Little slow at check in and also very tricky to find this place. But a good place with good ppl. Tandem sud be back before scale and doors sud be open with no straps or bar inside.
Facility utilizes robot forklifts to load trailers. My appointment time was 1600. I wasnt done until after 2100. There was too much weight on my tail so I had to return to dock to remove product. Luckily theres a scale on premises. From what I understand the facility might go back to using human forklift drivers again. .
I had an appointment on 5 pm. Arrived at 4:30. There was a big line of trucks. I checked in at 8 pm. Then they said that my load is not ready and I need to wait 4 hours. I left the facility and waited outside, after 4 hours I checked in again and they said that I have a wrong weight of the load and I need to call my broker and ask him to call St. Louis. Either they will fill the load or give me a new shipment #. So nobody could help with that problem. Now is 2:45 am and I am leaving this horrible place without any load and never be back again.

I loaded here yesterday. I was checked in in about 10 mins. Pull up in line or stop sign if there is no line and slide your wheels to the back open the doors and pull on the scales and have the correct info it will go smoothly. My Appointment was for 3 pm. Got there at 9am. She had me pull off to the side till 11am then they gave me a door. I was all loaded checked out and rolling by 1 pm. They text you when your loaded and also the yard jockey will wake you up when he takes the glad hand lock off. Real nice lady at scale shack. Very helpful. Ill definitely go back.
Non-organizers who give interview appointments by text message and then cancel the appointment by email, two or three hours before the interview date.
Arrived 2 hours early for appointment. Got door on arrival and was loaded, scaled and gone in under 2 hours. Lots of room to back in to dock. Scale on site. Parking available if needed to get log right. Even got shower in driver lounge. All they need is a restaurant on site and itd be perfect, but its close enough as is
Their check in process is slow, took just over an hour waiting in line to cross the scale and check in.After that I was given a door immediately and fully loaded within an hour and a half.2.5 hours total.Id load there again
Very organized operation. Got in early, got out early. Got notified via text. In case you are sleep, the yard jock has to come unlock your trailer line so; you will hear them and they will knock on your door. Gota wear safety hi-visor vests and face 😷 of course. The employees are courteous and helpful. Great experience here. I wouldnt mind coming back here to get loaded again.

Absolutely horrible! Dont have a load scheduled for afterwards because you will not make it. They will not let you park overnight. Pilot down the street. Appointment for unload was 7 a.m. We got into a dock at 11 a.m. Unloaded at 1 p.m. Rude and unorganized. Horrible, horrible and did I say horrible!!
I had no problems what so ever. Checked in and scaled. Lady was pleasant. Was put into a dock. Yard jockey came over and put a gland hand lock on. As soon as I was loaded in well under an hr, he came and unlocked the gland hand. Easy Check out. I would definitely return here for a pickup
Overnight person is not helpful. Does not answer phone or help button on the kiosk. You have to actually go inside to get assistance and when its -7° outside, thats not fun.
Always did drop and hook first time doing live load appointment was Monday night took me on Sunday afternoon got there around noon was out by 1:30
Had 2pm apt. Got there at 2 they said apt is at 7pm. at 7pm they said apt is at 9pm. Next morning we still didnt get a dock yet. Terrible shipper, they do not honour their own appointments. Waste of time
Worst place ever to pickup a load & Ive ever been... appointment at 1300 , got loaded next day at 0800.. i checked in, 4h later, dispatch said , broker told him I never checked in. Went back, did that, they came and said in 4h , itll be ready, 2200, they never came to me, went to check on the status, they said they kicked me out the system cause load wasnt ready. I had to go back on the scale , check in for the 3rd time. Finally loaded at 08:15am. Worst experience ever & im never ever coming back to this place even if miles are $5.
Trailer must be clean will be inspected on arrival if dirty they will reject. Reefer needs to be washed out. Slide your tandems before pulling onto the scale so the guard shack can get your empty weight. Very important you should arrive with a full tank of tractor and reefer fuel at this will affect how much they are going to load. Live loads will go park in the staging area and wait for the yard dog to come up and give you a doc took about 2 hours for me to get loaded 28 pallets. Three axle scale on the way out. Gives you axle weights and total not a bad place pretty quick as far as that goes.
Great place, just follow instructions, slide tandems, safety vest,be there on time,have ur pick up number and you will have a good experience. Spotter gets you a dock, and it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get loaded. They have a scale, so you get to balance your load before you leave.
Long wait to get loaded but the loading was very quick when you are in a dock the only bad thing is the long line to get in I will not go back
Loadings on appointments only do not come early the will turn you away. Come 30 minutes before appointment and they will give you door number right away. Loading takes 1.5hr average time.They also provide mobile app BUD EXPRESS to fill up before check in that gives you barcode to scan at kiosk and save time during check in and check out. They 💣 on my first impression although they make great products, from beers to marinades. I arrived at 9:59pm for an 11:00pm pickup. I made it to the kiosk and checked in by 2:32am. After parking in the staging area for another 30min, I was told to come back at 8am the following day. Not only did I miss over a grand on the load, I lost $1600+ more leaving out off New Jersey. In order for me to offset my loses with Anheuser and nem...guess Ill be drinking Coronas, Modelos, and tea for a while. 😑
Go there if you want to sleep on line,,they have introduced computers instead of quickening the process of checking in,it does the opposite detention at checking in,,it has Created a back log of drivers waiting on line,, meandering on the streets from. both side .You can do better than this what other prove are you waiting for those computers are not worthy being at Guard shack resume to the old method. Wake up..Drivers seek alternative this is headache with a lot of stress.Keep out
My last experience with them was good and got loaded by humans less than an hour on 6/26, and I picked up before at this place, and I had to wait 4 and 6 hours, but you know what... I didnt see any idiots over there,,, what I saw were humans, and they may do mistakes sometimes as everyone else does.To everyone, Try to change your way of thinking,,, dont blame, be thankful and respectful. Because no one is quietly you picked this job.
Been here since 11 am. Took two hours to get through line and check in. Still waiting for a dock at 4:30 pm when I had a 2pm appointment. Watched driver come in after me and go right to the door. Do not come here.
Terrible. Had a delivery appointment at 6 am. Showed up at 5:50 am and we are still at the dock. Its 12:49 pm now. Their piece of paper that you will get loaded or unloaded in 30 minutes is a lie. They are going on our do not load list. With a new ELD mandate coming up a trucking company cannot afford lazy shippers and receivers. Shippers like this will sink your company. The loads are heavy, they pay nothing and they hold your truck all day making you miss your reloads and not getting your drivers home which can also cause you to lose a driver. Plenty of freight out there. Bypass this shipper.
This review is based on 2 load we picked up from this facility.Both truck were loaded in 1 hr even thou 1 truck had a missed appointment. We called to let them know that one of the trucks will be late and the gentlemen on the other side was very courteous and accommodating.
4 hours in and out. Recommend not loading a trailer load of weight into half of a 53 foot trailer. Spread the product out
I spend 2:30 hours in line just to check in but they load me up fast though. This is a busy place so get ready if you going to pickup loads in this place.
This place takes a long time to load you. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive been here for well over 3 hours and it should not take this long to load me. IDK whats going on in there but something has to change. Please fix your loading process. The truck that came after me are coming in and out and Im still in the dock door. Dont think I will be coming back. Thx

Easy check in and check out ,they have scale in the place,,be sure to have 2 strap and the tank of diesel full,more you truck weight, less weight they put in you trailer, good staff.

Took an hour to get to the check in point which was an automated kiosk. Not directly their fault Im sure it was due to drivers not having their info ready but They should really have 2 to speed up the process.
Horrible. Arrived there at 1pm only to be in line for almost 2 hours. Finally got in and was asked to put all of my load locks inside my truck with me, I’m guessing cause of the automated forklifts they have in there.Finally got loaded, and ended up leaving around 8pm

The line to check is a mile long took me about 4 hours to check in. Another 2 hours to get loaded.
They have the worse ever electronic kiosks for check in/out installed now.it take forever for one truck to go through. So lame it makes the guard check works twice than before.

Pretty easy to pick your load at this location. Great People. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. If you lucky there’s other companies around without gates , you may find parking there. 👍
Worse pickup of my career. Rude people, treat drivers like garbage. Arrived 1 hour early for pickup, got door 1 hour after appointment time. Another 3 hours to get loaded, only to find out I was 1000 pounds over. Go back told me it would be few hours before they could rework it. Took my keys and had to sit in cage for hours while their talking, smoking, breaking balls. Never again

07/19/2018 Appt was at 16:30. Checked in 14:30. At dock 15:00. Green light at 16:20. Not bad, guys! And didnt see there any idiots))). Cant tell any about inside facilities, didnt use them. And they have in- and out-scales.

Takes forever to get unloaded , don’t bother asking for an ETA , you will be told “I’m sorry there’s not much we can do , we’re trying to figure out the logistics of this , we have no space for the product” they don’t care at all about the driver being on ELD and if they run out of time so be it , doesn’t matter to them.DO NOT DELIVER HERE, just bounce the load and look for something else because it isn’t worth it.
They are strict with the rules and really good oriented people. Every plant needs to be like this. Very polite and well trained staff.

This place is a joke.They put weight stations where the guard... Many truck pile up adjusting their tendems... Also drivers required to get out side of the trucks when there is no space to open door...I dont know who were engineering this place that guy should be put in jail and surrender his engineering license...

Hello guys just a heads up I checked in early today for a tomorrow load the individual at the guard shack ethic profile me and started asking me if i speak English and also gave me a little of a hard time now according to the US CONSTITUTION FIRST Amendment STATED Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the freeexercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. This is what happened with the guard today 06/19/18 at 5:00 pm he looked at me and then says to me I hope you speak English it was very stressful situation at that point on my guard was up and ready to rumble that individual but i kept my cool
We attended a great event here,. They opened the factory to tours. I dont think it happens very often. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the event itself was great. We learned a lot beer making process and it was wonderful to see the Clydesdale horses. I hope they do it again.

The place can only be described as cheap. Robots run factory floor and load the trucks. Saving money on workforce, but efficiency and productivity at mind boggling snail speed. Dont come here unless you want to be screwed.

Delivery on Saturday (beer). Came at 10 pm, was empty in 2 hours. I didnt even ask, they told me that you can stay overnight on their property. Maybe because they wasnt busy (Saturday night).but anyway, they are nice people.

2022-05-23App. time was at 2pm showed up at 11:45am. 30 minutes to check in at gate. Show up early my advice cuz line could be long. Download the Budexpress app on your phone for faster checkin, when i got to scalehouse it only took 5 minutes to checkin since i downloaded it before. Sent to staging area, within 5 minutes got a door. By 2:50pm was texted load was done head to scalehouse. Friendly ladies at the scalehouse and it looked to have street parking. I gave 4 stars cuz when I tried to call someone bout unlocking my air line since it was over 20 minutes since green light and they texted me the leave. The lady I talked to said they knew I was still locked and hangup very rude.

2021-10-31Second time in a week at this location. Smooth sailing and nice people. Use the Bud Express App for quicker check in. Also ended up having screw in my tire and called a local shop. Pretty reasonable people. Came right to me in the driveway. Their info is included.

2022-04-253 star because staff is nice and facility organized. I don’t know what to think of this facility. Who’s fault it is, I’m guessing Budweiser is just slow at getting product and they try to hide that from everyone. every time I’ve been here for 3 loads the load scheduling is way off. Got here Monday 6am appointment , it’s pushed until 3pm Tuesday. Before that the load didn’t exist. The 3rd time on time 9am here system let me check in drop trailer like the load was ready and then I sit here in the bobtail for a day.

2021-12-16They use robot forklifts for operations. I got here at 20:00 it’s 01:42 and I’m still here because they didn’t load me properly and I had to get back in a dock. They insisted I get out of my truck and wait in the warehouse. I haven’t slept and I have to make a delivery during the day. Almost a 10hr set done here at the yard!

2022-04-12If this pick up location wasnt so close to the house, I would refuse to pick up here ever again. Jump through hoops with scales, then pick up a preloaded trailer where someone tries to put exactly as much as the trailer should theoretically be able to handle without knowing how axel weights work. 1 hour on docks right now waiting for A pallet to be taken off. No luck yet.

2022-05-15I wish the system will allow for no ⭐️ this is unreal, getting here on time for pickup , and having them delayed it not once but twice 2 pm to 7 pm to 3 am! What games are they playing ? No regards for peoples time . What a nightmare and ended up cancelling the load

2022-06-06This facility took 4 loads bars out of my drivers trailer when he arrived and once they finished they said they cant let him go without load bars.Are these guys serious???? Now he has to leave to buy more because these guys have lost their minds.Unreal, every single beer facility is a joke.
