Where do i begin? Ive been to this location before and had typical, friendly service, but this evening is not the same. For starters, the waitress serving my table, I believe her name was Alycia, had a very poor attitude. She asked one of my party what they wanted to drink twice, which is no big deal, but then she very confidently brought out the wrong drink (that was more expensive). She took her time taking our orders, and when our appetizer came out, the only thing that was warm was the chips (we ordered spinach artichoke dip, which is not meant to be served fresh out of the freezer). When she checked in on us (after we had finished eating) she asked if i wanted another drink and brought it out without filling it even close to the top. I observed this with another customers drink as well. She pulled her mask down over her face and breathed heavily over our food multiple times, and when she brought our check she lazily shoved things out of the way and almost knocked a drink all over the place. Very slow, poor service for food thats considerably mediocre, just what youd expect from an Applebees. There was another waiter that was so so friendly and was very thorough in making sure their customers had good service, i didnt catch their name tho.
Soda was good, ribs were dry and not very meaty, my better half wanted a frozen drink but at quarter to eight pm they had already cleaned the blender and couldnt bring it back out. Her pasta was overcooked, not much sauce, we used to enjoy this place but they just dont seem have the quality they had in the past
Took my 3 grandgirls to supper and they all wanted Applebees! They ordered cheeseburgers, fries, yogurt with strawberries, fried shrimp, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, one Shirley Temple and frosty milkshakes!! Every dinner was delivered hot and delicious!
Cant say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. I had an order that was badly messed up by uber eats, and applebees offered to remake my order free of charge. I went to pick the order up myself this time and everyone was very helpful and apologetic even though what heppened was not their fault. I was really impressed with the customer service at this particular applebees and will absolutely order from here again (but not through uber eats!)
My husband had a hankering for Applebees so we ordered to go. Everything was delicious!
Do NOT order carside to go. You’ll be waiting half hour at least while your food sits inside getting cold. The food hasn’t been great for the past few months. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always a good place to go and ear. My girlfriends order was over cooked and they brought out a new entre no questions asked.
The food wasnt done, but it was quickly changed for something different. and it was very cold inside to it wasnt comfortable. But other than that it was good.
On tour of Montreal and Quebec. On the way back, the staff at Applebees accommodated me and my trustee wheelchair and my 40 friends with out complaining.
The food was really good & the wait staff was pleasant. I loved the lime chicken salad & topped it off with Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake! YUM! 😋Also, I like that my local Applebees represents local High Schools. The booth I sat at happened to have a framed poster of the High School I went to, which brought back memories!
Service was focused on larger groups not the smaller group of guests. For dinner a side dish of rice was ordered which arrived at the end of our meal. I asked about it twice before it arrived. Looked like it was microwave and had salad mixed in. Like it was scraped off of someone elses plate and just reheated..No one looked like they enjoyed working there Would not go back to that location.
We had the most amazing server I believe his name was Shane. He made our experience great and the food and drinks were delicious! I absolutely love this Applebees and will definitely be back.
Applebees Glenmont is #1. The young lady that waited on me was fabulous. I would recommend that Applebees anytime!
My friend and l really like this place. We go here at least twice a week to eat lunch and takehome a dinner.
U normally get a set of silverware on table. We had none. Than we were given a fork with appetizer. Well u can c wat the appitzer looked like. Food was brought out. We had no knives to cut the ribs and my aunt who is handicapped needed her burger cut in half. Well that burger was burnt. I didnt say a word to my aunt but she looked at it and refused to eat it. I have never had such bad service at this Applebees but their service and cooking is going downhill fast.
We were going to a funeral in Delmar last Sunday we drove from Syracuse we were early so we went to your store 1) the boy that greeted us no mask medical reasons he said he was watering a visor mask not wearing it properly my sister a nurse told him how to ware it correctly he ignored her 2) the silverware was filthy waitress brought more just a dirty I think someone needs to address these problems there is more if you want to know contact me
The worst customer service EVER! Ordered curbside pick up and after being there for 15 minutes after the pick up time I had to go inside. I tell an employee that I have been outside for over 15 minutes waiting for my order. She goes and tell the manager who than says hes happy I came in because they dont have time to be going outside and I still have to wait Definitely went and sat back in the car so they can make enough time to come outside and bring me my CURBSIDE order.

They had us waiting for service for about 30 minutes. But the server we had was amazing. We blessed her greatly. She was taking care of basically the most of the tables alone. She was amazing. So she calmed us all down after that long wait.
Bad service took 15mins for someone to cal take our drink order another 10mins before we even got the drinks. Waited another 30 mins for our food and it came out looking like it was heated in the microwave from sitting too long.Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been too.
Service was great. Food was horrible. Wings were overcooked, crusty and dry. The ribs were tasteless. Fries were the absolute worst.
Came here on Saturday night and the girl in the front rolls her eyes and says there’s a wait. My family and I said we would wait for a table she then rudely says “well you can’t wait in here” when I asked so how will I know when a table is ready for us she again rolled her eyes, ignored me and walked away. We went to a different Applebee’s. Never coming back to this place again I would rather drive the extra mile.
I rate alot of places and although usually this place is very good tonight the only thing that made my visit good was the care and concern our waitress had for us. Food came out under cooked and cold but the waitress reordered my meal and made sure it was perfect.. the waitress saved this rating...

I am a former server writing this only to inform, I don’t want to tell you to go or to not to go but I just want to let everyone know that we serve food off the floor, 5 second rule I guess. As soon as we go in the back of house we take off our mask and we don’t sanitize anything that goes to the table, we reuse it if it’s not obvious that it went to the table. I feel that I did a injustice by working here and following the management and I want to tell all my regular customers I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you sooner.
Everyone here is very friendly, and they get your food to you quickly. They also have excellent bartenders.
The service was impeccable and the staff friendly and well trained professionals. The server Meghan was efficient, polite, and lovely to order with. We received our meals timely and correct. Our drinks were also on point and in good time.

Justin, our waiter was very accommodating. Dont like to complain, but companions drink was lacking alcohol and it was remedied quickly. Food was delicious. We did the 2 for $25 with a dessert and was enough for the 2 of us. Was a Thursday night, so traffic was minimal and pleasing.
Great place to eat. I love the vibes when you walk in its very homey and positive. The Staff is great, the deals are great and you can eat and leave knowing your pockets dont have a dent. Love you Applebees 😍
It wasnt very busy at all but I sat at bar. The bartender was very pleasant and I did not wait very long for my food. I ordered a new smoky mozzarella ravioli dish and it was surprisingly tasty! I will definitely return to sit at bar the next time I am in the area!!!
The service was very good she was polite and helpful. The meal came fast did not have to wait very long time for it. The only down side to the meal was the Fajita chicken and steak loaded really did not have any flavor at all. This was the 1st time I had tried this and I was not impressed at all. The dessert I had was very good the sizzlin caramel apple blonde.
Horrible service and the food was nasty. I don’t know who told them that they can cook. The service was so bad that we have to ask for straw after they bring the drinks 35 minutes later and Utensils after they bring the food. We wasn’t the only people that walk out.Stop hire just kids to work there.
My curbside pickup visit left me disappointed. My order was brought out 15 minutes late and only because the server happened to come outside for a smoke break and noticed me there--I had notified them I was outside and my food was packed and ready, but it just sat there. Ill never tip beforehand again, thats for sure. Oh yeah, and the order was not complete to boot. Never again for me.
Great specials and offfers. Loved the service at this location. Food was really good (we had southwestern salad, shrimp salad and macaroni and cheese with honey glazed). Everything was perfect. We went for lunch but Ive never been deceived at Applebees for any meal!
Great, reasonable priced fast food. Lots of adult beverages and regular drinks. An abundant choices of appetizers, lunch and dinner meals. The booths are clean and comfortable with several sport channels on several monitors throughout the running area. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and never in a rush to serve you.
I was very disappointed when my food aririved. Mash potatoes were ice cold and the rest of the meal was luke warm. Both our meals were. We told the waitress about the potatoes and they were replaced, but didnt say anything about the rest of the meal, cause we were both to hungry
Terrible experience. Were seated at a booth when asked for a table. Waited 20 mins for drinks and got the wrong ones. Ordered apps, on the automated system and was told they got pushed off so we never received them. When our entrees came, my chicken was burnt and another member of my party ordered steak rare, got well done. Didnt even get utensils to eat with until I mentioned something. I wish I could give 0 stars. Not going back anytime soon.
Was not greeted a head nod nothing as i stood to be seated feeling like an unwelcome guest. My waitress was really nice although i wasnt satisfied w my meal at all !! Fried shrimp was soggy....my well done steak was extremely dry steak sauce wouldnt even help my broccoli was brown wilted and dry....never again.
Comfort food done well. Can be a bit of a wait during busy times, but they usually get through things quickly. Call ahead food is a mixed bag. Sometimes hot and fresh, sometimes the food will sit too long in the to go containers.
It was okay, my wife got the four cheese Mac and cheese with chicken tenders and it looked like half cheese and Mac. My burger was okay fries were delicious. Bun on burger was really hard, but the waitress was really good in service. If you like pork this is the place for you. I cannot eat it so options were limited for my taste.
Usually do Applebees in a lot of different citys, (post show grub) this one we waited over an hour for the food and only ordered apps in the bar area. I could understand if it was a busy night but from what I saw, and we were there a while, it wasnt. Gabe the server was non-approarchable and a bit snide. Seemed the norm here to have to wait this long. No one seemed surprised. The MOD never stopped by I found this odd. The mens room was gross and smelled heavily of urine. I will not return.
Dinner was fantasticI left my plug for my charger came back the next day and found it.So i would like to thank the person who clean off the table and notice my charger.
I feel like Applebees gets dumped on a lot these days, especially with the ridiculousness of the internet. I hadnt been in several years but we were in the area and decided to try it. The food was fine, I had a basic salad with chicken that I really enjoyed, and the others in my group said the same. The waitress was kind and efficient, we didnt wait long for anything, and the bill was like $54, not bad for 4 people. It may not be my favorite restaurant, but its a solid secondary if youre just looking for edible food.
Misty was a great waitress. Very polite, professional, and quite knowledgeable about the menu. Her appearance was excellent. The food was good too, but my cousin thought that her meal was dry and slightly overcooked, but mine was excellentUnlike Chilis restaurant, Applebees honors special discount (Seniors and military) more than once a year :)
Restaurant was freezing cold but the waitress did state shed ask manager to turn down the A/C when we asked. Food was ok, my green beans were luke warm but my steak was cooked as I asked. Others seemed to enjoy their meal.Waitress was pleasant but did forget the bread roll that came with our salad, and never asked to refill my club soda although she asked if those drinking alcohol wanted refills. I heard the table next to us mention that the restaurant has new owners.
Im not a big fan of the food at Applebees, but its ok. The server was semi-attentive. The last time I went, before recently, was a few years ago. That dinner was awful. Stick with pasta dishes. I think all dishes are frozen, shipped to the store and reheated there. Not freshly cooked.
Applebee’s in Glenmont Ny absolutely horrible. Waitress was drunk, never brought us our drinks and then 45 minutes later tried serving our drinks. She couldn’t figure out what sodas were what and spilled an entire tray of drinks on my son. I called the hostess over and told her I would like to pay for the mozzarella sticks we ate and leave. She apologized and told me not to worry about it
The server we had was nice but it took a while for the staff to figure out who our server was and where we would sit. The restaurant was pretty empty since we went mid-day. We were offered a high top as most of the booths were dirty. We asked for a booth and eventually got one.We had mozzarella sticks and queso with cheese which were both tasty. We werent given many chips for the dip and were eventually given more. I had a good shrimp Ceasar.
35 minutes to get 2 waters a strawberry lemonade and a sprite. When the drinks did show up they were all ice tea. Not even the correct drinks. An hour for dinner and had to take it to go because we ran out of time. We got there at 4 left at 545 with cold food. The worst part was the place wasnt busy.
Ordered the stuffed rigatoni, with ground beef sauce, the rigatoni had no flavor, the sauce was greasy, and also flavor-less. Our server was great, and on point. I usually really like it here, but this time not so much
Was here for a late night dinner tonight (10/11/18) and the food was terrible. One of my wings was all breading no meat, the burger was so pink its was cold in the middle, the cheese wasnt even melted, and to top it off there was still paper from either the burger or the cheese still on it. When I brought it to the waitresss attention (I believe her name was Katie) she showed it to the cook who didnt seem to care. Even heard him from my seat saying make sure he pays extra for that. I honestly cannot believe the the blatant disrespect. I should have refused to pay on that statement alone. But I paid full price. Food gets one star but Ill give 3 because the waitress was so kind and curious she made it worth the money. I will only be returning for the bar. Never the food.... and thats sad. If management reads this give the waitress/bartender Kaite a raise cause shes the only reason youll be making money off of me again.
We LOVE this Applebees. The food is always great, and the bartender is very friendly. One of the waitresses is his girlfriend, and she is our favorite waitress. Both of them are genuinely nice people and they are truly what keep us going back to this particular restaurant when there are so many in our area ♡♡

Worst customer service I have ever had!
I dont dislike the place, but I have discovered that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The items like potatoes and the garnishes are plentiful, but the proteins are not. The price has gone up though. Two stars is all I could give it in good conscience. Even the soda was sub standard as it didnt taste at all like Pepsi, but a heavy concentration of CO2, and what was once Pepsi. I have had this experience with this Applebees and other locations as well. I went at the invitation of a family member, who apparently didnt know about their inefficiencies. I will return only upon duress.
We had Andrew as our waiter and he was amazing. He was great with quickly fixing the mistakes the kitchen made with our food. The manager was very sweet as well, she was great with continuing to fix our orders.
Got a take out order to bring home. Wings and tacos were decent. Salad was extremely small and a lot of brown lettuce. Grilled cheese was cold and soggy. Definitely prefer to eat at the restaurant, but disappointing that the entrees cost the same to take out because the portions are so much smaller. There was a 20% off coupon in our order for next time, but the expiration date is 7/1/18. It’s 7/17/18.

The food was delicious and the waiter was great!. We stopped going a couple years ago because the food seemed like it was processed! We decided to give it another try a few months ago and now its are go to restaurant.
I arrived at Applebees 25 minutes after placing my order, that is the time I was given. My food was cold, and did not taste good. There was still pink in our burgers even though we said no pink. I had 3 kids meals which asked what I wanted to drink, the kids picked chocolate milk and there wasnt any in the bag. The waiter was not friendly when we got to the restaurant either, he seemed more annoyed than anything. I will not ever use order to go at Applebees again and I will kot reccomend it to others!
Recieved a warm and friendly greeting as soon as we walked in. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Waitress was also pleasant. More than happy with the service we were provided and will be sure to come back soon.
Eh . It was ok . They forgot my step dads shrimp but gave him his meal . So they offered to bring it out separately but there was no point bc he already had his food . Then they forgot to give him his breadsticks although the lady did give him 2 to make up for it . They forget my water and I was halfway through my meal before it was given to me . Everyone had there food but one person and he was just watching us eat . Overall probably not the best foot forward on their part. Food was ok though
Wish I hadnt filled up on junk food before coming. The food was great but the highlight was the server. Very pleasant, friendly, and courteous. And quick service as well, though we came when it was less busy.
Their not ready for dining in during COVID. We had to ask for everything from the knife and fork to the straw to drink our drinks. The mashed potatoes was watery too

Just ordered 2 large soups , 1 french onion, 1 chicken tortilla from here to go. Paid cash, $12.63 which seemed a little high for soup, but end of the day, tired, just went with it. Got to my hotel, opened the bag, 2 small cups of french onion, cheese on one. Called back , spoke to manager, they cant refund my money because I paid cash! So whatever you do, dont pay c
Was trying to enjoy a meal, and then the bartender just got up and left. She disappeared when the staff went to go look for her they couldn’t find her she was picking up her phone like who does that? I hope she is gone because the regulars that were sitting there and I were very disappointed.
Ive never been a big fan of Applebees food. Theres just something pre-packaged about the the way it tastes. I think of it as plastic food.However, my fiance wanted to stop here for lunch a couple months back and I obliged. She ordered a french onion soup that was cold when it was served. The waiter was very nice and replaced it but the replacement was also cold. In the end she official crossed this place off her list.
My husband and I were at Applebees last night. The food was okay; we ordered a bunch of appetizers that were half off. I ordered a peach sangria and my husband ordered a blue agave margarita. He wasnt too crazy about his drink and I took 2 maybe 3 sips and asked for a different drink. All in in I would say all of our food tasted good except for the spinch dip we ordered thst seemed to be taking the longest and she took it off of our bill including my disgusting drink. I am not a huge fan of Applebees because of their food & service but it was a last minute decision and we were hungry
Waited forever for a waiter to come over. Soup was ice cold, after waiter was flagged down (finally) coming to our table, took soup back to kitchen, manager??? brought it back, smoking hot (volcanic)..🌋.our OVER PRICED meals were 1/2 okay...by now, the volcanic soup is hard as a rock (tomato basil), invisible waiter nowhere to be found! Thanks to Carli for getting us a second beverage, (wish she was here first...before our waiter, Trevor)...this place needs good help, Trevor is not it...Carli, thanks! 👍To Bee, or not to Bee? Excellent service. The manager gave us all free food because of the timely wait for the food to come out. Im a regular at this location, and service and staff is always great.
Been there twice now. Both times after 8pm. 1st trip ordered a sirloin...when it came I could not identify what part of the cow the steak came from. Very knotty and chewy. Im a truck driver and park here frequently so figured Id try again. Country brew house chicken.... the deep fried chicken patty was so tough and stringy I would bet it was a left over from dinner. To make it worse it had that old burnt grease taste to it. Gave it 2 tries.... Im done!
The burger I had was very delicious! The waiter was very nice to us! We waited at least 30-35 minutes though for the food to come out. It’s a pretty good place though!
3 stars only because the steak was cooked to perfection. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were cold and barely edible. Server didnt seem to care past saying sorry.
We went there for dinner and ordered two steaks medium, both came out well done. The server was very friendly but the cooks probably need to be trained better.
I always thought Applebees was another low end chain. But, for what it is the service is good, the prices are right, and the food is pretty decent. Ive had burgers, skillet dishes, salads, and more and I think they give excellent value.

As usual Applebees comes thru with flying colors. The hot food piping hit the cold food yummy. The drinks flowing and a smile on everyones faces.Thank you staff at Applebees for a great night out

Mashed potatoes ice cold. Replaced, now warm in spots other spots cold. Chicken parm served way to hot over overcooked bad fettuccine pasta. Chicken stir fry over not enough rice.

My pototoes where not cooked all the way.my shrimp was cold and the watress was not good at all and it was not busy.with that being said I usually have great luck on Tuesdays but obviously not good on Sundays.
The food & service was good. It was the other guest who walked in with a green cloud of Marijuana smoke hovering over all the tables in a 10ft radius!!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! DISGUSTING!!

Its like mostly every chain restaurant. Food is mediocre and the atmosphere is ok. The one good thing about Applebees is that they support local causes.

I am not a happy camper I went here today for dinner and it took forever for my dinner to come it told so long that I had to have them box it up for me we got there no only 3 tables with people at it so I said great this will be great it will not be long one we order soup and 30 minutes later we get cold soups and them 45 mins later we are still waiting for our dinners and the manager came up and said how was your dinner I said what dinner we are still waiting for it and by the way can you have them box it to go and when we got 5 mins away and I mean 5 mins from Applebees to the house our food was ice ass cold I will not be going to that Applebees anymore oh I forgot I order steak potoes and veggies I got maybe tablespoons of each and my dinner was 16.95 and all together that was the worst dinner for 45.00
Awful service. Felt like she couldnt get me out of there fast enough . Didnt even offer drink refill . Food was mediocre, hot sauce was good.

I ordered my quesadilla burger medium rare and it came out well done. Its a big burger, which I expected but the mess up in my order was my biggest problem.
I didnt think there was enough meat on my food and they fixed it no questions asked.
They have 3 different kinds of fajitas now! Chicken, shrimp and steak...I had the shrimp and it was good and plentiful....

I always liked Applebees but had not been in a couple years. I was disappointed by what I ordered - Oriental chicken salad and fajita roll-ups.
Everything was perfect. I hag the all you can eat ribs, chicken strips and shrimp. Delicious.

2022-03-15I had an enjoyable experience. Food was very tasty. Waitress was nice. Only issue is that I believe dining does not seem to be the best option due to very low staff. Probably cuz of covid. Everything took a long time to get to the table and our main dish was forgotten until we mentioned it. I wouldnt go back though, only bc it was way too slow, but staff was cool.

2022-04-06Had such an amazing time. Our server was so much fun I wish I could remember her name. 6 in our group and she took very good care of my niece and nephew that have special needs. They had a braille menu so my daughter was able to order on her own. Great food, amazing service. Will go back again.

2022-01-29Greg place. Great food. Great drinks. Great prices. I never actually go out of my way to go here, but if I find myself at Lowe’s in the weekend I tend to stop by and sit at the bar. They usually have beer specials and always have the game on. Staff are super friendly and will always make you feel welcome. Also, the food prices are super good as well.

2022-06-20To call the food quality here poor is an understatement. The ribs were cooked but tough to the point of being inedible. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese had barely any cheese at all. The chicken tenders were ok but you could easily find better ones in the frozen section of your local grocery store. The drinks and the fries were good though so I guess thats something positive. I definitely wont bother returning to Applebees anything soon. I can find better ways to spend $85.

2022-06-20We decided to give Applebees one more try since my father in law wanted to go there for Fathers Day. My strawberry margarita was excellent as was the pretzel appetizer. The 4 cheese pasta barely had any cheese on it and was cold when brought to the table. The ribs were not cooked properly. The meat should have easily come away from the bone and it did not and the flavor was lacking. My onion soup was fine and my husbands chicken tenders were fine, but we both purposely avoided other dishes based on past experience. We will not be giving them another try. To spend over $80 and have half of your party walk away hungry is not acceptable to us.

I will not be returning to this Applebees location if this is their representation of service. The bar should have a welcoming, joyful, and overall happy atmosphere. I was not given this during my visit! If you are looking to enjoy some food and drinks with friends and family, THIS APPLEBEES IS NOT THAT PLACE TO DO IT!

2022-06-16Waitress/ bartender was extremely rude. I went in picking up an order and they stated We dont do those here I proceeded to show them the order on my phone to which they replied. what do you want me to do about that. They then said they would check on it. I waited over 30 mins and after no help I stepped outside and called. The same person picked up the phone and proceeded to leave me on hold for over 6 minutes. New staff is a need.
