Enjoyed our visit here again (been here many many times before). Met Christina from Houston (originally). She is such a friendly and helpful person. Please make sure to say HI to her. Whatever you do, don’t buy a gift for someone here. They can’t process simple xmas gift returns. By mail anyway. You have to call three times and even then they screw it up over and over. Customer service is so unbelievably disorganized, no one knows what’s going on. Story constantly changes. Not acceptable for a company like this.
I bought an Antiquaria card at Anthropologie at Rockefeller Center. This envelope does NOT fit the card - what a waste of $6.50.
Perfect spot for shopping nearby rockfeller center!!! Many many Lovely stuffs to pick. And reasonable price.

The worst experience ever!I tried to return a dress bought online to this store. They refused returning saying it is final sale.The staff there is not nice. However it IS returnable since it is not a final sale item and I printed out the return slip. I called customer service online. They told me the store SHOULD take the return. Online staff emailed me the shipping label. I will ship it back.
Wife and I walked in with a couple of bags after doing some Christmas shopping at the Lego Store and Muji. Werent being helped at all but instead profiled. After shopping for a few minutes and having to go up to an employee and ask for help, another employee female with brown hair pops up out of nowhere and just yells hi to us and walks away. Didnt ask if we needed help just wanted us to acknowledge her presence. When we went to make an online purchase in the store because they didnt have the item in store the cashier didnt even ring us up correctly and the items were never charged to my card let alone shipped. We just went in to buy some Christmas ornaments and were excited to do some Christmas shopping for the holidays instead we encountered a horrible experience and the whole situation was awkward. Kind of ruined our day.
Really like the ambience and roominess and decor of the store. Great for shopping and to window shop and kill time or chat and shop with a friend. Love the stationary and kitchen section and browsing the jewelery. Staff are generally pleasant and not too forward. A great stop when in the area.

Large, airy location with great variety. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Good selection of home items and excellent sale section (although the sale room is dark and too narrow). Some items are in odd places - hair accessories in the kitchen section, etc. Great hours. Good spot to pick up gifts.
Service was excellent and the store is beautiful. The store had a great selection but was a bit overpriced. Even the sale stuff really wasnt that good of a deal. However the clothes are very beautiful even though I thought werent as well made as some other stores. But service was phenomenal, the store is beautiful. Downstairs is petites and sales upstairs is the mofo price first run stuff.
I love it! And all that they sell and buy a bag that Im have been looking for a long time.
Chelsea and Lori are absolutely amazing store representatives. They were SO insanely helpful. I was in a pinch yesterday with needing a dress for my engagement photos this weekend (giving me 5 days to look) and they were just awesome!!! Lori was constantly bringing me dresses as I stayed j the dressing room, and Chelsea was so helpful with her advice and getting me in and out of the dresses! Really phenomenal ladies. I had an amazing store experience thanks to them and I found the most beauful engagement dress! Their advice and calmness was so helpful when I origionally came in super worried and stressed. Thank you ladies!!!!
This is the most beautiful store ever. the displays are amazing and inspiring and if you ever need outfit ideas just go a walk around the store. also the sale section is awesome- make sure you check out all the corners of the downstairs.
Beautiful boho chic clothing and unique home goods such as candles, dishes, and bedding. Theres a stationary section and they sell some fun and interesting books here too. Its a great place to shop for unique gifts.
I love Anthropologie and their great selection. The staff at the midtown store is fantastic. I have shopped both in store and ordered online shopping to this midtown location and its been a great experience. I highly recommend Anthropologie if youre looking for staple eclectic pieces that add flare to your woredrobe.
One of the best Anthropologie locations Ive ever been. They have loads of merchandise and even a petite section. They downstairs has tons and tons of clearance and sale items and if you have time to really look through it all and try it all on, youll probably find something awesome. The staff here is always really friendly and helpful with anything you need.
LOVE Anthro. Beautiful store, location and merchandise. Just didnt appreciate it when I went up to a salesperson to ask them a question and the reply back was an annoyed WHAT? Really taints the experience when a sales staff is rude. Albeit, the salesperson at the changing room WAS really friendly and lovely.
Have been an Anthropologie customer for years, and have always been nothing by satisfied, I wish I could say the same for this time. I placed an online order for pick up in store, I needed the item for a funeral. My husband picked up the top for me brought it home only for me to find out They had given me the wrong size. I husband works in the area I do not live anywhere near there so it was impossible for me to get back. I called the store and spoke to a sales associate. She was Very apologetic about the situation took my information, and assured me that a manager would get back to me, needless to say I never heard back from anyone.
Terrible customer service! Traveled 25 min (mostly walking in hot hot hot temperature) to the Rockefeller Anthropology location to return online order or duvet and duvet cover. The store refused to help with return, saying that their policies had recently changed to accept only returns of items that they carry at the store. So I sadly carried all those items back to my daughters apt. It was an exceptionally hot day, and I was really not happy about having to lug all those big bags around back and forth. Later I checked with the online customer service and was told that I should be able to return them at any store location. I had to return to Cali. My daughter took them to the 5th Street Anthropology store. No problem returning the item there. My daughter and I are regular customers at Anthropology. Never going to the Rockefeller location ever! The 5th street staff were very helpful.
I happen to like the Rock center location very much. It’s huge! True there are a lot of shoppers here but there is plenty of room to breathe. I wish the sale closet was larger. That’s where the people really bump into each other. But if you hunt well enough you’d find a good deal. I recommend trying everything on before buying. Anthropologie sizes seem to have a mind of their own. Pretty frocks and house wares seem to be the strongpoint here.
I simply love this store!!! They have everything for all kinds. Not cheap though. You can get lucky sometimes with sales
Come here for the beautiful product displays and too-strong smelling candles. Dont come here when your wife says she just wants to look. She doesnt mean that.
Low in stock, the items arent always priced right so continually having to get a sales associate to double check is irritating. Customer service is hit or miss but mostly miss. I will not be back
I absolutely love this store. they have the best sale corner and it is next to the fitting room. one can sit there for hours with a little notebook and plan a whole room, a party, a meal.
I love the store, the selection, the personnel. Always take my granddaughters for shopping sprees when we are in the city. BUT, no bathroom???? Please! They actually send their customers to J. Crew across the street. We are in New York, walking, eating, drinking. I am waiting for young ladies to try on clothes and you know how long that takes. THEY HAVE NO BATHROOM. On last weekends trip, we left to go to the competitors and ran out of time to buy. (We did pick up a few things at J. Crew.) So, it isnt even a good financial decision.
My daughters love it. I cant find anything for an older woman here. Not my taste. I find things poorly made in the clothing department. For young girls I think it is good. Not for an older woman.

Great staff. Very accommodating, especially with price adjustments. Gets a little busy but the sale section cant be beat. Staff is very pleasant and always willing to help.
A little hard to find especially during the holiday crowds. Its tucked away in its unassuming presence on 50th in the middle of Rockefeller Center. Sparkles and scented candles always provides a warm and homey welcome.
They carry petite sizes which works for me..Amazing cool stylist pieces..

This Anthropologie location might have the biggest selection (seems to be the case) but the crowds here make it virtually unbearable. Be prepared for intense jostling if you come during the holidays. In-tense.

The selection is unique, the style very personal = a good address for gifts to bring back to France. Special mention to the candle department, personalized mugs with initials, colorful kitchen accessories. Always enthusiastic sellers and cashiers are part of the folklore of the place.
Awesome shop and believe me that my wife took me to many in different cities. The store has two floors and apart is huge. It is located in Rockefeller square so you take the opportunity to get to know the square. At this time there are no tourists.

2021-09-26Pretty store. Well maintained and merchandised. Spacious. Not 5, only star - LONG wait to check out…. There were associates walking around and only had 2 people ringing out though 5 more could have been used. Interesting interior architecture details.

2022-04-21I really enjoyed my visit to the store. I was interested in purchasing the somerset dress and wanted to try their sizing, as this would be my first purchase from the store. I had lovely Maeve to help me with my selection and sizing. She was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me to make the right choice. I cant wait to order the dress on line, as unfortunately the store didnt have it in the color I wanted. overall, my experience at the shop was great and I cant wait to go back, especially as I spied a huge sales rack downstairs.

The staff was very helpful (not as in the Chelsea market branch, which I found very disappointing - the staff patronizes and gave me the feeling they are doing me a favor by letting me in the store).The selection is wide and the store is beautiful.

2022-07-02They have a hostess greets people when walk into this store, however the “hostess” did not greet us at sll. I immediately stand near her watched her greeted everyone else properly with big simple. I guess me and my wife was from a part of the world that hadA different dress code. Further more, There Was a 50% Sale Sign in the store, naturally I asked a floor employee if an item was on sale? She looked at me and rolled her eyes and said sales items are on the basement and turn her back to us and left. I guess they only want certain clientele and they don’t like questions. I guess we are not good for Anthropologie and they are not good for us.

2022-05-19Well kept store and plenty of merchandise but the customer service needs improvement. Walked around the store for 20 mins and was not offered any assistance. At check out the cashier stopped in the middle of my transaction to answer the phone and assist the customer over the phone before finishing my transaction. I won’t shop at this location again.

2017-06-19Lovely store, so much to choose from and i love their style. The prices are high though. I ended up buying a dress and a long blouse. I love their skincare range and home decor stuff. Its very eclectic, but very me.
