The food was very tasty: beef gyro & corn beef Reuben was delicious. We will return when we are back in town.
They Run the Air Conditioner at Full Blast throughout the Winter to discourage eat in Dining. Summer they turn off the Air Conditioner.It’s horrible. Especially in light of the Covid Pandemic with so many older people who frequent this location having to endure frigid dining room conditions, some just having recovered from Covid and pneumonia.Repeated requests to please turn off the A/C are completely ignored. As I sit here with freezing air blowing on my head.Absolutely disgusting ! Customer is last we get it but we want to leave healthy.
Very nice and clean and the counter people were very patient even though I was indecisive of what to eat with the great selections very hard just to eat one sandwich

Just stopped at The location in Bellmore. Have to say the Roast beef classic was very good. But the drive thru associate was even better than the meal. He was very polite and he new the menu. He was very helpful tome because I have not been in a Arbys in over 30 years.

Order gyro with sauce on side. Got order but no sauce. The cashier said to the back that he wanted extra sauce in cup. As he said that, the one who bagged by order said they put extra sauce on the gyro and the next time I will pay for extra sauce In cup. I said I was willing to pay for it. He was very rude. The cashier apologized for the other guys rudeness. He shouldnt be working there in my opinion. I give this place 1 star
Arbys is as good as fast food can get. The food is always fresh tasting and the fries are great. You have to try the Reuben, gooey and possibly a heart stopper, but delicious.
First time I had to throw away the roast beef. Couldnt go back.
Forgot some items on my order, also no bacon on chicken bacon sandwich. Ordered crinkle fries got curly. Items they forgot were apple pies for the kids. Also had me wait in a parking spot for 15 minutes bringing the food out it increments as it was ready. Would have gave two stars but the kid running around with the food was busting his hump.
I am lowering my rating because of the inability to listen to simple instructions on behalf of the employees.I ordered a double Reuben with SAUCE ON THE SIDE. They put EXTRA sauce instead. By the time I got home to eat, my food was soggy and annihilated. It was too late to go back and they NEVER gave me a receipt but I am extremely disappointed.

Drive thru is always empty and the food is good.
The food was fine. My only complaint was there was no ice in there 2 soda machines. My son and I notified the staff and they didnt fill it till a half an hour later. We had to get ice from a employee working the drive thru window. Very . annoying

I always get the Rueben. The bread alone is delicious. The corned beef has just the right amount of fat. And I usually dont like the dressing on a Rueben. But there is something very pleasing in that sauce. And its the size of 2 sandwiches. I crave this sandwich a lot!
Nice restaurant , parking lot , drive thru , friendly quick service . My first time in Arbys , since there is no We have the meat restaurant in NYC . Ive got Smokehouse brisket , Greek gyro double meat and Loaded curly fries . The brisket was ok , noticeable smoky flavor and super super salty , gyro double meat did not look like double to me and Loaded curly fries are basically curly fries with few drops of liquid cheese and paperthin 3 or 4 , about inch long bacon strips and again , super super salty , like you need to get soda , otherwise you are risking that salt to dry you up from inside out . Overall not bad 6 of 10 experience .
Always a problem. Beef and cheeder, I requested extra cheeder. They excluded the cheeder on both sandwiches . Drive around again. Get new sandwiches. A postage stamp of cheeder on each sandwich with asking and paying for extra chedder. Back in the day these sandwiches rocked , sadly not any more

I normally order through Uber Eats & just about every single time I order from this Arbys location my order is constantly wrong. Today alone I ordered the half pound roast beef & got the smokehouse brisket. I never received a drink.I tried calling & it took about an hour until someone picked up. I spoke with the manager whos 1st suggestion was for me to come to the store for the correct items. If I wanted to do that, I would have never ordered delivery. Then his 2nd suggestion was for me to place another order & have uber refund me the money. Why? So my next order will be wrong too?How is it that this happens at this location every single time???
The food was good , the wait at the drive thru was short ....the large combo meal I received was a bit pricey and the curly fries were cold and less than half full .(Chicken Club Wrap )Date 12/3/20 just went to the Arbys on Sunrise Highway drive thru and ordered the Market Fresh deep fried turkey combo meal and a beef and cheddar sandwich .The service was very fast , but I got a turkey club combo and my total cost was almost $19.00 ,no napkins and no receipt ...I think I just got ripped off .....NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS....if I was not running late for a my doctors appointment I would have gone back to get some kind of answers of why ....

Never disappointed, always hot and fresh
I went through the drive thru and after I ordered and paid I was informed the chicken was not ready and I needed to pull to the side. It took an additional 10 minutes for my food to be brought to my car. I quickly checked the bag, saw I was not given my fries I had my son in the car and he was sleeping which was why I had done the drive thru in the first place. I had to wake him up and go inside to get them. Every time I go to this Arbys theres problems.
I purchased two fish sandwiches and a box of four mozzarella sticks. My bill was over $16. That was two days ago. Last night I am watching television and I see that the fish sandwiches are on sale for two for six dollars.I called the Bellmore Arby’s and was told but they don’t follow the all the sale prices because they are a franchise. That’s not the only bad experience I’ve had there. About two weeks ago I ordered a brisket sandwich and when I got to the checkout window It was already in the bag and I remarked to myself that was pretty fast the attendant had upsize everything in my order and when I got home the sandwich which probably was sitting for a while was dry as a bone. I think it’s time for me to visitAnother franchise because when I called I got nothing but attitude and was told they don’t have to follow the sale prices
They really got the meats. Being a fast food restaurant you may think that the quality and quantity is going to be poor but I have tried the basic roast beef sandwich which is what this place is all about and I was not disappointed. Very good tasting and hardy sandwich. Friendly and helpful servers and clean place to sit and eat.
My chicken sandwiches were cold, hard and disgusting. I really wanted to return both of my sandwiches, but then i said never again.
I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are appetizing and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a pleasing time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
Not fine dining but a good sandwich. Just for basics the restaurant was clean and looked properly maintained. Seating is abundant. The parking lot is a tad tight so careful with your Hummer H3. The curly fries are my fave. I generally avoid french fries as needless calories but these are too good to deny. Its a old soda machine so if you like the Coke machines with 300 taste options you will be disappointed. The entrees were good. I split with my guest the Reuben and Cajun turkey sandwiches. Each sandwich had an appropriate amount of meat. The meats were flavorful and tasted fresh. The sandwich breads and toppings were fresh also. I would suggest eating here only as your big meal of the day not to over do the sizes on sides or soda.
Staff very friendly wasn’t busy but they forgot my lg curly fries, yeah I should have checked my order before leaving but there was just two more people! Not busy enough to missed it in the order!
Curly fries were really fresh and hot.They made a sweet/unsweetened Ice tea also very good.The Beefn cheddar ehh so so mostly all roll...
I used the drive-up and ordered the 2 for $6 Gyros (2 orders) and no beverages. The food was received hot and although I had to pull up to the side, it wasnt a long wait! The attendants were polite and courteous. This Arbys is some distance from where I live, but it was worth it!
Food was really good although I took one star off because the male staff was watching football on TV and seemed glued to it and while they helped me, they seemed distracted. The classic roast beef n cheddar was wonderful and the food was hot. The turkey slider was just me but the curly fries were seasoned nicely.
As far as fast food goes this place is one of the best around. Even just the basic roast beef and cheddar is great. Its also a great option if you want something besides the regular burgers from the other guys. And the curly fries with the horsey sauce is legendary.
What can I say except I do love Arbys Beef and Cheddar sandwiches! I am a foodie, and there is something so right about melted cheddar and thinly sliced roast beef topped with Arbys sauce. They also offer decadent sandwiches, shakes, and desserts, so a visit to this franchise is always a hit.
This place was not clean the food was not good I would skip this Arbys place the owner needs to hire new help
So delicious! They have a huge selection of food and snacks on the menu. I had the buffalo chicken slider and the orange cream shake, both were great! We also got free fries from their text codes program.

Good food, and fast. The roast beef sandwich w/ cheddar and the au pos sauce go really well together. You should definitely get this the next time you go or if it your first time going. The drive thru attendant wasnt good though. Ignored me and kept talking to his friends in the store with the window open which was really disrespectful.
I love Arbys and usually have no problems at this particular location, but today I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the Roast Turkey Bacon Ranch Wrap (which Ive had before and enjoyed) and it was pretty pitiful. The peppercorn ranch dressing was very runny - almost looked like milk - dripping all over the place and made half of the wrap all soggy. Also they left out the bacon (and I didnt discover this until I got it home). My mom had ordered a turkey gyro and they forgot to give it to her. We had to ask for it again before leaving. Whoever is preparing the food today is doing a poor job. Again I usually dont have any problems with my orders here but was quite disappointed today. Makes me think twice about coming here.
Easy to see right off of Sunrise Highway servicing Bellmore and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Went there and I got my order in a speedy fashion, I went to the bathroom and it was clean and didnt stink, there were plenty of parking spots and the guy who helped me was all right. Food wasnt bad, a bit meaty but what can I tell ya? Its Arbys!

Surprisingly much better than my rest stop memories on the NJ turnpike. They had tasty food and a great selection. The people were nice and so was the decor. For a fast food place, I would stop there again.
Ordered door dash 3xs and ALL 3xs my order was wrong. The first time i called to complain i was told it happens. The second time they said come down and they will fix it...i have no car its why i door dash. So got no problem fixed there. Now this 3rd time i called before so they didnt screw up but no one answers the phone. My sandwich is rubbery and they didnt give me jalapeno poppers and they gave me the wrong soda and no one is answering. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ARBYS AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE THAT I KNOW DOES EITHER! BELLMORE ARBYS IS THE WORST STAY AWAY FROM THERE! I HOPE I GET A REPLY SOON FROM ARBYS AND NOT TO MENTION 5 THINGS WERE $42 AND IT WENT IN THE GARBAGE
The fountain soda dispenser was disgusting. There was a substance that looked like a cross between cola and curdled milk in the ice tray. My son did not get his toy in his kids meal. But the food was acceptable

The king of fast food, in my opinion. They say in their ads that theyve got the meat. Indeed they do. I like the Reuben myself, which is served on soft marbled rye bread. Get a jamocha shake and some potato cakes with your meal if youre extra peckish. They dont skip on the portions, either. You get a lot for the price.
This location was very dirty. It also took a long time to get our food. It seemed like 1 girl was doing it all, counter,drive thru,bagging orders. Just started eating Arbys but think I will stay with Easy Meadow location for now

On my last visit to New York I went to this Arbys. I was greeted with a smile staff was amazing. there was a young man by the name of Sean that has just a wonderful personality. It was a pleasure going there and I look forward to going there again when I visit in the spring.
The worst restaurant I have experienced in a long time. Drive thru wait time in excess of 15 mins on 2 separate occasions. Inside counter staff is very rude. I gave them a second chance, they blew both of them. Wont be going back to this location. Almost $7 or a tiny roast beef sandwich and small drink.

Im in shock that the price for a meal is way high including a Nassau county tax of 89 cents . The staff were friendly but the prices are not attractable to those looking for a fair price on a meal option. What the heck is happening to families going out to dinner . I would say Stay home and Cook ....

Had the Greek Gyro. Tzatziki was runny and dripped everywhere. Also waited at the drive thru to place order about 10 minutes and finally just drove to the window where I had to wait another 7 minutes for my order.

I think Ive eaten at every Arbys on the east coast of the U.S. and Right now this one is the best, the food is always perfect and the staff are relaxed, pro, and on point! Try the Greek Gyro before they are gone!

2022-06-22Update: Air conditioning has finally been fixed. But it shouldnt have taken complaints to corporate & negative reviews to get it done.Been going here since the store opened. Used to be great, rarely had any problems. But sadly the former owner (Mr.Clarke) passed away at the end of 2018. He was just a regular guy and cared very much about the customers and the employees. His sons tried to run it but it was eventually sold to LRE Enterprises Inc. Its been downhill ever since. cleanliness wasnt as good, they started running out of stuff more, food quality was less consistent. And they cut the channels on the TV to basic cable. Then we couldnt even ask for the channel to be changed anymore and were forced to watch News12. Still, I enjoyed the food and the employees were friendly. Even if I had to wait a little longer because the new owner was cutting hours. This past winter it was a little cold inside but it didnt bother me that much since I can tolerate the cold. But this past month was the final straw. There is barely any air conditioning inside the store. I have complained about it being too hot at least several times within the past week. I feel bad for the employees who try their best to make us happy they are sweating yet cant do anything I have been told because the owner is very cheap and controlling. Today I measured a temperature over 80 degrees inside. After my meal I had a terrible headache and felt sick I do not tolerate heat well at all. Now I know I will no longer be able to eat at this location unless it is a cool weather day. They were one of the first Arbys locations to open on Long Island after 2000. If the owner is reading these comments then he needs to stop being so cheap and start RESPECTING your hard working employees and loyal customers by making the experience at the standard and quality I expect from Arbys. That means adequate air conditioning, proper staffing levels, and consistent food quality. And allowing us to request another TV station instead of being forced to watch the same loop of news over & over again on News12. I never appreciated just how good we had it with Mr.Clarke. R.I.P. man Im sorry for what the new owners did to your franchise you worked so hard to keep top notch. LRE Enterprises Inc you need to do right by Mr.Clarke! Until then I will be taking my business to the other Arbys franchise on Long Island, no one should have to sit inside a hot restaurant after spending over $50 a week there.

2022-06-17I ordered the new burger and I asked for it to be cooked well done. Lets say it was nothing what I asked for. Its very important for listening skilled to be up when working in the food industry. Hoping that maybe this location was just having a down day.

2022-04-25Seems to be a little slow on the service. Ive yet to go there where I didnt have to pull away from the window and wait atleast 5-10 mins for my food. Also pretty pricey for the small amount depending on what meal you get even if its large size. The fries arent always full which I would expect for paying top dollar for fast food. Not the friendliest customer service. Not bad, just not friendly.

2022-05-25IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD... I went last night around 6:45. the staff was so busy and running around because they are times on how fast orders are being produced. and its a ridiculously small time span that they are judged on. GET IT OUT GET IT OUT . Anyway I ordered $17.35 worth of food RB slider DLX WAGYU steak burger and other items. I live less than 5 minutes away when I sat down to eat THE SLIDERS BUN WAS LIKE A ROCK & COLD MEAT, the WAGYU BEEF ($10.99) was horrible McDonalds burgers taste better. fries were cold, the only decent thing was the orange shake HOWEVER the straw are horrible you cannot even get the drink up to your mouth because there is air going into the PAPER straw USELESS AND A WASTE. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAIN NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE LAST NIGHT OR TODAY. I SAVE ALL THE FOOD THREW IT BACK INTO THE BACK AND HAVE TO BRING IT THERE TO DEMAND MY $17. 35 BACK. WONT GOT HERE AGAIN

2018-06-18Love Arbys, so many choices. The drive through operator is always courteous here and get a everyone though quickly. The beef and cheddar was over filling and good. The jalapeño poppers are good if you eat them while theyre still crispy. The kids like the sliders and shakes. Check out my photos. Also, there is a note with special hours posted. I put up a pic of that too.

2022-02-13My husband and I went there for late lunch today (took it home to eat). We tried the 2 for $6 beef & cheese sandwiches, small Curly fries, Macn cheese, and a yummy chocolate shake.I wasnt impressed with my meal, there was hardly any cheese on my sandwich (just a small squirt slightly bigger than a quarter), and the macn cheese was disappointing. My husband enjoyed his lunch and loved his curly fries. So.. three generous stars.

Idk who is doing the hiring for this particular Arbys,however with this continuing type of function, this business is destined to plummet! Also we really arent interested in the owners comment about the history of the Arbys franchised restaurants! Thats not addressing the problem!! We dont need to hear from a company owned programmed robot about the Arbys history! Lets not be stupid!

2022-03-15Not the Arbys I remember... my husband and I went there yesterday to get dinner. We drove 10 miles to get there as we dont have one close to our home. He had never been to an Arbys and I remember them fondly as a kid. He got roast beef with cheddar and I the turkey gyro. The gyro was on a tasteless thick pita swimming in mayo (or some white sauce) and the turkey was so salty - I ended up throwing out the sandwich. My husbands sandwich (meal) cost $10. The sandwich was the size of a small McDonaldss hamburger. The curly fries were so seasoned and salty - they ended up in the garbage as well. Even the fountain soda was watered down. Not blaming the Bellmore location at all - its an Arbys situation. The staff at Bellmore were very nice. NO MORE ARBYS for us.
