I called AC and spoke to Shawn Gibson in Texas. He was patient and answered all my questions. My mother also called him and he gave her lots of information to help us make a decision about a purchase. He sent me a quote immediately to my email so I could see the final price. I decided to make the purchase and the appliance was delivered a few days later. I will use AC to order my dishwasher in the future
I purchased a washing machine from Appliances Connection because they had the best price and good ratings. I got the best price and much more. I had a question about one of their terms which was quickly and thoroughly answered. Their customer responsibilities document was both clear and reasonable. The delivery men were excellent in every respect. Driving their truck on our difficult driveway, being very pleasant, doing everything they were supposed to do, absolute minimum impact on our property, etc. I am very satisfied.
Recently I bought a new refrigerator which arrived dented. I was told by the customer service rep that I would receive a new door. A Samsung tech came to my house and refused to fix the door. It has now been almost a month with no resolution. Appliance connection says it will be resolved. I am still waiting. If I want to return the fridge, their policy states, I have to pay for the return shipping, which I should not be obligated under the circumstances to have to pay. I just want a fridge that is not damaged upon arrival.
I will start off by saying the items I received are beautiful. I purchase the Aveline Collection TSF-BAX66113-NAVY/GOLD-SF 80 Sofa & it’s beautiful. It perfectly in my living room & is very comfy. I was worried the colors would be off or it would look cheap in real life but it’s gorgeous & super comfy. I can’t comment on the quality as I’ve only had it a week, but I’m excited to add cute area rug & artwork & complete the look. I posted photos below (excuse the mess as I just moved in & I’m still in the process of setting everything up). I also ordered the Edison Walker twin loft bed for my tiny 8” x 9” bedroom. It took a while to have it assembled but it’s very sturdy & fits a full size bed perfectly underneath. It frees up a lot of space, which is exactly what I needed. I did have some issues with shipping/ delivery but customer service promptly addressed my concerns. My advice is to speak to only one sales rep. & make sure you have direct contact info for them. It will save you the trouble of getting automated responses & notifications with conflicting info etc…Overall, I was pleased with the way management handled my issue & very happy with my new purchases. Will definitely order from them again!
We ordered a Bosch dishwasher via the Appliances Connection website on June 18 and it was delivered to our home (Massachusetts) on June 22. We were able to confirm before ordering that the item was indeed in stock as listed on the website, as these days that is not always the case due to supply chain issues. The unit arrived very carefully packaged, and for $40 more our old one was removed which saved us a huge amount of time and hassle. We are using the dishwasher already and its running great. We got a very competitive price, extremely fast and easy delivery, and a great product so overall an excellent experience with Appliances Connection. We will definitely visit their website first next time we need an appliance.

I will wait patiently, appliance connection is a very good company to purchase your appliance with no complaints.we have purchased every appliance with them and never had an issue :0) why re event the wheel. we are faithful to Appliance Connection.
We have ordered appliances from this company twice. The first time was for a 30 professional range and recently we placed an order for a new suite of kitchen appliances. Even with the current shipping delays and supply issues, the company always takes our calls and provides excellent customer support. Whenever I call, I am able to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and eager to help which has not always been the case with some of our local appliance stores. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
Delivery and installation of our new dishwasher was handled professionally and efficiently. The installation team kept us well-informed via multiple calls on their ETA. They arrived on time as promised. The installation only took 15 minutes and they ran the dishwasher to make sure everything worked properly before asking us to sign off. We loved how they took care in making sure there were no marks on our wood floor and were very conscientious about getting rid of all the packing material and cleaning up after themselves. Recommend them anytime. Great job by Santiago Di Santo for reaching out to see if all went well.
First time Ive dealt with AC. I wanted a particular upright freezer based on ratings, and they were able to get it for me. They were honest about availability, with supply chain issues etc. they didnt try to make false promises as some places do. The item arrived within the window promised, in perfect condition and there have been no problems. I would look to AC if I had to purchase an appliance in the future.
First time choosing the Appliances Connection website. Many brands to choose from, AC listing all the facts of each item and I liked the comparison feature, choosing four items, and then comparing the items against all of my criteria. Spoke to two rep and the trucking company/everyone polite and respectful. Only 12 hours of owning the new Samsung. I would be happy to update my post at a later time. The minimalist style fits seamlessly into our kitchen. So far, so good.
Appliances Connection had the best price and shipping terms for the washing machine I was looking to buy. Their ordering process was very transparent and I was constantly updated on the order and delivery progress. It also delivered a lot quicker that anticipated, and was in perfect condition. I would definitely shop with them again for other appliances.
Ordered the first three sets of appliances for a residential development through this company. Of the 12 pieces ordered two were damaged. Range & Dishwasher about $1300-1400 worth of goods. Asked merchant to replace the damaged items. Merchant immediately refused. No damage to packaging, damage could not be found until items completely unboxed for installation. Merchant has taken the position I waited too long to unbox items and their click wrap terms completely absolve them of any responsibility to provide the customer what they bargained for. Due to delays in appliance deliveries from COVID Appliances we’re ordered ahead of time. CSR attitude ranges from unhelpful to condescending.Purchased next set of appliances as well as a replacement range & dishwasher from Lowe’s. Got a better price and have a brick and mortar store to handle any issues.I would caution anyone against buying appliances from this vendor.
Do not order from this company! So many issues with customer service. Firstly unit arrived damaged and our rep’s name is Celia. She said the company cannot exchange or refund the unit because we didn’t refuse upon delivery and only noticed the damage after it was installed. The damage was inside the unit so we had no idea we had to take off all the packaging to inspect with our layman’s eye that everything was perfect before the delivery people left. We were really frustrated because at first, we didn’t realize that after installation they would not accept any returns or exchanges so we didn’t say that it had been installed. We just said the unit arrived damage and even when they thought the unit was still brand new, they refused to provide a return because they said we signed for the unit upon delivery stating it was free of damages and that the delivery company installed it when neither happened. Now they are refusing to provide a refund for the separate installation service that I paid for. Instead of providing a new undamaged unit and refunding the installation fee, they are only willing to provide an extended warranty. Based on the service that I have hitherto received I doubt that the warranty will be honored. Very disappointed as our unit was very expensive and we only ordered from this company because it was out of stock at Home Depot. We would never order anything from this company again!
Appliances Connection is a wonderful company with great selections. From other places it would take over a year to get my appliances but with them it only took a couple of weeks to get it shipped. While I unfortunately had to cancel my order as I didnt need the appliance anymore, they do have an amazing customer service. Santiago Di Santo helped me out with the cancellation process and was a wonderful agent. Really wish more customer services reps were like him and I really wish more appliance sellers operated as good as this company!! 10/10 buy from them!!!
I got excellent customer service by agent Heavenly P clarifying delivery options for my dryer as well as helping me registering my extended warranty coverage. He made things very easy for me and stayed on the line until all issues were fully resolved. Its customer service like this that keeps customers coming back. Thanks!
Fantastic place for all your appliances. Great people from start to finish and you can’t beat the prices! Nathan in sales was great and Candice in customer service was exceptional. I picked up my air conditioner from the warehouse and everyone working there came out to help me. They were exceptionally beautiful people that made my day! I just met them and it felt like family!
TLDR: They told me they could deliver an AC in 4 days but never told me they didnt have it in stock and were unclear about cancellation. ––Consumer Reports recommended I purchase an air conditioner from Appliances Connection, and I was happy with the price, their proposed delivery date, and the opportunity to support what appeared to be a local, independent business. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock. Very frustratingly, Appliances Connection never told me this (in the middle of a heat wave). I found out by logging on to my account to see what the status was. Then, it took a phone call and several emails to determine if they had cancelled my order, since I had to go ahead and order a unit elsewhere. They have a Byzantine system of order management, and it was difficult to understand whether my issue was resolved. They kindly offered to compensate me for the trouble with a discount and warranty. I regret ordering from a company that does not have a good handle on what products they can offer and in what timeline. If Im dealing with a local store, it seems I should at least be able to get a quick, clear answer and not file a ticket.
I was leary to purchase from this company, as I had never heard of them and have been scammed by online companies in the past. I checked Trust Pilot and they checked out as a reputable trusted company. They were the only company that had the the appliance I was seeking, everywhere else it was back ordered or out of stock. They also did not charge for shipping! Even Home Depot charges for shipping for over head microwaves. The microwave was approximately $500 on every site I checked (although back ordered) and all charged for shipping. The microwave was appropriately $50 less expensive at Appliance Connection. I have not received the microwave yet, however it is in route with Fed Ex. The company offered me a cost free one year service plan and $30 voucher for a future purchase for completing their customer service survey. Excellent customer service, prompt reply to an inquiry concerning shipping post order date and prompt FREE delivery, which is currently pending! So far so good. A+++++
We found a great refrigerator at a great price when many of the local stores were out of stock or had lengthy delays. My new LG refrigerator arrived 10 days after I ordered and it was delivered and set up by 2 courteous, professional young men. I also like the extra 3-year warranty with the Concierge package. Great experience overall!
The process of purchasing was very easy, and I was impressed at how quickly we received the appliances. I have heard horror stories of delays in appliances, but this was received within a couple weeks and there was good communication/updates with Applianceconnection along the process. In addition, the delivery was smooth and the drivers were very nice and willing to wait for us to unpack the crated range so that we could inspect it before they left.
We had ordered a custom range from AC which was being made by Viking. Viking was taking way too long so we reached out to Appliances Connection for help. They immediately changed our order to a different Viking Range and it was shipped and installed literally the next day. Our Customer Service Manager, Victor, was incredible and went above and beyond to serve our needs. The delivery crew was professional and did a great job too. Highly recommend Appliances Connection and a special thanks to Victor for taking good care of us.
I had ordered a new microwave from Appliances Connection because my old one had decided to stop working! The order process was simple. They had my particular model in stock and I received it within 2 weeks. The price I received was also the best I was able to find. If I am in need of other appliances, I will be sure to shop at their site first!
Found the Air Conditioners I wanted at reasonable price! I am impressed on the variety of appliances thats available on the website. It was unexpected that the delivery would be so fast and smooth. No problems at all. I will use this company again for any future appliances.
First, I want to say that the customer service people who work at Appliances Connection are friendly.But my experience was a nightmare.It wasn’t just that I received 3 damaged washing machines in a row, or that I was told that installation services were included when they weren’t, or that they tried to install a washer/dryer without bringing all the parts I had bought—making installation impossible.It is the amount of work I had to do for every mistake they made. When they deliver a damaged product they have no record of the serial number. Want it returned? You need to take a photo and so they know what product THEY sold YOU.When parts were delayed I was asked to find replacements. When another part was missing I was asked to contact the manufacturer. They could not help me.On top of that, returns were incredibly slow, involving literally dozens of calls, emails, and followups.Finally, they told me they would process my refund, in 7-10 business days. 11 business days later—no payment.Honestly, I have tried to do everything I can to make things with them work—truly—but they took $2300 for a washer and dryer that they now have, leaving me with credit card debt and a unpaid part time job trying to get things to work.
This website offers the most competitive prices I found online.Customer service responds timely. The 1st AC model I ordered was back ordered due to manufacturer delay. I was able to cancel it and order a different one with their help.The delivery process was very smooth.
I never ever write reviews but had to warn others. Bought two identical refrigerators from them. Upon installing it we discovered that one of the handles is wrong sized so it wont fit and cant be installed. Contacted appliance connection and they requested and received a photo showing how the handle is different size from the other fridge which prevents it from fitting. They said they will get us a replacement handles. Almost two weeks go by. I contacted them and they say I will have it the next week. A few days later I get an update on my ticket that handle will take an additional 4 weeks. I called and said that either they come pick it up and refund me or send me a replacement. They refused stating, and I quote, that a handle is just for cosmetic purposes! A company is not judged when things are going well but how they behave when there is an issue and this company is a huge failure. I will not recommend them to anyone.
I needed a full set of kitchen appliances and had purchased other kitchen appliances from Appliances Connection, and had good experiences previously. I like the idea of shopping for almost any brand and model items, with full description with specs and even reviews of other customers. The free shipping and very competitive pricing
Absolutely the worst company you can deal with! Avoid them at all costs and don’t be fooled by their competitive pricing! They delivered a range and failed to install it completely(parts left loose in the warming drawer) . They then sent out a second crew to complete the installation. We were informed by these installers that the bottom of the range was damaged and could not be installed. Appliances Connection then wanted to repair the stove. UNACCEPTABLE! We did not pay for a damaged oven to be repaired.Good luck getting anyone to answer and be ready to invest a lot of time going back and forth with a representative when you do; It’s all excuses from that point on. The company is totally unwilling to make things right. I get a very uneasy feeling about this company and don’t believe they are transparent. I question whether this stove was even new to begin with. I would not be surprised if it was a return or scratch and dent.BEWARE! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Spend a little more money with a big box retailer who will answer and make things right should you need them to.
Such a pleasant experience despite supply chain issues. Our original PTAC choice was delayed by almost 1 year because of supply chain issues but appliance connection updated us and gave us the choice to keep the order or choose a new product. We eventually found a new product with a much shorter delivery window and from the time their warehouse received the product to the day it was delivered to our home could not have been more than 48 hours. Super quick customer service, delivery, everything.
Calvin gave me exceptional customer service when I accidentally ordered 2 freezers (I only needed one). He gave me the lower price with my order when the prices were different from the 2 sale dates.This is the 3rd appliance Ive purchased from appliance connection and have been happy with all of them. I look forward to doing more business in the future with appliance connection!
I love the fridge I got from Appliances Connection! It is very large and versatile inside. You can adjust shelves easily. The price was *** less than in a nearby store. My favorite feature is the water dispenser. You can select an amount and set a cup underneath and it stops the water when the selected amount is dispensed. There was a problem with the icemaker leaking but whirlpool sent a repairman out to fix the issue for no charge )still under warranty(. The shipping service Appliance Connection used to ship it to me was great to work with. I was moving into a new home and had a small window of time I could accept the shipment. I was able to work out a time with the shipper no problem.
Purchased a freezer with white glove delivery and installation because we have a brand new house. Unfortunately the two deliverymen did scratch and dent our wall which they pointed out and acknowledged. I took pictures and sent them to Appliance Connection and did not receive a reply. When I called I did speak with Ivory and she said I would have to resolve the matter with AM Home Delivery a company they use for their delivery. I argued that my business was done with Appliance Connection and that they should resolve it with their hired delivery company. I got no where and was given AM Home truckings email to file a complaint which I did and never received a reply. I finally called AM Home trucking and they said I would be getting a denial letter of my claim as the deliverymen denied they did any damage. I was told to call back in a few days and would be given the numbers of the deliverymen so I could call them directly. I called back could not get through and to date I never received a denial notice. I called Appliance Connection and spoke with Sandra who said she would take it up with her supervisor and call me back which she never did.I called again a few days later and was told to fill out a claim form which requires a notarized statement and two estimates. The damage is relatively minor ( I estimate about $300.00) and as a result It is not worth the time for any contractor to even take a look to get an estimate let alone do the work. I do not understand why Appliance Connection would use AM Home Delivery and Trucking for delivery let alone “ white glove”. They have many,many Better Business Bureau complaints and a 1.5 star rating on Yelp. I have spent several hours trying to resolve this to no avail. Other than this review it is no longer worth my time to pursue. Yes Appliance Connection does have good prices no doubt because they hire the cheapest delivery they can get and will not support you if damage is done. My advice is spend a few bucks more for a company that provides good customer service.
I couldnt be happier. When I ordered, the expected delivery was between November 16 and December 1. My range arrived today - a week ahead of the predicted timeframe. The delivery team could not have been nicer or more professional. They removed my old range, unboxed and allowed me to inspect the new range and installed it. This is the second appliance I have ordered from Appliances Connection and I have had a great experience both times.
I decided to remodel my kitchen this March and it took me a long time to look around and check which appliances I should use. I got some luck and found appliances connection with Google search. This website has a lot of prestigious appliances in stock, where I could not find in my local stores. They also provide free shipping, which is actually very good and convenient. Another function I love is that you could compare 5 appliances at the same time in different dimensions, which helped me a lot to check the difference and find the correct product for me. Secondly, this website provided good user experiences and you could search based on brands, appliance features, etc. Its hard to find these support from other websites. More importantly, the customer service is friendly and having patience to answer all of my questions. I placed an order without applying the coupon and Santiago Di Santo has been helped me a lot to fix this issue with minimal effort from my side. BTW, their price is also competitive.
My wonderful experience with Appliance Connection was involving Perach.This was my first time purchasing major appliances online and I must say I was nervous BUT after reading the numerous positive experience others had with Appliance Connection I figured Id give them a try. What I love MOST about Appliance Connection is how they handle customer service. Their customer service is top notch and on point. I never had a question go unanswered within 24 hours. Since I ordered appliances during the covid debacle I figured there would be a delay and I was prepared for that. Appliance Connection did everything they could in their power to make sure I received my appliances as they were restocked. The delivery process is top notch as well. The entire operation is extremely professional. I would say if you are considering purchasing appliances online, consider Appliance Connection. If you are ordering during this backlog of materials manage your expectations and be patient. I dont think you will be disappointed with this company.
Fantastic experience. Went on line and found the refrigerator/freezer I wanted. It was delivered to my house, in excellent condition, within one week. The delivery person was competent and friendly. He even went the extra mile and unpacked the appliance for me and took the empty box away! I will definitely use this company again.
Ana B at Appliances Connection was great to work with. I bought a new fridge from Appliance Connection that no one else had in stock. The fridge was delivered in a timely manner and the delivery and set up was great. The delivery guys noticed a dent in one of the doors upon delivery and called a claim in with Appliance Connection. Appliance Connection took care of the problem without hassle. They contacted Samsung, ordered a new door, and had a repair service install the replacement. Greatly appreciate all the help from Ana B in coordinating all the service repairs!
Stay away at all costs!!! I ordered a Sub-Zero refrigerator from them after they gave me a better price and shorter delivery time than others, explaining they were one of the largest dealers so they got preferential treatment. Literally the day after ordering, the lead time went from 8 to 12 weeks to 4 to 6 months, and when I raised it with customer service, they said too bad. After 8 months, still no fridge so I asked for the order number they put in with Sub-Zero so I could contact the manufacturer myself, and they refused to give it to me. I went to Sub-Zero in Manhattan, and I found out that AC was not even an authorized retailer, they had been kicked out of the network because of dishonest and fraudulent behavior, and they had therefore never put in my order. That explained why they called me and tried to get me to buy a substitute product. Who knows how many other manufacturers they are claiming to be an authorized retailer for when they are not (which by the way would void your warranty in some cases). Unless you want to get ripped off and lied to, run away fast!!!* Reply to owner response: This is not a third party shipping issue. You lied about being an authorized retailer for Sub-Zero and never submitted an order (because you cant). Then gave me the run-around for months and tried to switch me to another brand. I had to investigate directly with Sub-Zero to find out you were blacklisted and that no order had ever been put in.
Like many others I was not sure about buying an appliance online, but Appliance Connection made it easy. The pricing was the best we could find and that included free delivery. The item arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I would purchase from them again.

I bought gas range Avanti GR2415CB and the shipping was fast and efficient. I got the product within 2 days of order and it was well packaged. This gas range is perfect fit for the space and looks better and so far it’s working great. I will highly recommend buying products from appliances connection because they also have great customer services.
Only 4/5 because it took several calls & interaction with 3 different representatives before I had the best service a customer can ask for. Bought a Microwave they said they had on-line. After waiting many days I contacted them and they said they did not have that Microwave in-stock. That I could exchange it for another one that was comparable but would be more in price (first hint that this may be a scam). I went ahead with the purchase which was a mistake. Finally received the microwave after waiting forever. When I got it there was several things missing from the box that should have been there (including the glass turntable) (second hint this was a scam). After contacting them many times and creating a ticket on their website I finally received the glass turntable but I never received the other items that were missing. Then I plug it in and it does not work. Asked for a return and of course I have to pay the freight shipping back to them which is over $100. SCAM complete. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I ordered a built in microwave oven on a Saturday evening. Less than 48 hours later it was delivered to my doorstep! The appliance arrived in excellent condition and the delivery driver was professional, respectful and very helpful. Thank you Appliance Connection for excellent customer service.
Would not recommend.I made sure that the appliance I selected was in stock, but it still took 6 weeks to ship. This might have been acceptable if they shipped the entire order, but they did not. Ive spent the last 5 weeks trying to get the remainder of the order shipped. With each consecutive phone call they apologize and say that the parts will ship next day.I still have yet to receive the remainder of the order. I was told that I would be charged a $170 restocking fee to return the part of the order I have received.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, range and microwave from this sham company. Only the washer and dryer were delivered although range and microwave were supposed to be on truck too. These purchases were for a beach house After 4 delivery screws ups (after driving 6 hours) for a variety of reasons I had had it. I canceled order. After waiting 2 weeks for refund I called and, guess what? cancellation had not been put through. Wait another 2 weeks and still nothing. Cancellation was finally processed on 12/27. Refund was issued for all but range. I called today 1/10/22 and was told they are waiting for it to be scanned back in to their warehouse!!! From where? I never received it. And was also told I need to wait another 14 days!!! ENOUGH. Give me my money. One more thing, when I had previously called (one of my numerous calls) the rep read me what had been written by a previous rep I had spoken too and it was all a LIE. She had written that I refused a delivery because of a remodeling issue!!! What? I never said that and there was no remodeling issue, she totally made that up. Wanted to give 0 stars.

I ordered over the phone from Giorgi. He was smart, personable, super-competent. He immediately understood what I wanted to accomplish (it was a complicated transaction, where the buyer was different from the destination) and he made everything easy. Dealing with Giorgi reminded me of why I will always call Appliances Connection first.
Great company. We did all the investigating of which model we wanted. We gave them a call and they shipped it out. They removed the old washing machine and I hooked up the new one. Was very glad I paid the extra to have them bring it upstairs. Very heavy front load machine!! Will definitely use them again when we order the matching dryer
I ordered an AC unit almost 2 months ago with no word on shipment. I contacted them at 6 weeks and was given a run around on when it would be shipped but assured that the unit was held for me at the warehouse and they were simply filling a truck to get it to me. All lies. They wrote today, too late in the season to get another unit and told me the warehouse had lost the unit and would be unable to replace it. I have no confidence in this outfit at all and would advise that neither do you.
Ordered a range on 12/18/21. I was surprised when I received a phone call on the 20th saying my range would be delivered between 3 and 7 PM on the 21st. On the 21st I scheduled somebody to be home for the delivery and a plumber to install the range gas line the following day. At 7 PM after nobody showed I called and was told from the shipping company that my order was never loaded on the truck. I feel like they had known this before they left the warehouse and could have let me know. I got stuck with a cancellation charge from a plumber due to their lack of communication. Still to this day I do not have my range The only communication I’ve had with them is me contacting them and get little to no answers. Every time the answer has been it will be on the next available truck but no one knows when that truck is at this point I’m feeling the truck doesn’t exist. The latest call today I was told that my order could not be found how do you lose a range it’s not exactly tiny. After speaking with a customer service representative they told me my order had never shipped and in fact that YF Logistics they’re shipping company is actually owned by them.this makes a lot of sense since no one in either organization can’t seem to return a phone call or has any idea what’s going on on a positive note the customer service representatives are friendly they really just can’t do anything because their company is so poorly ran. I would recommend shopping anywhere but this place if you want an appliance in any sort of time. I do understand that there are back orders and shipping has been difficult however communication would have fix this entire situation.
Dont get scammed by this company. Waited over 5 months on 3 appliances with broken promises on delivery dates. When one piece finally arrived they had short shipped an integral part so it cannot be tested or used. Simply awful. Avoid at all costs. Not legit at all. Credit card used on their site was also hacked. Had to give them a 2nd one.
I ordered a new range, plus a combination wall oven and didnt notice that free services were added automatically. Great, except I didnt need the free installation or the haul away. I contacted CS and Perach handled this quickly, easily and very professionally. Great job!
After searching many sites to purchase a new refrigerator and happened across Appliance Connection and found the exact refrigerator I had been looking to purchase. This being the first time Ive purchased a major appliance on-line I was surprised and very happen how quick and easy my purchase from Appliance Connection was. I spoke with Santiago Di Santo referencing shipping and delivery, he was extremely helpful and professional.
I bought two sofas from Appliance Connection due to the great pricing they offer. They have been a great company to work with. Delivery of the item was quite delayed to the current lack of workers at the third party Delivery companies today. But this was not Appliance Connection fault as they got the sofas to the shipping company within a week of my purchase.They always kept me informed on everything based on what was going on via their online ticketing system, which was great to use. As part of those ticketing responses to me, Perach, did a great job communicating to me. He also helped contact the third party shipping company multiple times to help move along my delivery. Also Perach did a great job answering my many questions. My sofas were delivered yesterday and it went flawless and I saved a lot of money by buying them through Appliances Connection.
This company is a complete scam. Ordered a dining table from them through a third party. Kept receiving various shipping update emails from appliances connection. On the day the item was supposed to ship, they canceled the order. Of course the item is available on their website for MUCH more than we paid for it. Called customer service and they said we had to pay the website price. Appliances connection, why contract with third parties if youre not going to honor the price agreed upon? Why send a customer shipping updates only to cancel the order? This is a bait and switch. Stay away from this company.
I never write any negative review but I have to for this merchant. Do not buy from this place. I ordered washer & dryer and they said they have it in stock and will deliver right away. I havent got my W&D 2 weeks later so I requested a refund. I have called them multiple times and every time they said it will take 7-10 days. More than 30 days have passed and they still havent refund. It is a scam or what. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.
I purchased a Miele dishwasher here in January that was supposed to be delivered in February. In March I asked for an update and was told it would be four to six more weeks. In June I asked for an update and was told it would be four to six more weeks. I cancelled my order. This dishwasher is widely available at other locations. Appliances Connection had the lowest price on this item and now I know why... they apparently take your order and never plan to deliver what youve purchased.

Do not order appliances from this company if you ever want to receive them! We ordered a refrigerator and microwave which were held up by Appliances Connections shipper and never delivered. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, Appliances Connection is trying to withhold almost $600 for returned shipping costs unless we remove the credit card dispute filed against them.
I am in the process of purchasing a new range and I ordered the wrong one so I contacted Appliances Connection and they quickly canceled my wrong order and got the range I want ordered. When you call customer service they have you leave a call back number and quickly return the call within a half hour. So Convenient! Much better than waiting on hold! I have found the customer service to excellent! Santiago Di Santo and Talcia were fantastic to work with and really made the online ordering easy! Thank you both!
Do comparison shopping and you will see just how good the prices are at Appliances Connection. I did compare and one major retailer in the city told me he had no wiggle room at a price quote that was more than $700 higher than Appliances Connection. I am a happy customer who will continue to shop here.
Appliances Connection has a great inventory to choose from. It was easy to order, communication was good, and delivery went smoothly. The only thing I would change is how hard it is to choose and to confirm appliance removal when you order. I thought I chose this when I ordered, and then was told by phone that it would depend upon the shipper and I would have to call when I got shipping confirmation. I called the day before delivery, and customer service worked it out for me, but it was a bit stressful not knowing for sure if they would remove the old refrigerator.Santiago Di Santo followed up and offered to credit the removal fee! wow!
I ordered a range from them in December, but canceled the order. The website made it appear as if it would ship within a couple of days, but after I placed the order, it turned into 4 to 6 weeks, and I only found that out after asking them for an update. Even a couple weeks after the order they don’t give you any insight into an estimated delivery day. Furthermore, they appear to use of random shipping company called YF Logistics, and if you read their reviews, youll be horrified (see Yelp).I didn’t want to take the chance on a major appliance purchase to save a couple of hundred bucks. Do you?
The order process at Appliances Connection is fine but this company then absolves themselves of any responsibility to make sure the product is actually delivered and installed. They claim that they have no control over their third party logistics provider (YF Logistics). I ordered a fridge that was listed as in-stock and ready to ship. In the third week since ordering with no updates other than a response that I will get an e-mail from the shipper if/when they decide to ship, and a confirmation that they have no control over their shipping partner. Its fine to be a broker but if you are also selling and charging for delivery services then you have to take responsibility to make sure you fulfill your sales contract. I cancelled, ordered the same exact model from Best Buy and the fridge arrived in less than 72 hours. Shame on me for not reading all the reviews of folks who had the same experience.
Very disappointed in my experience with this company. Spent over $40,000 on appliances for a remodel. Order was placed in August & was told we would have the items in approx 6 weeks. After waiting 5 + months & still waiting on appliances, we had no choice but to purchase the items elsewhere. When I notified Appliance Connection that we no longer wanted the items, they said that they are being shipped & forced us to accept the shipment & then initiate a return once the items were received. Upon requesting to return the unopened items we were informed that they were only willing to refund us $5,000 of the $14,000 that was due to us! The entire time, no one communicated with us. Very unprofessional.
The customer service is amazing! Our microwave arrived damaged. The day after our microwave shipped we received a call and our representative began a return process immediately. The communication during the whole process has been amazing. The same wonderful representative (Santiago) has been with us through the whole returns process and his return communication has been almost immediate!I am very impressed with the service we have received with this company! Their prices are very competitive, and I daresay that their customer service is absolutely the best!We will buy from Appliances Connection again!

As they wrote that they simultaneously continue to delay and jerk me around, while holding onto my money and original appliances.REVIEW: I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher from this dishonest company. Man, that was a mistake to trust them. They sent me used, badly damaged appliances, when of course I paid for new ones.They promised compensation for the condition of the appliances they sent me, but after repeatedly sending them evidence (even the delivery guys collected an entire file documenting all of it) and requesting action on it for weeks, they ultimately gave nothing but an offer to return the appliances (so they can try to dump it on the next unsuspecting customer). They took my appliances which were older but still worked, and will not return them to me. THIS. IS. STEALING.So for all the time and effort to send them photos and documentation and plead with them to respond, plus having to remove and install the appliances TWICE, and having several thousands of dollars sitting on my credit card bill for months waiting for them to do something, they offered no compensation, not even a discount on replacements. And of course, they stole my still-functioning older appliances.Everything about the experience was miserable, from shipping communication (their logistics crew, AM TRUCKING, are totally clueless) to delivery (they damaged my house).

I still feel that sales or customer service should have contacted me during one of my three orders but I feel more like my business is valued and that they’re willing to work with me.Since May 29th, I have ordered four refrigerators through this company! Each of them has either been temporarily discontinued or discontinued altogether after I ordered them. Each of them shows that they are in stock and available for delivery when you order them however that does not seem to be the case.The order I placed previous to my last one was out of stock about a week later and the website prompted me to “exchange this for one that is in stock now!” So i did. My last order was an exchange placed on June 6. My payment was accepted and it showed that it was waiting to be shipped- it had a stock number and everything. Last night it became temporarily unavailable and they again were prompting me to exchange it for something in stock.I have never received a phone call or an email telling me that my orders werent being filled - its been necessary to go to the order page and continually check its status.I know in todays world there are delivery and stock issues and Im basically OK with a delay but the customer service could be better and if the items arent in stock dont list them as such! Im canceling my last order and moving on.
Product Purchase was very easy. Delivery was a day early on holiday weekend. Delivery personnel were courteous neat and very helpful. A small dent was recognized and reported by the drivers. I was skeptical about internet order of a major appliance, I will do it again from Appliance Connection.
I recently changed my microwave on a 36 inch to the more modern 30 and really was coolest how to fix the gap. Appliance Connection Was the only place I could find the simple solution that I think will really give it a finish look with these stainless steel microwave trim fillers. So far the speediness of the delivery is acceptable the price was great what a relief to have this in the works
I ordered a refrigerator online and it was so easy. I also had to call customer service and spoke with Santiago Di Santo. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions which eased my mind about ordering such a large item online. I will definitely be ordering from Appliances Connection again.
I needed to buy a lot of appliances at once for two different properties. The Appliances Connection website made it really easy to see which companies had bundled deals and linked directly to the associated rebate forms. The prices on the individual items were a couple of dollars cheaper than big box stores. Delivery was amazingly fast- a little too fast. I ordered on a Friday night and received a robocall 7 am Monday morning saying my appliances would arrive sometime after 11 am. I rushed out to do some errands and got a call at 9 am that the delivery person was 20 minutes from my house. I had selected white glove delivery, but the delivery people just left the boxes in the doorway. They were polite, but said they were overscheduled, in a rush and clearly stressed. Everything was in new condition and worked once unpacked, but I didnt like that I was accepting items without a chance to inspect them. Otherwise, if you want a deal or need items fast, this is the place to go.
I bought my new refrigerator from Appliances Connection.It was the first time I used AC. Everything went smoothly. I ordered the fridge on July 2, and it was delivered and installed on July 5.The salesperson was Brandon Phillip. YF Logistics delivered and installed the fridge. Mr. Cruz Lopez and his partner did a top-notch job. They were polite, fast, and efficient. After the delivery, Mr. Santiago Di Santo reached out to me. He made sure everything went well. Thank you!
After placing my order I needed some additional help. Spoke to customer service rep Santiago Di Santo; he was very pleasant & helpful. Original delivery date began well but due to truck breakdown it was rescheduled for next day. Though I was disappointed, the company did apologize & the team of 3 delivery men were efficient, considerate & thorough. They uninstalled my old range & carefully removed without scratching walls or floors. Before they installed new range they gave me ample time to clean the area. Once in place they tested range and took all debris with them. Overall we’re very satisfied.
Customer service above and beyondMargaret Carmichael was so kind, patient and very helpful to me as I made my decision as to which wall oven/micro combo to choose. She gladly went over repeatedly both ovens features which was able to help me decide. Any question I had she was able to answer even if it meant an inquiry which I really appreciated. The Customer service she provided was the best I had received in a long time and I’d like to thank her again for her wonderful service.
I ordered 2 new sofa at a new price. I received used sofas with obvious wear and tear. The company is refusing to correct the mistake with replacements and charging me a shipping and restocking fee because the sofa is now used. They had the audacity to offer a 3% discount in lieu of fixing their mistake. Customer service takes 2-3 days to reply to an email and offers no viable solutions. I would avoid and use a different vendor.
Ordered a refrigerator, that was scheduled to be delivered Jan 12. No show no call. Contacted them and was told they were doing a dock search. Finally it was rescheduled for delivery Feb 9. Again, no call and no show. Nobody can explain why it was scheduled for delivery and never arrived. Requested that order be cancelled (as I’m tired of getting the run around and no answers) and I receive a full refund. The refund has still not been issued, they can’t provide any receipt showing the refund and I’ve only been told the “process has been started”. Have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company, in attempt to get my money back for an appliance that I never received.I can now see from reading other reviews, that many others have had the same experience. Sorry I didn’t read them before ordering. DO NOT use this company, unless you want a huge headache and the run around. Not worth any amount of money that you will save!!
ABSOLUTELY the worse customer care and response. I in fact have been hung up on and was so rudely spoke to. l purchased an expensive refrigerator that came in with dents. I have called about getting this rectified and the team that works remote and in the evenings are just so unprofessional. I not only waited for over 3 weeks on this delivery, when I called because there was a delay I was told I could call the shipping company instead of someone there ( where I purchased it from ) handling it. I have never had worse service from any company. Especially spending what I have with you. Everyone that reads this please do your homework and reconsider purchasing from here. I have 6 dents in my purchase and just want them to rectify the situation and instead cannot even get help.
Awful experience.I ordered a window AC unit from appliances connection after seeing positive reviews across the internet. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. After placing my order online on a Monday, about 4 days went by without any email regarding shipping updates (note that I am a local customer and expected my unit to be delivered within 2-4 days based on what I read online). I called and was told my unit would actually be delivered early the next Monday. I patiently waited. Monday came by and the tracking showed the unit was still in California, despite being told it would arrive that day. I spoke with another representative who ASSURED me that I am local and that the unit would arrive the next day (a Tuesday). Tuesday came and still no unit. I spoke to a third representative who said that the unit is not local, but rather it was shipping directly from the manufacturer in California (something no other representative bothered to tell me) and that it would take another week to arrive. Once again I patiently waited. The unit was finally delivered over a week and a half later than I expected, and the unit was damaged. Not in transit, mind you, but the unit itself was clearly used (not even refurbished). The unit was dirty, scratched, dented, had paint coming off, etc. I called appliances connection yet again and explained what happened. I asked that they have someone come to pick up the damaged unit and refund me my money. The representative told me he couldn’t make any guarantees. He was very rude and got me very upset (despite my telling him that I was pregnant and trying to figure out why he was putting me through hoops for a mistake I did not make and for which the company should be responsible). My husband saw how upset the representative was getting me and he had to intervene and ultimately another supervisor was called to speak to him. Ultimately, they wanted us to take the unit to Fedex. When we explained that’s not possible they said they would send us a label and we could have FedEx come pick it up (despite my asking them to have one of their employees pick it up, since they offer free white glove delivery - I would think it would be easy for one of their own delivery personnel to come get the unit expeditiously). We are still waiting for a response because despite our sending picture of the damage, they claimed they did not receive them the first time around. Ultimately, if nothing is resolved we will have to escalate this to the BBB and to our credit card company. PLEASE buyers BEWARE!
I placed an order during the 2022 Memorial Day sale and initial delivery was scheduled for July per their own website. They tried to deliver it immediately but we could not accept deliver since the house was still under construction. AC claimed to understand yet they tried to initiate delivery multiple times despite us constantly reminding them we were not ready. When we were finally ready, we called and asked for delivery - the AC service rep said they would schedule delivery. Instead, they cancelled the order! When I called to uncancel the order, they told me to just re-order - however, the current prices do not reflect the sale price we paid and AC refused to honor the initial price. While they did refund my money, they still held onto it for 1.5 months and were unable to handle a simple delivery timing request.
Appliances Connection was the only operation which could supply my refrigerator. Everyone else was back ordered with no estimate of availability. Although the delivery was not immediate (4 weeks or so) they arrived and delivered it as scheduled.The website is good, and shows the progress of the delivery truck in real time so there is a clear understanding of when the delivery will take place.The installers were professional and efficient.One minor negative is that the Appliances Connection telephone line is difficult. Three times when I called it was answered, but there was dead silence with no voice communication from the other end. I dont think it was my problem because other telephone calls were quite normal.
No one will get back to me. They wont respond to the claim ticket. Every time I call the manager is allegedly on another line, does not call back, and I was told he may or may not call back.The “White Glove” delivery was one man (the driver) who asked my wife why her husband was not present to help him. He then asked my geriatric father-in-law to help, which he could not. After the driver damaged the floor, the double-door threshold, and the wood around the entryway to the kitchen, my wife had to insist the driver get another man to help; the driver called the untrained son of the man who was a no-show to work that day. The two of them were struggling and banging around the new refrigerator. My wife insisted they get more help. The driver left and admittedly picked up someone, a complete stranger standing curbside at 7/11, and brought him into our home (no idea whether he had a criminal record, health issues, etc).They damaged our home and refrigerator. Not to mention the amount of stress this has caused us. We really want to get this resolved. Order #: 2093948
Due to delays in my project, I was unaware that the stacking kit that was shipped with my Bosch washer and dry was damaged within the 30 day warranty period. Even though the 30 day warranty had passed, Appliance Connection committed to send me a new kit. This is good customer service.
Bill N. has been wonderful in handling the resolution correcting the damaged dishwasher that arrived. It took a long time to delivery the unit to start with, due to shortages and supply issues/challenges of late, and then to have the disappointment of a ding in the door due to delivery damage. Bill N. was responsive immediately and never stopped communicating, checking in with me almost daily. I never for one second felt neglected or forgotten. It did take a long time to get the part delivered, from the 3rd party support vendor and installer, but Bill N. never left the scene and regularly asked me the status.
Very long and bad experience. The company hired a white gloves delivery company, AM Trucking, to deliver and install my new Miele stacking washer and dryer. The first time they came the appliances were not on the truck. Tying to speak to anyone at AM or Appliances Connection was virtually impossible and trying to reschedule delivery took weeks. When AM came a second time, only the dryer was on the truck. Again, communication with both companies was difficult and both said I had to speak to the other. After much time, the washer was delivered with the stacking unit. The driver and his helper were very nice but admitted they knew nothing about Miele and did not know how to install the stacking unit. As it turns out they didnt. Once I had the appliances installed by a real appliance installer, I found out the washer was installed by AM with the shipping bolts still in it. The machines sat without installation while I contacted Appliances Connection to get a refund on my white gloves payment. I finally (weeks later) got a refund of $150, but paid $359.65 to have the machines professionally installed by a local company. This whole fiasco took more than two months.
I ordered a whole kitchen full of appliances a couple months before they were needed and they made their way to my house. The dishwasher was the last thing I was waiting for, and had to change to another model of the same brand, but have everything now. After these transactions, not sure if I will ever buy from another place. Easy with Santiago Di Santo helping me.
I purchased 3 appliances from Appliance Connection and one was delivered damaged. So far it seems they are trying to resolve the problem as their service people were coming to fix the appliance in Brooklyn, but the appliance was delivered in Texas. I spoke to Heavely Pauling (service representative) the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in what I should do to resolve the confusion. He walked me through the process to contact the person that opened the service ticket and hopefully the job is done. will keep you posted.
Over the past year, Ive ordered three major appliances from this company, with generally stellar results despite the difficulties with supply chains and increases in costs. I was trying to manage issues with two recent purchases and having difficulty with the regular customer service; tried 4 nights in a row and couldnt get a straight answer. Today, Hamzaa and her partner Santiago helped me out, definitively answering my questions and adjusting my order so it worked best for me. The excellent service makes me trust AC even more than I already did. Very pleased with the service.
Ive called them several times while researching options for my kitchen remodel. Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with options and ultimately had the best prices. I recommend them. I needed to price match an item and Santiago Di Santo helped me with that.
Im so happy I found this online store. I typically like to touch and feel what Im buying but I had been to enough stores so I knew what I was getting. The prices are unbelievable. The customer service is even better. Ask for Mike Salcedo, hell help find exactly what you want and give you the price that is fair. Buyer beware,,.. I have ordered quite a few times from Appliance Connection. In October I ordered a refrigerator and stove that I didnt need until December. I was just inquiring and was told I should order because both were on backorder for at least 2 months. So I ordered, to my surprise they came in early, about two weeks after I ordered. so the Refrigerator I hooked up but I was not ready for the stove. It sat in box in a safe place never moved. Once I was ready we removed it from the box and hooked it up. There was red dull light that stayed lit when the stove was off. I called Appliance connection to see if this was normal. I was told yes., and actual made to feel like it was dumb question. When I explained it was not in the manual and when I looked it up on line it read there is a short and could cause a fire. I was told I should be ok. I was dumbfounded. Not feeling comfortable, I called the manufacturer and they told me that this not good, that there was a short in one of the burners. Called appliance connection they said no returns. I needed to speak to the manufacturer. after 5 attempts of the manufacture sending a technician and still not working I called Appliance Connection and asked them for help. I asked to speak to a manager, not only was he very unprofessional. I was told they only have a 30 day return policy. Me, being a sales manager myself find it disheartening when a company does not stand behind what they sell or at least try to help a customer with their supplier to get a resolution. so sad . I understand things happen and items can come in defective its all how you fix it that counts.
We ordered a Viking gas stove on October 13, 2021. Today, January 21, 2022 it is sitting in my dining room. Installation and removal of old stove was included in our $4500 purchase price however Appliances Connection admittedly failed to advise the delivery drivers of this. Multiple phone calls and emails over the last 2 weeks have yet to resolve our problem. They are taking full responsibility for their error but dont seem to be concerned that this expensive appliance is unusable and sitting in the wrong room. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
Appliances Connection was the best price for the appliance I purchased, which was a Samsung double oven induction range.They were very easy to reach and communicated very well. Due to COVID, the range was on back order, but they got it in and shipped more than a month before anyone else could have. I checked with Lowes, Home Depot, and many other internet order companies.I guess their large buying power helped with the time as well as the price. I saved over $400.00 and shipping was free. I will definitely use them again, and urge anyone to give them a shot. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This is my first interaction with Appliances Connection. After trying to shop locally for the stove I was buying I found them on a Google search. The price beat all local offers and they would deliver the stove MONTHS earlier that any one else. The person who I worked with Santiago Di Santo was very helpful and made the long distance transaction easy and comfortable. I am a very happy customer.
And yet again, appliancesconnection saves the day! My husband and I started construction of our home a little over a year ago. While searching for good quality kitchen appliances we stumbled upon appliancesconnection. The service we received from Mario was outstanding! After our purchase which was $1,000 less than Lowes or Best Buy, He suggested we take a look at the other items they sold, like furniture. I was blown away by their inventory of quality brands such as Ashley, and Bassett, and knocked off my seat when I saw the amazing prices. No others could compete. We purchased All of our kitchen appliances and all of our living room dining room and great room furniture immediately from there. We thought our home would be ready 6 months after start but COVID delays pushed it out. One year later we open our beautiful Ashley sectional to find a small scuff burn on the back corner. They have a 30 day return or claim policy and because we had not inspected it until we moved into our new home we were out of scope for assistance. I called to simply get assistance with finding a repair service l and ended up with $100 for my trouble. Santiago Di Santo was amazing! He is a true customer care representative. He really cares about customers. I will keep being a customer and refer all of my family and friends!
Update: A representative called me to apologize and see what they could do to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture and recommended that they find a different shipping/installation company that is more responsible.Earlier: I purchased a washing machine with installation. I stayed home from work all day waiting for the delivery as scheduled. Never arrived even though they kept telling me they were on the way. Neither the shipping company or Appliances Connection could explain why this happened or re-schedule the delivery promptly. All they offered was that I could cancel the order! Total waste of time.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I have been trying to get major parts for a high priced outdoor kitchen for two months. Looking at having to sue through New Jersey Superior Court for 20k. We bought a Bertazzoni package from Appliances Connection last November. While we were very satisfied with the fridge and induction range (both form and function), we had to return the dishwasher due to some damage. After spending a few weeks with an unresolved difficulty re our replacement dishwasher we had ordered from Appliances Connection, I rang customer service and spoke with Calvin Bittman and got an incredibly efficient and prompt resolution to my queries. I am so appreciative to have someone who was able to completely fix the problem and arrange servicing the replacement dishwasher - all in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Calvin and Santiago, your manager, for your excellence!
Santiago Di Santo was so helpful. There was some confusion with the original order however he made everything right. Santiago was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and expedite shipping for us. I will absolutely purchase from appliances connection again.
Santiago Di Santo helped me with ordering a warranty post purchase of my new Samsung Fridge! When it comes to getting a very expensive appliance, it is worth it to invest in a warranty and so I went with a 5 year warranty! What a great experience and it reflects the kind of company he works for! Friendly, fast and efficient in explaining to me and processing my orders! I appreciate the quality customer service!
Im doing a remodel of my basement and had to upgrade. I had an old huge washer and dryer that was about 12 years old. I bought this stackable unit and this dryer is awesome. I love the features that it has. The delivery was smooth and even came earlier than expected.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER APPLIANCES FROM THIS PLACE!!! Please read the responses from the company to other bad reviews and youll see that they always deflect blame to a 3rd party shipping company (its not 3rd party like they say, because YF Logistics will return your calls using a number connected to Appliance Connection!) Ive had nothing but trouble with them for over 30K worth of luxury appliances that I ordered. Customer service will say what you want to hear and not fix anything 80% of the time! Managers and supervisors seem to hide from customers. There are so many issues I dont even know of where to begin. When I placed my order, I made it clear we were renovating and pushed the date out. Instead, they attempted deliveries of every item I ordered WAY TOO SOON, but now that I actually want them to deliver it, they cant seem to figure out when that will be even though everything is in stock. Theres no point trying to get in touch with the same people because their extensions are a joke. If they tell you theyll call you back, dont hold your breath (out of 20 or 30 calls, Ive had maybe 1 person return a call to follow up). My contractor himself has never seen such an unprofessional company. I never write bad reviews, but this is just beyond anything Ive ever experienced!!! Save yourself and order elsewhere!!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I placed an order, split cost between two payment methods. They upcharged by $120. I immediately opened a ticket and contested the amount requesting the order not proceed in until they resolved this. No email confirmation of order, no response to the ticket.But they did send the auth to the card with the lower balance. Still NO ONE called me back, I again requested the order be placed on hold until the charge was removed. Instead they moved forward with the order.I called to cancel before anything shipped. They make that nearly impossible. I have screen shots showing it was canceled and that pending charges were removed. Woke up the next day to find they charged the full $5047 to my card. I reached out by ticket and phone. The $ is STILL not refunded and the only response is,“Order cancelledThis ticket has been marked resolved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to respond to the ticket.Once again, we do appreciate your business.”The $5047 charged to my account after the order was canceled says otherwise. Now I’m getting the legal system involved.
Stove arrived damaged and was left without knocking (despite the fact that the carrier, Estes, was supposed to get a signature). Customer service has been completely useless in arranging a return and refund. Their returns department does not take calls, nor do supervisors or the billing folks. I’m not sure what “customer service” there does at all other than just delay and defer. I had to open a credit card dispute due to the lack of response from them.
I ordered an Air conditioner and unfortunately due to the heat wave ( and having an infant in the home), I had to buy another one sooner than the arrival date of the unit I ordered. I called appliances connection and they could not have made the return any easier. Ledio was fantastic, knowledgeable and completely understood the situation. He walked me through the entire process and made sure to follow up with me to make sure everything was moving along smoothly. Their prices were similar to other retailers but the customer service Ledio displayed is by far the reason we will be going back to Appliances connection for future AC and other appliance needs!
ZERO STARS, negligent shipping department, hostile customer service, would not honor their website offers.Ordered a dishwasher based solely on faster promised delivery and installation. Customer service admitted they shipped through a company that did not offer installation. Customer service gave me an offer, I asked to speak to their manager and they outright refused. They canceled my order without my consent and then stonewalled me on subsequent calls. They claimed I was harassing them as I was no longer their customer due to their cancellation. All because they sent the product through the wrong company... ZERO. STARS.[EDIT]I should have done a bit more research as there are definite, glaring discrepancies depending on where you look. D+ rating with the BBB; GlassDoor and Indeed have polarizing employee reviews, terrible with some obvious hacks thrown in to raise the rating; polar opposite reviews on Google indicating any problems whatsoever are going to be handled with as little effort as possible to the detriment of the customer.They sent an IMMEDIATE refund minus a part they had on backorder in an obvious attempt to stave off any BBB dispute as they have 424 disputes within the last 12 months as of this review. The BBB state they have some many dispute they are only posting 1-in-5 of them for review.
Run, run, run as fast and as far away as you can from this business. Once you are placing your order they are great, however, once your order is placed the nightmares begin. They are not very organized or coordinated. The right hand doesnt know or pretends not to know what the left hand is doing. Customer service is rude when you finally reach them. Asking for a manager is like nonexistent. They hang up on you and say someone will read the notes and call you back. Its been two weeks and he yet to hear from a manager. To return an item, you have to pay even if they mess up. Its impossible dealing with this company.
After much searching online, Appliances Connection was the ONLY place I found that could provide the Viking Stove and Dishwasher that I wanted in days, not weeks, and at a competitive price. Victor, the sales rep I dealt with over the phone, was professional, effective and extremely helpful in managing the details of my order and delivery. The challenge came when I had to change my delivery date three times, due to unexpected construction issues/delays at my house. Happily, Customer Service was extremely accommodating, friendly and easy to deal with on each call. Delivery went very smoothly, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience! I highly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them again myself.
We ordered a dishwasher. Id love to comment on it, but the delivery has been a mess. We were supposed to get it on Tuesday before 11am. By noon, NO delivery. We called, got hung up on, called back, told they cant contact the driver, asked for a manager, hung up on. Called back, talked to someone who said the driver will call us. Waited two hours for a call, no call. Called back, we were told the driver was having truck problems. but wed get the delivery that evening. No delivery, no communication. Called the next morning. Told their records showed we werent home to accept the delivery yesterday (NOPE, not true, we were home all day, eagerly awaiting our dishwasher). They couldnt schedule it for Wednesday, but they would deliver Thursday before noon. Got confirmation call saying it should be here by 1:30pm (not noon). Standby for updates on if we ever get it.
Purchased an air conditioner with installation. Specified day I would be available for delivery and install. Get a call a day earlier when I’m not home saying it’s on the truck to be delivered within a few hours. Call appliance connection who tell me that’s not true and it’s canceled until next week. Call the delivery company who said that they are wrong and it’s being delivered. So I run around finding someone to be there and supervise the install.The item arrives and they just dumped it my living room without install. Called and didn’t get call back from appliance connection. So now I have an air conditioner but not working, and it’s extremely hot. I paid $139.00 for install and 60.00 for bracket.Edit in response ; I called appliance connection again several times and each time have a very uncaring and awful response from the team members. Awful service. They told me they do not offer ac installation despite selling it to me (on the phone w a representative). So I said to place refund me for installation fees I was charged. They said they would. It wasn’t refunded. Then today I get an installer show up he refused to wear a mask in my home and said ‘covid is over lady’. Then he said he never installed an AC before and had no clue how to do it. It’s a very heavy unit on a 6th floor and I didn’t feel like chancing this with someone who clearly didn’t know. I asked him to leave. Called appliance connection who again didn’t care one bit. I guess I have to call my card provider and dispute the payment.Buyer beware, you may save $50.00 on a unit but have a complete headache from an absolutely useless customer service.
We have been ordering our appliances with Appliances Connection for years. The prices are competitive and always cheaper than their competitors. Customer service is awesome and always very informative and helpful.This last order I communicated with Alexandrea Smith who was very helpful with an issue I had, not with Appliance Connection but with the delivery company.Alexandrea took the time to investigate the issue, made the appropriate phone calls and resolved the issue in a quick and timely manner. Had she not taken the extra steps and gone out her way to take care of this issue, their could of been a delay in getting our order.She was very knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to talk to. She’s one of the reasons we choose to continue using this company.Our experiences with Appliance Connection has always been a good one. Ordered a washer from them and it did take a couple weeks to receive it, but we also live on the other side of the country and its a bulky item. However, it was one of the best prices I found and it was worth the wait. The washer was Speed Queen, which is made in Wisconsin right here in the USA and a very quality product.
Needed an air conditioner ASAP, and PC Richard had a two week wait. I had never heard of Appliances Connection before, but when i called, their sales associate told us they had it in stock and could put it on a truck same day -- they lived up to their word, and it got to us in only two days! And to top it off, they also had the best price available on the internet. Santiago diSanto called to confirm we had a great experience, and we did! I would recommend without hesitation.
DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST EVER!!!I placed an order, which worth of $30K in October for our new home with one of sales rep. When I place the order, I told the sales person to hold for the delivery since the new home might not be ready. Then, they started to ship the appliance right next day.. This was a just beginning.Viking Hood - they dropped the hood and didnt install the hood for 2 weeks.. one day they showed up at 7 am and returned it back.. since they were not able to install the Viking hood. I made a call almost every day to the company and finally a guy came and install the hood.Dishwasher - When I place an order, i know the refrigerator will take longer than other items. The sales rep mentioned that all items will be shipped separately when they are available. No comment about that they need to ship the dishwasher and refrigerator together. Then, all of sudden they are insisting that they need to ship it together even the dishwasher is in stock!! Anther call everyday for a week and fights with the customer services... then i was able to receive the dishwasher... but of course THEY DID NOT INSTALL IT WHICH I PAID FOR THE SERVICE! I had to hire local handyman to do the service and APPLIANCE CONNECTION NEVER REFUND THE SERVICE that I paid for.Refrigerator - After 5 month of waiting, I was finally able to receive the refrigerator. Two guys showed up... and dropped the refrigerator in my garage even I had the removal and installation services in my order. Now they are telling me THEY CANNOT DO ANY REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION of my refrigerator because the shipping company does not offer. If I knew they cannot do any installation services, i would NEVER EVER buy it from here. The customer service lady said I bought the Consumer protection insurance which includes the installation and removal services instead of the installation services directly. If my protection insurance comes with the Installation and removal services, what is the difference???Other items such as wine cooler, laundry machine, dryers, oven walls - they were not able to find from the warehouse... so of course I had to call them up every day to get it.They are good at receiving the order but the delivery services are the WORST ever experienced. Now $14k refrigerator is sitting on my garage and not sure what I should even do.DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE!! JUST GO TO LOCAL. THEY ARE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I AM GOING TO REPORT TO CONSUMER AFFAIR.BTW, FOR THE SHIPPING - THEY NOTIFY YOU ON SAME DAY. Everyone who needs appliances should shop at Appliances Connection. They have all the name brand appliances at affordable and reasonable prices. I purchased a Whirlpool 18.0 cubic feet refrigerator and a 20 inch Avanti gas range. They look really nice the refrigerator is really large for its size and the stove is beautiful. Besides that AC customer service staff was courteous, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Ordering my appliances was quick and easy. The deliver service was white glove worthy. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. #veryhappycamper!
All local appliance, Home Depot and Lowes had limited refrigerator availability and long back orders. We ordered our refrigerator from Appliances Connection and got the exact model and color we wanted with a reasonable back order time frame. The updates and other notifications were very helpful as was customer service when called. The refrigerator came well packed and in pristine condition and the freight delivery and installation were very efficient.
I still cant believe I bought all new kitchen appliances online without seeing them! But these are unprecedented times, right?! So back in May I did my research and through my employer discounts found out about Appliances Connection. Ive had my LG refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave/convection oven for 2 months and absolutely love, love them! Their prices are unmatched for both the appliances and the extended warranties! I couldnt afford to NOT get them!During this process I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth and Tiko. They were absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. They both went above and beyond to assist and appreciate it. Azalea was very helpful also. There were some hiccups along the way, wrong dishwasher sent, 2nd one was damaged and 3rd one was a charm! Elizabeth was very supportive during this situation and helped me tremendously! Tikos assistance during the rebate process was awesome! Both Tiko and Elizabeth are very responsive through email and that contact is greatly appreciated as I know they are so busy with incoming calls! Thanks to these ladies this has been a positive experience!Attaching pics of my purchases. We now see we must hurry to remodel our kitchen to go with our new appliances!
Had to wait 6 months to get my dishwasher, and when I finally did, they screwed up the delivery and the delivery guys wouldn’t install it, even though that was paid for. I contacted Appliance Connection immediately and they apologized, stating it was due to a glitch in the system. Santiago Di Santo was the one who helped me, he got the install rescheduled, and also offered me a 10 year warranty for my troubles. This was inconvenient, since I rescheduled my day for the delivery and install and will have to do that again. I will need to wait and see how the installation goes, but so far I’m a happy customer.
We ordered this in May. Upon seeing it labeled but not shipped, I called numerous times to have shipping confirmed. They reassured me dont worry - it will overnight the day before its due. That never happened.Then, magically, it was backordered. Then, in July 2022, I called again and again, getting forwarded to a call-back voicemail (hello, customer service?) to finally get one, kind, soul to help me ship the piece.It arrived today. Damaged. I will keep it and make it work. Never, ever, ever will I go through this hack-shop again.
Worst customer service ever. If you are looking for luxury appliances, please get it from the other places. Appliance Connection shipping package is the worst, it is definitely not a proper protection for luxury items. And they couldn’t provide any of sign documents to prove that they didn’t just drop my appliances outside of my door. They even ask me to call their shipping vendor directly and contact manufacturers technicians directly. They are definitely good at finding excuses to not help customers. Very frustrating experience talking to them.
I ordered a microwave but when it arrived from the shipper damaged I immediately contacted Goedekers. Lila Jones was very helpful in locating and shipping out a replacement very quickly. Lila Jones also followed up by email to keep me advised on the status of the replacement order.
I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to share my experience with my purchase and the customer service I had received about two days ago, I was having trouble with getting updates for my new appliance set and couldn’t get through my sales rep which made me quite disappointed, when I called in I spoke to of the most friendliest and sweetest person, Sama Soliman.She was extremely kind and helped me understand the process of stock, shipment and delivery and even gave me her information so I can keep on track with my order!! I’ve recommended this company to almost everyone in my family because of her, everyone should receive exceptional customer service the way I have received from Sama.
After a week on the phone with Appliances Connection speaking to rude and unprofessional employees about the long awaited delivery of my new refrigerator, I finally received help from a very considerate professional at Appliances Connection. Daimon Davis answered all my questions about the tracking info, delivery and installation. He even gave me the phone number of the shipper so I might be able to get a better idea of the delivery time. Thank you Daimon! Appliances Connection needs to hire more people like you!
See Updates Below....Do not buy from Appliances Connection!!! I made a purchase of a washer and dryer that never arrived. When purchasing, I spoke to a wonderful sales agent. They gave me information as to which models were currently available for quick delivery and promised me delivery within the week. This was unfortunately the last time I received positive customer service. Once placing the order I tried to get in touch with the company several times to schedule delivery. Eventually, more than a week later, the items arrived to their shipping partner. At which time their shipping partner YF logistics proceeded to lie and deceive as to when the item was to arrive. They scheduled and reschedule 3 times. Each time giving an excuse as to why the item didnt arrive. First they claimed that the driver was late to leave the warehouse, next they claimed to have tried to call me and that the driver arrived but we werent home (this was false, we were waiting for them and live in a doorman building). At some point after contacting the company and their logistics arm more than 15 times over the span of two weeks I canceled the order. I would never recommend using them. They have terrible customer service. I hope that people read this review and re-consider purchasing from them.UPDATE: I ended up purchasing from AJ Madison and finally experienced what great customer service, prompt delivery and smooth logistics looks like.UPDATE 2: I am amending my original rating of 1 star to that of 2 stars. After writing the original review above, someone from the Customer Service did contact me to try to make it right. They said that they would personally deal with the logistics company and ensure delivery. However at that point, I had already canceled and the refund was processed. Additionally, the original sales representative reached out to me to apologize for the poor service and offered a free warranty for the products I purchased elsewhere. The warranties offered were of little value to me. This does at least show that the company cares about their customers, however, the logistics company they work with for deliveries is still a nightmare.
Purchased a commercial washer and dryer and concierge service for both that advertises installation. Installers arrived and told me no installation on order. They called dispatcher who confirmed no installation. Moreover, no washer and dryer kit that,allegedly, was included. Called company while installers waited only to receive a message prompt of a swift callback. The next day at 5:00 pm. A manager called back and his explanation was incredulous. Its confusing, but does not include installation although it clearly states it. No explanation for washer and dryer kit. Then he states you are going to have to FIND someone to do the install because we are not going to have the installers return. No apology, no refund no accountability, just fraudulent business practices. When I asked for discount on the bill due to me having to pay AGAIN, he said no supervisor is around, call back, although he is a manager. When I told him this has to be reported to the Illinois Attorney General, he simply said, do what you gotta do. Click. Do not purchase anything from this company. It needs to be investigated and I will be filing my complaint.
My partner and I ordered an oven from this company two months ago. When we ordered we asked if they had it in stock and they said yes. We have been calling and calling and calling to see when this is going to be delivered, and we always get the same story at the end of the week. If we call at the end of the week its always, the beginning of next week. One of the customer service reps let it slip that they had to order the stove, which is one reason it took so long. When we call we explain to them that we are selling our home and its in the contract that a new stove will be installed before closing. Its an odd sized stove, so we cant just run out and buy another one. We cancelled the order, wondering if the refund, like the stove, will never show up. Also, I have asked for a manager to call me and I have never heard back from anyone.
I purchased my application & bought a service contact through Application Connection. Do not waste your money on the service contact. When you need a service call, you cannot get anyone to help you. When you do get through to the 800# they are not even in the United States. No one in Appliances Connection will assist me. They keep transferring my call to a voicemail for a call back. This is terrible Customer service. But you appliances in a store that stands behind the product that they sell.
Stay away from this company. Ordered a microwave, arrived damaged & DOD, when reported Ive got a smarmy customer service guy on the phone who did nothing but waste my time. To ship it back for a partial refund they are charging $66. Ive sent several emails and pictures of the damaged item a week ago, and all I hear is crickets. No appliance, no refund, not a word from them. Buyer beware.
Very pleased with the service and support received from the customer service team at Appliance Connection, especially from Perach who went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and satisfied with my latest cooktop purchase. I have made several appliance purchases over the years and the experience has always been very positive. I would definitely recommend Appliance Connection to friends and family.
I worked with Santiago Di Santo on my order from Appliances Connection, transported by YF. He was able to answer the questions I had, and when I forgot to ask for the shipment to be delayed, he was able to change our order to be sent to my state and be stored at their warehouse so I wont have to worry about delays. His suggestions probably saved me headache later and was able to help after I placed my order with shipping times. Building our house has been stressful, and now I can go ahead and pay for the big expense for appliances without worrying about the items being in stock later or storing myself. Appliancesconnection.com had great prices and rebates you can get that are not applicable somewhere like Costco or Best Buy.
Horrible experience. We ordered a Thermador oven from Douglas and scheduled a delivery date for approximately 3 weeks later. As we were concerned that we were not charged for the oven, we made mulitple attempts to contact Douglas, who did not respond to emails and did not return phone calls. When we were finally able to reach him, Douglas assured us that the oven was in stock and that it was the store policy to charge for the appliance a few days before delivery. We also promptly provided Douglas with the information for the Certificate of Insurance we needed for delivery, but the certificate did not arrive. When we were finally able to reach Douglas, he told us it would arrive 10 days before delivery and again assured us that the had our oven. Several days before the scheduled delivery date, as we had not heard from anyone, had not been charged for the oven, and had not received the certificate of insurance, and as we were not able to reach Douglas, we contacted customer service and were shocked to learn that the oven was not in stock and would not be available for 1-2 months and that it might have been in stock when we ordered it, and could have been sold to someone else who needed it sooner. Both equally appalling scenarios. When I was finally able to reach Douglas a few days later to find out what happened, he told me he had the oven and could deliver it the next day, but then told me that as my order was cancelled (which it wasnt), he did not have the oven any longer. As it was impossible to beleive anything we were told, we have now cancelled our order and will never do business with Appliances Connection again.
I was fortunate to get to talk to the appliancesconnection.com representative, Santiago Di Santo, when I called. I have ordered a stove & dishwasher from the company. I have been unable to get my old dishwasher disconnected prior to the new installation. I was worried & Santiago assured me that because I had purchased installation that the disconnect would be no problem. He explained these are professional people who deliver & install & they would take care of my concern. It was a pleasure speaking with him as he listened to me, was knowledgeable, & relieved my concern, & now am happily anticipating the arrival of my new appliances. Thank you,
Great product and experience! I purchased a beverage cooler/wine fridge from Appliances Connection. It was just installed and works great! They had the best prices and very easy to deal with. The delivery company was very good too. They delivered it right inside and made sure there was no damage.
We bought a dishwasher from Appliance connection bc they said it could be delivered in 2 weeks. Cut to 5 months later and no dishwasher. Finally they delivered one with a huge dent we obviously sent back. Customer service people were generally unhelpful and pushed me off until MARTIN SOMAH came to the rescue. He is someone of integrity who helped me to get a refund so I could actually buy a dishwasher truly in stock. Thank you Martin. I’m very grateful for your help in resolving this issue for me!
The price on the dishwasher we ordered was very competitive. A long wait, but we knew about the supply chain issues--not ACs fault. Annoying that a junction box for hard-wiring the dishwasher in was mandatory to place the order, but when I called sales support, Santiago Di Santo was very helpful and got the unneeded component removed right away. Much appreciated customer service!
Appliances Connection was super helpful when my refrigerator stopped working just a few days before Christmas. Luckily they had one that fit in the space in stock, and helped to ensure it got to me the very next day! And then when I called again today with some questions, Otari Gvinashvili was extremely helpful sorting out my questions on how best to move forward with another purchase I need to make.
I wish I could give less stars. I waited more than six weeks for delivery of a product I was told was in stock. When I finally cancelled the order, they refused to accept a return of the items that were waiting to be installed because it was after six weeks. This is in addition to me spending hours on the phone and offering to take another product that was in stock if they didn’t have the one I ordered. Honestly the worst experience at a retail store I have ever had in my life.UPDATEHi everyone, leaving an update to my review above. I was called the day I left the review (Feb 28) by a nice woman named Sunny who promised to take responsibility for the mess and fix things. It is now March 11 and nothing has changed. I got a call from YH logistics (the installation company) who had been told the wrong things about my installation. When I called today to find out if it had been fixed, I was told Sunny no longer worked there and that they put in another request for service today. Almost comical how terrible the customer service is at this place. And I still have boxes with appliances sitting in my living room from mid January, which only is half of what I originally ordered. How do you give negative stars on this? More updates to follow on this terrible company.
Stay AWAY........Do not purchase your appliances from them. They are extremely unprofessional. They damaged the appliances while putting them inside of the house. They also damaged the front door, the door frame and the walls.I returned the appliances and called the store regarding the damages done to my property. They told me to take pictures of the door, the door frame and the walls. Then, they told me to hire someone to fix the damages and they will pay for the repairs. They told me to send a receipt which I did but I never got reimbursed. I have been calling them for the past few months but they never got back to me. Ive been calling them since then and they said they would give me a call back but they never did.Please stay way from them. They sell fake appliances and all they care about is the money. I will be posting the video of the workers damaging the door, door frame and walls while trying to put the appliances inside of the house.
Worst customer service ever. Wow. They hung up on me a total of seven times over the course of three days, when I was just trying to cancel my order. I was never rude or anything--they just clearly did not want to process the cancellation on a $14k order. Each time, I had to call back and wait on hold at least 30 minutes to make it to a customer service representative (Brandon, Natasha...it was a long list). Each person was unsurprised and unapologetic when I explained that Id been hung up on, and they would start over arguing with me about why I shouldnt cancel (including people Id clearly already spoken to). Eventually they would transfer me to customer service, which was code for making me wait on hold that would end with a disconnection, not an actual human. I tried using their call back service, but they repeatedly did not call back. It was many hours over multiple evenings. I actually had two cell phones waiting in different queue positions, it was crazy. When I finally made it through, they wouldnt send me any confirmation of the cancellation until I insisted, and I made them wait on the phone until I finally received a confirmation. What a headache.I needed to cancel because the product availability and shipping information they had provided me with at the time of purchase was inaccurate. Three appliances that they said were in stock actually had three month (Miele) or indefinite (Bosch) backorders. They initially said they could deliver everything on July 15th, and after I placed the order they admitted that it would be split into multiple shipments and that I would receive only a few days notice before each one. Youd think that if they were so hesitant to cancel that they might have been more helpful.I will also just note that both of my credit cards attempted to decline my purchase from this business multiple times because the transactions kept being flagged in their fraud department. Multiple messages to my credit card companies and this business just to complete the initial purchase was a big hassle, too. I wish Id listened to the credit card folks and avoided this business in the first place.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I purchased my appliances before from Best Buy or PC Richards , not sure why i change that this time . I bought a 6500 $ Thermador Range from Appliance Connection . The sale person , Natasha , was very nice during the purchase process . After that i started having problems , first there were mishaps with the delivery . Trying to contact them i spent hours on the phone . Finally , they delivered and installed the range but it does not work . Contacted them the same day and since , i keep calling them to try to get it solved . I had to call myself Thermador and the service date is more than 2 months after purchasing the range . We are now for all this time with no functioning stove . I keep calling Appliance Connection , hours and hours spent on the phone with no result . Again , do not buy from them ! They are nice when they are selling you the product but all that stops once they take your money ! THE OWNER IN HIS ANSWER TO THIS REVIEW SAYS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I DID MULTIPLE TIMES ! Buy local. This company does not want to deal with problems, even though issues are numerous with their orders! I purchased an entire kitchen worth of appliances (all except fridge)from them when remodeling my kitchen. I had repeated problems with the range hood, its canopy, and the microwave I ordered. My order was placed on March 3rd of 2021. The microwave arrived shattered and needed to be replaced. The range hood was lost and another needed to be sent. The hood canopy arrived with no padding between the portions of it inside its box, so it was scratched up by itself, and needed to be replaced. The hood was finally delivered on September 17th 2021. The replacement hood canopy, which is necessary for installation of the hood, never was delivered until February 22nd 2022, a mere week shy of an entire year after I originally ordered it. That item was showing as having been shipped since September 20th! That apparently was lost too, and so yet another replacement needed to be sent after I made many many phonecalls during which the agents insisted it had been shipped. It was never shipped, and they didnt do anything about sending another until more than FIVE MONTHS LATER! Then, once it finally arrived and I got a contractor back out to my house to install it, we took the hood out of its box and saw that it too was damaged! Heres the killer. Becasue all of that time had passed since it was delivered, they are now unwilling to exchange it for an undamaged one! They are saying it is past their return window. The one and only reason the issue wasnt realized until fine months later is that the canopy didnt come for 5 entire months! It is really disgusting to spend many many thousands of dollars on a kitchen full of new appliances, and then to be treated this way and not have the damaged item they sent replaced. If the customer service agents had actually listened yo me when ai called the first 50 million times, they could have rectified the never-shipped-though-saying-shipped hood situation in plenty of time to exchange the damaged item within their return window. Absolutely terrible service. They arent concerned at all with what is right or ethical. And the iron is, I decided to order from them instead of our local store because their supposed lead times were shorter. Save your self a million headaches and purchase your appliances elsewhere.
My customer service representative, Heavenly Palling, at AppliancesConnection.com was excellent! She managed a bad situation very professionally (severely damaged appliance delivered/dumped in my dining room) and completed pick up of the range and issue of full credit quickly and smoothly. She was in touch by email almost daily, reporting her progress. A pleasure to deal with. Solely because of her I would consider using appliancesconnection.com again.
Do not order from this company! I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I ordered four counter stools. One of the stools was defective; holes were drilled and then filled in poorly. I was told that I would be emailed a paid FedEx shipping label so that I could return it. After calling customer service several times a day for the past three days -- each day being told that the shipping label would arrive by the end of the business day -- I was just informed that I cannot return the stool until they contact the manufacturer to make sure that they will accept the return of a defective item, and that this could take an additional 72 hours. My statements that this is a problem between Alliances Connection and the manufacturer, not my problem, fell on deaf ears. There was never any indication in any information online or from Appliances Connection customer service that this could not be returned. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
Over the past 4 months, I have placed three large orders with Appliances Connection for new appliances that I will be using in the house I am building for my family. Every transaction has gone smoothly and without a hitch. I could not be any more satisfied than I am with the value and customer service I have experienced shopping with Appliances Connection.
Most of us can say that we have enjoyed a lucky experience in our lives. Such was our experience when through my wifes prayer she was led to a company called Appliances Connection.Our dishwasher broke down. It was time to get a new one. She, my wife, Kim, saw one there that met our needs. It was in the GPT225 series portable. Specifically: Energy star fully integrated with 12 place setting, Auto sense cycle, Piranha hard food dispenser in white. My wife is a pretty savvy shopper both for the integrity of the company and the quality of a product. Therefore, she ordered this product online.When she called to check on her order she was surprised to see how cordial the person was on the phone. Over a period of time she and I spoke to many different people concerning delivery dates, billing information, warranties, etc. They were all very nice and helpful.One person that I spoke with quite extensively was a gentleman by the name of Martin Somah.He was extremely helpful for some of my advanced questions and guidance. One could hear the care between his lines. If companies rate their employees by hearts, Martin would get a Fiive heart rating!Kim also discovered that Appliances Connection has one of the most comprehensive protection plan and equally important the best price. No other company came close to their plan.Even to the very end, even the delivery people were very nice, cordial, and helpful to bring the dishwasher into our home.We also discovered that all dishwashers come with electrical heating elements. This one did not, But boy does it clean with its superheated steam like water; far better than our old one which had an electric heating. The glasses, dishes, pots & pans come out super shiny.We are extremely pleased with the people, the company, the service, and the product.Know this, it has been a couple of months since we had had this dishwasher. It is now that I am writing this review. Let this testimony serve as a reminder as to how good this company is to inspire one to write a review months afterwards.You know that if one does that act upon something right away it is soon forgotten. Ive given this company a lot of business. Each time, there have been communications issues between the company and their delivery service YF. There has also been little or no notice before YF shows up with the product and they are in a rush to get in and out. If there are any concerns, they say take it up with AC and pressure you to take the product so they can leave. This time they showed up with a stackable dryer but no washer. Obviously they could not complete the installation or take my old appliances away. They even tried to claim I hadnt paid for stairs but admitted I had when I pressed them (The first time they did that, I paid them cash and found later that I had already prepaid online). AC customer service called me to ask that I change my poor review in exchange for free delivery (I declined) but now three days later and still no washer. The reps seem like theres nothing they can do and the issue is now between me and the delivery service. Beware, the website is great, the service is horrible.
Beware of this company! I placed an order for a new refrigerator on May 16th that was supposed to be delivered to my home by May 30th. For over a month, I had not heard anything on the status on the item or delivery. The only update I received was via email when the item finally shipped with an estimated delivery date of June 13th - almost an entire month later! When that day came and passed, the location of my order was unknown to both Appliance Connection and the shipping company, AM Home Delivery. Since then I have spoken to numerous representatives from both companies to which I have received a multitude of responses. No 2 people were on the same page. Every person I have spoken to has given me different information. All of which has not been followed up. I have talked to different representatives within minutes of each other, on multiple occasions, and have received different information from all of them. There has been no transparency or any integrity from either company. I had finally given up and called twice to cancel my order. The first time I called, my cancellation request was received and a support ticket to cancel the order was processing. The 2nd time I called, a representative said that the order, in fact, NEVER was cancelled by the first representative but that they would be happy to do so for a $375 cancellation fee. This is ridiculous! Why should I have to be penalized $375 PLUS the freight shipping I paid for, for an item that has not been received after it was order over a month ago?! Buyers beware!! Do not shop here!
I purchased an LG appliance package back in March. The website showed that all pieces were “in stock”. I asked for a delayed delivery for May. I believe in April, I received word that one of the appliances was backordered. May came and their third party delivery company contacted me for delivery. Yay! The delivery truck came but only with the backordered item, not the items that were “in stock”. I had to wait weeks for delivery of the additional “in stock” items only to find one of them was damaged. I was reassured that there was a replacement of the same item in stock. In two days, it will be a month that I have been waiting on the replacement that was “in stock”. Someone should compensate me with the air fryer rack for the inconvenience.
Good price. Slow delivery and you have to call them, they wont call you when things are running slow. I ordered 6 months ago and they are just now getting to shipping it.-------Thanks for your response, and yes, I would like you to look into it. Ive still not received the product. Not just slow, but promised delivery, stating that you had some of the appliances and would send them, but you didnt. I then called again and have received the same answer, but still no product. You are very nice about it, but nice doesnt translate into competent. This is not a supply chain issue. This is a do what you say you will do or did you actually do what you said you did issue.-----------Update. Had a good call with Sunny in the CS department. Shes working to make things right. Said she would follow the order personally and see that it gets delivered and is doing what she can to fix the issue. Thanks Sunny.--------Here is it April, 2022. I still dont have a working range. They did eventually ship a range to me, but it arrived totally smashed. Now they want me to pay for a second range, until such time they deliver a working range, when they claim they will reimburse me for the first broken range.Thats almost a 7 figure check. Sunny said she would make things right. I guess I still hold out hope, but after almost a year from my initial purchase, Im doubting it.
DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCES CONNECTION! This was the WORST experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance let alone an expensive one! This started back at the end of March, 2021 when we purchased an ILVE Stove (DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE). Appliances Connection was aware that they had to convert to propane and had promised with the concierge service which we paid extra for, everything would be handled. When the installers arrived they told us they were not licensed to disconnect the old stove or connect the new stove because of the propane. We lived with two non-working stoves in our kitchen for 3 weeks before Appliances Connection finally got someone out to connect it. 4 months later the ILVE stove stopped functioning. We were told to call the distributor, Superior Marketing who sent us a video of how to fix it. REALLY? less than a year later it stopped functioning again. Two service people later, sent by Superior Marketing, it still did not function. I was adamant about they come get their stove and give me my money back. After a runaround, they said OK and in fact they were even going to reimburse the concierge service cost! a week later, they said, oh never mind, we are NOT going to reimburse you! I had no more energy to go through negotiating with such unethical business people who misrepresent from the moment of purchase that I went to Rogers Appliances, bought a Monogram stove which they delivered and installed within a couple of days EXACTLY as promised and took away the ILVE stove at no extra charge. The exact OPPOSITE experience of Appliances Connection with frustration after frustration from beginning to end.

However when I got order, delivery company didnt install refrigerator but when I called customer service Otari Gvinashvili helped me nicely to return the service installation charge. whole customer service was easy and fast.
Spoke to a rude disrespectful sales person Douglas. Basically told me I should do more research before calling to ask questions and hung up the phone abruptly as I was mid sentence. I spoke with another representative Victor when I made a prior purchase a few years ago who was much more patient courteous and helpful. If you’re thinking of calling this company, ask for him.

I had a bad experience with the purchase of Samsung dishwasher.1. Was told it will be delivered on Monday but upon checking later in the day it never even got booked for delivery2. Water flex pipe was installed in a way it was blocking the drawer of the cabinet. Unable to close the draw without manually moving the water flex pipe3. Even before starting to use the new Samsung dishwasher it started giving error LC. Worst is it keeps draining continuously and even worst power off does not work. I had to turn off the main power supply to the appliance. I do not know if this is an installation issue or something wrong with the appliance itself.4. After calling couple of times I came to know that I have to wait for another 5 days for someone to come and seeOverall having spent so much time and money for an appliance and installation it has only left us with bad experience
I recently ordered an “in stock and ready to ship” Bertazzoni range that was actually neither in stock or ready to ship. Upon reaching the date upon which delivery was supposed to happen - and without any communication from Appliances Connection - I reached out to their customer service who indicated they would “hopefully have it in the next week”. A week later - having again heard nothing - I called customer service again, who promised to call the supplier and get back to me with an update. I never heard from them. I called again 3 days later, and was (quite rudely) told that it wasn’t in stock, they’d be in touch with me when they had it. I asked for a refund and I was told that that would be possible and issued right away. Except it wasn’t. Instead I received an auto email later that day from Customer Service telling me that they would be in contact once they’d heard from Bertazzoni. Upon replying to that email to indicate I had asked (and had confirmed) a refund over the phone, they asked me to confirm I wanted a refund and they could do it but it would take 7-10 days (not the 48 hours I was told over the phone).An absolute mess from start to finish, and I’ve now got the same range (actually in stock! Actually ready to ship!) from Wayfair. A much more pleasant experience all round.
This is the worst company you could possibly deal with.I told them what current hood I had, and the dimensions. First they suggested a vent hood for me. Then they said, that vent hood would not be available until Sep. Then, they suggested another one, but that was not hardwired unlike my current hood. Then they said I should purchase an additional hard-wiring accessory by Faber, which I did. Then, they delivered the hood, but the guy said he did not do installs. Then they sent an installer, but this one said the original installers truck went bad, and the he himself has never installed a vent hood. Ive been going in circles for 5 weeks now.The AppliancesConnection sales staff provides absolutely zero help in all of this.Update: Now theyve added gaslighting response to this post, suggesting that I have not seen their installation page. I bought installation service from (paid an extra $200 for that). There is nothing on that page other than the fact that they offer add-on install for most appliances. This is the type of company youre dealing with. I obviously charged back the order.
After shopping around at a few stores, we decided to place an order with a well know big box store in our town in September. The first order was refused because it came completely crushed on both sides. The second order was delayed until 2021 because it was out of stock. The company notified us of the delay two days before delivery, a week before Thanksgiving to be more precise. We were in desperate need of a new oven as right before COVID the door on our oven began to unhinge and leak gas when used. The stove top worked fine, only the oven half wasn’t operational. We waited until September to buy a range because of COVID concerns. With the holidays around the corner we placed our first order in September, however we never expected to still be without an oven in November. It was a week before Thanksgiving and at my wits end, I discovered Appliances Connection and decided to give them a call.I spoke to a customer service representative named Grace A. and she was not only very patient, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my circumstances. She advised me that the particular model of LG range I wanted would not be available in a reasonable enough time. She was able to recommend a comparable product with all the added features that the LG model included (i.e Air fryer, girdle, and self clean oven option), that would be delivered the following week.It was a wonderful experience, they came in to remove the old leaking oven and delivered to us a new oven the day before Thanksgiving!My family and I are very grateful to Appliances Connection for helping us get a safe, working, oven at a great price and in only a few days!I am recommending them to all my friends and family!
THIS WAS A DISASTER IN THE LARGEST WAY POSSIBLE. You may be tempted, as was I, to save some money, trust me , you will not save a thing! In September of 2021 I ordered six major appliances. Nothing was as promised, I understand this, each phone call was with a different and new customer service agent. The average time they stay at this job is five minutes! You tell your story to an understanding soul, who promised s to take care of the situation, only to call back and they no longer work there! I learned a 7300 lesson. I WILL NEVER ORDER A THING FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ve advised everyone I know not to do same.I was coerced into writing a good review early on, funny but I can’t find it to delete it anywhere! I have kept nothing from this awful company. I begged and begged for a user manual for my top of the line Commercial Washer and Dryer, only to be told they do not make them any longer. 2022-03-31I am quite satisfied with the support and service (and pricing) Ive found at AC. Having bought both a washer/dryer stack and an induction range, their service is impeccable and I never fail to get a reply from a ticket. There was some issue with the washer leveling after install, and they worked tirelessly to make sure I was satisfied. The new GE range was carefully installed and looks great. There is sometimes a rushed feeling to the installers and I wish theyd stop acting like all deliveries need to be pushed quickly to completion.

2022-04-08Love the Pittsburgh Steelers reclining theater seats I purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery time. I purchased the chairs on March 15 and had them in my Fan Cave on April 7. I could not be happier. They are comfy, easy to take out of the box, : Just connect the 2 pieces and plug it in. AND they look amazing!! The difference between Appliances Connection and other vendors is the price. Appliance Connection is $200-$400 less expansive than the exact same theater recliner. I was positive that the price was too good to be true. But based on reviews, I decided that they were a legitimate store, so I placed my order. I am so happy I did. BTW: I thought theyd make up the difference in shipping charges. I was wrong. Shipping was FREE! I highly recommend these seats and Appliances Connection without reservation.

Good customer service brings a business a long way incredible customer service brings it even further but Calvin such exceptional abilities in how he handled everything for me I’m just amazed. I already have my appliance and I’m definitely buying from appliances connection again if I get to speak to wonderful people like Calvin.B every time I call in. 2022-02-03The Bosch kitchen hood arrived without requiring signature and upon inspection it appeared the box was previously opened and there was visible damage to the front face and the filters. After contacting Appliances Connection they agreed to provide a partial refund for the damage and provide me with replacement filters. Although I would have preferred an undamaged hood, the accommodation helps offset the damage. The claims manager, Nino, was attentive and helpful in resolving this issue with me. In terms of the hood quality and functionality it seems pretty good though the filters seem quite fragile. For nearly $600 you would think bulbs would be supplied by Bosch as well.

2022-02-01Bought from the company three times before , but won’t buy again. I am on western USA, please remember they ship fromEastern USA from each experience I had. First two times I had them just deliver and I installed, third time they installed. First time (whole kitchen appliance set) great experience. Second time was decent, one dent not visual. Third time was only time I asked them to deliver and install, they used a third party and experience was horrible. Their terms and conditions I would recommend to completely read through. If you use them on western USA, from my experience, it is 50/50. If it is worth you to have a 50% chance to have a problem on a big purchase, then go ahead. Appliance connection, seems as you read through each comment on Google, hope your upper management (not your generic customer service) reads my comment then goes through my customer service file and order history, as you won’t be getting a repeating customer back.For everyone on Google, look at my profile, most of my reviews are good and detailed. Here is my journey:I ordered my Samsung refrigerator about 2 months ago from Appliances Connection because their price was better, even though they are in a different state. Also, my experience with my local retailer was not a pleasant one and Appliances Connection made my experience easy from their willingness to accomodate.I did have to wait for 2 months for delivery but this was because of all of the delays worldwide.The freight company was not the best to communicate during the 2 months until my fridge was ready to ship.Once the fridge arrrived, I saw that there was a minor dent in the back but nothing that affected the operation.I promptly called Appliances Connection and they opened a claim and made it so easy for the repair.Well, today the repairman came and now it is perfect.Not only did Appliances Connection make it right, they offered me an additional warranty. Wow! This is going above and beyond!Thanks so much to Appliances Connection! I will be shopping with you more in the future! If you are thinking about doing business with this company, dont hesitate!

2021-10-23I received my beautiful retro refrigerator yesterday and I am so happy! Ordering from Appliances Connection was a wonderful experience. Such an amazing selection and love that they offer installation and haul-away for such a reasonable price! I didn’t need it this time but I live in PA so good to know for the future. I had to contact their customer service to adjust my order and that experience was great as well. Very polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve already recommended this company to my friends who are looking for new appliances.

2022-04-07I bought a Bertazonni range from Appliances Direct. We had 3 issues with the delivery and they kept trying to send us the oven weeks before it was scheduled. When it was the actual delivery DAY the oven arrived and the doors were not on and were outside the hinges, the legs were missing and there were huge scratches on the kick plate.I called Edward at AC and he told me to accept the order and they would get this all fixed. He has since ignored my emails.Almost 2 weeks later Vesco came through Bertazzoni and fixed the doors and put them back in the hinges, in week 3 week the legs arrived for us to put on, but there was no replacement kick plate and after having literally 10 emails back and forth with Gary in CS at AC I still have no plate. We are now in week 5 and have no kick plate and have no idea how to switch this oven on and requested a service for that.We have now gone direct to Vesco because no one at AC is helpful and they literally send you back and forth emails with no progress. Had I know this was the customer service at AC I would have bought this $10000 oven ELSEWHERE.

2021-11-13From the first phone call to Giorgi (Outstanding sale person) to the delivery all went very well. Giorgi was able to give me good advices to choose the best option for a washing machine and dryer. I did not have to wait long for delivery (less than 10 days)which is great. Delivery on time and the delivery team was very professional to install the new appliances and overhaul the old ones.

2022-01-25Delivery of new refrigerator went flawlessly. Both drivers did a great job with the delivery and installation. They had to bring it up stairs and make a tight corner. They were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. Nothing was damaged and it works like a charm. Very satisfied with their service and with Appliance Connection. Would definitely order from them again.
