From the very beginning of our home buying process Tony was with us 100%. He took time to get to know myself and my fiancé, what we were looking for in a home, and what was most important to us. Tony answered all our questions quickly and took the time to explain the complicated ins and outs of the process. Tony helped us navigate the market during an incredibly busy time, helping us to see houses quickly before they were gone. He was incredibly flexible in accommodating our work schedules to make sure we saw properties we wanted to see. Being first time home buyers in the Hudson Valley is overwhelming. Making such big decisions, in short periods of time with how fast the market was moving, but Tony was very comforting in talking us through the pros and cons of different properties, and pointing out things that we would never had noticed with our inexperience. Tony stood with us through negotiations, navigating through the nitty-gritty parts of the process, and continues to offer help and support when needed after we closed and moved in. We are incredibly grateful to have had Tony as our Realtor through this process and will happily recommend him to any future home buyers or home sellers in the Hudson Valley!

Anthony Ruperto sold my home in the Hudson Valley in under a week with 7 offers to choose from, multiple over asking! He has an excellent marketing plan that works. This marketing plan not only sold my home quickly but actually got my husband and I to interview him as an agent when we were reluctant to do so. How could I not be happy about my decision to go with Tony? The extra money we made over the asking price covered the commission and gave us some extra capital for a new home to boot!
Anthony was a stellar realtor. He made the process of searching for our home a pleasant one amidst the trying Covid months! He is patient, professional and truly cares. 2022-02-22Tony was wonderful from beginning to end. As first time home buyers, the process was overwhelming. Tony was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. He never rushed, forced, or tried to convince us to buy certain homes. He’s very honest and authentic. I genuinely felt a comfort having him along the way throughout this process. He’s highly recommended if you want an honest and genuine realtor for your home purchasing journey!

2022-04-26My husband and I had a great experience working with Tony to purchase our new apartment in White Plains. He was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and was a good advocate for our needs throughout the process. 2022-07-20Tony went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I wanted an agent who valued inclusivity and made us feel comfortable. He delivered there, but he did so much more for us. He was responsive, he educated us about the process at every stage, and he was always flexible about adding last minute showings. 2022-03-24My husband and I moved from NYC to White Plains. We contacted many realtors and felt the most comfortable with Anthony. He set up a Zoom meeting with us and answered all our questions, with professionalism and wisdom of what we were looking for. 2022-07-05Tony was the ideal realtor, especially as first-time buyers who were clueless as to how the process worked. He thoroughly explained how to navigate every step (especially with the colorful curveballs of real estate), and answered every inane question I bombarded him with. I always knew that he was watching out for us, to make sure that we got the best and fairest deal that we could. Especially to LGBTQIA+ buyers, I cannot recommend him enough !! Aside from being so resourceful and supportive, hes just a really informed, efficient realtor who knows his business so well. BOOK TONY.

2021-07-29Anthony was the best Realtor I ever dealt with, and Ive now purchased 4 homes. He was very attentive to me & my husbands wants and needs in a house. He worked with us on the weekend and lined up a number of properties for us to view, and he kept at it until we found our dream home. About 3 weeks into the process we found our home. We encountered many rough patches along the way between our lender and attorney, but Anthony was always there to keep pushing everyone along. He went above and beyond what any other Realtor would have done. In fact I consider him to be a new found friend and we plan to invite him over in the summer. I highly recommend him as a real estate agent in the Hudson Valley and wouldnt hesitate to use him in the future to buy or sell a home. 3 CHEERS TO ANTHONY RUPERTO

2021-07-27Anthony was very easy to work with as a home buyer. We spent an entire month doing nothing but house hunting in the Hudson Valley everyday. We considered over 50 homes and visited many with Anthony. He always made himself available for this punishing schedule and often booked us for 3 or 4 showings in a single day. Throughout the experience he remained patient, helpful and good humored. Anthony never pressured us or or tried to steer us toward or away from any particular property. He was always available by phone or text and responded quickly to our inquiries. He was 100% reliable in keeping to our showing schedule. We would hire him again as our real estate agent in a minute. Hopefully we wont need to.PS - If you work with Anthony make sure to ask him for restaurant suggestions!

2021-08-01Anthony is incredible and I would highly recommend him! He is a wonderful listener and communicator who deeply wants to find you the right home for you. He was never pushy, never put any pressure on us in any way or made us feel burdensome when we needed a question answered and he was always quick to reply to requests when we needed him. As a person he is extremely generous and genuine and easy to be with. We know other couples who have worked with him and we all agree! Hes the best! We are so happy to have found him.

2021-07-27Anthony was a fantastic real estate agent to have through the entire home buying process. He knew exactly what kinds of homes to look for based on my preferences, and was always extremely responsive by both text and email. There wasnt a question that I had he couldnt answer, from contracts to co-op applications to finances. Highly recommend if youre looking to buy or sell a home in the Hudson Valley!
