RUDE COOKS! They are always annoyed to take orders. Today, I was overcharged for a burnt turkey sandwich. Theres no way a burnt deli sandwich should be $8.25. The manager said they charge per topping, what?? All I asked for was lettuce and tomatoes. Andys lost a couple customers today because my coworkers have had it with them as well.

Hot meal was lukewarm. & very expensive. It was a Salmon meal. I got sick. Profuse diarrhea. Also pastries very expensive. Have not been back since got sick.

Horrendous horrendous horrendous. The cooks are rude and dont listen and screw up every breakfast sandwich, and to boot it is always BURNT. Egg sandwichs over cooked and God forbid I ask for pepper or ketchup. Tried pancakes and my buddy got french toast.....BURNT BLACK.

Horrible service. The Hispanic lady at the cashier gave me basically thought I was stealing and blamed me for not watching at the mistake one of the employees made when preparing my omelet. The guy added home fries to my order when I didnt order any. I was on my phone and didnt realize about his error. When I took my order, this lady said I had to pay for it. I didnt even realize what happened when she opened my order (like a security guard at the club entrance) and to my surprised there were fries under my omelet. She didnt even asked me and said why didnt you tell the guy to stop putting the fries in your omelet?!. This situation was very embarrassing. I said so do you want me to pay for that guys mistake?. Unbelievable! I Instead of apologizing for this uncomfortable situation, that lady asked the guy out loud to remove the fries because I wouldnt pay for them. I felt all eyes on me. At that point I was just going to ask for the money back and leave then she said hey its okay. He will pay for it. I was in shock for such a disrespect. When I went back to the office, most of my coworkers said that the reason they dont go to this place is because of the bad service they all received at one point by the cashiers. If you are really hungry, chose any other place with a better service and cheaper. Very ignorant woman. Never again!

I ordered a pita chicken sandwich and fries (with a can of free soda) which I used to get from them for 6.50. The last time I ordered from them they said, no more free soda. Then I found out they dont include fries any more so I added fries for 3.50.This time they canceled my order completely. Grubhub folks tell me they werent able to make my order for the price I was going to pay...well, duh! Why dont they change their menu so you know what it going on? This is ridiculous! And, its a deli... what are they going to do, change me 25.00 for a lousy chicken sandwich with dead lettuce and soggy fries? I thought 10.00 for that would be good enough!Will take my money and spend it elsewhere!

Food is good & reasonable price BUT the 2 grill workers were inattentive. I had ordered a plain burger; I spoke very clearly; one of the guys started to put cheese on my burger & I quickly said no cheese please . He looked at the other guy & speaking their Spanish language to find out if I wanted the cheese . The other guy said plain burger. I felt they were mocking at me due to my speech impairment. This is NOT the first time. Also they are doing too many things at once.

What a bunch of scammers! They change the prices on items based on mood, time of day and which one of their horrible, smack talking employees is working the cash register. I literally heard them talk bad about a customer at full volume while they were standing right in front of them. The person ordered a sandwich and they said they were disgusting and nasty for eating like that. I wanted to go back and smack them but I have more respect than they do and will never set foot in that place again.

Ive been living in NYC my entire life and never have I had such terrible customer service. The workers here are very nasty. They do not represent this company in a good fashion. After my first bad experience I figured Id give it one more try. But after today Im done! I like my breakfast with smiles, greetings and courtesy. Not smart remarks simply because I asked am I in the right place to order food. Lost a neighborhood client. Ill be sure to tell my coworkers never to eat here again either.

Food is decent and reasonably priced, but put together sloppily from unfriendly rushing staff. They make mistakes sometimes and god-forbid it needs to be corrected. The checkout experience is even worse with the nastiest, driest cashiers in the area. You want smiles and a good vibe in the morning. Not disgruntled rude workers.
