Great customer service, had a very bubbly and attentive waitress named Clarissa! Food came fast and tasted good would definitely go back
I went with my wife first date away since the birth of my child... and was it a mistake. The hostess failed to get us a table and directed us to the bar ( there were open table everywhere)The bartender (blond hair female) was the worst 15 mins on an empty day just for the drinks. The food was the only great thing Bout this experience. Im usually a big tipper especially in front my wife but you they stopped me from giving it when the bartender said she forgot we even ordered. Showed she was maybe taking one too many while on the job?
Although I just went there for their bread sticks and chicken wanton tacos because they are the absolute best, the wait time was a bit too long.
Bounced from work for a quick lunch with my BBs. Abel our host was awesome in bringing our food so we could get back to work on time. Thank you.Had some wings and tacos. Very good!😊
Worst service I’ve ever had since I’ve been visiting this location. Under staffed and truly the customer service sucked. No genuineness and rude service. Waited 40 minutes on Wednesday to be seated another 35 minutes to order food. My son stated 3 times it was his birthday turning 11 years and the waiter could care less.
We ordered the macaroni cheese dish and the chicken Alfredo. Both foods were bland and the macaroni cheese had only butter and little cheese.I spoke with the manager she tried to justify that a macaroni and cheese, very bad experience with the food of this place I do not think we will return again.
I stop going to AB long time ago due to the lack of good food, but today 04/12/21 i went with my girlfriend and the food was way better than before we both like it, remember to scan the barcode to save some time for dining in..

I remember it used to be 2 for $20 but now 2 for $22. So did two orders of 2 for $22. Now the amount of food is alot which is worth the price. Before it used to be less but now more definantly coming back again. The food taste amazing!! Love the safety they taking since Covid. Everyone is at a table but its every other table. Amazing service too!
I had a great time the food was excellent and my waitress was polite. Unfortunately there was one waiter that seem as if he was miserable with his job. My wife simply asked if he could take a picture of us because it was my birthday and the face he put was straight attitude.
The waitress was very good, the only complaint was the steak was not well done though I reiterated it twice before the order was placed. The steak was just too bloody tasting for me. I order and apple crumble desert which the apple part is supposed to be fried, more like burnt. Other than that the shrimp were pretty good, the loaded mashed potatoes were good. I did get there during happy hour the drinks ( Bahama mama) were stupendous.

On 2/22/22 We was turn away for not having our 9 year old son vaccinated. My wife and I are fully vaccinated. I understand Covid is still around but there no where on Applebee’s website that state a child need to be vaccinated to dine in. If Applebee’s want to implement there only policy on top of CDC guidelines they need to do better to inform there customer.
Really good evening. Had the appetizer sampler and Sangria. Lovely pricing. Staff were welcoming and had good energy. Definitely will return soon!

I didn’t get my drinks until I finished with my appetizer and I already took a few bites of my meal. It’s ridiculous my toddler had to eat his whole meal without a beverage. Which caused him to be very fussy. Which kinda ruined my time.
Outdoor area to eat that has heating if you request it very spacious and the waitress was good didnt wait long and she kept coming to make sure we were ok

It takes 2 people to drink a margarita and their food is delicious. Me and my sister split that. Me and my sister both had the grilled chicken. I had mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my sides and my sister had broccoli and mashed potatoes as her sides.

Brunch Burger is hands down the best option on the menu, go for happy hour and get appetizers and drinks at a much lower cost. The staff are friendly.

Good atmosphere. Food was served with a smile. It was very tasty and well done. I had the Bourbon chicken topped with loads of onions mushroom and about 5 shrimp, coupled with mash potatoes. The chicken was tender. As an appetizer, the boneless Teriyaki, sweet and sour wings were delish!
My coworkers and I enjoyed the food and drinks here. It was all great except for the part where I asked an employee if she would recommend this one item I seen served and she simply dismissed it as a basic item when I asked if she would recommend it.

First off I just want to say I’m a huge fan of the Applebee’s franchise, with that being said I have to be honest about this location in particular. Let’s start with the greeters, they were very unprofessional and sloppily dressed, on top of that they had the nerve to try and flirt with every woman who entered the door. THE WAIT TO GET SEATED was 36 minutes for a party of 3. The only benefit at this location was their food and drinks.

I had a wonderful time with my Army buddy for Veterans Day. Service was excellent and the food was great. Atmosphere and the ambiance was very pleasant. Only 4 stars because my drink 🍸 was a weak apple martini served in a WINE GLASS. Lol.
I will give this location a 0 star if I was able to horrible customer service they had a few people and I waiting outside in the pouring rain/bitter cold waiters attended to you and many others at the same time they confuse orders and have you waiting for drinks while it sits down getting watered down I never in my life had such horrible service as a paying customer don’t bother with calling the franchise they are the same as the rest of the employees at this location horrible horrible horrible never again will I sit and eat at an Applebees I rather take my money to Olive Garden at least they serve you bread before you order anything

Very good applebees. The staff are very nice and they welcome you very good. They are very organized and fast. There was like a 15 minute wait for a table but I understand it was very pack and lots of people on line. This applebees is located inside the little mall. Is located in the corner in the first floor. Its very big. They have drinks the drinks are okay. They have a womens bathroom and a mens bathroom. They have a changing table for kids. They do have a bar.
I was disappointed because there was a special 2/24 and my receipt said something different so I didn’t Tip because I didn’t receive what I ask for …so people pay attention to your receipt
Dont always go to Applebees but it was pretty decent. Food was about as expected nothing to special. Best part of it was the waitress, she was awesome & kind. The food came pretty quick & everything was correct, great for once in awhile.

Loved the food and place was clean. This location at 149th in the Bronx terminal market mall, had an exceptional waitress named Clarissa! She was awesome, courteous and very professional! She should get a raise! I was there for my bday and she made sure,we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We all loved her. If all your staff is like her, im definitely returning.
TERRIBLE FOOD and Customer Service!First off the 2 for 22 is not really the price. Theres a selection of a few entrees and most of them are an additional fee of like 3.99. Which means its not truly 2 for 22. At the time that my son and I went we sat for over 20 minutes before we saw a waitress. Then an additional 20 plus minutes before we received our drinks and appetizers. The appetizers were cold. After about 30 minutes the waitress passed by again and said shed check on our food. When she brought the entrees they had appeared to have been sitting because they too were cold. By this time I was frustrated, we had an appointment and I just needed to leave. So we boxed up some of the food to heat up at home. However, before we left I spoke to the waitress, the host and finally the manager about my concerns and the inedible food. She offered a free dessert. First, they only had one dessert, which was chocolate and my son could not eat, secondly we had already waited way too long for our COLD food and didnt want to wait any longer. The manager then said to stop in again and mention her name. I didnt know what that truly meant in a way of good customer service. However, I thought since I didnt get a satisfactory reply I would send a complaint to headquarters. Someone eventually called, he was rude and he lied about being a regional manager. I then called the headquarters and they had confirmed that the person who called was not known to them as even an employee. I will never spend my money at Applebees again.
Food wasn’t great, I mean let’s be honest it’s Applebee’s I’m not expecting no fine dining. But why I rated this particular Applebee’s 5 stars is The Manager Robert Johnson, the mans customer service is just beyond impeccable, genuinely made me and my friends experience that much better to where I’d take the time out of my day to write him a 5 star review. If anyone from corporate somehow sees this, give Robert Johnson a serious raise and move him up in the company ladder as soon as you can. Robert Johnson is the kind of guy you’d want to represent your company, his kindness is just unmatched. You can really tell he cares about the well being and happiness of his clientele. Like I said, food wasn’t that great, it’s obviously frozen Applebee’s product which because of Robert Johnson felt like I was eating like an absolute king. Only thing I can say is if you’re in the Bronx, you have to take whatever time you can out just to experience the absolute greatness of Robert Johnson.

Wonderful service. Veronica was our server for the afternoon and. Such a great sense of humor and knowledgeable on all menu items. Blue Hawaiian was super strong. Just what I needed on a Saturday afternoon. Food was delicious. Great experience

We had a seating wait for 40 mins we went to target for 1hr 30 mins came back. Host tells us give her 5 mins we gave her 10 mins after 10 mins she tells us 25 mins and she gets her manager because at that point we are getting upset. Manager tells us we are not understanding. I want to know what is there to understand. I’m glad I didn’t spend my money at this Applebees. Service is horrible.
The wait was not long, I went close to 8pm on a Saturday night. We had chicken nachos for an appetizer (delicious), and Applebees drinks arent very strong but they were tasty.Terrell was our server and he was ON POINT. Polite, attentive and he knew the menu which helped my choose an entree.

I love their outdoor dining that is situated right in front of the establishment in an enclosed parking lot within the mall. Its set up like a patio. The staff is very nice which is also a plus.

The text mexQ bowl would of been better with less spice...could not taste anything threw the heat...I love heat but this was way too much. Service could of been better had I not had to hunt down server whose section was split between inside and outside because the waitress who was assigned to the table rolled her eyes and said something to the seating guy...she also didnt miss hitting me with her tray everytime she passed.

Went to Bronx Terminal Market for the first time. Applebees is on the first level. Had to eat in the parking structure, due to these unusual circumstances, but they made it clean, nice and comfortable.My waitress was quick, courteous. Food was cooked perfectly. Drinks were AWESOME (Henny Piña Colada). It was the perfect spot for lunch. Great service by everyone
Went here for a treated day out from friends. The wait time was a little long but it was the weekend. The selection was excellent... the food was good the drinks could be a little stronger. But the display for the drinks and food was appetizing. Staff seemed very down to earth an welcoming. But some staff seem to had to much free time on there hand lol.. tips was well deserved overall.

Seated with a party of 6 it took 30 minutes before our server showed up and this is after telling several passing employees we had not been seen yet. The food was pretty good but at the end the server gives us the check then vanishes again. 15 minutes later we flagged down the manager to take our payment. Ive been the places packed with 10 times the patrons and still was served in a reasonable time. They need training.
Rarely do you meet managers and people of exceptional character... today we were lucky to meet Robert. Such an attentive manager (and considering how busy his restaurant is) we felt welcomed and cared for. Truly extraordinary! He went around talking to customers, greeting them, and genuinely putting smiles on their faces. Kudos to him and his staff.

My usual go to for a quick date night. Service is usually good, sometimes with a longer wait time depending on the day. Sat at the bar and had the unlimited mix and match special. Waited a bit for the food due to miscommunication between the server and kitchen but the staff was great. Bartender attended to us and followed up with the kitchen for us.

I really like this location. It tends to get busy, but this place is consistently up to par. Its clean, welcoming. I met a waitress some time ago, more than a year, Xiomara. She remembered me and my family, and although she was not our server, took time to greet us and make sure all was well. This is the kind of thing I love to see and keeps me going back. Great staff. It was a long wait even though tables were empty, I guess it was a lack of employees since it was Christmas eve. The food and drinks were ok. The staff were friendly and provided a great service despite the delay. Lack of security, there was some sort of dispute between two guys and the male waitress had to take them out. They should have at least 1 security guard near.

The service was okay but, what made it bad was that people were waiting to be seated when there was like almost 10 or more open seats. The food was okay, my steak tasted like it was burned for a well done. The knife and forks were dirty. But the waiter was nice and the time we had was okay.
I do love the food, but unfortunately they are very disorganized and we ordered some food that they had apparently run out of so they tried to get us to order something else that was within the same price range but we didnt want that because the other stuff that was within the price range just wasnt what we wanted and it seems like our waitress got upset because we had to change our whole order. I usually dont have to complain because the food is again awesome, but sometimes the waitresses need a chill pill or they need to really change the way they present their attitudes
Nice & clean floor. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Good kids menu. Nice bar. Service is usually pretty quick. And if you have any kind of issues,a manager is at your table within minutes offering help.
My husband and I went on Halloween and of course there is a wait which we were fully expecting. What we were not expecting was to be overlooked and skipped in the waiting line for another group. We were a group of two versus a group of 4. We could see there were several open tables that can seat two, but were never seated there. When we voiced our objections to being skipped we were finally seated at the original groups booth for 4 or more people. At that point my husband felt that we were treated differently and initially overlooked on purpose. We ended up walking out of the restaurant without ordering. Not once did a manager, host, or any server apologize for the incidence. We will NEVER go back!!!!!!

I visited this location in The Bronx because I had a good experience here a year prior. This experience was a bit different because I chose to come here with my family on Easter Sunday which was not a good idea. Yes, there was a waiting line. I must have been number 15 in line; however the wait for a table wasnt bad. The service was pretty good. The food was equally good. Wished we stayed for desert but by the look of those waiting for a table with their own family made it very uncomfortable.

I did a order online and pick up. The wait is about an hr from order to pick up. It wasnt even like warm in the bag. The food didnt taste as good as usual. The portions are less than what youd get dinning in and you end up paying more. Dont think ill eat again from here until they actually open
Be prepared to wait..... a loooooong time. Went there twice, the first time was a 45 minute wait! Theres barely seating for anyone waiting ( total of 8 people can sit in the waiting room) so youll either have to stand inside or wait outside. We chose to leave. 2 weeks later my second visit was a 15 minute wait. Finally got seated, they took our orders 10 minutes later to tell us they were out of Ribs to order something else. The waiter was nice though... Ill say call ahead or go somewhere else. DO NOT GO DURING HOLIDAYS 🙅🏽♀️
The server was horrible, slow, not engaging at all, did not present any specials on the menu or anything. He seemed more interested in talking with the other servers. I asked for water during my meal and never received it so I just felt that the service could have been a lot better, I definitely will be going back to the one on Fordham Rd.

The place is terrific.nice place to go nice environment and excellent service and i mean the waitress.Now the food: beautiful pics in the menu! The short ribs looked fantastic on the pic, when i got them they were hard.i was expecting meat falling off the bone.( no way) and hardly any meat, reminded me of my local chinese spare ribs.my daughter had fettuccini alfredo and she did not finished it because it was too dry.my other daughter was very happy with her sampler of spinach artichoke wings chips sampler. (20 dlls).my fries were great.now the dessert was very good .vanilla ice cream hot caramel and some kind of Apple crumb bread and cinnamon apples.that was generous .like 7 dlls. Not a bad price.the waitress was attentive friendly and would be the only reason i would come back but not for food.i will come back for drinks and chicken wings.
I had dinner here a couple days ago I found the food kind of gross and heavy and greased and the winter was just rude why bother going to work if youre having a bad day dont take it out of the customer
We were a group of three. I ordered the limited time combo where I choose the six oz. sirloin and the salmon. Both were overcooked. My baked potato was great and my broccoli was perfect. I wish I had more broccoli on my plate.My friend ordered the shrimp and sirloin combo with garlic mash and broccoli. She enjoyed her meal. Her husband ordered a steak, onions and potato meal and his steak wasnt prepared the way he requested it.Overall we had a good meal with good service. Our waiter/server was very nice and very professional.

Ive tried many times before submitting this review to look past the horrible tasting food at this location. Each time eating at this Exterior st. location, the taste and flavor of the food seems to have a more blander generic taste. The pasta is horrible and food is warm or cold by the time it hits your table. Sending it back waste so much time and/or u hope no bad things go in your food cause someone was offended at the sendback. The waitstaff could use some retraining on service. Location is great at the mall and in neighborhood but if I had option or wasnt in a rush i would visit another restaurant.

Got there and waited for about less than 10 minutes (for two people), got all of the appetizers, salad and our meals at once, total price was great, including the female waitress that served me & my fiance. She did very great with customer service so i decided to tip her. Food was aslo great, much better than the one in applebees in bay plaza. Definitely will be coming back next time. 👌👌👌

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The bartender Raina couldnt have been worse. I literally was not greeted with a smile, a Hi how are you, welcome to Applebees or anything. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get my water I asked for. The bar wasnt busy so no excuse there. Literally my girlfriend and I were the only two customers seated at the bar. No follow up after my food came out to see if the order was correct, if it was up to my standards or if I needed anything. Speaking as a former server/waiter myself any and all personal problems are to be left at the door. This is supposed to be about customer service and hospitality and in that department it was horribly disappointing. The bartender shouldnt be behind the bar or waiting tables for that matter.
Daytime the service is always great. The food is always sent to us properly. The manager was walking around and making sure our food was correct and that we were having a good time. Shout out to the daytime manager dont know his name but he had dreads.

Its apple bees and again, Im not a fan of the food nor the pricing. You are actually paying for the restaurants branding and marketing, not what you are served. The actual cuisine is only worth half of the stated price. I really appreciate the wait staff here. Tge young woman that served us was something very special. I wish they could get her to train across the industry. In fact I would eat at these blasé restaurants regularly if they could guarantee her quality and level of service every time I did. Very good experience on that end. Theyve been doing some good staffing, I were a restaurateur I would poach the lights out of Applebees. Still say they should be working in a better establishment honestly. They are constantly outshining everything else about this mediocre dining experience.
4/22/22 6pm evening Service was late food was cold
They gave me food that was obviously recooked more than once. Other food had been sitting for a while before being brought out. Either cold or reheated. The burger was overcooked and bacon had been apparently recooked so many times it crumbled into dust. The French fries - about 20 of them - were obviously made more than 30 minutes before they were served to me. The restaurant was empty and the burger took 30 minutes to arrive like a hockey puck? I sent back all of my food and spoke to the manager who offered it to make me a better Burger for which I just didnt have the time to wait and why it didnt occur to that manager that he should be the one in the back cooking instead of whoever was doing the cooking I will never know. The few bites of food that I took of the overcooked and not recently prepared appetizer and burger gave me an upset stomach it was the worst restaurant experience I can remember. I started out the order explaining that I could not eat over cooked food because a medical condition that cosme sensitivity and lo and behold everything they brought out was overcooked and/or cooked at least 20 to 30 minutes before they brought it to the table.
I have purchased the Shrimp Alfredo from Applebees with extra shrimp and I was very, very happy with the service along with the food which was very delicious. I will be visiting the restaurant more often. Very happy. 🤗
Food was good but when the barmaid said 2 scoops of potatoes I thought she ment 2 serving spoons not two ice cream scoops.The drinks were good but watered down. If I compared u to BBQs u would lose a customer
Very good experience.It is always crowded.I can say that Applebees does respect CDC guidelines and enforces them.They adapted well to the new standards of food industry.You are welcome outside.You can dine in too at 25 percent capacity.Waiters have masks.You eat without mask of course but if you want to go to the restroom you must put the mask on.While you wait you can take a look at the mall.You wont loose your spot as the crew sends you a message to let you know its your turn.Always a good family option.Kids love it.

Normally a great experience but this Christmas the service was terrible.Im disabled, legally blind, and I went here on Christmas night with my kids because we were given gift cards from the school to help with the holidays.Our servers name was Scarlet.First, when I ordered the food I wasnt aware that my plate brought 3 sides so I was confused as to why I was being told to choose a 3rd and when I tried explaining why I was confused it seemed like Scarlet had an attitude.Second, my daughter asked if they had toothpicks which Scarlet said shed bring her but instead brought her containers to go because she was waiting for us to leave.Third, I paid my bill but unfortunately didnt have enough to pay a tip at the time. I waited for Scarlet to come back so I could explain to her what happened and that I would return on Friday to pay her the tip but before I was able to say anything she began asking if she did something wrong and demanded a $20 tip and walked away with an attitude... my daughter was upset that I wasnt allowed to fully explain the situation and gave her $1.I miss my regular waitress, Michelle... she was the best and always a sweetheart.
It took forever to get a take out platter to put my leftovers in which was stored less than 10 feet from us . I didnt want to be rude and get it myself because thats how long she took. The place wasnt crowded and it still took forever for our food and drinks the person who took our orders was just slow and the service was horrible. Go to a different Applebees
When here on lunch service was fast staff was ok. Took 2 stars off for the following reasons. I order a cookie and cream milk shake. It was trash they made it with ice cream mill and ice. ?? Add ice to a milk shake. Minus 1 star. The bartender that made my shake made to much so he poured him self and a waitress the extra in front of me. The waitress saw me looking at them so she didnt want to drink it but he had no problem drinking that trash milk shake if you want to call it that. The burger was good.
This is literally the best Applebees ever! I had such a great experience here with my wife and kids. My server Hope was so friendly and helpful. She recommended drinks to us as well as appetizers and happy hour specials. I felt like she saved us so much money with her suggestions with the menu combinations. I will be returning! And I hope to have her serving us again!

Been here a few times with my team and we been treated really good. This place is always busy, but wait time is not that long. The food was good and didnt take long to come out after it was ordered. The servers Ive had were great. My favorite applebees by far.

Haven’t set foot at Apple Bees for very long time. But this Sunday I had a carving for drinks and food, so I know: it is time to visit again. We agreed to meet here at happy hour and enjoyed their drinks and food. The service was good and the whole place felt like happy place, although I can’t say the food was amazing. It was good to come back.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat with my family after a school Christmas recital. This site was packed, which is a norm for this location in the Bronx due to it conveniently being located next to the mall entry. The wait wasnt too bad for a Friday night, a given 20- 25mins wait. The waiter was very attentive, the only gripe with this location is the serving of frozen food. 2 of my family members food was cold, and it was served on a sizzling plate 😳.... My recommendation is to only get appetizers from here if you want a quick bite to eat and HOT served food!
I found plastic in one of the burgers I ordered. The plastic looked like it was put there on purpose. I also ordered the macaroni and cheese and they sent me cheese and bacon on top of mashed potatoes.
I love Applebees after a day of shopping. Its local and casual and the food is always good. That said...I do like knowing how many calories in each dish, so I had the yummy tacos with a side of an amazing, grilled shrimp skewer. Oh, and I usually sit at the bar. The bartenders are great!

The food and drinks good. But the waitress was taking sooo long, right when we try to order she just left and was walking arround talking with other staff members. I think they need more supervision, because the rest was not crowded at all i toke of 40min to order
It used to be a good place to eat but now it seems to be focused more on happy hour and the bar. The food was mediocre. The ribs were advertised as fall off the bone when in fact they were pull of the bone strongly with your teeth. I will not be visiting that place too much🙁
I like to eat at the Apple Bees at Exterior Mall. Very comfortable and the food tasted delicious. I took my family their on Easter Sunday. They had an awesome time. The waitress was very nice and attentive.
We stopped in for happy hour and upon leaving the cashier turned on her phone when she was handed a card for paying the bill. It looked she was taking the numbers on the card. She notice me looking at because it was my card. So, I will be checking my card very closely . PAY IN CASH. I told the manager and hope this will never happen again.P.S. Watch your cards people!!!!!!!!
Service and food were great!! Once I step one foot to the door I was taken care of- waiter arrived 2 minutes after and was so kind and well spoken! Food was AMAZING- steamy hot and well done just how I like it 👍🏻 I would love to thank the waiters, they checked on me a couple of times to make sure I was okay and well taken care off. Definitely will be coming back!!
Even though it’s in the time of corona they did a great job of social distancing while you eat with your family and it was like 45 min wait for outside seating and 2hrs for inside but it may be a shorter wait depending on the time you visit.
Service was alright, couldve done better. Ive came here with just 1 more person and it wasnt bad. I came this time with my family and the waiters didnt have good people experience. The Sangria pitcher wasnt as the waiter explained it was gonna be, Gassed! Low quality/quantity.

I come to this place for over 5 years. Reason why I keep coming back is because the space; there is hardly ever any wait time to be seated. The food tastes better than other place in the city that I have been to, and this Applebees is in the Bronx.

Ive been here multiple times as I am only 3 min away..during the pandemic and mandatesThis Applebees location, has done very well on service , safety , and cleanliness.Outdoor as been great with who ever was the employee that brang the speaker and played the music from the neighborhood (was a great touch).. Everytime I call this Applebees im told its an 20 to 25 minute wait once I get there they say its an hour wait. Why have people come out their way if you know its a longer wait and in this cold. So upset they always do this.
Even though youre in a parking lot their setup makes you feel so comfortable via the space distancing, overhead fans, good pumping music, etc... The staff was fantastic and the food very good. In the area and youre hungry do stop by.
A friend and I went late last night, nearly closing time. We were offered a seat at the bar area. The server was far more interested in the men that where there the tending to her area or her customers. The entire bar area was filthy!!! The were dirty glasses, plates of food. There were French fries and other food on the bar along with used napkins that she left the the entire time we were. That’s how we walked into Applebee’s. The worst part was, the manager who has been there for years, said nothing!! She was having a conversation and making joke with the server at the bar. There were also tables that hadn’t been cleaned. I’m a former bartender, and I could never work at a dirty work station. I would clean as I go. We nearly had to move plates out of our way just so we could sit! That’s completely unexceptable!!!

Better service than the location on 116th street. My only issues were that a friend of a waitress was seated before several parties that had been waiting. And the ribs came out with a spicy sauce instead of the honey bbq sauce, so I had to wait for a replacement steak and buy the time itcame out I was done with my sides... Otherwise, Id go there again.
It was a great experience. I think my waiter name was derisa something like that. Im sorry not good with names. But she was very nice and fast. She made me feel welcome. She kept checking on us and making sure we was good. If i come back im definitely asking for her. The drinks was on point strong i like her taste we asked her for a recommendation and she gave us the best drink ever. It was strong just how i like it. The food was delicious. They have bathrooms. Wheelchair accessible entrance. They have chairs for kids and also some tablets that they can play while eating or waiting for the food. I totally love this kids usually are impatient so thats a great strategy because kids always go crazy in restaurants so i give you that. Its a big restaurant. They have a waiting area where you can sit and wait to be seated thats great because in other restaurants u gotta stand up and wait. I will be coming back here again.

I had reservations for a friend and myself to have dinner we went in to eat and pepe to dinner we weve notified our waitress said we were going to the restroom and when we came back to our table it was cleared and someone else was already sitting there we were not done eating how are drinks and not been touched I find this unacceptable
It was ok. Our server, Robert, was a little rude. The hostess explained to us that if we wanted to order for our children, to use the tablet on the table. He was doing his introduction before we even got our coats off to sit down so we were rushed from jump. We ordered the kids food and sent the order to the kitchen. He comes back and we told him we ordered their food. He said, you sent it to the kitchen already? And my husband said, yeah why, was that no good? And he immediately grabbed the tablet and did something and said, yea this thing is taking my job. Very inappropriate. Then I guess I was taking too long to order because he was looking impatient and my husband asked him if he was in a rush and he said yeah I just got mad other tables so my husband put his order in and told him to just come back for mine but we were basically ordering our dinner in parts when we could catch him flying past because him standing for 30 seconds at our table to take our order was too much for him. They need better communication between hostess and wait staff because thats clearly causing conflict. And they need more wait staff so customers dont have to rush and order their meal they can actually take time and look at the menu. My husband wanted to try what I had but didnt want to hold up the stupid waiter so he got his usual instead. Thats no good. And I still gave him a $2.44 tip. After paying $80. He didnt deserve even $.50 in my opinion. The the thing that saved the night, the good was excellent compliments to your chef enjoyed everything! 🙌

This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a special lunch, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. excellent and diverse food and a large menu.courteous staff members, and pleasant mood. Also important, the bill is fair. I praise this place with no doubt.
The servers were beyond wonderful, and very attentive; as for the quality of my meal it was not good at all. My meal looked thrown together and my steak was burnt. My server did change the meal but, it was not tasty at all. Happy to say that I will NOT be going back.
Very Poor customer service. Staff are to busy chatting with each other to focus on their customers. Half of the boneless skinless chicken wings i ordered came out raw. Glad I didnt get food poisoning from my visit.
This restaurant has potential due to its prime location within a mall. However, because its the only major restaurant besides Mariscos (seafood) restaurant, wait times are long. On extreme busy days like Friday to Sunday, it can be discouraging. When you finally get a table, expediting orders are delayed. When ordering specialty beverages, bartenders are CHEAP in dispensing alcohol, thus drinks are colorfully watered down and meals can arrive barely lukewarm. Menu options are substantial which draws the public in but at times cant efficiently handle high volumes of people effectively.

The service was excellent. The manager Selemna was very nice. And Angel gave great eye contact. But one of the plates was lack luster. The kids chicken mac and cheese was served differently across town in Throggs Neck as oppose to BTM which is really sad.

I came to dine with my family here today and the waitress who is supposed to be serving me is not professional she is completely ignoring me and has not asked if we need anything and if everything is good with the food. Her name is kiki and if you come here I advice you to to immediately ask for another server right away.
Now this is what I can call a REAL restaurant. Excellent service, minimal wait time, friendly staff. Ahhhh, what an experience. Oh my, lost myself in thought for a bit hahaha. Ahem. Anyway, I just love their food and I enjoy every second of it. Their steak was well-cooked to the brim and with steak sauce added, my taste buds were thanking me greatly. I always feel full after my order and the waitresses that takes my order was there to ensure that my experience was satisfying and worthwhile. It almost makes me want to come back again and again. Maybe its because of their affordable prices. Maybe it could be that I trust them a lot. All in all, this Applebees is a wonderful place.
Service and food was good
The food was very good except for the fried shrimps and the broccoli. The service was great though. I also thought that it was kind of expensive for the area that its in but I still think that I might go back for the burgers those were delicious.
The food at Applebees was okay here in New York City I am a Floridian and I really enjoy the food at Applebees there in Florida it was a little difference the serving size is this that and the other but aside from that it was all good what I do not appreciate is having such a young girl at such a busy time to make drinks for people who are shopping out their stress to the levels and need a good rum and coke so simple drink to make anyway I do wish the young lady a lot of luck somebodys got to start everywhere you know somewhere but aside from that the food was good nice experience thank you Applebees okay
The food was delicious! We decided to get the all you can eat options and we had ribs and chicken tenders with fries. It tasted so good and we kept asking for more servings. Definitely recommend!

I went there with my family. We were placed at a dirty table, that was too small for my family to sit and eat comfortably. Even though there were larger accommodations available. The steak was tough, the veggies bland and cold. There was other food ordered but I dont remember what.cThe best part about being there were the drinks and no I dont mean the alcohol, I mean the soda. We didnt even want a take out bag.
Nice place to dine. Service not the greatest , while ordering beer the servers do not know how to pour and if you are a beer drinker you will see they do not top off when pouring which means a quarter of the glass is empty by the time it gets to you .
TRASHY LOCATION WITH EVIL OWNER AND MANAGEMENT!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I got food poisoning from their disgusting food and when I reported it and filed a claim, they never got back to me. I continued to contact corporate multiple times and after 3 months I stated if they weren’t going to refund my money for giving me rotten food then I was going to pursue legal action. I was promised I would hear from someone from this location within 48 hours. I never heard back. I called again for the 10th time to find out that the incompetent, ruthless, evil and uneducated owner of this location refused to contact me and would not be providing any type of refund or compensation yet they didn’t even have the human decency to call me and let me know or even apologize for my HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. No wonder this place has so many bad review and is trash because from the owner and management, from the top down, they are all TRASH!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!

2022-04-06One of my favorite places to eat. I work in the same vicinity and Ive going there for years. Im in here every week or every other week. The food is great and the drinks are great. Love their new Honey Pepper sauce. Thats my go to when I cant decide what to get. Try the Hennessy Sour or the Amaretto Sour if you dont want something strong. Did I mention they serve breakfast? Yup! Steak and Potatoes, Medium Well. Eggs however you like them and top it off with a Mimosa. You cant go wrong. The staff and management team are the friendliest around.

2021-10-04My experience when I visit Applebees is always great but this time I could say it was exceptional! My son and I had a great time, the service the, attention, and the food was excellent. We even watch a movie and the Kimberly went above and beyond with her kindness Ana attention. I totally recommend people to eat here more that always. We felt treated as family.. Very happy and thankful customer! God bless you!

2021-09-06It was my first time going to this location & it went alright. The wait time was 30min to sit in and I definitely didn’t wanna sit in the patio seating(in the garage of the mall..which is pretty gross..i would never suggest to sit & dine there..hence why it was completely empty) So my bf & I sat at the bar & the waitress was good..even offered a free refill. Only annoying thing was getting my entree with my appetizer when it’s common sense I wouldn’t want that.

2020-11-06I wanted something different... They didnt disappointNow a days, our options are plentiful so we tend to take the path of least resistance. Normally thats fast food, however, sometimes you need to just slow down and reward yourself. Im glad I did, the service was amazing and the food was amazing. The presentation was amazing, but the flavor was even better.Do yourself a favor and do the same...

2021-03-23The wait for a table for 2 was kind of long. The hostess was nice and our waitress was the best. She was very attentive and kind. The food came out at a decent time and tasted great. The spinach and artichoke dip was good. The boneless wing were a bit dry. Double crunch shrimp are my favorite. Three cheese penne was good also. The price and quality of the food was on point. I will be back.

2021-02-28Exceptional service the server was very friendly even had a few jokes with me and my girlfriend because I was already joking around almost drunk lol, we ordered bone in buffalo wings and 2 2for22 meals. We was so full from apitizers that we took the food home for the next day. Look at the pics.
