Went to drop off my 2010 MacBook Pro to be repaired. A week later he calls me to tell me that it’s not what “He thought” it would be and it might be something else, and now it wasn’t $100 anymore now it would be $150.Imagine going to the mechanic and he replaces your tires and then goes “yeah, so I don’t think it’s the tires, might need a new steering wheel.”Don’t waste your time going here. This guy is bootleg AF.

Had my Apple Mac repaired here. My screen/monitor was damaged. Turn around time was very quick, and price was very reasonable from all the shops I visited. The owner Randy was very friendly and knowledgable. I was able to pick my computer up in 2 days after dropping it off. Definately gonna come here for all my computer needs. Besides repair, they also sell Macs as well. Definately check them out.
Randy is an expert on Apple products, he is honest & fair which means a lot in this business. I fixed my company computer here and I get more service than expected. Thats why I am going up all the way from Manhattan to Queens.

This guy knows his stuff, three beebs and knew it was a ram problem, he fixed it and only charged me the price of the repair not any other diagnosis fee, I was in and out the same day he has fees on the wall but he just charged me a flat fix it fee did now charge me for the ram, I wish I knew about him before, I will definitely go back if necessary, I highly recommend this shop
Needed an estimate to replace my broken mac book air but they threw me out because I said im going threw my 3rd party insurance. They were very rude and unproffesional. Never going back there

2022-02-08I have MacBook Air 2017. Was try to update the monitor and the error screen pop out, try to restart and shut down same thing happen. I took to Apple service they told me most likely the hard drive is broke and damaged. So I took it to this store. Mr. Liu was very professional, as soon he see it he knows what to do and fix it within 45 min. And the price is very reasonable.Highly recommend.

2021-10-30I was really impressed.. my Macbook screen was cracked. The service was really fast.. All other places said they will take more than one day, but Randy took only twenty minutes..!Also, compare to other places, the price was much cheaper.I really thanks to him.

2019-12-14I highly recommend this place! I was the first person in on a Saturday morning and Randy helped me right on the spot. I was there for a total of 2 hours, because he wanted to make sure (before I spent a lot of money to replace the motherboard) that there wasnt other options that could be causing the problem. He was extremely knowledgable and although the motherboard had to be replaced in the end, he gave ma a very REASONABLE price. While I was there, several other people stopped by dropping off computers. This is the only place I will go with any future computer issues. This was for a 2017 MacBook Air

2021-08-12I have been using Macs since 1984. They used to be this precious machine that only a few expensive wizards could repair. They werent customizable like PCs, these were the Rolls Royce of computers, and you didnt dare trust it to anyone else.Flash forward a hundred years, and I found Randy.The battery in my early 2015 MacBookPro died in the middle of a critical project (of course!), and my usual source was away camping for 2 weeks. Frantically I did a search for local places and came upon Randy.The reviews are what made me take a chance on him, and I can tell you that he deserves every 5-star review.He took the thing apart, had a battery in stock, put it in, tested it, even replaced two keyboard keys that I beat the hell out of.20 minutes. And including labor it was not even what a new batter kit cost on Amazon.Are you a long-time Mac user who still believes that the only solution for your machine is in those giant glass-and-white-enamel cathedrals to the Cult, I can tell you there is a freer life out there, and a better solution.His name is Randy. And hes now my go-to Mac guy. Make him yours.

2016-07-08Went here after my brand new Mac computer fell off my bed and cracked my screen and slight dent on the side of Mac. repair guy Randy was friendly and very knowledgeable of Mac computers. My Mac was fixed within 3 days . looks brand new when I picked it up. He took good care of everything and very reasonable pricing compared to other repair shops I went to before. Highly recommend this place for electronic repairs. plus they even sell used like new Mac items for really good price. so happy i found this place!!

2018-12-20Randy, the friendly shop owner is very generous with his time on your Mac problem, and is not at all greedy in his pricing. After many attempts to fix a 10 year old 24 inch iMac, I was sure the hard disk was shot. Randy resurrected the disk and installed the last system available for the computer, all for a fraction of the cost elsewhere, even if another shop could or would even fix an older computer. Highly recommended.
