Cazenovia, NY.After having several local water filter professionals look at my water quality issues, with no results or suggesting expensive and not needed solutions, Aquanology was referred to me by the maker of my filter system.I cannot say enough about the knowledge, graciousness and professionalism of this company. They resolved all my water quality issues and I have hired them to continue servicing my system on an annual basis.They are by far the best and most knowledgeable company in the Central New York area.
We had a whole house activated carbon filter and water softener installed. They showed up for the installation on time and efficiently completed the installation. They had to trouble shoot and address reduced flow to the second floor, but that was quickly addressed. Very professional looking plumbing - all piping had parallel runs and was installed perpendicular to the floor. Their installation technician was very polite and personable.We are on MCWA supply so the water wasnt overly hard. My wife loves the water quality. The dishes come out of the dishwasher looking spotless and feel squeaky clean,Approximately one moth after the installation, they returned to check the system and verify its performance, Everything is working fine.Aquanology is a top notch firm.

Phenomenal experience with Aquanology from the quote, to the sale, to the installation. This was a no pressure sale, just a simple discussion of what they products they could install to handle our poor tasting, hard well water, and was very knowledgeable.Aquanology installed a complete twin tank softener system, with a uv light, and an RO system to meet my needs. The system has been working flawlessly and I couldnt be happier with the system.Highly recommended these two local guys for water treatment needs!
Arlyn and Matthew were professional throughout the installation of our UV water treatment system. They fit us into their schedules very quickly as we needed to meet a real estate deadline. Top notch service and follow up, friendly and very nice to work with. We would highly recommend Aquanology!
I was and continue to be very impressed by the system that Aquanology installed for me. They took the time to do a water test in front of me while I watched the entire process, answered all of my very detailed questions about the tests and the systems, and wrote up a detailed quote with what I was going to receive and how much each individual item cost. In addition, I was able to look up the specs of each part of the system on the manufacturer’s web site not only on my phone but on a PC as well which was NOT the case for other systems I got quotes for. The system was well spec’d out and met all our needs and was more efficient not only in gallons per minute it could supply but was also less waste water as well compared to other systems spec’d out by other firms. Everything was upfront and well documented and I did not even have to follow up to get more information on it - everything was upfront, fully specified, detail priced, and researchable. They were on time the day of the install, finished it when they said they were, and the price was exactly what they said to the penny. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and will do so when I need to purchase new filters and other consumables besides the salt. The install was very clean, was very professionally done, and we now have soft water and drinking water we can use for our cat and coffee machine and I no longer have to buy water at the store for that.
I contacted Aquanology for an estimate on a water softening system after putting up with the hard water in Newark for too long. They had installed a system in my previous home, so I knew from that experience our dry skin, laundry, and even our fixtures would benefit so much from a another water softener. I also knew Aquanology provided a reliable system with prompt service, so I didn’t bother contacting any other companies. Sure enough, our estimate was completed within 2 days and the softener system installed within a week. The first shower I took with soft water was so dramatically better! Soap and shampoo rinsed out completely and my hair felt squeaky clean for the first time since living in this house. No soap residue left behind, my skin immediately felt less dry. Just from the first shower! I can honestly say this water softener is worth every penny, and it cost less than I expected.
Our water tasted so NASTY that we didnt drink it for 6 years, we always bought bottled water. Our laundry was looking terrible and my skin was so dry with our old fashioned water system. Aquanology is AMAZING! We drink our water now, our pressure in our shower is so much better, we actually can get a massage! When we have questions, we call and they ALWAYS get back to us. We have already told so many of our friends who live on a well about this system😀
I was having issues with my water and Arlyn recommended a single tank water softener. Installation was a breeze and water is much better. Have had absolutely no issues with the softener. Definitely recommend these guys for your water treatment needs!

2022-06-29This company is terrific. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, show up on time, do a tremendous job, and charge a fair price. We cant say enough positive things about them. We needed a large water conditioning system put in a small crawl space, not the best working environment, and they did it cheerfully without complaint. You wont regret hiring this company.

2022-06-22I found Aquanology on the internet and decided to give them a call and I sure am glad I did. After struggling with iron bacteria for many years the people from Aquanology came to the house and did a full assessment of my well water. After the tests, they suggested the equipment that was needed to heal my water. They did not try to sell me anything beyond my needs like a lot of water purification companies do. The installation was a 10 and Im enjoying crystal clear water ever since. They showed great expertise in the field they cover and I couldnt be happier with the result. And in a sign of their professionalism, they did a return visit to check my water and equipment to make sure everything was working as expected. Why call anyone else?

2022-01-28If your looking for an honest company Aquanology is the place to call. I called 4 company’s for an estimate to fix my water softener. The first one came out and told me it had a crack in it and quoted me $5600 to replace it. Arlyn came over and fixed it for less then $200.00 including parts. He is the only one who said it could be fixed. I would never call anyone else.

2022-01-04Arlyn and the Aquanolgoy staff installed a water softener, 30 and 5 micron filters, UV light and RO system to improve the quality of water in my area which is known for high iron and hardness levels. I cannot be happier with the water quality as well as the time and effort spent to achieve quality results. The team is knowledgeable and the level of service is exceptional. Highly recommended.
