This is my first visit! We were greeted when we walked in the door. Our order was taken in a timely manner. We order the brisket pizza, the sampler plate, chicken sandwich, chicken finger kids meal.. waited for 25 minutes for our food. Absolutely wonderful!! The wait staff and cook are amazing!! The cook came to check on us as well!!! Amazing!!!!

This was my fourth time and Ive never been disappointed. The flavor, portions and value for the money spent are all excellent. The service is also very good and very friendly. We love this place and talk about it all the time.

My husband was craving BBQ so I got him supper from here for the first time. He got the pulled pork sandwich, salt potatoes and beans. He really enjoyed all of it. There was nothing left on his plate. I walked in, placed a to go order from the nice woman behind the bar and had my food in under 15 mins. We will definitely be returning and more often!

Waitress recommended the smoked meatloaf and cheesy potatoes and both were amazing. The dining area was larger and nicer than I anticipated. The baked beans were great too. Prices were fair. I will definitely go back when I am in Batavia.

Such good flavors! Smoked brisket is always my #1 choice! Smoked and spanked is always GOOD for my taste! Definitely try the combo has a bit of everything! Of course, Kimmy-Sue Tested and Approved 💋🇺🇲

Had their garbage plate version. Very good and a lot (took half home). The spicy meat sauce does have some spice to it, so if you like spicy get both sauce options!

Went there Fri may 6th and got a pulled pork plate my wife got ribs. Within 3 hours I was violently Ill with food poisoning. My wife was fine. She called a few days later to let them know and she said that the man on the phone was very confrontational and stated no one had ever gotten sick from his food before . My wife is a registered nurse I did not want a refund or free food. Does he not understand that food can be contaminated by someone not properly washing their hands? Does he follow his employees into the restroom to make sure they wash properly? I suggest before you get confrontational with a customer about a complaint maybe you take it seriously and educate your employees. You have lost my business and I will not recommend you to anyone I know. Learn some maners and some customer service skills. Next time if someone ends up hospitalized you will have to have a talk with the health department.
