Update: Air conditioning has finally been fixed. But it shouldnt have taken complaints to corporate & negative reviews to get it done.Been going here since the store opened. Used to be great, rarely had any problems. But sadly the former owner (Mr.Clarke) passed away at the end of 2018. He was just a regular guy and cared very much about the customers and the employees. His sons tried to run it but it was eventually sold to LRE Enterprises Inc. Its been downhill ever since. cleanliness wasnt as good, they started running out of stuff more, food quality was less consistent. And they cut the channels on the TV to basic cable. Then we couldnt even ask for the channel to be changed anymore and were forced to watch News12. Still, I enjoyed the food and the employees were friendly. Even if I had to wait a little longer because the new owner was cutting hours. This past winter it was a little cold inside but it didnt bother me that much since I can tolerate the cold. But this past month was the final straw. There is barely any air conditioning inside the store. I have complained about it being too hot at least several times within the past week. I feel bad for the employees who try their best to make us happy they are sweating yet cant do anything I have been told because the owner is very cheap and controlling. Today I measured a temperature over 80 degrees inside. After my meal I had a terrible headache and felt sick I do not tolerate heat well at all. Now I know I will no longer be able to eat at this location unless it is a cool weather day. They were one of the first Arbys locations to open on Long Island after 2000. If the owner is reading these comments then he needs to stop being so cheap and start RESPECTING your hard working employees and loyal customers by making the experience at the standard and quality I expect from Arbys. That means adequate air conditioning, proper staffing levels, and consistent food quality. And allowing us to request another TV station instead of being forced to watch the same loop of news over & over again on News12. I never appreciated just how good we had it with Mr.Clarke. R.I.P. man Im sorry for what the new owners did to your franchise you worked so hard to keep top notch. LRE Enterprises Inc you need to do right by Mr.Clarke! Until then I will be taking my business to the other Arbys franchise on Long Island, no one should have to sit inside a hot restaurant after spending over $50 a week there.

I ordered the new burger and I asked for it to be cooked well done. Lets say it was nothing what I asked for. Its very important for listening skilled to be up when working in the food industry. Hoping that maybe this location was just having a down day.

Seems to be a little slow on the service. Ive yet to go there where I didnt have to pull away from the window and wait atleast 5-10 mins for my food. Also pretty pricey for the small amount depending on what meal you get even if its large size. The fries arent always full which I would expect for paying top dollar for fast food. Not the friendliest customer service. Not bad, just not friendly.

IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD... I went last night around 6:45. the staff was so busy and running around because they are times on how fast orders are being produced. and its a ridiculously small time span that they are judged on. GET IT OUT GET IT OUT . Anyway I ordered $17.35 worth of food RB slider DLX WAGYU steak burger and other items. I live less than 5 minutes away when I sat down to eat THE SLIDERS BUN WAS LIKE A ROCK & COLD MEAT, the WAGYU BEEF ($10.99) was horrible McDonalds burgers taste better. fries were cold, the only decent thing was the orange shake HOWEVER the straw are horrible you cannot even get the drink up to your mouth because there is air going into the PAPER straw USELESS AND A WASTE. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAIN NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE LAST NIGHT OR TODAY. I SAVE ALL THE FOOD THREW IT BACK INTO THE BACK AND HAVE TO BRING IT THERE TO DEMAND MY $17. 35 BACK. WONT GOT HERE AGAIN

Love Arbys, so many choices. The drive through operator is always courteous here and get a everyone though quickly. The beef and cheddar was over filling and good. The jalapeño poppers are good if you eat them while theyre still crispy. The kids like the sliders and shakes. Check out my photos. Also, there is a note with special hours posted. My husband and I went there for late lunch today (took it home to eat). We tried the 2 for $6 beef & cheese sandwiches, small Curly fries, Macn cheese, and a yummy chocolate shake.I wasnt impressed with my meal, there was hardly any cheese on my sandwich (just a small squirt slightly bigger than a quarter), and the macn cheese was disappointing. My husband enjoyed his lunch and loved his curly fries. So.. three generous stars.

This place hasnt changed since my last review, food,service,the whole nine! Idk who is doing the hiring for this particular Arbys,however with this continuing type of function, this business is destined to plummet! Also we really arent interested in the owners comment about the history of the Arbys franchised restaurants! Thats not addressing the problem!! We dont need to hear from a company owned programmed robot about the Arbys history! Lets not be stupid!

Not the Arbys I remember... my husband and I went there yesterday to get dinner. We drove 10 miles to get there as we dont have one close to our home. He had never been to an Arbys and I remember them fondly as a kid. He got roast beef with cheddar and I the turkey gyro. The gyro was on a tasteless thick pita swimming in mayo (or some white sauce) and the turkey was so salty - I ended up throwing out the sandwich. My husbands sandwich (meal) cost $10. The sandwich was the size of a small McDonaldss hamburger. The curly fries were so seasoned and salty - they ended up in the garbage as well. Even the fountain soda was watered down. Not blaming the Bellmore location at all - its an Arbys situation. The staff at Bellmore were very nice. NO MORE ARBYS for us.

Arbys has specials like a medium soda for a dollar and french fries for a dollar crinkle fries that is the food is good service is pretty quick on the drive-in
