My friend and I come here once maybe every 3 to 4 months, and we thoroughly enjoy everything we get, we try whats new and are always satisfied. Very friendly staff always makes it a pleasure to eat there!

I dont go to Arbys very often but when I do I am ALWAYS satisfied. This trip was no different. I got the fusion marinated steak and cheese sandwich with the traditional curly seasoned fries (which IMHO are outstanding) and everything was delicious. There was even a place card on the counter that suggested to try it spicy so I did just that. Although as a spicy food lover rarely do I find spicy dishes actually spicy. That was true with this sandwich as well. However, it was tasty so I recommend trying it spicy.
We went through the drive through to order and pick up our food the Roasted beef with the curly fries and 2 large drinks. All was delicious, their large drinks are extremely large to me they ate super size or jumbo size, my husband had no problem finishing his mine lasted all night. Everything was delicious through.
Best roast beef sandwiches, theyre perfect, not too greasy, not cheap on the meat, chicken nuggets are better than McDonalds, BK or Wendys which is no small feat. This is the only fast food place I even go to anymore. So yes as for the quality of food its 5 stars. As for customer service... well not so much, but I can handle that, just make sure you check your order before you drive away.
Most of the time, this location is quick, friendly and the food is good for fast food. Last visit I had an issue with the new Rib Sandwich... not really very good (sorry) - stick with the Smokehouse Brisket as its always a WIN. Also, the new Spicy Honey Wings were not all that Id expected them to be... perhaps too high of expectations? Regardless, the issue moreso was that the sauce was all over the place when I opened the bag. Again, this location is normally a lot better - couldve been a bad day. So four stars.

This most recent visit was not good and I wound up throwing the chicken sandwich out. I called the location and advised the manager that my sandwich was raw in the middle, so that they where aware incase they had faulty equipment and to share my disappointment. At first he was challenging but offered a replacement. But when I advised I did not want a replacement or a refund because it wasnt worth the drive, he became more apologetic. Arby curiosity satisfied and I wont be back anytime soon.
It is not a good feeling, you drive 2 miles and realized that your soda is flat and you got regular fries instead of curly fries... my mistake, I should check order always when I drive thru :--((
The food was good. I would rather get a sandwich from Arbys over Subway. The drive thru wait time here needs to improve and when it does I will give a 5 out of 5.

Ive had Arbys when I was a kid...so tried one for old times sake.The burger tasted better than what I remember. My kids loved it so much that we had it for lunch the next day, and my friends kids were like - this is our new fav burger now.

Stopped by for a quick snack of crinkle fries - fresh from the fryer , lightly salted [ the way I really like them ] and the perfect golden color . Next time - Ill try one of the burgers . This trip was for just a fast nosh .
They do have the Meats and a lot of other stuff too… that puts them one step above of all the Burger places! Is the gyros and the brisket sandwiches are a good change of pace from all the standard fast food places.
Ordered a pecan sandwich to go. Paid $11.00 dollars drink and fries. When I got home it was a lettuce sandwich. Very very very little pecan inside. I paid $11.00 dollars for a lettuce sandwich. The fries were great. Very disappointed. I usually get good service..Not this time..

Fast, delicious food to satisfy your cravings even until the late evening/early morning. First place Ive ever gotten a sandwich that looked exactly like it does on television! Each sandwich is carefully hand-crafted and served by a friendly employee. Their shakes are amazing! I recommend getting a loaded Italian sandwich and a shake...I personally like the mochachino.

I never had a fast food gyro yet Arbys managed to make the gyro taste like fast food. It wasnt bad but I wont be getting that again. The fish sandwich was crunchy but nothing exciting. Its doable yet not for me.

I ordered crinkly fries but got curly fries. the lady at the windows did even acknowledge me. grabbed my card swiped and handed it back to me. After she finished takingthe next persons oder, took my receipt crumbled it up and threw it away and me my food then turned her back. I asked it that it, I got back a sarcastic yes. Horrible customer service. they need to remember without customers they dont have a job.

Excellent ..Had fish sandwich , Sweet potato waffle fries .. waited a few minutes because they made everything fresh. I watched as they tossed the waffle fries into the oil and the oil bubbled up and looked clear.. this is the reason why everything came out not greasy, not salty, crispy and tasted good and clean..CONGRATS TOO YOU ALL ....GOOD PEOPLE..
Ordered a #15 double and it looked like they punched it on the counter several times and then threw it in the bag. I could see if I was mean or something, but Im a pretty nice guy. Wrapper was also torn and cheese was all over the inside of the bag. This is why you have to temporarily hold up a line to glance in your bag to make sure everythings decent. Wont make that mistake again.
The order was wrong and the roast beef was way to thick.

Awesome gyros but service was a bit lacking. Order in store and they still got the order wrong. No ice at soda station plus no straws but they filled that quickly. Overheard customers asking for sauces that they were out of. I would still go back for those gyros though.
They serve food under the warmer all the time never hot. Get it together guys nobody likes warm fries 😡

When this place first opened up, the service was outstanding and the food was freshly made. Now more than 2 years later, service is slow (even if the place is empty) and the cashiers have bad attitudes. It seems that they cheaped out on labor and it shows. The past few times, theyve made mistakes because the employees either dont listen or dont even know how to use their own registers. Im done. There are plenty of other food options in the area.
Not just this Arbys but all Arbys need to replace there Roast beef. It stinks. Its more of a ham. Had their orange creme drink which was great!!! Gyro was really good too.

Arbys was clean and very inviting. The bathroom was immaculate. Great music, I could have stayed there and hummed all afternoon. My daughter said the fish sandwich was great. Better than you know who with the clown face!!!
My second visit ever to Arbys. The first was a visit in Manhattan to try the delicious pork belly sandwich. Today I tried the brisket classic at Arbys on Hempstead Turnpike. The service was quick proper and fast. The sandwich was terrific. In the words of Arnie, Ill be back
Overall ok service. Owner, if you are seeing this, is their pay dictated by the amount of time they spend on drive their minutes? We were on a call and spent about 7 mins waiting their do we could move houses. The Landry at the drive thru window scolded us and said “you put like 7 minutes on my drive thru!” And not in a nice way. I’m sorry about it but the call just came :(

I pulled up and ordered $18.00 worth of food and a cup of water. She said she would have to charge me for a soda even though it was water. Clean bright fast food joint with a unique menu. Efficient associates. Has curbside delivery. More than the old roast beef menu . Very good curly fries. Excellent side sauces - horseradish. Spicy BBQ. Arbys special. And the usual ketchup & mustard.
Overall experience at this place is superb. Everyone was friendly. I ate here yesterday with my friend and family. Food wait was longer than usual and they offered a free shake/cookie to compensate the wait. The food is absolutely tasty. Definitely recommended!

Clean dining area. Food is tasty(I do wish for lower sodium options as with all fast food places) I really do like arbys. My one draw back is I ordered a chocolate shake. The one I got had No chocolate drizzle or even chocolate in the shake part itself. I brought it back and asked for the chocolate shake they added chocolate & the drizzle on top but it was very light. Still didnt come close to all the advertising they had up for it. Total bummer. It may just have been the employee not following the directions for making it. I will see the next time ...
I have only been to arbys once in my life and that was just drive thru. I just ordered regular roast beef like being at a truck stop. This time I went inside and got me a brisket sandwich. I highly recommend this sandwich. Its a good place to go if you are looking for different fast food. A variety of different types of sandwiches actually makes it a good place to go a number of times. I like the fries too and the employees are really friendly. If it was closer, I would go more often.
I know a lot of people in the east coast do not like Arbys BUT this place in particular is great! Good quality food, large variety, decent prices, and kind people.I strongly recommend you check out this place.
Most drive-thru attendants rush your ordering, but the uping man here was bery polite when I requested time to look at the menu. After that it seemed like a ling time to prepare my philly cheese meal order. My milkshake was given to me teo to three minutes before the rest of the order. I had a hankering for a philly cheesesteak, but the Arbys version just tasted awful. After about two bites I took the rest home and tried to make it better by losing the bread and some of the peppers. In the end I cannot tell you if it was the beef, the cheese or the combination that created the bad taste.Stick to the standard Arbys Roast Beef Sandwich.
Love this place. Nice, clean and the sauce is great. What I like the most about the place is how neatly packed everything is. The tables are regularly cleaned and the floors are scrubbed of any food.Ring the bell if you enjoyed your stay. I know I did.

I live for the gyros and roast beef sandwiches and service in the past has been very good. But damn I left yesterday not served. Lady messed up my order than walked away and started working on some kind of checklist. I waited for a couple of minutes than said to myself I probably wont like what shes serving went to Mcds. Life long Arbys customer. Gave you two stars for past svce.

Best big fresh fried onion rings I have ever had , crispy outer coating and sweet soft onion inner. I currently like the Greek gyros but always a fan of THE BEEF.
Food and service are excellent but music must be changed. We felt uncomfortable eating our food listening to music about big butts. This place can also use some shades on the windows on the south side of the building. The sun was very strong shining through those windows.

First time at Arby’s so many commercials wanted to try and was great had the Lamb and Turkey Gyros awesome!!! But above all the service was great the service person Alex was wonderful, she was polite and welcoming giving insight on the food and accommodations for your order we’ll be back!!!

The person at the drive-thru window never gives me my complete order; something is ALWAYS missing. Even if Im not charged for the item, I ordered it, so I expect to receive it. The person at the window has to do a better job of LISTENING so that the customers order is accurate.
Came to arbys today with 3 other hungry people! The place was very clean and very inviting! Too top it all off, our server Ashanti was sweet, attentive and in all one of the best servers i have ever seen! Will definetly come back here in the future!
They left my food out of the bag and I realized it when I got home I had to go back and get my sandwich and she questioned me and I showed her the receipt after a discussion she finally gave me my lamb gyro and I asked her to take the waffle fries out and give me fresh waffle sweet potatoes because they were already cold

All the commercials in the world wont make up.for the taste and quality that Arbys doesnt deliver. They consistently deliver a roast beef sandwich that doesnt taste like any roast beef Ive ever tasted.

This is the very first arbys that I went to that got an extra large order correct on the first try and did it fast. They didnt even forget the sauce and gave me a coupon for 12 dollars off my doordash or grubhub order. I think it was doordash. Either way I loved the service and the food. They went above and beyond with the coupon. I love saving money.

I just placed an order through seamless and when I received it part of the order was missing, and one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. When I called the restaurant to get it fixed I was told dont waste my time and then was hung up on.

The beef & cheddar was done just right. The service was excellent, and even though they were very busy the wait time was far less than other fast food restaurants.

This is the friendliest and best run Arbys on Long Island, head and shoulders above the Bellmore location where there always seems to be a problem.
Lousy, I ordered 3 jalapeño sliders with cheese and sauce. I got one with cheese no sauce and two with just the meat and jalapeño. Also I got apple turn over instead of a apple pie 🥧. smh.

I get out of work at 10 at night and at that point theres not a lot thats open still. Everytime Ive been there the drive thru staff are always amazing, and that kind of good customer service makes me want to come back more often.
I only go for the curly fries. But my husband loves the menu. Food was ok . The chikenstrips are hard and buns are soggy. But the curly fries make up for it
First time eating this as an adult, use to always have a roast beef sandwich as a child, either way Arbys in East Meadow did not disappoint. Everything I got was delicious.

2022-06-29Great service here the cashier I didn’t get get his name but cool guy and Brian the guy that prepared the order also great. They did give me the wrong fries but I think I may have told them wrong. Food came out fast and hot and fresh will come again. The location is also great

2022-06-05Decided to try the Wagyu burger 🍔 Arbys first burger! It did not disappoint. Its thicker than most fast food spots. Had a nice flavor but did start feeling the sodium towards the end. Also had the crinkle cut fries since I did not find the curly freis to be flavorful last time I got em. Crinkle cut 🍟 will be my go to from now on. They look simple but when salted right are actually pretty good. Also order the chicken tenders which from my experience were tough & dry. If you love chocolate chip cookies 🍪 like me, do yourself a favor and order their Salted Caramel & Chocolate Cookie

2022-04-20Went through the drive through this afternoon. Gentleman got my order wrong. No prob, I asked them to credit my card back as I had to get back to work at the hospital. The guy at the window did with no apology. I asked for a phone number as this also happened three months ago with two coworkers.. and he replied do what you want shutting the door. Kinda rude after all the business I gave them during covid days. I like the food but it seems this place has changed. I have Wendys checkers burger King Mc Donald tacobell and sonics within 1/2 mile to patron. Wish the old employees were there.

2022-06-20Manager and workers try but they never have inventory, Always out of everything. No free water. Schimpy on cheese even when you pay extra _ .80 cents tiny cup of cheese. Drive in, parking is not much at all.

2022-06-04Ok... I dont usually do fast food-- because of its valueless nutrition and the way it enhances my waist😳 ... Yet there are times I need to indulge! Its been YEARS since Ive consumed anything from Arbys-- but my beloved coworker convinced me to come along for the curly fries.Mmm... Mmm-- Mmm!!! Seasoned to perfection and the chicken tenders were brilliant. Yeah-- I know; Im singing the praises of a fast food joint-- but credit is given where credit is due.{The one and only drawback was the lunchtime crowd had to deal with the sole register being run by a sweet kid who kept apologizing that it was his first day. But weve all been victim to the First Day Blues at some point in our lives. Yet a little encouragement from the Girlz in my crew-- along with the delicious eats went a long way}

2022-05-13Friendly staff, quick service, opened after 10p and good quality food with lots of choices - if youre looking for something relatively healthy for a late night meal, theyve got a few choices that are pretty darn good... if youre looking for something just for the taste alone, theyve got things like that too...

2022-06-016/1/22 Just tried the Wagyu burger it was very good , ordered inside restaurant wait time was longer then average.......but it was worth the wait 👍BUT THE COST 0F ABOUT $12 FOR A COMBO MEAL IS HIGHER THAN AVERAGE BUT IT WAS A MUCH BETTER THEN A AVERAGE MEAL 🙂

2022-03-15The food at Arby’s is fine. The manager Anthony makes it a pleasure to be there. He goes out of his way to accommodate you. Kudos to him and the way he runs your establishment.
