I liked him even more and I didnt give him what He had asked me to follow the vallet parking to tell me that I did not leave the correct tip hahahahaha.

Very bad attention. Maluca food, tasteless cold, little and expensive. Very hard music One Sunday at three in the afternoon and without light. It looked like a disc and only two waiters. Practically I have to take care of myself.

Today I went to eat in andres meat of three and I had a wonderful time and I was attended immediately after I ordered a Colombian andres and I thought it was very good just seeing it clear when I tried it was not only good but very good that delight and the waiter offered a margarita and I took that drink rich and for only $ 3 dollars that does not seem expensive I congratulate the owners very nice the place and everything in itself THANK YOU for being in Queens
The place has decayed a lot, it is not the same as years ago, the food was richer before and there was more diversity on the menu. Too expensive for the quality of food. Dont think to ask for guacamole!

2017-07-10Went during the daytime for late lunch (3pm or so). We were the only ones eating there. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick. Will be back!Muchas gracias por el servicio. Todo estuvo delicioso!(:

2015-09-27This place is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. They kick you out before you even seat down. They only give you two hours before they force you to buy a $300 bottle. They dont serve you any more drinks unless you buy a bottle. If the food is bad, which is always the case, you cant complaint because they taste the food and if they say is good, youre a liar. The manager is very immature and unprofessional. The waiters are greedy, and so is the restaurant of course. They try to charge you extra if less people show up, even though they have already given the seats to other people. In conclusion, THIS PlACE IS A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!

2013-07-14Nice overall experience. I went with a girlfriend and had a groupon. We were seated far away from the crowd, which made us feel isolated. The food was good and abundant with the exception of the guacamole...they gave us half of a normal portion and the chips were old. After we were done eating, we wanted to stay to enjoy the music. The waiter immediately told us we needed to order bottle service if we wanted to keep the table. Needless to say, this left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.

2014-09-28The food and ambiance is good but the service is poor. The staff is young yet inexperienced and there were many mistakes not only with our table but with the tables around us. We waited about 10 min at the bar before anyone approached us. It doesnt sound like much except that the bar was practically empty. Our doggy bag was thrown away and although it was their mistake, management was hesitant to rectify the situation. Under the right staff this place has great potential... Theyll need a complete overhaul for me to return.

2013-06-20Went there after getting a deal on a Prix fix dinner for two. Was greeted and seated right away. But was told that I could not use the deal because I did not make a reservation. Mind you we were the third table seated. After speaking with the manager, my deal was approved. The food came quickly and was great. 2 alcoholic drinks, appetizers, main course, and dessert. But then had to wait over 20 minutes just to get the check. There were only 3 tables in service and had to wait 25 minutes for my check!!!

2015-12-24My family and I went to this horrible place to celebrate my step-fathers birthday and it was a complete disaster. Despite the marvelous mixed music, the meat was not well-cooked like we wanted it to be and tasted funny. The service was horrendous and the basement had a leak which was dripping all over the appetizers. When we got the check, the tip was already charged with the meal. This place really thought that I was going to give them $200 more than we were already paying for the horrific service they gave my family and me. The manager was very rude and disrespectful to us. We have been to this restaurant in the past and the service was way better than it was that night. Clearly, this is the worst restaurant you could ever go to.

2018-01-01It is a great place superrrr delicious food. The food is awesome but it is very loud. Even that I was happy with my food and all my family as well. All of us eat too quick and leave the place because it was so loud and too many color lights that we got a terrible headache. GO FOR THE FOOD!!!
