The food is overpriced and the employees gave us terrible service. took 20 minutes for someone to even come over and take our order and 30 minutes for appetizers. We asked where the food was and they said they were going to check and then didn’t come back for another 14 minutes. This was a joke and ridiculous. Never coming again. David busters better
All the staff are so polite and helpful. They all make a great effort to make our experience fulfilled. Tj and Zavea in particular were awesome, Tj goes the extra mile every-time I come there and Zavea customer service is amazing. Definitely one of my favourite places to go in Albany.
Came here with my parents and two of my nieces. I havent been to Crossgates Mall in ages since I moved to California in 2012. Needless to say, we had an amazing time bowling and we would definitely be back. The young gentleman who helped us with bowling...(I apolgize if I have his name incorrectly as Im going from memory)...Abidulai? Omgee if youre seeing this and its wrong, Im so sorry! But I believe he is African and he was an amazing help to me and my family when we had a bit of an emergency on 5/21/21. I appreciated his assistance and his customer service. We loved our experience and the next time in back in Albany, I plan on returning to have some more fun here with the family.
I really wanted to like this place. It’s got a lot to offer, but I’ve never seen such a poorly organized establishment. They are not under staffed, workers are everywhere. They just seem un ambitious to make sure the customer is enjoying the experience. We were told that bowling was a 20min wait, which is totally fine. They took my name and number down to notify me when it was available. We went and sat at the mostly empty bar and waited 15 minutes before the bartender acknowledged us. 45 minutes went by with about half the bowling lanes available when I had to finally wait in line to find out why we were never contacted that a lane was available. You pay for bowling by the hour. Twenty minutes in to bowling a server took our food order. Our food never came. As we were returning our shoes we see our food get brought to the lane we were using. It seems like the employees are just hanging out there rather than working and you’re an inconvenience to them.
I made plans for my friends and I to celebrate our buddies bachelor party and it was every bit of old school fun we could have imagined. The planning process we easy and painless and through a few back and forth emails all the decisions were made for our food choices and our entertainment events. First of let me tell you the food was amazing and we had plenty of it. We ordered chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, sliders, French fries, loaded tots, multiple pizzas, and the desserts were on point! It was perfect food for a guys night out with plenty of ice cold beers and mixed drinks. We had a blast bowling, lazer tag, the arcade, panic rooms, sports simulators we did it all. But what made the night an over the top experience was the friendly and helpful staff. Especially the efforts of Lexi our party event planner who was with us every step of the way. She made sure we stayed on schedule with the events we had planned so we could just focus on the fun at hand. She was always there to bring us our food or our ice cold drinks. There was never a time where she wasn’t checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything or just to stop by and talk to ensure we were all having a good time. She even played a round of lazer tag with us which we all thought was pretty cool. We unfortunately did not win but that may have been my fault as I was a few drinks in. She went above and beyond with her customer service to make our whole night go smoothly and for that we all thank you. Lexi should be commended on a job well done as she is an amazing representative of your company and one of the hardest workers in that room. I will definitely recommend to friends and family looking to book an event to give you guys a call and I will make sure to let them know to work with Lexi if possible. Thank you all for an amazing night!
Had so much fun. The girl bartender and the small African American male manager made our experience there very memorable. Their customer service was top notch!!! They were very engaged with all people that were at the bar and were always smiling. We will for sure be back because of them. I wish I could remember their names but they need to be recognized for being AWESOME!!!
Kids Birthday Party W/ Lazer TagMy kid had a blast here with her friends. We booked a Birthday Party for 10 with the Lazer Tag option. They provided 3 games of lazer tag with another birthday party. We didnt have enough kids on our team so the staff joined our team to play. It was nice to see them have fun while working. When you book a party here are some key notes you need to know.- You dont get your party room until the last 45 minutes of your party.- Host will take your cake and belongings and store them until your room is ready for you.-Host is supposed to meet you at the front with a sign for your kids name (didnt happen for us)- Host will hand out arcade cards for the kids to have 30 mins of unlimited play time.-Food provided with package is decent. We had tenders and cheese pizza and it was pretty good.-Hostess was in training but she did a phenomenal job given her inexperience and lack of guidance. She made sure that the kids were having fun, we had everything we needed, and even helped a kid call their parents and charge their phone at the end of the party.-Lazer tag arena is huge and the kids loved it.There was a severe miscommunication at the beginning of our party. Like most birthday party places, when you book 3 hours of time, you expect to get a private room for that block. Things are different here, you only get the last 45 mins of that time to do cake and eat in the room. The hours you are paying for is actually the Arcade, Activity fee for the kids or adults if you have free slots in the party. After my party, i spoke with the corporate representative and explained what happened. She made things right and apologized for the confusion. I think that Apex should put a big bold sentence that reads Party room not used until end of party as the way it works is confusing when compared to other venues. All in all, this place is a good place for lazer tag and kids birthday parties.
Food service was amazing. However the bar was awful. It took 45 minutes to get my drink and I was sitting at the bar looking for the girl who was bartender. I kindly asked her when my drink would be ready and she said soon with a very rude attitude. I watched her continue not to make it and walk away from the bar, the customers at the bar and I were left unattended by her. My kids and I love apex but we will not be returning because of the bartender. Such a shame :(
The last time I went to this location was when it wasnt an Apex yet!!! I dont remember the name of it but it was a bar, bowling alley and concert hall/private venue! I came here for a concert then. Seeing it now though, my gosh it is beautiful! The arcade is relatively large and the VR stations are so cool! The next time my family is there we intend to play some candle stick bowling!
Hologate didn’t work very well . @ 8$ per game (games that arent even known or AAA) I feel like it’s a complete rip off . I can provide a better group VR experience from my gaming laptop. With that being said , let’s move on to bowling ... The bowling starts @ $30 per hour on weekdays and ends @ $40 per hour on weekends (not including shoe rentals) These prices are absolutely outrageous considering every locally owned bowling alley in the surrounding area would only charge a game cost ($5-9$) per game & dosent lock their customers into an incredibly high hourly rate. The arcade games with the exception of a few , are basic & as generic as the rest of arcades these days & overall I feel this place is just another run of the mill , pocket grabbing arcade . Food was decent yet expensive ... bumper cars was an 8/10 and great for the kids , laser tag was also a good experience yet EXPENSIVE. You get the theme here ...
I was walking through the mall and saw the location was open. I had never been before and did not know what this place had to offer. After walking around with my family I ran into a manager garrett and he was above and beyond helpful. After asking a million ad one questions he helped us with buying a card which we used to play games and enjoyed a game of laser tag. We had an amazing time and all the people working were very nice and knowledgeable. I asked the young kid at laser tag how long he had worked there and he said it was his first day, basically was everyones first day. I was shocked!! I would have though everyone had been there for years. I will be telling everyone I know to come visit as the staff made my experience very memorable. THANK YOU!!!
I have never gotten worse service at a bowling alley in my life. The entire center was nearly empty we paid for 1 hr of bowling, and never received our drinks. After our hour was over and i happen to flag down 1 server and a manager i finally received my water. 45 minutes in. We never received our drinks, they finally brought out our nachos as we were walking away. The table next to us however we’re friends with the staff and received multiple food and drink orders. Sickening.
DO NOT go here for their escape rooms...or at all for that matter. Spent $100 for 5 people in their zombie escape room, just to find out half of it is non functional. The attendant came in 5 separate times throughout the session to let us know something wasnt working properly. We could not even get the gratification of completing the escape since the last part was broken. I did not bother asking for a refund for this awful experience since their refund policy is you will just get Apex credit. Why would I want credit for a place I never plan on returning to?
I came as a party of 5 and we all had never been here before. My review is purely from a standpoint about the food so take that with a grain of salt. We hadn’t ordered anything particularly complex; 3 orders of chicken strips, a double cheeseburger, a quesadilla, and chicken Caesar wrap. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive and it was cold. Two of the chicken strip platters were uncooked and pink in the middle. The whole experience was rather disappointing and we won’t be coming back for the food at least. If you come here, it should be for the bowling or arcade because the food is definitely not worth it.
Bowling lanes are a bit over waxed, but Im pretty sure thats just because theyre new and Im used to older lanes. Very fun though. Bowling was a blast and loved how a group of 7 can sit together and share 2 lanes and even have some privacy. Meaning youre not all bunched up together.Food was overpriced.Arcade was so much fun! It was great for toddlers (4yrs) and adults alike. We all loved the variety of games. The cards are totally worth it.
We did the bumper cars which with two people you could barely maneuver around at all, I cant imagine what its like with all six going and the time you ride is definitely short. My son did the virtual reality and loved it but again didnt last long at all for what you pay but the gentleman who helped set him up was very nice and helpful. We played a bunch of arcade games and like most arcades you pay silly amounts to play to win tickets to get a whole lot of nothing. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but the pricing is really not worth it for what you get. There are other things for older children and adults that maybe have more to offer so I dont want to say this place is a complete waste of a visit but for me I really wasnt that impressed.
This place is a joke and they racially and character profile their customers. I visited here with some friends. I flew in from California to NY to see my family and friends who I haven’t seen in 2 years and this was the only place with food and fun activities. Mind you they close in 3 hours and I just landed from traveling for 10 hours from the west coast. So in total it was 10 of us but 3 of us arrived early for one I was just picked up from the airport so we came straight to apex. We waited almost a hour at the bar for drinks we never received and for the rest of the crew to show up. We were gonna eat have a few cocktails and bowl. Let’s not forget we haven’t had a alcoholic beverage because we literally just got there. For the record the bar had one tender who was doing their best but was swamped. Now that we’re all together we’re literally cackling (laughing like chickens) and crying because we haven’t see each other in so long and we’re basically catching up in person. The server finally comes and I told him I’m buying two rounds of shots for everyone and everyone order a appetizer and drinks. Almost 45 minutes passed no food from the bar that we were waiting for and no food or drinks once we get on the lane we’ve been bowling by now for well over 50 minutes. So I stated to the manager hey where is our food and drinks they said they would check. Almost 35 minutes passed no food so we go back. Ok we’ve been waiting almost a hour and some change no food no drink not even water. So he comes back and says his waiter said that we were all drunk and he didn’t put our orders in . SO THE BIG QUESTION IS THIS YOU WONT SERVE US FOOD AND DRINKS BECAUSE YOU ASSUMED WE WERE DRUNK BECAUSE WE WERE HAVING A GOOD TIME AND ENJOYING EACH OTHERS Presence but you will let a group of drunk people still Bowl ? I kind you not I can’t make this up one bit. So you would risk us bowling drunk and injuring ourselves vs turning our lane off and brining the drunk folks their food and drinks .Worse place ever and the bald head Caucasian manager is a joke. The security person there can’t remember his name but he was a black man stated that they don’t appear to be drunk I don’t see what the problem is. We stated ok are we gonna get our food the bald Caucasian man said the kitchen is closed. I told him he was unprofessional and so is his staff. I am a business owner myself and yes you respect your employees judgement but you also should check out the situation especially since drunk people are bowling . Major lawsuit could be in the works if they allowed us to bowl and we injured ourselves don’t you think. They ended up kicking us out and to make a long story short one of the servers came up to us and said that the young Caucasian man who was serving us didn’t want to serve us because we were ordering almost 300-500 worth of food and drinks and he stated that black people don’t tip. Not knowing that everyone there has a professional skills and provides services to the public so we’re big on tipping. But hey their loss I just know I will never support them and I told all my friends on Facebook book and IG not to follow this place because of the unproductive and unprofessional experience I had.
Like nothing else in the area! Great food, great service and so many things to do! I think the adults had just as much fun as the kids! My husband and I had a great time, and so did my friends 5 and 7 year olds! Where else can you go where EVERYONE in the family has fun! Laser tag, awesome arcade, bumper cars, bowling too. Did I mention cocktails?
Not bad kids there was a little out of control and now staff keeping them in check, bumper cars where fun. The service at the bar was slow we waited awhile for service because all the bartenders were all on one side of the bar and the drink was extremely strong. Also I think the escape room is over priced $20 per person. I would come back and check out the bowling but probably wont get another drink here again.
This place existed where I used to live & was a favorite for rainy days, and when we moved here they were building this one! It’s really fun, lots of unique games and traditional. It’s like a beautiful, big, clean adult arcade. Also good for kids, but honestly probably 10 & older. There aren’t many games suited for a child without a parent helping a ton. Overall awesome
My step grandson had his 16th party there, didnt know what to expect, Ill tell ya, nice place. We did some bowling and arcade games . What surprised me was the food, it was good, pizza, chicken tenders, tater tots. It was actually pretty damn good!. Great place to go with the kids!!
We went here for dinner and to play some arcade games. The games were ok but the food service was terrible. This is the second time we went here and service was just as bad as it was the first time. Both times my wife ordered a gluten free meal and both times her salad came out with croutons on it. It took 2 hours to get our food and check. I dont know that we will ever go back for food. Seems like waitstaff are just hourly workers and have 0 motivation.
I just visited Apex today with 6 friends. I walked in with $60, and my other friends walked in with about a range from $20 to $80. We all walked out with nothing. And all we spent our money just on lockers, Arcade games, and bowling. First off, we bought one small locker ($4) and one large locker ($5) which we all thought was expensive at first. Then we played the arcade games which was nothing different from playing normal games. Then we had to pay $40 for all of us to go bowling, not to mention they made us pay $4.45 per person for the bowling shoes. We did not want to drop even more money on what should be complementary, but they made us pay for it. We also payed $17 for four cokes and a shirley temple. We were mostly bored, and there was nothing special about the experience. This experience was not good at all and after I calculated everything we payed for in Apex, it was $267. We all spent a total of $267 for a below average experience.
Super overpriced. I came in with my friends and i had $40 thinking that i will only have to spend $20 here. But no, i was wrong. I had to spend $5 on a locker for my backpack, $25 for a game card with like 100 tokens on it, all of us had to pay $40 for a bowling lane for only and hour, and the shoes you were forced to wear were an extra $4.45 per person on top of that. And when the waitress came around asking for our orders we thought the drinks are complementary, so we ordered 4 cokes, and a shirly temple and it came back at $16!! I cannot believe that me and my friends spent $267 at this place, and the worst part is all of this spending didnt even make it fun. I walked out with $0 after. And not to mention that one of my friends ordered a quesidilla and it was awfully made which made it taste awfully. I would never come back here with friends again.
This place was meh. Figured since it was new wed check it out. I really wanted to be impressed, but wasnt. Tried to go bowling, but was told there were no lanes (it was pretty empty), and was given no option to reserve one later. This was after waiting 5 minutes at the counter with staff that didnt appear to be properly trained. Did laser tag instead. That was okay, and the attendant was nice. Thought about getting food, but gave up and left. We may give it another try someday, but wont be in a rush to do so. Also, a lot of fake reviews on here, so view all the 5-Star ratings with some scepticism.
If I could rate the experience no stars I would. Went here last week with friends and we sat down at the bar and it took about 10 minutes for someone just to take our order when the bar was crowded, but not by customers, by Apex employees. Then we had to wait a while for the 3 chicken wings that we each ordered from the bar menu and of course they were terrible. I certainly will not be coming back to Apex, and I suggest to anyone that cares about having a positive experience to not either.
Rude bartenders that cannot count back change. I told her she gave me to much back and she ignored me so I just left it on the counter. Also staff is a little rude there. It just seems poorly operated and could use a facelift. The chalk for the pool tables is super cheap. I also stood a while at the desk trying to get a card. It was my first time there and staff seemed more concerned with talking with their co-workers and friends then helping me get a card so I could use it.
Our family was interested in trying candlepin bowling. So we went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. That was a mistake. The group had 4 adults and we went there on a Thursday afternoon. We purchased one hour of bowling. We go to alley 10. At the 3rd frame, the alley appeared to stop working. There were no pins. One of us went to tell the desk. Finally they looked at it. After about 15 min they switched us to alley 9. At that point the alley took awhile to reset the pins after the 3rd ball. At one point, around the 6th frame, while resetting the pins, the pins literally were falling out of the equipment and falling onto the lane. At one point there were 2 pins in the gutter. It took a little bit of time to get someone, at the desk to help us. It took them approximately 15 min to fix that problem. What was funny was that at the 8th frame, a time count down appear. Because of the problems with the lane, we literally could not bowl for 30 minutes out of our 60 minutes. We just laughed and knew that we will never come back to here again. This place has been open for a couple of months. But obviously they are having issues. The amazing thing is when we returned our shoes, not one person apologized to us about the problems we had to go through. I saw about 5 management people standing around. Not one person came over to talk to us at all. We were on a candlepin lane and there were 2 groups bowling 10 pin. That was it. It was not a busy day at all.We will not return here. Maybe in one year we might try again. Obviously management does not care that their equipment does not work correctly. Nor do they care about the experience that we had. I will not recommend Apex to anyone. Nor will I bring my grandchildren here.
Ridiculously slow service, possibly the worst Ive ever had. Waitress took forever to come back, or get anything throughout the night. We were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive (total group of 8 people), and ordered an appetizer, but when they arrived, she took their full order and disappeared until their food came out. I was hungry and very disappointed with the experience. Getting any drinks from her was also a challenge. I dont plan on eating there again.
Nearly all the tables were dirty, had to ask someone to clean one so we could be seated. Had to ask to put an order in, slow service and it wasn’t that busy. Drinks were not made by an experienced bartender. Maybe it was an off day, but my first experience here was poor.
Not as great as i hoped it would be. Not many games in there arcade wise. Almost all of the good ones are across the hall at dave and busters. Food is overpriced and not that great. Bumper cars area is so small and the bowling is expensive. The sports simulators do look awesome though. My favorite thing was the zombie game that squirts water evety other game i have played before.
Very unprofessional place. they dont clean the arcade games after each person plays on it. this is the reason Covid 19 are on the rise in Albany County. I came in to enjoy my time with family but saw no employees cleaning so I left . this place should close down due to Covid !9 violation
We thought wed try candlepin bowling despite the exorbitant price which discouraged smaller groups, but the experience was disappointing. The sensors recorded scores when people werent bowling, pins were replaced in the middle of turns, and at one point no pins were being replaced and every ball thrown recorded a strike. One of the worst bowling experiences Ive had, and certainly not worth $40/hour for a Sunday morning. We wont be returning.
I had the worse experience of my life. I spent hundreds of dollars just to be humiliated and disrespected. The bar staff attitude was reprehensible. APEX staff lied about their job titles and abused their authority making simple request difficult. I was mortified by the way that my family and myself was treated.Update* Theresa Cassiack has been extremely helpful in resolving this matter and I appreciate her for it. She has made my family, friends and I feel as though we matter. She did so by firing the employee responsible for making our experience unpleasant. Again I thank you ☺️
I just was on hold for 10 minutes trying to speak to someone to book a party for a friend of mine. She had already emailed once and left 3 messages! Wow guess no one wants our business. Too bad we had 30 people willing to eat and drink all night. Customer service will be key in staying in business.
Booked a corporate event for 50 people and I was extremely pleased with the venue, service and food! Team building onsite where the meeting was held really made logistics of planning this event easier. Anne Marie in sales is top notch! Laser tag and bowling was a big hit for our team and would highly recommend Apex!
Worst place ever Im came in the day before Thanksgiving and did not get serve I waited at the dining area spoke to the only one server they had on the shift and didnt get served then went to the bowling area hoping to get served and still didnt get any food Im highly upset experiences like this makes no one ever to come back spoke to staff and they didnt have no answer
This place is nice, the arcade is good and the service is good, but the bowling alley is not good. The bumpers at the bowling alley dont work and the shoes are extremely uncomfortable and the lanes arent oiled. But other than that this place is good. The food is good aswell!
Apex Entertainment in Albany, NY was a 2/5 star expierence. The activities we participated in was laser tag; bumper cars; the arcade; and we ate dinner. My fiances sliders came out and the patty felt cold to the touch, my brothers chicken wings came out uncooked. Felt like they were sitting there for the hour we sat waiting for the rest of the food. The waitress was nice, but food was the reason it only got two stars. We will be going to Dave and Busters from now on, thank you.
I just called to see if I had a good possibility of getting a bowling lane tonight for my nieces and I and the woman who answered the phone answered with just give me a minute then proceeded to act like I was inconveniencing her. Then hung up on me. Im not bringing 10 year old girls in that place if the people working there are ghetto.
The manager told my 4years old son and I to leave the store because he is in a shopping cart and it could be a hazard for people walking around..We was waiting for my other two children to play the hologate VR and he had no manners while he was asking us to leave the store... with his attitude the store would not be open for long. We did not even said a word to him and just left because we have no time for unruly people “and ha was a manager “ so sad for the people that own the store because he is ruining it for their business it was Sunday dec 22 at 4:30 pm
So I had a good time other than the security man with the bold head comming up to me afterwards and angrily asked me to give a stolie mug back which whatever but he made it into an issue as if I was steeling something exponential even though being that I work in the industry I know that it is given to any bar that get there product as PROPOGANDA.... so not even really your property and didnt need to be assured Ive a mug. I will be contacting my friend at the distributor about there unhospitable attitude. Sincerely BGB ps the two stars is for the bar tender cause she was nice..
Honestly I dont write reviews , but I visited with my family last week and, wanted to have there gluten free pizza , it was so bad , so was there service, we decided to give today them another chance, while we waited 1 hr for our food at Dave and buster , we decided to come back to apex, I was impressed, our food came out on time , and the service was top class , our server roth took special care of us, we were impressed how he suggested gluten free items on there menu, great server we had in a while, i take my words back , Apex got lot improved in Matter of week , we will definitely be back.
Not a bad place for a family to go, seems to be more geared towards the younger children. As where some of the other locations look tbe geared towards middle age teens and young adults. My family had a good time. We were there approximately 3 hours and spent about $150. Most items used the cards, where as the Lazer tag, bumber cars, bowling, and escape rooms had to buy passes prior. Appointments for Lazer tag and bowling during busy days would be good if you like schedules. Over all we would return.
Went last night with my wife my 14 year old son and his 14 year old friend. What a nightmare I signed up for candlestick bowling they took my name and phone number and told me it would be about an hour so I noticed that there was 3 lanes that were not being used for a out 15 minutes so I went up to ask why there was a wait when they werent being used.I was then told that there is a party coming in and they have all the candlestick lanes reserved and I would have to wait until 930 which would be 2 and a half hours longer on top of the half hour I already waited so I said why was I told it would be an hour and she said that person must not have looked in reservations. So they did laser tag and paid to do bumper cars waited in line they were the next 2 the girl running the attraction put them on the ride and this nasty woman came over and started saying the white boys arent going on the ride that she is here for a birthday party and they have been waiting longer and I said they were next the girl already put them on the ride so she told my wife she was going to knock her out and went up to my son and his friend who were sitting in the cars that they better get out its not your turn so I demanded a refund and the manager gave it to us.I do reccomend this place as it is very poorly run and you will probably get harassed by the thugs that have taken over the whole mall.
Service is very slow and a couple of workers are very rude other then that its nice and is higher prized then competitors with lousy prizes all the good prizes are way to much for the ticket value its sold for i think they need to knock the prizes down and the prices as well

2022-05-20Escape room: We did the zombie escape room. The other one wasnt available. There were several technical difficulties, including the audio being completely nonfunctional. The game lacked visual cues telling you when you succeeded at a puzzle. $20 for 30 minutes didnt feel worth it.Arcade games: Almost every single machine--including the card dispenser machine--ate our credits. We selected $10 for the card and paid a $3 new card fee, and in total put $15 in the machine...but received no change. Where did the $2 go? Sometimes we would need to scan games several times to play, and sometimes it would just eat our credits and not start at all. Its normal for arcades to have technical problems on some machines, but this was to an extent Ive never seen before. There are some interesting games available.Bar: Bartender was friendly, but there wasnt an up-to-date drink menu available. Its cool how much they have going on here, but it doesnt matter much when none of the experiences are working properly. They need fewer people walking around doing nothing and more technicians.

2022-05-01Im gonna try to be understanding, given the fact that nobody wants to work these days. Businesses are struggling to staff the facilities, but majority of the games were down, including the kiosk to purchase credits. What little staff was there looked like they didnt want to be. It was definitely a disappointment for a family night out. I hope they can turn it around, it has the potential to be a good place for family fun.

2021-12-01Very fun! They had a promo where if you buy a gift card ranging from $50 to $200 theyll match it with arcade tokens. I brought my 8 year old and his friend here to play in the arcade and bought a $100 gift card. With what they matched, I had $200 worth of arcade credits. We played for over 2 and a half hours and I still have a quarter of the credits left on my card. It lasted a long time. There is a great variety of games and the VR station looks like so much fun.The only negative I would give is the food. The prices are a lot for what you actually get and the quality isnt good. We also waited forever to get ours. The guy who served us was a sweetheart though and that mostly made up for the quality. He was very nice and friendly and gave us a voucher for 30 minutes of whatever activity we wanted to do.

2022-01-06It was awesome! We played lazer tag, bumper cars, and basketball and we had sooo much fun! The place was not crowded and it was really clean too. The food and drinks were really good too! The chicken wings were delicious, as was the gigantic pretzel! The drinks were great too! Got the bucket and it was delicious! Im already planning my next visit!

2022-06-13The staff was very attentive and courteous. Had a great time bowling and playing games. They did a great job with presentation of the food and made sure everyone had what they where looking for. Most definitely will return.

2022-06-12Much larger than it looks from the outside. Food and drinks were ok. The laser tag is a little too dark but a pretty decent size for being in a mall. The staff was nice too. Decent selection of games and a couple of sports simulators.

2022-02-26The workers are RUDE ! I stood in line waiting 30 minutes with no one else in line and had some young girl ignore my family. I asked the girl for a lane for 4 people and she said Ok and walked away. I then asked another Guy who was on I would like a lane for 4 people. He then started doing something on the computer. Took my payment and walked away without giving me my shoes or telling me what lane I was going on. I had to ask for my shoes and ask what lane I was on. Now there was a waiter who was very nice and attended to us very quickly . Great service by her ONLY 10/10. But who ever was working in the Bowling section when I walked in was VERY RUDE. This was Friday Night 2/25/2022 around 7PM Lane 8 ... Manager needs to improve there staff or hire people who are passionate about working. Not LAZY people.

2022-04-30We ended up here because Dave and Busters was closed in our mall and we were pretty disappointed. So many games were not working and some that were would take your credits without you being able to play. The virtual reality thing was down also which my son was set on. I don’t think we’d chance going back again.

2022-02-19Absolutley horrible experience here. Within 3 min my sons card was stolen while he played a claw game. They said they could not track the card or do anything. I had 2 cards purchased on the same transaction. I would think they could track this and move it to another card but apparently that is not the case. First and last time visiting. Been to Dave and Busters several times and never had any issues like this.

2022-03-13Whoever said good prices is a LIAR! Straight up. I played ONE game of bowling, had TWO Coronas and a plate of nachos and my card was charged $200. They charge crazy prices yet it’s AN ARCADE! I’m not going to a Broadway musical. It’s disgusting how much they charge
