If I could give zero stars I would. Super unprofessional. Impossible to get through to the obgyn office and don’t expect to get a call back from any of there offices at any location, called about 8 times within a week to multiple locations and left messages every time and still have yet to hear from them or get through on the phone. Definitely do not recommend any office with Jordan Health.
Terrible customer service always get sent right to voicemail , leave meassge with info and never hear back from them going on 2 months ive been trying to get them to fax over my sons info so he can get dental work done but all i get is the run around. Very unhappy with this service. If you ever call them and speak to a hunter or spencer just hang up cause they are absolutely no help.
The entire experience was great 3 visits and the staff and clients were cheerful and professional. Had 5 fillings and the least pain ever, and very quick. I recommend the Holland Avenue facility excellent -- Thank you.Genetics are not my friend, terrible teeth, need partials. This is year 2 that Im visiting them. Staff consistently friendly and professional. Theyer doing a great job. The pharmacy is also excellent and pleasant again 2018 -- thank you
Why am I receiving a bill for covid testing when its clearly free. If I knew I was gonna be charged 204 dollars I never would of stepped foot in your placeUpdate they called immediately to tell me im all covered so now they get 5 stars cuz the visit was fast and painless
I was terrified, moving back to Rochester, of the search for a new dentist. This place removed all my fears! The hygenist and receptionist were so sweet and helpful! I had a fill in dentist because the regular ones werent there that week. The first time they saw me was going in for an emergency appointment. I was having this awaful pain on the right side of my mouth. Couldnt pinpoint exactly where the pain was for them but they looked around and did x rays and found I had three teeth that need root canals! Something my last dentist never brought up....They took thier time with me and helped me calm down. I hate getting x rays but the hygenist tried something new with me to help me stop my over sensitive gag reflex from acting up. Never went easier! The amount of pain I was in was making me (obviously and understandably) very anxious. This staff is obviously trained to deal with people like that.5 stars always! Glad Im a patient here!
I WAS TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO ADD ANOTHER COMMENT BUT ALL I COULD FIND WAS HOW TO ADD TO AN EXISTING COMMENT THIS MORNING. IN ANY CASE, I SPOKE WITH A MANAGER AT THE DENTAL OFFICE AND WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE CONVERSATION WE HAD. IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WITH ME MISSING THE APPOINTMENT AND BOTH SHE AND I APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED. IVE BEEN RESCHEDULED AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PATIENT. You should have a 1/2 star for choosing! The office on Genesee Street Dental Office is ridiculous. They gave me a temporary filling the first week of November 2017 and its still there. They keep saying its fine, well work on the other things first although it was supposed to only last 30 days. Then on 3 separate occasions, I came for the appointment THEY scheduled and they say oh, we dont see anything in the schedule for you!! Are you kidding me?! why would I take a day off work to come and have teeth pulled on a day that I just made up??? The tooth that has to be removed has been hurting and I expressly said I need this tooth to come out now because its bothering me. They said of course, of course but when I call to confirm, the front desk says oh we dont have you in here..again! Im done with this office. I have issues with the dental professionals but also, or MAINLY with the front desk. They are incompetent and need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. In the meantime, Ill find another dentist to finish the work they started.
Their interview process is quite lengthy because they are looking for individuals that will stay long term which is great practice. Whats notprofessional is to lead you to believe you have gotten the job including when can you start, to have the rug pulled out from under you and we are not interested in you. We filled the position with someone else but the same day they repost the position on Indeed. Dishonest hiring practices may be why people dont stay there. After 30 years of work I have never seen such a process. Be careful of applying here, unless,you like to be lied to.
Tried calling the Main number at least 7 times and it keeps hanging up. Called and got in touch withIT and of course they call within and the phone worked. Its calling from your cellphone and the line doesnt connect. How are you to get in touch with your Primary doctor or get referrals?? Covd-19 isnt stopping the way the system is still supposed to work for the Health Care System!!
The dental department always takes forever no matter how early you get here. Now with the Covid situation they have been very strict on how you get there in time because you will loose the appointment and there is no grace period. and still make you wait after your appointment which makes no sense.
Terrible experience not a place to get fair treatment especially if you are a black or white person .to many Hispanics working there and they only cater to there own kind Ethnic nepotism is extremely high in this facility I been coming here for years and its getting worse and nobody is doing anything about it despite the fact people have been complaining about it . The Spanish secretaries when they see you are not Hispanic they frown upon you and act like they dont see you waiting in line . They like to argue but when you talk back they act like they dont understand English. Bottom line the dentist s and the doctors are great but the Hispanic workers are under qualified and terrible.
I saw Melanie Murphy at Kennedy Towers on Plymouth Ave. She wanted to put me on medications for a diagnosis she knew nothing about, couldnt and refused to explain. She couldnt tell me any common causes, any other options other than some medication she already had in mind. When I inquired more, she stated that she only treats patients, shes not a specialist. Yet she wanted to treat me for a diagnosis I hadnt even been examined for, not to mention she stated herself she knew nothing about it. I made it clear to her that I cant make a decision until I know more information about this diagnosis. She said shes going to refer me to the specialist. I complained about the lack of available information. I asked why dont they have any information to hand and thats when she offered me a 7 page printout concerning the particular sickness.(Which I couldnt get until after my appointment) Why did I have to go through all of that to get information? Also, I read the papers and got all the questions I needed. Why couldnt my doctor had just said these things or offered them the first time?
Terrible experience!! I went to Anthony Jordan Health Center (referred by a friend) as a new patient. The treatment was fair, the doctors called me in after about a 45 minute wait. There were about 4 other people in the waiting room. The scale they used to weigh me must have been from the 60s. The doctor who saw me barely spoke proper English. I felt extremely uncomfortable through the entire visit. Minutes after I left there I received a various texts from someone who had claimed to meet me in the waiting room at this facility, asking me personal questions, if I was married etc. Long story short my information was compromised.I proceeded to call the director of the clinic which was a complete waste of time I was transferred to a dead end line which hung up on me each time. This was not a pleasant experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.That was my first and last time there.
Went for the very first time to the urgent care dept. Clean building over all. Very small sitting area. Professional receptionist, security personell need to be trained in costumer service and hospitality, and security measures withing a hospital setting. During the waiting time the security guard was just chatting with a friend on his personal cell phone viewing non work related videos and playing music. I dont know in this facility, but every where else it is prohibited to use personal cellphones due to HIPPA laws and other security measures. If our safety depended on that person were all screwed. Enough of the bad... They were prompt and to the point with the medical visit.
I had an appointment the staff was extremely nice, patient & all around respectful and frendly. However, my bp was sky rocket at the office in which I am very aware of white coat syndrome since i normally have hypertension and it will go up maybe 10 degrees. But over a year my bp has been 120/73 in that range taken everyday at home without the lisinopril. So how did I get there and I just taken it at home and it was 120/70 and their bp machine was reading 193/93 I believe. I said this is incorrect take it again, it was lowered by 30 degrees but still not my normal bp reading from home.So I go home and take a lisinopril the doc prescribed and after an hour the bp reading was 92/63 very very low and i felt light-headed. My advice to their medical profession team is to get new up-to-date accurate bp machines because if I left home with a normal bp the reading perhaps it should have gone up slightly but not drastically. So basically I am not going to risk taking a prescription if it is making my bp dangerously low. For this reason I have switched clinics and found an actual primary care doctor not an assistant or np.I cannot trust innacurate bp machines with my health. I know my normal readings for over a year without the meds and its NOT 193/93
I went as an emergency patient in Dental 1st timer..I had a tooth that needed to be extracted.. receptionist was very nice they said that I could b seen that day...my wait was short which was good...they took my weight,bld pressure n xray ...when Doctor(Lee) came in she looked @ my tooth n said she will NOT b pullin tooth on that day..I asked why not n she really didnt give me an explanation..I asked did I have infection..she said no..so i was like..Im in pain n need tooth pulled n that receptionist said they can pull today..Doc told me that receptionist only do front end stuff n r not the doctors...she also told me that I need to make appt n next appt would b Nov6th..well that was unexceptable..so I went bck up to receptionist who thought I got the tooth pulled..I told her Doc wont pull n I need someone that will..she was very surprised tooth wasnt pulled..well she told me @ that time I need to make appt...I said i need a different Doc...so I made an appt for the following week..I get to the appt n was told that my new Doc had an emergency n not in tha building..I didnt receive a call to let me kno Doc not in...so seein that it was within walk in hours..I say can I see next Doc available..I was told NO...needed to make another appt n next avail was 2wks away 🤔 now @this time...my tooth had broken n I was in extreme pain...so I did make appt but when I made it to parking lot I made a phone call to next dentist @RGH n they made me an appointment that same day 30min away so I went str8 there n got the relief I was lookin for..they pulled that bad tooth 😁 so after that appt I decided to do my business w them in their new state of the art facility so for the last 2 days I have been calling Jordan to cancel my appts n havent been able to reach a live receptionist just a recording that says leave a message...well I left 2 messages let them kno to give me a call n as of 3 days later...no call...I even called today...lol answer machine again smh...another thing is ...u have to go thru run around on the phone just to get to the dentistry dept...I asked for their personal extension...I was told...only in house extension ..man o man...bad business n I will never recommend anyone or go their again!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, Ignorant people work there well (ob/gyn) department. They never answer the phone. Even the triage nurses who Id supposed to be an after hours nurse or on call. To top of all that they dont return phone calls so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO IS PREGNANT!!!
Phone calls not getting threw from call center to.hudson phones are being hung up trying to contact dental, no answer , for nothing cant keep this operation going..Just received a call from jordoan dental manager( isheaw) she said because I made a review about operations very rude to me kept using the word in neg manner Sir .Very impatient with me about emergency walk-in all I was trying to make app this morning..now all this goes on ...what happen to Jordon ...anger manament needed
Went to the office got lab work done got RX for stomach need refill at a new address they have not called it in for over a week Im in all kinds of pain I would not recomend this place for anything they do not care at all. Would love to find a lawer to sue them for incompent care.
Upon my intitial visit as a new patient who was seeking help for my chemical dependency related issues it was more then suitable for a person who had been to verious other places seeking help but had failed,due to relapse or insurance issues.I was pleased to be admitted into the program with my history of failed attempts at addressing my addiction.The intake personal was very aware of my present an past problems with treatment but they still gave me the opertunity to take advantage of their sevices which was ultimatily up to me if I was going to make my experiance as a patient at their health services facility a good one or bad one.

2022-05-17Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment or the pharmacy. Everyone Ive interacted with was pleasant and professional. My doctor listens to me and keeps me in the loop of my care, giving me options for my treatment. Ive havent had better care anywhere else. Dont listen to the haters.

2022-04-29Dr. Millard was disgusting, her demeanor was degrading and it felt like being bullied. Throughout getting by my cavity filled she kept saying she was going to “make a mistake, cut my gums with sharp tools”. Not only did Millard not read my chart because if she did read my chart she would have seen I suffer from chronic tmj so keeping my mouth wide is hard. I mentioned to use the tool the last dentist used and she said “no that’s for pediatrics”. So if she didn’t want to use the tools that will assist her in doing the procedure. Then why threaten to cut my gums? Also, rolling eyes and shaking head is very unprofessional for a dentist. If you are going to assist people in the medical field, learn professionalism. Don’t speak in a different dialect so that the patient can not understand you. Not only does it reflect Dr. Millard, it affects Jordan health as a whole. Dr.Millard should be fired because she doesn’t read charts, speak professionally and uses non verbals to highlight her hate for her job. During the procedure she spoke to the hygienist about how busy it was, busy or not be ethical in the work place or quit. Simple. Please do not get any dental work done by Dr.Millard, she should be fired or reprimanded for her discussing attitude, over whelmed or not.

2022-04-08If I could leave a comment without stars I will. I worked for this agency and noticed the discrimination agains hispanic clients and workers. There is no capacity to retain employees who are overworked and not recognized. The lazy and mediocre people are constantly recognize and able to reach high positions as they do not comply with job requirements. They try to keep serving the Hispanic community without the legal right of provide interpretation services. People attend appointments without being notified about the cancelations. Staff constantly lemVes as theyre are not treated as it should. Several violations to Hipaa Law that are overlooked by management and without consequences. Poor training. Poor benefits. They try to fool employees like for example with raises and the cola. Giving less than supposed to. Shame on all of you who dont step up fot the employees and prefer to lose someone just because your denial on accepting the truth.

2022-04-29I dont know whats going on with the receptionists on the first floor but they have been really rude. I was in line asking why my apointment with the doctor was canceled for a third time and she responded with an attitude and telling me i dont know I have people behind you so please move. I was appalled lucky for her i didnt cause a scene but the service is terrible.

2021-11-01Avoid coming here if you can. They will leave you on hold for literal hours and if they hang up they do not call back, thus resetting your spot in the queue. In order to schedule an appointment you have to schedule a day to schedule an appointment. I had a filling done that fell out and tried multiple times to schedule an appointment, but never received a returned phone call. The first filling I received was adequate and is still holding now and they have a bilingual person in reception (Spanish) which is helpful. So if you are stuck coming here, at least they are capable providing care, if you are willing to endure the gauntlet of actually being seen.

2022-05-04Waited for dentist to pick up for an hour and 30 minutes and sat as the next person to be answered for an hour before i gave up. pathetic your receptionist cannot pick up a phone which is one of the main parts of their job

2021-08-16Ive been calling for a month to setup an appointment for both my daughter an myself. All I get is an answering machine for dental. No one ever picks up the phone there they are so lazy! I How are you supposed to make an appointment when they dont do their jobs?

2022-04-26I am so frustrated with this place I was on hold for 30 minutes to find out what time was my husbands apointment only for the receptionist to tell me shes not authorized and hangs up in my face when i tried ro explain to her my situation .These people who work here are rude and have no manners when you work with people your suppose to be polite and hear the patients or family memebers request not just brush it offf and hang up. We all get up and have things going on but that does not give anyone the right to be rude or mean for that stay home or find another place of work. This is not the first time this happens to me in this clinic so the staff needs to get addressed on how they should treat people.

2021-12-08I use to love Jordan now its like they silence their phones and just leave people waiting all day I’m just trying to schedule a dentist appointment and can’t get ahold of anyone. I took my son out of their pediatrics for this same reason but i can’t find any other dental for him so this is what I’m stuck with .
