I was real hesitant when it came to taking my car to the mechanics until I found Vincent. He is so patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. Vincent has worked on my car many times doing oil change, brakes, and checking my engine and every time I was always a satisfied customer. Vincent is a great mechanic always smiling and making you feel comfortable, at ease and taking his time to explain to you the problems in your car and getting the job done.. Apple Auto did an excellent job on my car. For an engine issue that my usual mechanic wouldnt even touch, they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. After a diagnostic, they explained the problem to me very patiently and thoroughly and answered all my questions. All the staff were very courteous and honest. Now my cars running better than ever! Id trust these guys over anyone.

Vince is not only a great mechanic but he is also patient. He did an awesome job fixing my car. He took the time to explain what what was wrong with my car, what needed to be done to fix the problem, and he answered all my questions; which is something I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back to him again if something else goes wrong with my car.
Honest and fair! The service is great and you can trust the work they do. If you have a problem no need to get upset just address your dis satisfaction and they will corrected making sure you leave happy with there service. I recommend them highly! I am in the parking industry and have being working with them for over 6 years. They keep our Shuttle bus moving.

Honest and Very informative with what was needed also they were very quick with my Safety check I made a bad purchase from Chase Auto Group in the Bronx...I explained everything to the Mechanic they informed me no worries they gave me a run down of what was fixed and what needed fixing nothing more nothing less, got straight to the point. Definitely recommend them! Great customer service!
I went for an inspection & they told me I needed new rear brakes. After almost 4 hours waiting for the inspection/new brakes, I left the place to start experiencing a problem with my car. My car was jumpy and it began flashing the ETS (Electrical Throttle System) light, which is a problem that I have never experienced/a light that I have never seen in the 2 years I have with my car. Now I may have to spend a couple hundred dollars repairing the damage that Apple Auto & Truck Care has clearly caused. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Excellent services. My car was tow to the site. They started working on it before I even call to notified them of the tow. They kept me up to date with their findings. Their price was fair and reasonable.
They were helpful. Took my car in on a busy Saturday to do wheel alignment and fix window. They only charged me half an hour labor to fix my window when they could probably charge me more. I would go back again.
Top notch, efficient, knowledgeable staff and great team overall. I represent a 48 year old moving and storage company and we service our fleet of trucks here regularly.
Some repair places are really bad about staying in touch, giving honest prices up front, and being up front about which repairs are absolutely necessary and which ones can wait. Apple Auto & Truck Care did all of those things.
Make an appointment at least a week in advance. These experts specialize in rare and unique automobiles. And they can fix your car too!!
The guys at Apple Auto really do a fantastic job! They helped get my car road ready and also pointed out possible problems so I could take preventative measures. A+

Clean and convenient. I was coming home to Bronx from Queens and this was the nearest spot that i could think of. Cuz Manhattan sucks for bathrooms. Very nice lady and man at the register saved my life lol. Bathroom was very clean and thats awesome all in itself.
These people dont know anything about cars they look on YouTube to fix your car I wouldnt recommend theyre just money hungry

2022-04-05From my first call to inquire about a state inspection I felt I had chosen the perfect place. I’m not good with names but the representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly thorough and informative he answered every question I had about the process. When u brought my car in I was able to view as the mechanic performed the Inspection and I was given a thorough overview of what caused my car to fail. They even send you a link after your visit so you can access the report with pictures and details for reference. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning in the future for any auto repair needs!

2021-11-05Bought a used Nissan Murano on Craigslist that had a check engine light, but seemed okay otherwise. Took it Apple Auto to get an inspection done and they were incredibly thorough and found a ton of issues with the car that I might not have noticed until the worst time possible, and their price to do the repairs was very fair. They also showed me everything wrong with the car in a VERY VERY detailed report that they can text/email to you.Long story short, these guys are incredibly professional, and I cant recommend them enough.

2021-09-30I went in for a vehicle inspection. Was able to get a next day appointment for 2 vehicles. They are fast, efficient and very accommodating. Its hard to find honest people in the car repair business. I highly recommend.

2021-03-05Rich, Vince, Chris and the whole crew are professional, pragmatic, respectful, timely and committed to customer service and safety -at affordable rates for the finest work. I bought a used 20 year old pick up truck in September 2020 that needed quite a bit of work (all missed by the inspecting mechanic in NJ). I brought in my truck and the fine people at Apple Auto and Truck quickly inspected it, prioritized the major issues, gave me an honest and thoughtful, professional opinion, provided me with options and estimates and made my vehicle road worthy and safe. I do not hesitate to bring my vehicle there. I don’t get gamed or talked down to or hassled-and if they can’t do it they say so-no shenanigans or nonsense. Finding a reputable business like this is a customer’s dream come true. A big thanks to them for keeping me safe and able to take adventures in my girl Rae.

2021-02-14Apple auto is the best in the Bronx! When I tell you they saved my life, I am not exaggerating. They offer a level of clarity, with pictures and detailed explanations of issues and solutions that solve them. I trust them with my life. Mechanics often get a bad rap and stereotype like used car salesmen, but Rich and the crew prove that angels exist. They work with your budget and have made my 20+ year car run like new. I am serious. I literally saw the check engine light come on, left work, dropped off my keys with Rich after not seeing them for over two years (cause that’s how well they fixed my other car), and my car was diagnosed and fixed. You will not find better humans anywhere because they are HONEST, and they care. They worked hard on my baby when others just put bandaids on the problem. I even gloated to my hubby that I have better mechanics than he does, which he agreed. I am so grateful for their integrity, diligence, knowledge, expertise, and gentleness. Also, their bathrooms are very clean. That is important to me when you have a long wait. I can not wait until I get more funds to fix her up even more with them and them alone.

2020-07-02Amazing professional service. Had to get my brakes and Rotor replaced. Now my car is driving smoothly. Not a single noise and stops on a dime. Everyone is smiling and I am so grateful. I did the appointment online, called later that day to confirm and on the day of dropped off my care and the rest was great. The communication about my vehicle, price. I never felt like I was not informed. Definitely going back for any issue I may have in the future. Thank you guys!

2021-12-28I had a very positive experience. They are a little pricey but do solid work and their warranty policy provides extra security. I would recommend them and use them again.

2021-05-18May 10th my mechanic was on vacation when my engine light came on. I saw what great reviews Apple had and was even considering switching mechanics. I jumped online to schedule an appointment and also scheduled an appointment though the automated phone prompter. I received and email stating someone would contact me to confirm the availability of the appointment date i chose and to wait for the response. My schedule date WAS for May 13th... Today is the 18th. IM STILL WAITING.
