My laptop has been sluggish and very quirky since day 1. Then things went really bad and it became unusable! After bringing it to PC Paramedic, my computer works better than it ever did! PC Paramedic is very knowledgeable, very responsive to questions and concerns, and just plain great! I highly recommend PC Paramedic!!!!!

2022-03-27PC Paramedic Gary Triestman, the owner of PC Paramedic, PC repair in Bearsville, NY, is an outstanding PC repair technician. I have an old 2003 PC desktop that he serviced and updated previously and it’s still running great. Then recently, my Lenovo laptop went down. ( I bought it in used condition from a friend in 2011.) This was my primary computer and it had heavy use for many years. Gary worked his magic and installed a new super-fast hard drive. He also discovered and fixed a long list of other things that were essential to updating it and restoring various essential operations. After the repair and update, I booted it up and it ran better than it ever did before! Gary is highly experienced, honest, reliable, and surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Gary Triestman at PC Paramedic.

2021-11-30Gary is amazing. It was a shock when the entire screen detached itself from the iPad inner space. Not only did he fix that, he recognized that the batteries were impaired and could have exploded and after his service, we had an almost new, better than before device. He is talent, patient and kind.

2021-06-18Gary was a lifesaver. My wifes computer that she uses for her design business crashed and Gary was available to quickly retrieve her hard drive and files she needed to get back to work. He was professional, very quick turn around and fairly priced.

2021-08-02Gary is terrific -- the hard drive on an old Dell tower died, and he cloned and replaced it with no data loss. He also cleaned/tuned it up and its running like new. I highly recommend him.

He fixed the computer, saved me a lot of money, and continued support with a follow-on problem, fixed over the phone. So glad I found him. Highly recommend him, give him a call when all seems lost. 2020-12-22I contacted APC computer paramedic on a Sunday morning with an odd computer related request. I contacted many other repair shops and the only one to get back to me was APC. He quickly responded and was able to get me fixed up right away. Quick response and great customer service. Pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend.
