It’s a simple, consistent happy hour. Friendly bartenders. Inexpensive. Half price apps & drink specials. Can’t beat it.

They have roaches! Found one in my blackened shrimp Alfredo. I ate half of it before I noticed! I’m disgusted. Idk why I order from this restaurant. Food is wack and the restaurant smell like old musty carpet.
Been here twice, both times it was practically empty yet still always a long wait to get seated and served. Ordered 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey chicken, got a plate of different shaped pasta with no chicken, no breadstick. After I told them this isn’t what I ordered I wait even longer to get chicken tenders with a drop of the sauce just thrown on. The manager coming over was a joke, telling me I got what I ordered...the pictures don’t lie
I waited ten minutes to give a server my order. I ordered a chicken soup. It took over ten minutes to have it at my booth. THE SOUP WAS ABSOLUTELY TOTALLY NOTHING BUT BROTH WITH THREE SMALL SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN AND NO VEGETABLES OR NOODLES. I NEEDED TO EAT SOMETHING BC OF MY HEALTH. I WAS CHARGED 5.99$ PLUS TAX FOR A NOTHING. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER EAT AT THAT APPLEBEES ON FULTON ST. IN BEDSTUY EVER AGAIN. DISGUSTED TO SAY IT MILDLY.
If I could give less than one star I would. There was no person at the door to seat is so we sat ourselves. Our waitress took 10 min to come over to introduce herself. We ordered beers, appetizers and mains. Waited 20 min for the beers, another 15 for the appetizers and the food came shortly afterward. This is on a Sunday night with maybe 10 tables filled at the entire restaurant. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp. The alfredo dipping sauce was this congealed cup of I dont know what and the pasta was tasteless and overdone. Weve been here 2 hours and Im still waiting for a check...
Worst Applebees Ive ever been too. Service took forever. Waiter returned to tell us that the appetizer we ordered were all out so we had to substitute, then came back again to tell us that an ingredient from our meal was out so again we had to substitute. Finally the worst part was when the meal arrived! Smallest Portions ever! I have been to 3 Applebees in Manhattan and 2 in the Bronx and I always get the same meal the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, so I know what the portion is supposed to look like. I had made a joke earlier saying I hope they have enough ingredients to make my meal boy oh boy was I dissapointed when my meal arrived, my joke turned into a sad foreshadowing when my meal arrived. I will never return to this location ever again.
Had the nachos and one beer! Yum phone kept ringing over the speakers and barkeep was busy and and 3 servers hostess just chillin’ (see zoomed in pic) I don’t care if they chill or don’t and answer phon, it’s like whatever. But, don’t keep the beeping sound going on and on! Auto mute or take the phone off the hook already!
They were empty for a Saturday afternoon, which makes me wonder why the service was so slow. The quality of their food wasnt as good either.
The waitress spilled cold water all over me and the food came out cold and drinks where not Applebees standard and I have been to other Applebees but this by far was the worst experience ever. Even after the waitress spilled water she didnt even say sorry.

The food is good not great! Drinks are good. Customer service needs to improve. I like Applebees so when I get food, I order to go. Placed my order at 7:11.. got my food at 7:58🤦🏿♂️ check the pictures of the chips I got with my spinach and artichoke dip. My favorite item on the menu too .I am disappointed 🚶🏿♂️
I ordered through UberEats, 2/$24 option, bacon cheeseburger-delicious but the fries and bun were soggyso I didnt eat them ; penne with chicken-very tasty; spinach dip- my all time favorite ; and brownie bite- awful. I couldnt cut the hard brownie and threw it away. The ice cream was melted by the time I received my order.

Brought my friend here for some birthday dranks. Bees would not have been my first choice but it was a middle ground for us both.The Good.$1.00 drinks that were pretty delicious.One app to share and two entrees for ONLY $20.00. Yes please.We got the Asian boneless wings and we both decided on riblets for our main. Except for a touch of salt bae everything tasted good.The Bad.Waitress was inattentive even with the small group she was assigned to. Along with other diners in our section we kept looking around trying to locate her.She was very curt when taking our orders. A hully up and die attitude.Food was slammed to table. Who hurt you baby?Toilets werent fit for a restaurant, or any other place.The Ugly.Our waitress (name withheld) suddenly became sweet as a Disney Princess when it was time for me to pay. Oh you do know how to be pleasant. Big mistake. Big. Huge - Pretty Woman.The Summary.Despite it all, they had me at $1.00 dranks.Ill be back for DEM bad girls.**cheers**The End.

This place is only good for the drinks and appetizers, their food is not seasoned I even asked the waitress what was going on and she told me the only thing seasoned on my plate was the salmon and it was only seasoned with salt and pepper. So no.

Ordered in to take out. The waitress said 20 minutes and thats exactly how long it took. We ordered 2 steaks. One medium rare with rice and broccoli. The other rare with potatoes and broccoli. The steaks were done perfectly and they were well seasoned along with the potato, broccoli and rice. The only issue I had was that the rice was a little too grainy and the portion size was too small.
Worst applesbees ever they had one waitress and she was barely around the food was not it 😒 I ordered mc and cheese and it came with some honey sauce it tasted like I was eating straight up honey horrible and tell me how the waitress was standing In front of me to see if I was gonna give her a tip like hello I got a tip for u do a better job!! I only saw her and we ordered and when we paid she never came to ask if we were good and I had to literally yell at her for her to bring us the check wont be going there ever again
I’ve gone to this spot several times and am always dissatisfied; I’ve learned not to eat there because the restrooms are disgusting. The wait staff really tries - most time but the bottom line- the food is below average. My husband likes the steaks and ribs especially with their two for deals. The best items on the menu for me - the mashed potatoes, the broccoli (I really enjoy) and the string beans. Leave the salads alone - how can they serve stale croutons/ the breadstick is good if it’s hot. I’ve decided - unless I need a side order of mashed potatoes or broccoli, my money stays in my pocket.
Went here trying to have dinner. We put our names on the list and were told wed be called on our phone when our table would be available...after awhile we went back to the receptionist and asked how much longer wed be waiting and she claimed she called us 3 times (she lied because the phone was in my hand the whole time smh), so then she squeezed us in at an outdoor table which we sat waiting another 15 to 20 mins for service, we decided not to eat, so we asked if we could just have drinks at the bar and she said ok just go sit and youll be helped...workers at the bar area ignored us so after about10 mins of no communication and waiting we left, we had already waited over an hour in total...I understand they are doing less capacity and all but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is just disgusting. We wont be coming back to this particular Applebees for a long, long, time. They need to train their employees to have some respect for the patrons they encounter.
My experience at this Applebees was not as pleasant as the other locations visited. First was given a bit of an attitude when choosing seating. The ladies bathroom at that time was horrible. The floor was full of debris and lets not discuss the toilets UGH!!! The server was nonchalant about what the meal consisted of just saying I dont know, without offering additional assistance. Ordered an 4 cheese Mac and Cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The honey was poured into the Mac and cheese and did not taste good at all.
One of the worst Experiences Ive Ever had since them opening years ago . 3 1/2 hours me and my daughter was seated, but wasnt served while the Manager Took all Uber eats orders And completely forgot about all the customers. THE was told to continue waiting until the cooks finished. Still waiting and all of the workers are in one part of the restaurant counting tips . So I decided to call the phone of the restaurant the manager answered. I asked him if he knew he still had customers in the restaurant. HE said I thought you said you understood my situation that Im over worked and want to quit 🤔 Im thinking I havent eaten in more than 48 hours. IM LIKE what does this have to do with me and the customers. I was than given a card to call the General Manager Tracey whom put me over to another Manager Named Kenisha that offers us back for the same meal . That i OVER paid for in cabs for the portions to look like a T.V. dinner . Than was told that another waiter would be taken care of us . So our waiter comes pass . We stopped her to asks for Ice tea . Because the Manager had given us Toliet tasting water with ice . Wasnt even asked what we would like yo drink. While the 1st too sips of the cold Toliet water made our stomach cramp . THIS IS WHY WE ASKED FOR ICED TEA .was told but the stand by waiter that we couldnt get any drinks until the Manager is informed. I WAS SOOOOOO DAMN EMBARRASSED MAD AND EMOTIONAL. I EVEN Have pics of our waiter from the night before stepping out to get a smoke of Weed Smh Neverrrrrrrr Again They even Mess up all the Uber Orders Sad (Not Even1 Star )
Went with my daughters on a Saturday last week as soon as we walked in it smelt like onions and under arms we figured it was food the carpet was dirty and the smell lingered the entire time. My food took 45 minutes to come out and the waitress was rude. I love applebees but will NEVER eat there again thanks to this location!
For such a small place the service was quick and staff was friendly. I saved the best for last they serve beer!

Thank you Applebees for making my daughters Graduation a success. The 2 for $22.00 price of the meal is excellent. The only issue was it took almost 1 hour for my daughter, myself and my family members to receive our food. The food was delicious.
How on earth is this place open horrible just horrible “BEWARE “ this is the worst place to order online not only will you be waiting behind the grub hub and Uber eats delivery’s but they don’t even make what you ordered I odered the three cheese Mac and tenders got home and it’s over cooked penne pasta watered down with some kind of sauce I was highly upset not only did I have to wait an extra half hour past the time the order said it was done but it wasn’t even what I ordered I will never in life go to Applebee’s
Some store representatives or cashiers at this location are very rude and unprofessional to some customers. Each time I go there to purchase a 5 gallon Poland Spring water, these cashiers end up putting me on the spotlight. I mean some how Ill find myself arguing out loud with one, if not two, of the store representatives as result of their misunderstanding or unprofessionalism. I even had a similar experience yesterday. What happened was that I walked into the store (FoodTown) with my empty 5 gallon Poland Spring Water bottle, I showed the empty bottle to a store representative as proof for have walked into the store with an empty bottle, I put the empty bottle on the stores shelf, then I put a full 5 gallon Poland Spring water on my shopping cart. When walking towards the counter to pay for the water, the store representative to whom I show the empty bottle called her manager on me. I mean They both called me up a loud in front of the people. This was one of the embarrassing experiences I have ever have! Long story short, they apparently thaught that I was heading out of the store without paying for the water. Another previous incidence was that they thought I hadnt brought an empty bottle, and we argued for several minutes, then luckily, one store staff who heard us arguing came and testified that I showed her an empty bottle earlier when walking into the store. These examples is just to name a few of what happened to me each time I went at that location to buy the damn 5 gallon Poland Spring Water. Although I made purchases there several times without having any unpleasant experience when buying other items, one thing I dont understand is why I keep having this traumatic experience when buying the Poland Spring Water there! So, in order to not be embarrassed in public or in front of various people at this location, I think Ill never purchase or buy Poland Spring Water there. anymore. Below is the picture of the 5 gallon of water Im talking about.
Water was good.Appetizer classic combo was good but had to ask for marinara for mozzarella cheese sticks, and no salsa for quesadillas.Chicken Alfredo chicken was dry and hard.Service was subpar. Took forever to get drinks thought two times about walking out before it came.

Worst service ever. There was only one waiter and she ne er came by the table to say if we needed anything at all. Just came to take our order, second time i raised my arm to call her but her colleague was that let her kmow that i needed her. And then came third time for check and what bughed me was that she waiting infront of our table like waiting if she was going to get a tip from us. I gave her nothinf. She did what anybody could have done. Plues the Macaroni and cheese was hurrible check dont know what he/she doing. It had a river of pure Honey at the bottom of the pasta mixed with the cheese. It has sooo many flavors that i couldnt detect non of them separately or together. So if i could i would give this applebees negative ZERo STARS. If you want to go to applebees go anywhere else but here. Its just one waiter for all tables. And theres more empty booths then people and still terrible service and food. That is all.....😬🙄🤨
Very nice service food was great well and cooked !! it just took some time to get the food because it was a big a large group but the entrees and the drinks were great till the dinner came out I had a wonderful time with my family
Where do I begin?First My husband and I get there around 12pm so its early hasnt been open long. Upon sitting down We smell a sour stench coming from the bar and realize that the entire place could use a good scribing. The waitress seemed impatient, there was only one other guest so it was not crowded. We get our appetizer the spinach dip was cold and the tortilla chips were stale. We ordered drinks and they were filled with nothing else but syrup. Then our burgers were also cold and dry. While eating I felt like my ankles were getting bit by fleas and my husband said there were public hairs all over the bathroom urinal and the bathroom was filthy. The womas bathroom was dirty as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Applebees is definitely the goto eatery for a family or a group out for a get together. They have a wide variety of dishes for every taste. They have your full dinners or just tidbits.. They have great drinks if you want to have just a snack and some wine or coffee and a desert. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The service and servers are always good. My favorite is the oriental salad with chicken. The dressing is yum yum. They do not disappoint.

I took my sister here for her birthday this was amazing the crew was awesome and I couldnt asked for better food..the place was clean and I can tell they keep it tight thank you for staying open for us we will be back first time at this location I give you 5 stars 🌟 God bless im proud keep growing.

I was not happy with my last experience. My food order was incomplete and cold. I called because they left out my spinach artichoke dip order. I was supposed to be getting a refund and some free dessert my next visit but that was April 29 and I still dont have my money back. This is not the first time I was disappointed with this location or Applebees Restaurant period for that matter. I will not be returning.

Im a postmate and doordash delivery courier. This location was all over the place. Staff were absent. The pick up side door was cramped and crowded. The wait time was longer than it should have been because I couldnt talk to any staff members. It was the weekend, but Ive been to other restaurants with better coordination.
Walked in and the workers were rude, not polite at all to customers. The food came out in very small portions also, the AC was not working not even a fan available. Don’t think I will support Applebee’s with this type of service and atmosphere. Very discouraging.
The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo tasted like was an imposta , no meat plant base , no taste , gloop of processed slime , formed to make some artisan version of a grilled chicken ! The meal was horrible, maybe had our drinks not been spilled all over the floor

Applebees in Bed-Stuy is a great addition to this community. The staff is very friendly, and nice to customers, makes you feel right at home. I admire how well they treat you here, very professional. The food has to be good as gold, because theres always many orders being taken, or when the weather is warmer, theres always someone eating outside, depending on the time of day.
I know this is a large chain but this place was literally awful.The server does not know how to provide a decent level of service.The wait for the server was very long. I ordered a diet coke and after 10min I was told they did not have any soda. I decided on water and never received a refill. The wrong food came out . . Server was not apologetic.Understaffed.If you provide better service you will make more money and have repeat guests to ensure that this location is prosperous. I will never return.
Very horrible experience. Its below 1 star. The host ignored me and my wife. Another employee witnessed my frustration and seated us. Then our order was taken 20 minutes later and never got our appetizers only drinks. Our food (main course) never came with so we left. People who came after us was served before us. Smfh. Its the last time Ill ever go there. If thats what eating good in the neighborhood is, then point me to the nearest shelter because Ill get better service there with just as horrible tasting food as well
The food and service was great!
The food was cold and disgusting. The drinks were watered down and Cesar salad dressing was put on my salad even though I never asked for it. It should have been placed on the side. The hostess and the waitstaff were great and theyre the only reason why Im giving a two star rating. I was extremely disappointed and will not patronizing this particular Applebees again and if asked I would recommend others to steer clear of it.

Horrible experience. We arrived at 7pm and was told there was a 15 minute wait for a table. We didn’t sit down until 750pm. The waitress came and we told her that we were not ready because we were still browsing the menu. She came back around 830 and out food arrived at around 9pm. I’m beyond upset. I will not be visiting this Applebee’s in the future. Save your time. Go elsewhere for better service.
The food gets a 5 star rating but the service wasnt that pleasant at all. Let me start off by saying their were no utensils or even hand wipes. This things should be prepared for us a guest. PThe waitress wasnt worth getting any tip. She forgot to bring water to my friend whom had to ask her twice. I also like that it is convenient for me. Not sure if Ill go back.

This place was the worse. My companion and was going to sit at the bar, the bartender removed the dishes and glassware from the previous guest, but never cleaned the area. The bar area was dirty from end to end. Then another staff member comes behind the bar with rollers in her hair, counting money to put in the register. The bartender never acknowledged us, just put menus on the bar. We walked back to the host to wait for a table. The host was very nice and polite. He quickly sat us at a booth. We sat at the table for 10 minutes, no one never came to service us, or even put water at the table. At that point we decided to leave. Never to return again!

I called three times and each time I was placed on hold. When someone finally took my order they told me to pick up in 15 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before walking over to give them extra time to prepare. After arriving I had to wait another 10 minutes just to be told my order was written down but never put in. While being irritated I still was very pleasant because I dont ever give anyone a reason to tamper with my food however the lady at the To Gos register had an attitude as if I was to blame. I just walked out. (This literally just happened 2/1/2020 at 8:30pm).

1-Slow service. It took them nearly a half hour before anyone came to take our order. Then nearly an hour to bring our food, mind you we only ordered appetizers.2-DIRTY- we were there for 2 hours and there were 4 tables around us that weren’t bussed the whole time we were there.3-Poor management- I didn’t see the manager come around not once the whole time we were there or even bother helping his staff.The only reason I gave them a 2 is because the tomato soup was actually really good. someone should contact their corporate offices to get better management.

Shade was our server. She was a Saint. Very polite and courteous. Our cutlery appeared dusty and yuk. We cleaned them with hot water. No sauce came with the steak so it was hard to eat, even though medium rare. A nice sauce for the salmon would have helped too. Dirty bathroom, clean dining area. Apples bees disappoint me even though I go once every 3 years.
The service here was good. The waiter was a nice young man. The restaurant was steadily full, but it didnt look like anyone had a long wait to be seated, and we were there at 6:45ish on a Saturday. The hostess was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. We ate from the 2 for $20 menu. My husband ordered the ribs, which he said were okay, but they came with a gravy on them which he wasnt expecting. My daughter had the kids pizza which she quite enjoyed. My son had the blackened tilapia, which was a good serving size, but a bit spicy for his liking - so beware if you dont like spicy. My chicken was very tasty, but the rice wasnt fully cooked. The appetizers were awesome! Overall, Id return.
Very nice place. It was filled with customers. It was a Tuesday night, and the bar was packed. I went on a date and it was delightful. There is a parking garage right next door, and I paid $8 to park my vehicle. Theres nowhere to park around there so you might as well do it. And its inexpensive. I will go to Applebees again, the food came right on time. And the staff was friendly , especially the hostess . My server was great!!
Its an Applebees, through and through. $6.50 for a Coors light draft? You must be out of your mind. Food is way to expensive to justify it. The outside had a DJ and seemed fun though.
The Applebees at Restoration Plaza should be strongly considered for a James Beard Award.Mika is a lovely personality at the bar and definitely deserves a raise/promotion. Her Grand Marniers were as if she personally picked the oranges and infused them with cognac. The Heinekens taste as if she trekked to Holland to bottle them at the tap.The mashed potatoes take a page out of Joel Robuchons book and provide a velvety texture across the pallette. The crock of french onion soup rivals that of Jean-Georges.Come for the chicken wonton tacos and 2 for $22s, stay for the incredible service industry workers who have put their lives on the line during a coronavirus pandemic in order for you to get a Mucho Blue Long Island with a sour patch ribbon.
Extremely poor customer service. Had to wait over 10 minutes before the host greeted us. Then to be told that I had to wait another 30 minutes because they were short of staff. This Applebee’s need major improvement in customer service and management need to train staff properly.

Well....totally surprised at the change & efficiency with service. .My sister & I frequently dine here.. The last time we noticed the changes being made by the manager. She was on top of everything. I dont remember name. Today we decided to return. The manager had to be a trouble shooter. Complained about dip having a thick crust and she suggested a 2nd dip for $2 more. We never knew this.Had to have been there at least 15 times. We always had a few complaints every time. Cleanliness..slow service with an attitude .. No way to get a tip from us.Today it was a delight. .fast friendly service...table cleared..floor swept...family friendly..with a smile. 😍 so very satisfied...My hats off to the manager ( trouble shooter) I am sure.. She is invaluable. .She wasnt there but the change was obvious. 🌷🌷🌷🌷

It was the worst service that I have ever had. My food didnt come for 45min then our server disappeared for at least an hour. Was ready to leave without paying but didnt want to do that to her. Will not be going back again. I do not suggest going there

At lunch it took our food about 30 minutes to arrive, the order was off the lunch special menu. The service is just ok, not very friendly or attentive. The food was uninspired, bland and not worth the wait.So I decided to give it another try, a few months later. To my dismay, I had to wait 15 minutes for some one to come to the table. I ordered a medium well burger, which was well well done when I received it. After looking around, waiting for the check I noticed several dead flies around. On closer inspection it looked like the havent wiped the windows edge in a while.
Burger was good. Restaurant was cleanThe bartender was not friendly. She gave me a drink in a cracked glass. Didnt ask me how my food was. She didnt asked me if I wanted another drink or anything else. But she waited around to get my tip money before she ended her shift that evening.🤷
Place is horrendous. Terrible service from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. In coming in, there were no host to greet and seat us. Then it took ten minutes to seat us although there were several seats available to accommodate 4 people. The host ended up being our waitress because there no waiters available. She didn’t introduce herself; we had to ask her for her name (Darnley). Once taking our orders, it took forever to bring at least water for the table, which ended up coming in dirty cups. We had the cups returned and she brought us new cups. She brought out dishes and my daughters plate that held her main plate was dirty. I ordered a steak, didn’t have any eating utensils. Bathroom was disgusting; waitress barely showed interest. Applebee’s need to revoke their license from this franchise ASAP or at least do a pop up inspection.

I love Applebees but, the steak I ordered at this location wasnt that good and also the sangria drink looks like refreshing drink but taste like water. . The steak is over cooked at first and then when we complained about it they did cooked another one for me. But, Taking so long and I spend like 3 hours here, not dining but waiting for my food. The manager take an action to my request and all in all it came out well. Although, I still didnt finish my steak because its very chewy. 😔
Absolutely awful service. Our waitress was extremely slow and had an attitude. We waited almost 30 minutes just for a drink and the waitress came to our table maybe 3 times the entire 3 hours we were There. She had no idea about anything we asked and it was just a terrible experience. The manager was amazing and did a very great job making up for her lack of brains.
The worst customer service ever, had my son with me, and we had to walk to the bar to be seated. With the place packed with 3 people, I had to go back to the bar to ask for a server! I didnt eat, got my son his food to go! If I could give a 1/2 star I would, and that would be because the door worked.

Overall food and servers was a delight. The only thing is if u want to have a drink or 2 during happy hr. while your dining and its crowded with no seating, you will not b able to have a drink from off of the happy hour menu....which I think is sum BS.
This was the worse applebees I had ever been to. The only good point was the waitress was nice and attentive. The place was dirty and the hostess had the only attitude. They took 20 minutes to seat the people in front of us because one of them was in a wheelchair. It was ridiculous watching them running around trying to figure it out.
I ordered the onion soup. It was lukewarm. I had to send it back to be heated. I also had to cover it with a napkin to keep the flies out of it. Very annoying.The atmosphere was serene. The flies were landing on the silverware and napkins on the tables. Unsanitary. The service is good.
Went in the late afternoon and the customer service needs to be improved for certain waitresses. We asked a waitress to tell ours that we were ready for the check. She never came back to tell us if she relayed the message. When we asked someone else that is how we found out. I mean we asked the question not her colleague. Never again at that time! That is why I go places early in the morning.
Love they Impossible Burger. Very delicious and they always seem to have a new drink. It may be alittle wait for service but my family was still pleased. Try the molten lava cake as well.
This particular place had a sour smell as if the carpet had been wet and never properly cleaned. We only came here because it was getting late and not much is open and/or has indoor dining available. The worst kinda food to eat ever. Drinks are terrible

Food was good, service was a little slow, however, I believe that was because of like of staff. In view of the virus they need to provide more sanitary options for guess like providing soap, towels & keeping the restroom clean.
I really like Applebees for their apps and drinks. Boneless Buffalo wings and the Brew Pub pretzels or whatever they are called with the cheese dip....real good, get those. Our waitress, sorry we didnt get her name, but she kind of looked like Lauryn Hill in Sister Act 2, was great with us. Thank you!
I would put 1 star but the food----- when it finally arrived was good. Waited over an hour for food to come and it WASNT BUSY AT ALL. Appetizer & meal came at the same time. Waitress wasnt attentive AT ALL. Waited over 30 minutes for her to bring 2 watered down drinks. Horrible service all around. Wouldnt recommend.
Service was horrible, Tristan was our server and he acted like he was doing us a favor by taking our order. Everytime he came by he looked like he was there by punishment. Unpleasant and forgot one of the orders. Waited very long for the food. Definitely not reccomend.

Service was terrible. I was seated at a table waited 25 minutes and no one attended us. I explained to one of the employees that I was waiting 25 minutes and waited an additional 5 minutes and still no one came to me. I had to approach the host and explained what happened. He was going to take my order but by that time I requested to speak to the manager. I ended up leaving.

Where can I start? The whole experience was horrible. It took about 45 mins just to get the order through. Once that was done, it took forever just to get the food. The server didnt even follow up with us at all, we had to always ask for the service. One of the cooks himself brought out the food and not the server, he said Hey, this was just sitting out there in the back, I thought to bring it out... Can you believe this? When the food came, it looked like it was sitting out for a while and even the coloring of the food was not looking fresh. I took a few bites, but couldnt get into it. I literally had to go find something else to eat because I couldnt eat their food. Will never come back. What a waste of time...because I have had better service at other Applebees. I felt so insulted that I was almost not gonna pay for the order, but I didnt want to make a scene in front of my date. Definitely did not tip, but my date was being nice so, she left some coins.
I love this place. Easy on the eyes regarding its appearance and the customer service is decent. The food is great too. Whether we switch out a drink or ask them for plastic utensils, theyre always ready willing and able to assist us.
For starters I had my birthday coupon that expired 9/5/16 and had to show my ID 3 times to 3 different people that included the manager. My order was taken twice by 2 different people while I waited over 45 minutes to get only the drink. When the drink arrived it was horrible. It was Labor day and the place had more workers than customers.I have never experienced anything like that before. I left without being served. The manager could not manage. I will not be visiting that location anymore and will let everyone know
Its nice to know the terrible customer service isnt limited to dining in. I ordered online for pickup last night. The hostess was rude, just pointing to the back and refusing to make eye contact after I told her I was there to pick up an order. I stood by the the pickup sign for 10 minutes trying in vain to get the attention of any staff before finally getting someone to tell me I was in the wrong place. When I finally do get to the point of check out I find out my order hasnt even been entered yet, so I have to wait again. The poor girl ringing me up had just finished with a party of 19 that left no tip. Why doesnt management automatically add gratuity to a group of that size? If thats normal its no wonder the staff is demoralized and lazy.
Came in on Sunday evening. I ordered the brunch burger to go then sat at the bar and had a drink while I waited. Everyone there was courteous and respectful. The bartender was nice to me. Unfortunately, while I was there this lowlife was giving her a hard time for no reason. Wish I knew her name but shout out to her because the whole time he was being a jerk, she held her composure!
Its ok here. 3 stars because I had to wait over 10 minutes to be noticed just to be told to wait longer. I had to get my own menu. Food was ok....served hot but a little salty. Other than that no complaints.

A little slow with the service. There was about 6 people in the whole place and it took a while to get the food. We loaded up on mozerella sticks and then when the food came we were barely hungry. Clean place though. Waitress were not to friendly and then she put a star next to the highest tip to suggest lol.
This location has always been amazing to me. The food is always good and the service tends to be a 8/10 on average. Every weekend, my mother and I used to come in here. It feels good to be back!
Went for my daughters graduation as a party of twelve, after 2 hours of being seated we still had no entrees. Waitress was scarce if not invisible. When the orders finally came out they were incomplete, wrong , and some of us never got our plates. While half the table did. Service was so bad that the manager reduced our bill by $100 dollars. Still didnt change the sour taste left by the service on a day that we were trying to celebrate.

The food is not good. I bought chicken Alfredo they sold me noodles with almost no Alfredo sauce. The blue cheese taste old. The customer service was the only good thing. So this is my last time patronizing.

I love Applebees but this particular Applebees is the worst. I cant complain about the food and drinks which is why theyre getting one star from me, but the service is the worst. My girlfriend and I literally waited for 15 minutes to be seated while there were six tables available. The hostess and three waitress paid us no mind while they spoke for about ten minutes about some drama they had the night before. We eventually walked out. A minimum of $40.00 walked right out the door because of staff not paying attention to your job. I dont blame them as much as I blame management. Management should ensure things like this dont occur.

This was the worst apple bees I have ever been to and I love me some Apple bees. I walked in the 2 host at the door were talking didnt acknowledge us until we said something than the guy says oh we looking for a place to put yall mind you its empty. He sits us at a dirty table I have 2 ask him 2 clean. A lady takes my order and when she brings my food out she tells my friend theres no potatoes mind you again he only ordered that. You would think she would have said that before my food was done my drink did not taste like any alcohol was in it i told her she never fixed it and bring it back. I had 2 ask for a fork and she brings me dirty utensils smh. The food was good though.
They blast music constantly through a large outdoor speaker at all hours of the day that can be heard blocks away. Reported to 311 but nothing changed. People live here.

Been there today.01/09/18. 2:20pm. Not alot people there at this time but still wait it 1hour and 5 minutes to be serve ,waiters no where to be found, so I pressed the button in the little tablet on the table to call server and shortly the food came.but my mom plate have ice one it,wrong food and my plate was old, you can tell by the look. Bad experience because my mom have diabetic and she was hungry..sad.
If I could give lower than a 1 I would. This was the worst Applebees I have ever been to. The other waitresses were so loud and rowdy it was just shameful. They were cursing at each other and yelling and laughing and screaming across the restaurant and sitting and eating food during work hours it was just a hot mess I would never come back here again. The takeout guy never gave us utensils and butter for our meal and no steak sauce. This was a terrible experience and I will never return here again.
I have been here on three seperate occasions in the past year with the hope that it would get better, after the third visit however it is clear that the food here is just not good at all.We ordered a steak this last visit and the amount of fat out numbered the amount of meat by alot. The butterfly shrimp was soft and tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for some time.While the server was ok the service was snail pace.
If I could give one star I would. The service was abysmal. The ribs burnt to a crisp. The sirloin taking well done to new levels. I asked for a baked potato, I got mash. Apparently the baked potato was finished so I got what I was given. We received our food with no cutlery. We waited five minutes to flag someone down. The chicken was like rubber.
Horrible experience. My food literrally took 1 hr to get ready. The restaurant was not even full and it was unclean. The waiter forgot to bring our appetizer. Never experienced something like this in an AppleBees restaurant.
The Applebee’s on Fulton street has the worst Food and customer service. You wait all day for food that’s nasty and the service that’s Lousy.Applebee’s on Fulton had one great manger and they transferred her to another location. Once that happened, the ratings went down like the titanic.
To be honest this is not one of my favorite places for food. I live for the appetizers though. I enjoy the chicken wonton tacos. The shell made from a light flaky wonton wrap instead of tortilla, the chicken well seasoned with cilantro and lime. I also enjoy the sweet Asian Chile boneless wings. Yum. The drinks are great ad well. I suggest going for happy hour and sitting at the bar. As for the food, its mediocre at best. The burgers are just okay. But, for the price, who can really complain?
Never Again !!The odor in this Applebee’s was horrible! A moist, musty, onion like smell. There was seating available outside but when asked to be seated outside because of this smell, was denied because there were no servers.The booth was dirty. As in the table was clean but the seats were dirty, there was grime between the creases .The utensils still had food on them from which looked like it was used , or not properly washed.The drinks were extremely watered down . The food as well. I ordered Mac and cheese and instead of the sauce being thick like sauce it was watery like soup. I also ordered ribs which only had sauce on one side!The ketchup needed to be refilled and wasn’t. The bathrooms weren’t well kept either. The trash overflowing, sinks flooding with water.Lastly, the food came very fast. Including dessert which didn’t make sense. I was served my watered down meal only 5 mins ago . Why do i have ice cream sitting in front of me? Just so it can melt ?

I had to get something for breakfast and I wanted to try Applebees well the recommendation was do not eat the breakfast it would be better if I ordered the lunch or a dinner plate. Well I ordered a dinner plate with steak, garlic mash potatoes and garlic stringbeans with grilled shrimps on the side.The mash potato and the grilled shrimp was good the steak was a small piece of meat that was ok. I wanted a side caesar salad but the waitress took so long to come back that I didnt order it. A friend joined me later and she had to wait for almost 45 minutes before she was served her entre with no meat in the salad so they gave her another dish to make up for this error. The atmoshpere was ok but still it was OK. The waitress was overwhelmed at 11:30/12noon only person in the restaurant seating serving and taking orders she eas wonderful but all over the place. When I left at 2pm she was still running all over the place. WOW
It was nasty the floors were not clean the bathroom was without hand soap. This location is actually taking away from any sense of renewal to Restoration Plaza. Our waitress did her best but it maybe the culture of the location. When management cares the staff will care.
Poor service, major attitude, no manners and poor food quality. Worst applebees ever, our waitress checked on us maybe 3 times in our whole seating and so we requested the manager who thankfully handled it well and correct. Its unfortunate there probably are some good employees here but otherwise they are the worst.
This place is honestly a gamble. I lived across the street from it for years in the past, and honestly have gone enough that I can say it depends what staff is working and what day of the week it is. Ive gone, gotten great service and delicious food before, and other times I was seated only for no waiter to appear for 30 minutes. It honestly depends, avoid it on the weekends if you can.
Why is 0 stars not an option? I ordered two plates of the chicken tenders which comes with sides of french fries and cole slaw. In addition, I ordered an appetizer of boneless wings. I received 8 “wings,” and two of those were complete balls of breading with absolutely no chicken in them. The appetizer of boneless wings is supposed to come with 10. The plates of chicken tenders I ordered were prepared as the basket size which is smaller. In fact, one order had four small tenders, and the other had two small tenders. Both were not even the size of the basket order. And I did not even place the basket order. There was no cole slaw. One order had about ten fries. The other order had a hand full. I ordered blue cheese and ranch, and I received mex-ranch instead. To top the horrible experience off, all of the food was literally ice cold, as though it had been sitting in a refrigerator. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and Applebees refused to take responsibility or offer a reimbursement or an order replacement.
I was here 3 days ago with a ver old friend, the service was great. However today is like night and day the server Rashawna was in a terrible mood. It is very disappointing to be on your neighborhood restaurant and receive service that is unacceptable.Please train your staff in proper customer service and protocol.Thank you
I have eaten here many of times and by far the manager (oneil williams) and his staff (chris), whom happens to be our server... By far this has been the worst experience I have had thus far. ... We never even recieved eating utensils until 1hr and 10 mins later and thats after we recieved our food.... A fly flew on my sisters food and then he brought utensils!! Were is KENNETH!?!?! My sister ordered pretzel stick and they were raw in the inside and the manager acted as if its not his fault or our servers fault how the food is.... My food looked terrible... and basically was not what I ordered! Brought 3 drinks instead if 2 etc... Im done typing.
Hi i went here for a to go order was told i had to wait 20 minutes which was not so bad considering i was one of there 3 customers. I recieved my food and was told i could not use my credit card on a to go order even tho i was waiting at the bar for my food. I opened my order the potatoes after being served microwaved looked dry and had a 4inch thick skin on top. The shrimp and steak were tossed in the box so haphazardly that it all was in the shopping bag by the time we got home. Disgusting manager said i messed with the food even tho my hotel is 3 blocks away and we went straight back to eat.the server was nice so for paul i give the 2 stars. Applebees suck
I am going to give them 1 star because we only went for drinks. But we bought tacos and fries, my fries was fill if salt and looking like it was an extra small at mickyDs . The waitress was working by herself doing the best she could . Working the whole floor. The manager is to blame , the drinks were ok not great not amazing just ok. The food was horrible. Although it tasted as though it was frozen and microwaved. The food was still cold. The sauce was piled onto the ribs, so all you tasted was tangy, no flavored ribs. The fries were stiff overcooked and cold also.
Great while the price are high the food is worth it price I would give it 5 star if the wait for order were a long while but great taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This place was an undiscovered gem. We will going to a function at the Billie Holiday theater and got caught in a rainstorm then decided to stay and eat! Boy were we surprised oh, the food was excellent and there was not one drop of gravy on the plate.

This place is beyond ridiculous and ghetto. There are literally homeless people laid out on the steps in front of me. The waitress was impatient and was not attentive. She didn’t check on us once.
No good customer service...no one pays you any attention.You be standing or even sitting and the waiters go by without saying a word to you...or just say I be right with you ...Im a bit busy or offer you a drink or some water....we ended up leaving and went somewhere else.
They need more workers in the kitchen and dinning room area to stir things a little faster, or to get things going even on a slow day.Waiting is definitely too long on a slow day. Or even on a fast day. If people have to wait this long, at least let them know orYou should be given bites like:fish cakes with dips, or garlic bread, or bread sticks with butter for snacks while waiting or something to make customers happy with coming back,by bringing family or their love ones with them.
Time now is 5:45 I have been here since 5:00 trying to order to takeout and no one is around to take my order. I keep asking where is the manager and I was told that he or she stepped out. There were many customers before and after me who just left. And I followed pursuit. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. All of the employees who were working as waiters and maybe even a manager on 1/21/18 should be fired. The establishment lost business. And I will not be suprised if it closed down. I even tried calling and I was waiting for an hour. I will not attend this applebees for food.

I use to love this place, being that I grew up in the neighborhood. Now it sucks....service is horrible. Waited 25 mins for a sit. While waiting I watched a worker and her kid get a seat before me. Another party got their seat before me as well. And it was a party of 14. My lil party of 3 waited forever. I will not be coming back here again. Wasnt satisfied.
Me and my friends came there tonight and they were very rude only one that wanted to help was Destiny who was a hostess our server was Nakeisha she was very disrespectful and was talking about us to customers behind us telling them “she wasn’t serving us because she wanted to go home and she was supposed to leave at 11:00 pm” it was 11:20 pm when we got there and nobody else tried to defuse the situation, no one else came to help us. We asked for another server and no one came to us one of the dark skinned male waiter rolled his eyes when asked to serve us and walked past us. Even after all this we still were going to stay but why should we spend our hard earned money somewhere where they are rude when this is their job .. very disappointed i will not be returning .

Today I had the pleasure of walking into this establishment on Palm Sunday where I was greeted upon entry and taken to a seat of my choice. However after sitting for 30 minutes without so much as a hello, knife, spoon, or fork from any of the weighters/weightresses I decided to bring this to the attention of the host who assured me someone would be with me shortly. I waited long enough to witnesss other parties near by receive drinks while I was being ignored. The host never even followed up to see if everything went well. This was the first time I had to get up and leave a restaurant due to such poor service! I suggest better supervision or communication between workers because this was the poorest dining experience of my life!
Ordered online, the chicken tenders tasted microwaved, fries were dry, had a chicken pasta as well ordered. Chicken pasta was TASTELESS , like they didnt even season it at all, the pasta sauce was cold and watery. Just the worst experience, as a kid i loved that place, now its horrible. Not to mention i ordered online and Nobody was near the online booth area for about 10 mins, I didnt even tell her my order she just gave me food, no id check or name or nothing

Then to get home by cab to give my daughter food to eat they gave me the food I ordered without the the chicken on the sauce just dry noodles and bacon. I called back spoke to the same one who what me at the counter to continue what me over the phone. There was no way I was making it back there when they close within a hour. Thank you Applebee’s for beating me out my money.

Once seated we waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and take our order. Then we waited for another 30 minutes for our food to arrive without having anything to drink, not even a glass of water. Food was cold once it arrive so Im not please at all
If I could have given them NO stars, I would’ve! This is the most ghetto Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. The manager was not accommodating at all. We waited an HOUR for a cheeseburger. The waitresses were all very slow and ghetto. Never again

So Ive been at this location in the past and have never had an experience as bad as this. I only blame Applebees for only half of this rating simply because food we ordered for a party of 5; 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child, at the time of this writing has yet to arrive. Ive been waiting nearly an hour and the restaurant is currently a little more than half full. Shout out to our waitress/server, Lashae, who appears to be feverishly investigating what the problem is. And to the general manager, Harold, who had just finished dealing with a large group of unruly customers trying to pay for their food with 3 different cards, all of which declined. We were just given 2 free apps, spiniach dip and was told our food is on its way.Overall I like this location because its convenient. Just wish the kitchen staff (and the bar staff as well) would put some pep in their step.May 13th,2017
The service was horrible, we received our food 1hr& 15 min late plus it was cold a huge altercation at the restaurant some of the staff unprofessional
Came in with party of 3 adults and 4 small children. It took 15 mins to be seated, despite there being many open tables. 20 mins before we got our orders in after being seated. 10 mins to get water. 10 more for other drinks like coffee. Food began coming in slow motion an hour into sitting there and 90 mins in the kids still didnt get their Mac and cheeses and chicken tenders. Had to ask for everything, plates, utensils, napkins, ketchup. Half the things we tried to order were unavailable. It felt like everyone working there has been working in food service less than 3 days. Complete ineptitude of epic proportions. Nice folks, they just dont know what they are doing and there is not enough of them.
This Bed-Stuy spot is nice, good food, usually no or short waiting time, and the TVs are always showing sports. The bar is a nice set up to sit n chat with others while dining. They have outside sitting during warm seasons and the service is pretty good. They hire a lot of young workers which is nice to give then an opportunity for employment.
Never again will I go back to this location of applebees. Took an hour this to get my food. When i did get my food, it was cold, ribs were very dry and over cooked. The new ora he chicken bowel was horrible, it was again cold and I think developed high blood pressure from the a.ound of salt that was in it. All of the food appears to have reheated from the might b4. The decor was very bad. Ive been to other applebees but this one in Brooklyn Fulton st was the worse. There was all kind of food crumbs on the floor.the chairs look bad, there chairs was very dirty. I picked up a fork to eat and even the forks were dirty. The walls needs a serious paint job, the roof had plaster all over the place and was even painted.
Everyone knows what youre getting when you go to Applebees regarding the food. No complaints here but service was slow even on a Wednesday at 1pm. Waiters attended to other patrons seated after us but maybe its just you get what you pay for..
Very rude and nast. No clean tables, chicken is given RAW, and so much more. Such as they take forever to actually give you your drinks and they handout your Drinks after they handout out the food and dont give you napkins first thing.
Waited 30 minutes to be served while workers wereJust standing there... when we were brought to the table no one assisted us I told a couple of waiters this .. ended up ordering on the tablet.. they still didn’t notice until a manager came up to them. Reported it to the online website and no one even got back to me
The table was sticky. Food was ok for Applebees. The French fries were soggy.
Our waiter was attentive and nice. CeeCee...we appreciate service like yours. Thank you and because of you, I will return. The food was next to cold but CeeCee service made up for that and that chocolate cake and icecream she gave us was delish!
This is the nastiest Applebee’s i’ve ever been too. The waiters are rude and the manager has no respect. Everything about this restaurant is extremely ghetto. If that’s not bad enough, there was a bug in my food and the manager was acting like it wasn’t her problem. Do not eat here, you will be very disappointed!
Lets begin with the hour wait. Only to be seated at a table that was empty upon our arrival. Waitress was very blah, almost like she was ready to go home. We order our food. And I honestly wanted to leave but we waited so long. They brought my adult beverage to the table 3/4 full. 10 dollars on what should have been a mucho lit only for it to be mucho juice. My 2 youngest children were served first. Everyone else at the table basically watched them eat before our plates came out. Adding insult to injury, pur food was COLD, tasteless. Steak over cooked. My son whom is 3 complained his mac and cheese was nasty. It was the worst experience. Not worth the 135.00 bill. Id like to request my money back if I could. Needless to say ill never go here again.

2021-08-26I dined in at this location during the evening hours and it was a pleasant experience. The waiters are friendly and attentive with a sense of urgency. The music was good at this location but they do not offer WiFi access. Overall I had a good experience. Our food was delicious fresh and we got it very fast which is always a nice thing when you are hungry. Thanks to the waitress her name was Ashanti for her good service we appreciate you . No COVID precautions no temperature checks for customers however you are required to have face mask upon entering and all staff is required to wear face masks.

2022-03-04I got serloin steak and cajun salmon. I asked for medium well steak and it came well done. My husband got the whiskey burger and asked for the sauce on the side but it was added to the burger. We also ended up getting bottled water given that the cups were dirty. The only thing we liked was the waitress we had. I would not recommend this place.

2022-02-02I’ve ate here before and the staff are wonderful but recently had a very sour encounter w the manager. I ordered off the 2 for $24 but I didn’t mention that to the waitress. I ASKED if it could be adjusted and that it’s fine if it can’t.. didn’t hurt to try. My boyfriend could see the manager acting belligerent and he then approached us angrily with another employee saying he heard we wanted to dispute the bill. I calmly told him what I told the waitress and that the bill wasn’t a problem. He proceeds to calm down and try to smooth things over and saying he had to bring the other other employee cause it’s policy. He is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers. We had no problem with the bill just asked a question and I do not like the way we were treated by the MANAGER! The waitress was a gem but that manager would make me not want to eat there. I will be making a complaint to corporate.

2022-03-08If I could give this place ZERO stars I 100% would. Me my son and my husband went to eat here last night. We waited over an hour JUST TO GET DRINKS. The waiter was no where to be found. We saw him maybe 3 times if that we were left sitting at the table with nothing for an hour. After an hour the waiter brought us our drinks and took our order. It took an hour and a half close to 2 hours to get our food mind you the place was EMPTY. By the time they brought our food it was cold and dry and they handed us plastic utensils claiming they ran out of silverware but I was everyone around us had silverware except us. My son was left without a drink for an hour I gave him my drink. I also ordered the Mac n cheese for my son and it came out in a bag like it was just thrown in a microwave and I was excepted to open the extremely hot Mac and cheese bag so my baby can it. The manager came he wasn’t very interactive he gave off a “I don’t care” attitude. This place needs to be shut down. All the waiters look like a bunch of high school kids which is fine thats not the problem they just all looked lost. ZERO stars don’t eat here you will be setting yourself up to just be upset and frustrated if you eat here !

2022-04-25Few things annoy me at a restaurant more than rounding down my change, especially if its nearly $0.50. Im usually a big tipper, but when you round down my change I round down your tip. Food was decent, service wasnt horrible, but a little below average.

2022-04-18As for the server, she was really attentive. But a fight broke out. It became chaotic. I felt really bad for the large family that were sitting where the fight took place. There were little kids at that table. Once I saw someone holding a chair up in the air as if they were about to throw it, I made sure I hauled up out of there.

2022-06-11Very bad service, the coffee was so bad, I could not have breakfast outside because it was dirty and there was no one to clean. My experience was very unpleasant. I usually have breakfast at the Applebees franchise, but I do not recommend this location. I had to get up to ask for help 4 times it was upset , I hope the managers can read this comment and improve the service.

2020-10-18My drink had a fly in it. My appetizer came with my food. My daughter burger was disproportionate from the bread. My son pizza was burned at the bottom. The place was clean and social distance was in place
