We were a party of 4. And when we got to our booths, we were scrunched in. We had no room to breathe.I also wanted the special but since you could not substitute the Impossible burger I couldnt. There are not enough meatless options.The food was decent and the service was ok though.

The customer service was excellent. I had a ceasar salad with cajun and Jamaican spice rub. It was the reason I will go back. The ceasar salad needed a little more love to stand up to the salmon it was resting on. Im a real salad lover. The raspberry ice tea was a good addition to cleanse my palate. Thanks Applebees!!😋
Better experience than the last two Applebees weve been to. The food was okay and the server was very good. He was quick with the food and refills and attentive.I dont know why, but Im not a fan of Applebees burgers. Theyre just too greasy.Good kids menu at $9.49 with side and drink. Kids 12 and under eat free in Wednesdays.There isnt a very extensive lunch menuTheres a parking lot but can fill up on the weekends.Update 5/29/22 - theyre definitely short staffed. The service was still pleasant but expect to wait for your order and not be checked on as often. Hopefully it will get better.
Horrible service! I also worked in many restaurants in New York City, we know how service works. our server Olivia J was literally cursing us in front of the manager because we asked for a split check! A splitting a check literally takes less than a minute, the buss boy tried to steal one of our Wallet. horrible! Me and my family went fishing nearby and unexpectedly happen to dine there and that would be the last would not recommend.
I had the grilled Ceasar salad and found it not worth the price. After I had them remove the croutons, they also didnt give me the bread that is supposed to go with it, it was just lettuce with some shrimp. Should have made it at home for a lot less.
The grilled chicken was overdone . I didnt know it came blackened. I said no spices it had pepper. My friends food was salty the fish she specified no spices not blackened. The fries were too salty. Very disappointed. The cooks need to pay attention to what is specified .
My sons class took a trip to Applebees, where they took a tour around the kitchen and then had something to eat. Although they had the kids orders ahead of time, it still took them awhile to bring the food out. Overall it was ok.
Still the same, food wasnt that good, neither was the presentation. Waitress barley checked in. Received our appetizers and had no utensils. Now remember why I stopped going there years ago.

They finally improved pick-up and deliveries . 27$ for 2 is a great deal here . Triple chocolate melt down with ice cream 🍦 is always great choice . Host Beka is awesome , but servers had to be more helpfully and friendly !

This place is very peculiar. Prices dont really make sense, you really need to read the menu and check out the offers because if your not careful they will overcharge you (intentionally) if you dont know how to order. Drink prices are reasonable however and their happy hour is a good deal however.
Service and food is always the constant quality; I have come to expect at all Applebee’s locations. This location sets the high bar for off street parking, clean restrooms, professional staff, and great food made to order quickly.
Burger was tasty, one thing I would recommend them to do is to not place the whole onion ,it should have only 3 or 4 rings.
Place is clean and cosy! Server was very efficient, polite and friendly! I ordered the neighborhood nacho beef, it was burnt, the beef dry barely any cheese on it, how does someone mess up Nachos?? This how it was suppose to look!
Great parking lot with entrances from both Emmons as well as Bedford Ave, you shouldnt have any trouble finding yourself a spot with how large their lot is so dont worry about waiting. The food at Applebees is always on point, you always know what youre going to get and if youre craving some you cant go wrong.
Tonight was the first time in 3 years I went to Applebee’s & it will be the last time I step into this establishment. The service is horrible & the food is just as bad. Whoever runs this location is not doing there job properly.

We been coming to this location for years. Great food especially the oriental chicken salad, bacon cheeseburger and fries, bourbon chicken and shrimp, and barbecue boneless wings are really good too! Service is always amazing from Claudia. Every time my dad and I visit we ask for her. She is so nice, friendly and professional. Would recommend this location 100%. Food is always great and thank you Claudia for always going above and beyond! We appreciate your great service and you are wonderful!

Too condensed in spacing. The Chicken Quesada was good. The Ceaser Salad with croutons was good. The salmon on top was terrible and tasted stale. Service was very slow despite not that many customers around 1 pm. Ordered Green Tea, took 15 minutes to get hot water and a tea bag. Ice cream with chocolate syrup was generic.The menu needs better dessert options, not everyone wants 1,000 plud calorie dessert.

Food was pretty good. Service times was slow but thats because of the pandemic. Our waiter was plenty friendly. Just working a large area by himself which is no easy task especially nowadays. Yes they ask if youve been vaccinated and will check to see that your I.d. matches your vaccination card.

THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST IN HISTORY I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE, CONSIDER, OR REFER ANYONE. MY FAMILY AND I WENT HERE FOR MY DAUGHTERS BDAY. WE CHECKED IN AND NO KIDDING WE WOULDVE BEEN WAITING THERE UNTIL THEY CLOSED AND PACKED UP BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER SEATED. WE ASKED WHEN WED BE SEATED AND JUST WERE TOLD TO WAIT AFTER ALMOST 3 HOURS WE LEFT AND STILL NEVER GOT A TEXT OUR TABLE WAS READY. THE GIRL AT THE FRONT IS USELESS AND THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED. I THINK IT WAS RACIALLY MOTIVATED.
The main course was okay. The desert, and appetizer was fantastic. The bathroom was a little bit on the small side for a restaurant of that size. However it was a clean and fun environment. The staff was great from seating to servicing.
Burger was just OK and App was nothing special. Overall a nice place to come with family but due to it being a holiday it was a bit busy and the C crew was waiting tables. Near back where we sat it smelled like you were sitting in the kitchen so I assume the exhaust is not that great. This visit was disappointing, wife and I got way better service eating at the bar last time, but had the kids today.

Youd get better food and service at a rundown McDonalds than here. For starters my family and I waited over 30 minutes for our appetizers and by the time we received them, they were ice cold. We had to complain to receive fresh appetizers but even the second plate was very cold. We then complained to the manager who seemed like he really didnt care to be there and all he offered was a third replacement of appetizers. Yet by then we just wanted our entrees so we could finish and leave since it was obvious that nothing could be done to improve the poor service we had received at that point. Besides our server wasnt much help either since he barely tended to us and was non existent most of the time. The entrees were certainly no better for the chicken tenders, sirloin steak, and French fries all tasted bland and like they were prepared in a public school cafeteria. Just tasteless, microwaved, processed slop that I could have bought from the freezer aisle of a generic supermarket. Overall its safe to say that I will never come here again.

I mean so rude ! we were like 10 people, ordered pasta plate and it was on the 2 for 22 ! it came so wrong so the waitress took it back and never came again ! she put it in the receipt and when we said we didn’t order this and you took ut back they said no and the manager came telling ! rude !! impolite!! and we said check the cameras ! she told us my girls said they never took the plate backk !! i didn’t leave any tips ! bad customer service! bad manager ! her name was Felicia ! very very bad experience!!we paid over 300$ !!

Sat down and saw the most OUTRAGEOUS PRICES EVER!!!Left after 10 minutes of no wait staff to even offer water for the table.I may not be a food critic... But to pay $15.00 + dollars for a simple burger in these times is a bit outrageous.(Note: 1 star rating was given so I could post a review. Otherwise I would not even give the star.)
Although the food I had was delicious 😋 but the service was terrible big time. We waited roughly 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. Plus it took them roughly 5 minutes to take down our order due to being so incompetent.If it werent for the gift certificate we would have walked out.I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

What can I say, its fine for what it is, but why is it that it seems like Applebees in general is short in the back of house? The food came out kind of like one entree at a time and they are always on the forgetful side with the wait staff. We ordered the 2 for $22 with a spinach artichoke dip appetizer... My friend was told almost 20 min after she ordered that they were out of fish and chips and ordered spinach artichoke dip with chips and got it... And we needed to remind the server that we ordered the same and before her, but it never came... It came out like 1 minute we said something. Another friend ordered a mango smoothie and that took a while to get to the table...we joked that they went to Florida to get the mangos or they were chasing after the chickens..this is a franchise, so I guess I cant expect that much of them...

Every time I order through the uber eats app from this location they always get it wrong. This time was especially bad. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo with extra shrimp and sauce and all I got was a chicken Alfredo... how do you get chicken and shrimp mixed up. They even had the nerve to slap a sticker that reads, packed with care it literally says it has been checked. Clearly it wasnt.
There was a nice bartender. Relaxed atmosphere the night I went. Some kind of two meals/two appetizer special that was such a good price I got it even though I was by myself. Location right on the water is good for a stroll afterward.

Upon arrival after being seated we waited for a long time before being greeted by someone for service. Once our waiter Shiann came she was able to take our order but we didnt receive any napkins and had to request them. We then had to ask why our entrees were taking exceptionally long, and then was told that there was a collision in the kitchen by the general manager. Not once did our waiter come and inform us of this delay. The bartender also made our drinks wrong and was very rude about the error that she made.Worst experience at an Applebees Ive ever had to be honest.

I went to Applebee’s yesterday and the service was lousy I understand that it’s was busy for graduation and birthday, but it’s unacceptable too be waiting for 2 hours for a table. The hostess that was greeting the customers in the front was rude how you are going to say the wait time would be a hour when it’s wasn’t that. How are you going to get confused with another guest. When you came outside to asked us if we spoke to another hostess and we told you no.Then we had little children with how are you going to asked us if we wanting to sit at table that wasn’t suitable for younger children? As a customer ever one wanted to be treated fairly . The food was okay when the bun on the burgers that we had too hard , the shrimp was overcooked. It was mix up on the order
Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic it was pretty good.The wait staff was excellentThe food so so (French onion soup was watery, the southwest steak salad looked like kibble instead of steak)The outdoor seating was great they had heaters which made it comfortable and 2 TVs which my husband loved.The drinks were really goodWe will definitely go back and just be more careful about what we order.

It was absolutely disgusting. We had both gotten burgers that the waiter had recommended. The burgers both lasted like warm grease, there was no sauce on the burger as there should have been and no one came back to our table to take the burgers back. I dont know what I was even thinking when I agreed to even eat at this place. Never again.
I come here often and the food is always pretty good but I have to say I went on a Sunday which was yesterday and my food was absolutely perfect, my steak was just how I wanted it and the service from the waiter , I believe his name was Joseph K. Was amazing he was very attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very dissapointed in them. I ordered a burger and said NO PINK ( was gonna share it with my kids ). Not only does it come pink it looked old and was falling apart. Disgusting! & The fries were no better. The sauce they sent for the mozzarella sticks looked burnt and smelled weird. Not a good experience at all. Just because ppl order through an app doesnt mean u can carelessly make the food smh.
I adore this spot! They offer fantastic dishes, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much trying all their food. The dishes are consistently of high class, the service towards the customers is friendly. I often eat in this place and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.

The quality of this location went down the drain. It used to one of the best in Brooklyn, now it’s one of the worst I visited. I can compare it to a cheap fast food place, not a quality restaurant it used to be.The food is poorly made, some of it old and dry. No consistency of the drinks, they make them differently every time, so stick to beer.Customer service went down the drain. The waitresses here don’t use common sense, and just expect you to guide them on something as simple as fresh napkins.The bathroom is outdated. It looks like it was patched up and poorly fixed. It needs updated to modern standards and kept cleaner.
First off this is my second time at this location Applebees and for it to be inan upscale neighborhood you would think, service would be great. First off, me and my date sat down and we got serve 10mins later, Yes 10mins later. When the food arrive my date chicken was dried. And I asked for more dressing for my salad which took another 10mins. After we were done eating it took the waitress about another 10mins to come and give us the bill. I spend over 30mins of wait time in that location. You guys need to do better. Maybe hire more people.
I havent been in this Applebees for a long time. I was surprised to find they change their menue with more healthy food . They follow the rules of covid. And the waitresess was very nice. I will defiantly go back to eat there.
We always were going to this place.Today we decided to order online with home delivery. We got our order. Unfortunately,Very bad quality of food. Cold. Looks ugly. All of us very disappointed :(( Not satisfied at all.Our home party was not great as we were planning because of bad experience with food from Applebees.Will never order online anymore and not recommending to anybody to do it.Lost money and happy time.

It was pretty good. We had finger food and beers. The waitress was pretty nice and courteous to us. Very attentive. We went there after City Championship victory for the PSAL football. I give it 4 stars because I havent explored much of the menu but for the night that I was there it was a nice place that night thank you.

First time here. Its not terrible, but also not outstanding. Service was good cause our waiter was funny. Table was sticky (sat outside), I wasnt too happy about that. Food portions were odd, the pasta dish was huge (it could feed 3 people) while the chicken rice dish was the size of a hockey puck. Go figure. Im not motivated to go back here.
Ordered online from this location. The drinks were missing from the order. When I called about it, the manager Ly refused to do refund or deliver drinks stating they are unable to do so which is ridiculous. Instead of it I was offered to get free drinks when I order next time which I wont do after such an experience.
Nice place. Nothing wrong with it. Food and drinks tasted good karma and the restaurant is right across from the water. Excellent outside eating.The thing that annoyed me was that not all of their deals are actually very good values... and it was a group of 10 of us together so it was kind of annoying to have to ask the waiter all these questions from all the different people in my party just because not all the deals were good values, especially when compared to other deals. The special I ordered is only available once a week (as if its some grwat special), but the meat portion was small. And the drink special that you could only get if you ordered this food special was not as good a deal as their everyday special on the same drink. They offer a $6 margarita (but only if you order the Wednesday Steak deal), but they have a standard $8 Margarita which is twice the size of this supposedly great $6 margarita deal.
Food was ok, service was slow. Outside seating was horrendous! Our Corner table outside was freezing. The lamp had three light bulbs of which one was a dark bulb the other two bulbs low light. It almost was like eating in the dark. After ordering our food, the waitress did not even point out that the combination of food that we ordered was actually one of their discounted specials. I noticed that afterwards as I reviewed the menu after the fact. In the past when I ate at the Applebees in Manhattan, that waiter there pointed out savings when we ordered food so we were happy about that, this one in Brooklyn did not do the same. So in the end it was perhaps the waitress that made the experience less than pleasant; however, the place in Brooklyn should do better with a lighting in should heat up the area much better on cold days.

Food was delicious with ample servings...Ambiance was welcoming and vibrant with uptempo music..Service was decent..I had the option of sitting inside or in the backyard..Only drawback was the fact that only cash payments are excepted...I wasnt aware..Thankfully I had enough cash on hand..However they do have an ATM machine on site.

Disgusting and filthy. I shared photos of the bathroom. No reason for a restaurant bathroom to look this way!Was told 45 min to an hour for a table. Then they offered bar seating and someone in our group was disabled. That wouldnt work. Many other large groups entered and left before we were even seated. At the 3 hour mark we finally got water!!! Kids extremely restless after waiting 3 hours. I arrived at 720. 1055 i was still asking for my 7 year olds drink! My dinner the broccoli and cheese , was a joke ! Cheese unmelted and broccoli was ice cold. They take back reheat same steak , now my steak was no longer rAre and more done! Changed wing sauce was told they didnt have the applebees so they made their own. Pretzels are not advertized they are now bites and hard as a rock .

This was very bad expirence. There is very low level of service. The waiter was unprofessional. The table was not served professionally. No napkins at all. It took more than 45 minutes before we could make our order. After one hour waiting we finally got our food, but still did not have the forks and knives. We did not see the manager around that could take care about the guests. We are very unhappy that our American restaurant has so low level of service. Staff is need to trained and educated. We wish them to get more professionals.
My husband and I had the grilled salmon dish with mashed potatoes and broccoli and it was delicious. The waiter was polite and give use exactly what we asked for. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. I havent been to a applebees that served fresh dishes. Who ever cooked it is a good chef.

The manager stood there watching and refused to come over when called. Table was not cleaned when we got there. We also didnt get any utensils until long after we received our food. Went inside with my wife and daughter and a girl put our names on the tablet and sent me a confirmation text saying that im on the waitlist...After waiting 1 hour to be seated they never sent me a text to come inside to be seated . When I confront the manager about the situation she tells me sir im sorry your name is not on the list at all and i have to seat all these people first?!?! People that clearly came after me because i saw them in the parking lot where i was waiting Like what!! Unbelievable and she had a stank attitude about it as well. I would not spend my money here.

When I dined today the staff was very friendly and attentive. My food arrived in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the quality of everything. Only downside was the uncleanliness of the womens restroom but thats in no way the staffs fault.
Havent been here in a while but decided to pop in for a quick bite. No such thing. I know the food is made to order but this has to be the slowest kitchen imaginable. Do they have enough help in there?The food was very good. Tried the new BBQ Brisket Tacos. The meat was tender, well seasoned and the tacos crispy. My husband had the Southwest steak and back bean soup with a salad, both of which he enjoyed.Our waitress was excellent. She knew we were in a hurry and wasted no time getting our order in, including a takeout order we placed with her, and getting our drinks. Then the waiting began. They were not busy as we were there in between lunch and dinner but by the time our food came out we were able to eat a bit and had to take the rest to go in order to make our appointment. If you have only an hour for lunch youll never make it.Not sure if its just this Applebees but they have discontinued the Riblets. Thats a shame since theyve always been good.So minus one star for the ridiculously slow kitchen.
We had an amazing server tonight, Julia, she was super informative and did not hesitate to get every little thing we asked for. The best part about is - we were virtually the last guests in the building and she did not make us feel rushed at all. The Bartender made me two amazing margaritas also, great time
The worst experience. Customer service is horrible. Hostess didnt greet us, until I asked her how long the wait would be. She then said 5 to 10 minutes. I saw people come in after us and was seated before us. We got seated half hour later when I got a manager involved. He give us a BS excuse and didnt seem to be care. He did admit that his employee was wrong. Most employees at this location are hanging around conversing with each other. Will never eat here again.
Service is slow, but food is always good. On a nice summer night totally worth sitting outside for a bite with the family.
Ordered drinks and waiter left them on bar counter and forgot to bring them to us, I had to get them myself. Oriental salad had all lettuce stems and stale oriental noodles!! The fried chicken on top was cold!! Worse salad ever. And it was always my favorite. Spare ribs cold but the plate it was on was hot, explain that. I can tell they are not treating the food in the back with care. They need new management.
The Emmons Avenue Applebees Bar & Grill was a truly delightful place to have a well prepared late Saturday morning brunch.Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm smile and an intensely inviting good morning greeting.We had placed our order through the flat panel tablet fixed to the table. Within ten minutes our waffles were freshly prepared; our hard scrambled eggs were properly seasoned and served with three extremely large turkey-bacon strips.Our large Greek salad platters were packed with freshly cut lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and crunchy croutons.We were quite pleased with our service and the food was deliciously prepared👍🏿
My kids love Applebees and so do I. Great food and the staff is awesome! We come here all the time and never been disappointed with service or food.

Service was terrible I only seen my waitress when she took our orders gave us our food and when she bought the bill nothing in between. My food was cold my steak I asked for medium rare it was nothing but blood also my steak was supposed to be a 6oz it was more like a 2.5oz 3oz steak I seen chicken breast bigger then my steak.. My garlic green beans tasted like they were out of a can no flavor whats so ever. I couldnt complain to no one cause no one was around my wifes pasta nothing but oil. Host didnt know what she was doing. My table was small and very uncomfortable. Never coming back again.
Food wasnt bad, but the service was very poor! Stephanie T did not check in with her table after bringing the food. The worst part was that after paying and tipping her for lousy service, she didnt even have the decency to say thank you! She placed the receipt on the table and said, here. Wish I could take my tip back. Wont be going back there.
Dirty tables and the space around them, tasteless food, mugs with traces of lipstick, lemons in tea with herbs - they were probably taken from someones plate and served with tea! I will never go back there and I do not advise you!
Service was terrible, food was terrible. My husband order sirloin 6 0z steak and it wasnt nearly close to a 6 oz steak was more of a 3oz steak. My husband order the steak medium rare instead he got it rare with all blood spilling into his green beans, order garlic green beans was plain. I order fetticune alfredo, my pasta came out oil cold and my broccoli was dry. My waitress service was terrible, only came to take order, bring drinks and when came when my husband and I were done eating. The hostess service was terrible, she seemed as she didnt know what she was doing. She placed me my husband and my 2 year old in a small table with no room to move, tables were greasy and oily. I wouldnt recommend this applebees to anyone. Will never come back here again very displeased. Staff just stands around talking to one another and not tending to their tables.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hospitality of my hostess, Francesca. She made my family feel comfortable and we had a great time. The food on the other hand could have been better though.
The place was decent enough to go to at first I was already up to a bad start with this restaurant due to the sticky table and the 20 minute wait for my order to be taken but it all changed when the waiter Tim went out of his way to make sure to take our orders and gave me the best customer service that I seen in the restaurant not only did he take my order he brought my drinks as fast as possible and even went out of his way and gave us to go boxs he mad the experience alot better
I did outdoor dining as the restaurant is closed inside due to covid.I was pleased that they are taking great precautions to help stop the spread in the outside dining area. So I was comfortable.The food was better than pre covid. Best Ive had from any Applebees. We had spinach dip, the oriental chicken salad and riblet meal. All were very very good. Not dried out.I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.as its by the water. My waited was hear too!!
Food was great but the mango lemonade was a sugar rush from hell for me lol but it was good just had to add some water to it
Service is great, face pace and waitress check on the clients often. Food wise everything is prepared per menu specs. There is free parking avail. And located in a nice spot to go for a walk after eating

Food quality is complete crap for the nice premium price they charge for it. And service is horrendous. Its amazing how people flock like sheep to this place. For the few rare occasions that I have been here in the past 6 years they managed to screw up our orders one way or another. And if you order a steak dont bother telling them how you would like it cooked - it WILL be overcooked, dry and with half-pound of salt on it regardless. The only thing I like here, overlooking the ridiculous price, is the Red Apple Sangria.

Terrible experience tonight. After ordering appetizers i was asked if in ready to order meals. I replied yes and my server said lets hurry it up i have a large party over there i thought she was kidding but sje was dead serious. Now fast forward 40 minutes....still wating for dinner. I understand places are busy and waiting isnt a problem...i am not special. The good finally comes and its ice cold. We waited for food that was ready and sitting in the back for probably 20 minutes. All food was ice cold. Explained to server the food was unacceptable and she told me that she was really busy and its not her problem. Paod for appetizers/drinks and left.
Went on a Saturday afternoon.the place wasPretty full .Service was Terrible waited 20 minutes then I asked someone for service. When the drinks finally came there was a bug in the drink! Yes a bug!!! Asked for a manager and he replaced the drink. Food came shortly after, I ordered my son from the kids menu Mac and cheese they usually have a homemade version but this looked like kraft. Will not be going back
Absolutely disgusting food, Id rather eat McDonalds and be satisfied then EVER come here to eat. All the food is left overs, the fries literally were hard as a rock in some fries and the rest were as if they collected peoples old fries from plates not finished and added to new orders, do not get any seafood you might end up sick to your stomach. Overall TERRIBLE!!!!
Okay, this place was horrendous. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food! When I finally got my steak it was not the way I ordered it. I told the server and she came back with it... it STILL was under-cooked. Not wanting to wait for them any longer, (or get a side of spit with my order) I decided to just smile and nod.The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of the one it deserves, is because the at least tried to make amends with a small appetizer.
Really great food and service, the staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The food is always fresh and hot 🔥 The deserts are also very good with decent portions, just dont order any coffee cause its always bitter and I mean always, each and every time I go they either dont know how to brew a good pot of coffee or the coffee they use is cheap cause it just tastes horrible. Everything else is great.
Great place to go to , in the summer, food is great and you feel welcome and comfortable.The workers there have great personality.I am going back all summer long.
The food was good but the service was extremely terrible. The restraunt was very busy and the section we were in was just a party of 2. The waitress spent all her time catering the larger parties and was completley ignoring us . The bus buy ended up getting our refills and other things. When we went to pay we made sure our sever seen us tip the bus boy genoursely . There is no excuse for service like that. Shame on the manager on shift and the server. Nothing you can say or do would make me support your particular applebees location in the future . There are other options when visiting Coney island yo eat if Im hungry.
I had an ok experience. I liked the fact that there is an outside eating area but due to the fact it wad 4th of July, there was a 15 minute wait, therefore I sat inside. My husband enjoyed his food my food was ok. My drink was weak and my food was ok. The main thing I did not like was that despite being courteous, the waiter was not too attentive.
This Applebees was great. Came here yesterday for my birthday and our party sat outside which was very clean and relaxing. I Wish they would invest in better tables though. The quesadilla appetizer was great, my BBQ brisket tacos were alright and I was surprised with a sundae for dessert that I really wasnt expecting. Theres also free parking for Applebees customers. An overall pleasant experience.

The tall white muscular male waiter can be friendlier instead he wants look at at me and my friends like idiots when we were ordering. I asked him for water he said okay then he spent 10 minutes speaking with other waiters at a corner and yes I timed it. He came with 6 plates with spoons and forks and left it in the middle of the table and didnt hand it out to each of us. One of the times he came back he had a attitude I almost got into a argument with him. Never again will I, my family, and friends will come back to this restaurant. The food was okay for my friends but I lost my appetite, my friends rated the food 4/10. We rated the waiters service 1/10. The service was terrible thanks applebees for a terrible time. Applebees needs to know how to train the employees about taking care of their customers and offer better services.
I’m very shocked about what happened today... i’ve been here MULTIPLE times and i’m never coming here again. as soon as we sat down, i put my hands on the table and oh let me tell you, SO STICKY! like do these people not know how to clean tables??? i had to ask the waitress to wipe it down and she gave me attitude. we got out appetizers and overall, it was not that great, the chicken quesadillas tasted a bit soggy, the buffalo boneless wings were literally BURNED, and the mozzarella sticks were also a bit burned. then our meals came out and it was gross! my chicken tenders were so burned i couldn’t even bite into it! my fries were ok, they just had no salt on them at all and they tasted bland. my father had the grilled chicken alfredo pasta plate and to him it was ok. but when he got his garlic breadstick... things got worse. he bit into it and he pulled out a LONG PIECE OF HAIR!!! are u kidding me!!! my father and i informed the waitress about everything and she seemed to have an attitude. i’m not willing to to come here ever again. horrible experience...
Terrible. Food wasnt the same as it used to be. Wayyy too strict with the covid restrictions especially since there all lifted. Made me say goodbye to my old neighborhood friend...applebees.
Ive been to applebees in several states around the country. This location is no exception. I have yet to find one that serves decent food. I dont know how they stay in business. Perhaps its the advertising in cheap drink specials.
A good place to hang with friends. I will admit the tilapia was quite delicious and the onion rings for a chain restaurant. But it is like a Ruby Tuesdays, and the 2 for 20 was a good deal. I am the kind who prefers the small restaurants more. Drink are okay too, and large for those who want that, except for my rum and coke.
2nd time eating there this week and 2nd time loving it!!! Crystal was my amazing Bar Tender and I had the brisket tacos!!!! This was by far the best experience Ive had at any Applebees. Way to make me feel super comfortable and at home while being far away from it! This location rocks!!
Worst Apple bees! I went for a few drinks and a sampler plate with a friend and I figure Apple bees is all the same. Same menu 😒 right? Horrible my chips were stale the spinach dip was tasteless and burnt, the boneless honey wings awful it wasn’t a good experience. The bartender was inexperienced. She did not give me napkins folk or plate. My glass was sticky. The staff there is not welcoming or inviting they all have attitudes. And the floor was extremely slippery. Would never go back!!!

Today were there. and Im very disappointed. the waiter was extremely not attentive. all that was ordered was not tasty. I do not know what it depends on, but last time everything was fine. Today we ordered 4 servings of different dishes, one brought not correctly. everything was not tasty.
Was here a couple of weeks ago. The service is good, the waiters are so laid back,Its refreshing. Watched a few fights here. My only problem isnt with just this Applebees but all of them really. The drinks are really weak. In order to get a buzz you would have to get a long Island or a jack with your coke ( joke ) Anyway unless youre going to spike the drinks with an opiate you might as well just serve beer.

For an Applebees this place was pretty darn good. Steak was actually a little pink when asked for medium rare (usually it comes back gray no matter what temperature we ask for it at), and everything else was nice too. Quick refills. Clean place. No big complaints
Good view of the bay from the outdoor seating area. Variety of drinks. The menu can be tricky if you dont eat meat/chicken. However they was able to substitute shrimp instead of chicken on my order.
Waited a half hour for a table as a five person party. When the time came to be seated they then informed us that they had basically no sides. No fries, no mashed potatoes and no pasta among others. It was barely dinner time so this was rather surprising. Since they had no sides we were interested in eating this was a water off time.Only giving two stars since the manager apologized and gave my siblings some coupons for their trouble.l

Have been coming here for awhile. The staff is friendly, food is good, fast service and parking lot available. It does get busy but they are a large Applebees so Ive never had to wait more then 10min for a table.

Today was my daughters school Trip (which was scheduled months in advance), and though the staff were extremely friendly, they were unprepared to accommodate 190 Kindergartners and their families. The food is salty and the drinks are watered down. I give it a 3 out of 5.
I dont recommend coming here to eat. I dont know what happened today, but the food was gross. They burned the chicken tenders, the buffalo chicken was burned, and the worst thing, i was just casually eating my garlic breadstick and i found a really long piece of hair in my mouth. I couldnt even eat after that. Ive been here many times before and this has never happened to me. All i know is that im not willing to come here ever again.
It wasnt planned to go there, however my friend and I decided to have some food. We faced with slow work of staff. they ignored us till we called them, no napkins, no assistance. such a shame to applebees. have to say it wasnt busy that night and based on my experience as a waitress, sometimes I had cramps, cause I was doing everything fast, no catwalking!!!

Considering with everything going on the outdoor thing wait time about an hour or so and we were 6 deep so we did takeout witch was set up at the side door everything ran really smooth
My exeperience was not bad coming here. The location is whats awesome really. Nice and quiet and comfy with a good sized parking lot and its by the bay. The food was usual applebees though nothing really special.
The only reason I’ll be leaving 3 stars is because of the wonderful manager. Waited over an hour for our food and the half the orders came wrong. Thankfully, the manager corrected the issue and apologized. Applebee’s used to be a neighborhood favorite but it needs a serious service overhaul if they will continue to survive in this neighborhood. Probably will not come back.
Surprisingly great local bar. I try not to eat there but if I need a beer or a cheap drink, I go there. Not pretentious crowd and a great service will make you relaxed.
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. First, we came for Happy Hour and let me tell you the well drinks like a margarita were so small and poured with crap tequila. The small glass was filed with ice, making my two sip drink just horrible. But the service was worse. I spoke to the manager and asked for a drink with no ice. He returned literally with half a glass!!!. Really!! So Happy Hour is a lie. Just terrible. The food was bland but service horrible. RIP OFF. DONT COME HERE FOR HAPPY HOUR. THIS IS JUST WRONG. I CANT BELIEVE A CUSTOM LIKE APPLEBEES WOULD ALLOW THIS but this is the policy In the 30 years Ive been attending a Happy Hour Ive never experienced something so poor. Poor management. Good food and speedy service. Nothing really to blow you away as most Applebees taste exactly the same but isnt that the point of a chain restaurant? That the food is consistent without any surprises?Now with that said if its not too warm outside you may wish to dine outside in their streetside area. Its not for everyone but its nice if you want to look at the boats across the street or people watch.
Poor attention to customers by some wait staff, arguing among staff while drinks arent picked up, food was good once it came. Appetizer came fast but PSYCH!; took over an hour to get entree after ordering.

Horrible service.So my girlfriend gets the veggie burger in a quesadilla. They give her a box to bring her food home, (i finished my food) and when we get home she eats a little more and finds chicken in her food. She hasnt eaten meat in 17 years. She was throwin up, like come on. If you were going to take as long as you made us wait, you could have just done it right instead of trying to cover it up.
Worst experience ever! I have been to many happy hours but this was truly disappointing. Our margaritas were literally 3/4 ice ... and was gone in 3 sips or less. When speaking to the manager...after asking for the next round to not have ice... not only was his attitude rather condescending toward us... but he expressed that not only would they not serve us drinks without ice but that the tequilla that they used was actually a lower grade then off happy hour! How does cheap tequilla in a glass filled with ice make happy hour any kind of a deal?? Happy hour is no deal...in fact a rip off!!! Find another place...the atmosphere be better anyways!
The service was horrible. They did not have hash browns to complete the burger asked for. The $2 vodka lemonade gave me some kind of allergic reaction also the guest sitting at the table next to my table started having some redness to her face.my throat itched and I could not stop coughing right after the drink. Very disappointed!
The server Julia was very patient , receptive and always had a smile on her face. She made my experience super nice. I will be back. Thank you Julia.

If you come down here steer clear of KENNETH, the absolute unfriendliest waiter. Dropped appetizer plates without even looking at us or saying hello, waiting the table seated AFTER us first, getting our drinks wrong TWICE and FORGETTING my 4 year old nephews drink COMPLETELY. Never ONCE brought napkins, and ONLY REMEMBERING TO TAKE OUR ORDER AFTER TAKING THE TABLE AFTER US FIRST AND STOPPING HIMSELF HALFWAY OVER TO THE KITCHEN TO REMEMBER TO TAKE OURS AS WELL. Ill be complacent and give one star for the valet parking and management efforts to give us a new server.
I had the chicken finger platter and it was delicious so the food I rate good. The the service was good. Unfortunately my table was dirty sticky and my utensils had to be replaced because they look like they hadnt been cleaned.
That particular one is the worst restaurant I have been. The drinks are water down, the food was pre-heated and it looks like they take the left over and reserve it again.
Ok this is a chain resturant, but they have a few options that are not so bad. Me and my wife like the shrimp fajitas and the grilled salmon also the blackened tilapia. The string beans and broccoli are good also. So this is inexpensive quick food outing.
Frozen fried food made to order. They have a lo-cal menu and salads. They advertise specials like share appetizer and 2 entrees $20, etc.Burgers, cheap meat steaks, the pictures look better than the food tastes.It is a chained restaurant and the food is always the same. The staff takes their time. Before the order they tell you their name. Food doesnt come quick and it is served on the cold side.I do judge places by their fries and this place gets a THUMBS DOWN!!!

I had Sangria at Applebees many times before and it was always great, full of fruit. However, this particular Applebees made me a Sangria with one small cherry and nothing else in there. It SUCKED.

Service is one of most important keys in restaurant business. We came on Easter Sunday for few drinks behind bar. I felt, I had to through rock or something everytime to get server girl attention. Drinks were worst of all, half glass, and tast like piss - when I inquired server girl why is it half glass - got BS answer - it is normal for this place! Never got to the food part, and I guess, will never will in this place. I should speak my mind to the manager, but reading other comments, it would not help.Listen to me and other folks - find better place spend your money.

I have only have 1 negative thing to say about this location. The blonde bartender is kinda a b1tch. i dont want half a drink so i ask for less ice and she has brought it to my table 2-3 times and nearly threw it at us with a snotty attitude. Other times my guess asked for change so we can tip in cash. On mutiple occasions she degraded him where the manager has had to apologize.The food is great and there are many deals going on all you need to do is ask.
Their plates are always dirty and or soiled and that is utterly disgusting. On several occasions Ive experienced this. Service is good. But please do something about these disgusting plates, I feel as though Im eating a strangers mouthwater. Gross!

2022-06-21Let me first state I would have given them 5-Stars. The food and service were excellent. Indonesia was a wonderful waitress. The manager is excellent.However. I was taken back by some of the workers wearing shirts that read SANITATION SPECIALIST - now I get it. But I find these large bold shirts offensive and come across as belittling to those who have to wear them. They look like prison shirts. Your customers dont need to know the role of the team members who do the cleaning. Corporate made a bad decision here. You might want to revisit this idea. When in doubt dont do.Other than an awful corporate decision, I enjoyed my dining experience at this location.

2021-10-311. Table smelled bad, like they wipe with a stinky cloth.2. We were sitting for 30 min and no one took our order or drinks, a couple next to us just left bc they were tired of waiting. We had to stop a waiter to get our order taken.3. The food was just as bad as the service. The southwestern chicken bowl, picture attached: the guacamole looked dark and old, the rice was dry, very little salad on top, not enough sauce, overall bad.

2022-06-12A friend and I split the 2 for 24 offer yesterday (Saturday evening) and had it delivered; we both got burgers.I was a few bites in when my friend mentioned how undercooked his foodwas; I took a closer look at what I was eating and discovered the entirety of the inside was literally raw chop meat - I could still form the meat into different shapes! His food wasnt any better and he ate even more than I did. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS.Whoever cooked the patty even cut into it to determine if it was ready; they only could have seen completely raw meat inside and yet somehow sent it out anyway!Its now the next day and Im feeling ill as I write this. UberEATS issued a refund for the meal (minus the $8 that went to the delivery person - a fee which at the very least Applebees should cover).It was previously my opinion that Applebees served an above average burger but itd been two years since I last had one.For food to leave the kitchen in the state I received it demonstrates a disregard of basic food safety practices and is demonstrative of excessive neglect occurring behind the scenes at this particular Applebees. If something as blatantly obvious as what I experienced occurred then I have to question if less obvious infractions occur as well such improper food storage temperatures, sanitary work stations, etc. As the old saying goes where theres smoke theres fire - too bad the fire isnt literal otherwise our food would have been cooked 😉TL;DR ecame sick after being served burgers that were completely raw inside.

2022-01-23This Applebees location puts all others to shame. The quality of the service exceeded my expectations. We came here on a Saturday night yesterday and our waitress was super friendly, attentive, and efficient. She was quick with ordering and bringing out the food and drinks. Answered any questions we had about the menu. The food and drinks were also very good. Im very pleased. Planning to become regulars =)

2022-03-21We have had unfortunate experiences in the recent past. With unpleasant hostesses and very long waits, etc.But our recent visit was lovely! The host was super friendly & welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The waiter (Timmy) was also really nice. Quiet but helpful. He helped us get the dinner and a movie ticket deal! And we enjoyed some really good Happy Hour specials!

2021-07-05The service was terrible. It took them 30 minutes to serve our drinks. We also had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The food wasnt the best. The wings were good but we also ordered double crunch shrimp and an Asian chicken sandwich which did not taste good. The bathrooms were very dirty and there was an inappropriate drawing on the wall that had been there for more than a month. It was also not clean and the booths chairs were very sticky. We ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, 2 strawberry lemonades and water without ice but it came with ice. The strawberry smoothie tasted very weird. Never coming to this location back.

2022-04-22Easter Sunday it should be expected to be a little busy, but they werent prepared still. Took long for a table but that wasnt the worse part. Took long for the food. Nobody came over to check on us, no water nothing while we waited long. Then when the steak finally arrived it was hardddd!!! The fork wouldnt even grab the steak!!! This was our first experience at this location and DEFINITELY OUR LAST!!!

2022-06-24Today was a beautiful day since my daughter graduated,we came here to celebrate her since she wanted to come here but we waited there for 2 hours waiting for the food but it never came, supposedly they gave it to the wrong table, like what? Makes no sense but horrible service. I hope no one else has to go through the same horrible situation like we did. Not to mention that they didn’t charge us for the drinks and appetizers but that’s not the point the point is that my daughter wanted her favorite plate from apple bees and she didn’t get it. The only solution they gave was to just leave and didn’t charge us. They didn’t even try to find other solutions they just told us to leave.

2021-07-19Very bad service and food. Ordered rib eye steak medium. I got well done and dry. Sent it back and got what you see in the pic. Even more well done. Manager said just cut it in a different area. The other guest food was just as bad. They ordered shrimp and chicken. Chicken was over cooked and dry. They didnt give utensils, they didnt check on us to see if we needed anything. 2hrs later. Only the kids Chicken Fingers was consumed after remake. Just the worst experience.
