This was the most enjoyable and non stressful car servicing experience I have ever had. The entire staff was fantastic from start to finish. Owner Operator Justin Milano was excellent. His knowledge of modern automotive technologies was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns. I will continue to travel from Greenwich, CT to have all my vehicles maintained at Ardsley Motors. By far, this is the best “dealership alternative” from a service perspective. A Five Star experience.
Excellent Service, Trustworthy, Very Professional and most importantly the guys at Ardsley Motors know how to fix cars the first time, especially complex computer and electrical problems. Their price quotes are very fair for their level of skill and professionalism. I bring all the family vehicles (Mercedes, BMW,Honda, and our workhorse Subaru) in for service and when problems occur. Justin Milano has taken over his familys 30+ year old business and has perfected it in every way offering great customer service to his customers!! I highly recommend Ardsley Motors for all you automotive needs. Give these guys a shot they will not disappoint!!!!!!
As soon as I stepped into Ardsley Motors, I was greeted with a warm smile which created a comfortable and safe environment. I met with the owner Justin Milano who was recommend by a family member. Justin was professional, personable, patient and his customer service was outstanding. His expertise with Range Rovers and Land Rovers was remarkable as he was able to answer all of my questions in great detail. I’m elated that I brought my Range Rover to Justin and Ardsley Motors. I would highly recommend Ardsley Motors, and ask for Justin!
Ardsley Motors came highly recommended from a few of my neighbors in my hometown of Scarsdale after asking them who they use to service and maintain their vehicles. I was always under the impression that I had to bring back my vehicles back to the dealership to get the “dealer mandatory services” otherwise it will not get done the proper way and affect the manufacturers warranty. After explaining my fears to my neighbor a business lawyer and a customer of Ardsley Motors, he explained to me that the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act makes it illegal for companies to void your warranty or deny coverage under the warranty simply because you took your vehicle an independent repair shop. After hearing this I decided to give Ardsley Motors a call. I was greeted by a professional and well-mannered gentleman who told me “you have to make an appointment for service, we are a high volume shop, and that to make it more convenient for you to drop your car off we offer our customers a company shuttle ride to your home or to one of the local train stations”. This sounded great especially given my hectic work schedule. I arrived at Ardsley Motors to drop my vehicle off and was surprised to see how meticulously clean the facility was given the amount of cars that were there for servicing. A very nice man named Mark took me to the station to catch the train to work. Was called later in the morning to be told that my car needed more work than I expected, and was explained in great detail what work needed to be done and that when the car was completed they could pick me back up at the train station, I gave the approval to have the work competed. I picked up my vehicle at the end of the work day and was welcomed with a fixed cleaned car. The whole experience from beginning to end was very personal, professional and like nothing I have ever gotten before at the dealership. This shop definitely offers a high level of service and is very fair in the prices they charge. You dont get what you dont pay for. I will bring all my vehicles to Ardsley Motors from now on. I have been in the high flying world of Finance now for over 50 years, and never truly cared to understand automobiles and how they work, that is until I started using Ardsley Motors. Justin Milano the owner/operator and a fellow masters degree holder in Finance, has totally changed my perspective of the modern day automobile and the automotive industry as a whole. Justin has clearly used his finance skills and background to “think outside the box”. Over the greater part of five years, he has proven to me that he can tackle and is proficient in solving the most challenging automotive engineering flaws found in todays most complex automobiles. Ardsley Motors is a “specialist” shop and is always busy so an appointment is mandatory. The staff has always been professional, courteous, and repeatedly puts the customer first. It is very clear that Justin’s business acumen is the reason why Ardsley Motors is so successful and runs the way it does. My family and I have been using Ardsley Motors for many years. Our family has multiple vehicles and the team at Ardsley Motors have been taking care of all our automotive needs since our vehicles were new. These guys are a very honest shop who always put the safety of their customers first. They repair only what needs to be repaired and explain exactly why the repair needs to be done in great detail. The level of service received at Ardsley Motors far exceeds the dealership. I was in need of a second vehicle, and Ardsley Motors usually has a nice selection of preowned vehicles for sale. One vehicle they had was an impeccable BMW 5 series that was serviced and repaired by them since new. I purchased this vehicle from them and have had no issues at all for over a year. I highly recommend giving Ardsley Motors a call for your automotive needs, they have not a will not disappoint!
Ardsley Motors has been taking care of my cars for 10 years. My Audi A6 lasted over 150k miles thanks to them (would have gone longer if someone hadnt hit me in the rear) and now they service my BMW X3. And they service cars for my friends and neighbors. In 10 years, they havent disappointed me once and their prices are always better than dealers. And to put the icing on the cake, they provide shuttle service. Thanks guys! Youre the best.
My 2017 Audi S5 required service and I do not believe in bringing my vehicle back to the STEALER unless I have a warranty related issue. I researched Audi authorized independent workshops in the NYC tristate area and found Ardsley Motors in Westchester County. Justin Milano and his service staff treated me with courtesy and had an attention to detail that Im just not used to previously at dealerships. Thanks to Justin who took the time to sit down with me and discuss my concerns. Very pleasant to deal with. The service from start to finish was performed flawlessly. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.
My new go-to Automotive Shop.The father-son team and all of the service staff go above and beyond. Theyll even drop you back home or set you up with an excellent rental opportunity.I had to have a good portion of my fuel system replaced in my car and not all of it is easy to get to.Ardsley Motors took excellent care of my vehicle and consistently updated me with the progress and timeline of the overhaul.They even went so far as catching some arising issues and resolved them before said issues would have definitely landed me on the side of the road at a very inconvenient time.I was more than happy to pony up a little more cash with absolute confidence that Ardsley Motors will help me get another decade out of my vehicle Ive come to be quite attached to.Let me be very clear. This is an auto shop you can trust that will not give you the run around.Ardsley Motors absolutely will be getting my repeat business.My beard approves of this joint.
Excellent experience! Had my range rover repaired this week after experiencing a variety of problems including dashboard fault lights and suspension issues. The entire staff was very helpful and incredibly nice. Justin was very thorough explaining the repairs that were needed. Mark gave me a ride to and from Enterprise to get a rental - super nice guy. After the car was repaired all of the prior issues were completely resolved and the car is working excellent. Even though the location is a bit out of my way, based on this experience it is worth the drive and this is my new go-to auto mechanic. Highly recommended.
Recently began servicing my vehicle at Ardsley Motors. Have had the opportunity to work with Justin Milano. The service experience I received was outstanding, appointments are easily booked via a quick phone call or online, Justin is extremely knowledgeable and has been helpful in expediting the service of my vehicle on multiple occasions. The staff at Ardsley Motors was able to resolve the complex issues with my vehicle quickly and accurately. Excellent customer service, certainly in the vanguard of the luxury service industry!
I own a 2013 Range Rover HSE and was sick of going to the Land Rover dealership. This last visit to the dealership was for an annoying warning light. This dealership had my vehicle for two weeks and wasnt even able to diagnose the problem. After doing some research online I stumbled upon Ardsley Motors, after reading such good reviews I decided to give them a call. Over the phone I was greeted by a pleasant and respectful man named Mark, he patiently listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle, he proceeded to tell me that at Ardsley Motors they work on many different makes and models of vehicles, but that the owner of the shop Justin is an Range Rover expert, and specializes in diagnosing complex Land Rover problems. I proceeded to make the appointment. A few days later upon dropping off my vehicle, I was able to meet Justin (a true professional who definitely knows Range Rovers and how they work), he made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle in his hands, there was a fixed two hour diagnostic charge and was told after the initial troubleshooting I would be given a call with the testing results and an estimated cost of the fix. I was told the Cooling thermostat assembly and computer controlled sensors needed replacement at a cost of $1,800. I gave the approval to have the repair completed and picked up my vehicle three days later. It has been over a month since the repair has been completed, I am having no further issues and my Range Rover is finally running perfect again. Thank You Justin & the Ardsley Motors staff you guys are great!!! you are my new Range Rover repair shop and will never return to the dealerships again!!!
I recently brought my 2 year old car to Ardsley Motors for routine service, and to have them replace my front and rear brakes. I originally was quoted a ridiculous about of money by the local dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted with professionalism, Justin and his staff made me feel very comfortable, and I was even driven back to my home! The shop was abnormally clean for a repair shop and Im so glad I found Ardsley Motors as an alternative to going to the dealership!
I cant say enough positive things about Ardsley Motors. I have a 2009 Subaru. They are professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely go there again. The shuttle that brings you home and can pick you up is wonderful. I feel that they are trustworthy and were trying to help me, not rip me off.
I own a auto body shop in the bronx, Dart Towing Inc. We have been using Ardsley Motors for all of our computer diagnostics and electrical needs. I can finally say we have found the company we have been looking for. Awesome service, reliable, always professional, and reasonably priced what more can you ask for. The convenience of having a tech come out to our shop and always fix the problem is remarkable. They also recently fixed an 2012 audi a5 for me, the car runs like brand new, they had the car back to me same day as drop off. I recommend them to everyone!
Both of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles have been serviced at Ardsley Motors. The experience is beyond excellence. I can be very demanding and have made difficult requests and based on the way I have been treated, I will never have my cars serviced and or repaired at the Mercedes-Benz dealership again. I am a very loyal customer and I look foward to a long relationship with them. They are the greatest high end repair shop in the Westchester/New York City area.
We have been very pleased with our experiences at Ardsley Motors. Repairs are made efficiently and accurately. They have been very helpful with any problems that developed with our cars. One of our cars is a 20 year old Camry and they keep it in excellent running condition so I feel confident driving it anywhere.
I highly recommend Ardsley Motors if you are having any difficulties with you car. These guys offer top notch professional service and I have never seen an repair shop or dealership shop as clean as Ardsley Motors. After trying multiple other shops in the area Ardsley Motors is clearly the most skillful place to bring your car and offers the best service anywhere in the area.
For many months Justin and his Ardsley Motors crew spent untold hours figuring out why my 15 year old Lexuss check engine light would not turn off. They never billed me. When they proudly nailed the cause and replaced the gas tank, they billed me for parts and installation but not one dime for the hours of diagnosing! Thats only one example of their expertise and caring perfectionism. I always feel Im taking my car to a relative!
Been using this service shop for some years now. My grandfather has been using this garage for many MANY years as well and we both trust the mechanics and are assured work is quality. Ive had numerous repairs performed at this garage and am satisfied.Id recommend this garage.EDIT 12-09-19:With my modified 2015 WRX car they will not want to work much on modified cars as it can just eat up lots of time and that is understandable. I still highly recommend this garage if you car is stock :)

These guys are at the top of the food chain in the automotive industry. They came recommended by my auto body shop guys in Manhattan. I was told they specialize in automotive computers and automotive technology (the stuff that runs and controls our modern day cars) and that their wholesale division caters to their shop and many other body shops after car accidents. I decided to give them a try for routine service on my late model BMW and have them look at a annoying engine management light that the dealer gave up on. Being I live in the city I was able to make an appointment in advance and arrange with them to take me to the local train station. Within two days Ardsley Motors was able to take care of all my needs the first time around in a very courteous and professional manner. I cant thank you enough and will definitely be a repeat customer!
These guys are great. In our body shop we often have cars that need the computer reset after an accident and Ardsley Motors has a mobile team that goes to the location of the vehicle and does the reset or reprogram. This eliminates having to tow the car to the dealer and saves a ton of time and money for everyone. Thanks for everything you do for us.- The crew at Silvas Auto Body.
These guys are the best. I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S. I love my car, but it was having problems. I took it to the dealership and they told me that for $4,000, theyd do what they can but that it was probably a lost cause. Now, Minis are great cars, but they need to be serviced by people who know what theyre doing. After my bad experience at the dealership, I didnt know what I was going to do. Then we found Ardsley motors and Justin. Justins great. Justin drives a Mini- and he loves them. They took wonderful care of my car- fixed it all up, and now it drives as well as it did when I got it! I absolutely recommend Ardsley Motors.
Newly relocated to Westchester and in need of major repairs, I was recommended to this shop two years ago. The first repairs to my then 10 y.o. Camry were made with minimal down time and successful mechanical repairs with no need for follow-up. This is now my go-to shop for all maintenance and repairs. As a single woman, I feel like they look after my vehicle with the care they would give to a family member, rather than trying to sell me more services than I need. Staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable; this shop has my complete confidence.

I dont enjoy writing a bad review, but I use these reviews to help me so feel obligated to share. I brought my car in because the air conditioning had stopped working suddenly in late summer 2017t. I was told that the diagnostics alone would cost $200, which I accepted, and they worked on my car that day. I was called later on and told that both the compressor and the compressor relay were not functioning and that the replacement of the system would cost ~$1600. I thanked the technician but said, no because the car is quite old and I didnt feel it was worth it to put that kind of money into it. He seemed shocked when I declined to have the repairs done.As I drove away that day, I turned on the a/c and it was shocked to find it now worked well...WITHOUT the $1600 replacement of the compressor I was told it needed. Its now almost a year later and the air conditioning still works.
They are not cheaper than the dealership. They add a fixed rate they didnt mention over the phone (where the guy had awful manners and was pretty aggressive).They charged me around $2,000 to repair my car and I just realized, after taking my car to the official dealership, they used after market parts.Never again.
After calling to get a price for a timing belt job on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta I was told they do not give prices over the phone. I found time after work to drive over there a couple days later. I explained that I was there for a quote for the job because I was told no prices over the phone and I was now told they do not give out prices. (In person either?!) I was told I would have to pay $100 for them to look my car over because they have not worked on it before and dont know the car, and then they could give me a price. Give me a break…I need a timing belt replacement simply because Im at the mileage where it is due as per the manufacturer maintenance specifications. Its a maintenance item...granted a big job, but nevertheless! I could understand not giving a price to someone asking for a repair when they do not diagnose the problem themselves, but when someone asks for the price of an oil change Im quite sure they know how much the oil change will be. Do they charge $100 plus the oil change for the first time someone goes there for that? Again, its a a maintenance procedure. Price out the parts, price out the labor and give a total the same way about a half dozen other mechanics with absolutely excellent reviews gave me. Needless to say its their loss of money but I guess they make up for it ripping other people off. Its your money, and your decision.
Adding on to my last review. Justin Milano is the Master. Just came back from Finger lakes, a 700 mile round trip and no check engine light, nor car lost power randomly. This was a very complex problem, and dealer solution was to throw parts at it. Justin solution was to upgrade the firmware, and it seems to have worked. However, I dont like the Castrol Edge oil. I actually went to the dealer on Saturday and changed the oil again to Mobil1. Its 229.52 spec and safe for the DPF. Castrol Edge website actually had a specific warning, that while oil is good for diesel cars, its not safe for DPF. so out with Castrol and in with Mobil1.My ML350 Mercedes Bluetec,diesel, which had a check engine light on,all the way from Texas to NYC. It was a complex diagnosis, and Justin did some really out of the box thinking to get that fixed. Lets see how successful is the repair, but the fact that he went out of the way to diagnose the problem is outstanding.The front office guy Mark is very nice and friendly. he picked me up and dropped me off to Hastings-on Hudson station and was truly a dedicated professional.Justine seems to have solved a very complex problem which eluded dealers in Texas completely.I WILL go to him again. He knows what he is doing. I am sure, he will keep my car running for loooong time.

2021-05-15Very intelligent, decisive, forward thinking, father and son team (Bernie & Justin). Their business offers what other shops and dealers cannot. Their ability to address complex electronic and mechanical faults with today’s ever changing automobiles is truly impressive. The level of personal service and professionalism given at Ardsley Motors is something lacking in most businesses today! If you are looking for quality workmanship, a high end level of service, and a job done to perfection every time, you have found the place. If you are the value, price oriented consumer that doesn’t care about safety and successful repairs, go to Mavis, and don’t waste your time at Ardsley Motors.

2021-05-30My family and I moved from Manhattan to Greenwich CT at the beginning of the pandemic and were looking for a reputable repair shop to handle our fleet of late model Porsches and Range Rovers. We have never been the type to go back to the dealerships for service after we purchase our vehicles, but rather establish a personal relationship with a specialized independent repair shop we can trust. Ardsley Motors, Justin Milano, and his team came highly recommended by people in our social circle. From the very second we arrived at Ardsley Motors for our scheduled appointment I new we made the right choice. The high end vehicles on their property, the cleanliest of their shop was truly remarkable. Owner-Operator Justin greeted me with the upmost respect and professionalism right from the start. He explained how his operation works and what to expect when leaving my vehicle with him. The maintenance and repairs needed were extensive,(as they usually are with European automobiles), but Justin thoroughly discussed everything with me in great detail, which I totally appreciate. Being a woman who doesnt know very much about cars he made me feel extremely comfortable. The repairs made were done to complete satisfaction, within a timely matter, and no need for a second visit. 2020-05-10Ardsley Motors is the cleanest automotive repair shop I have ever seen! Even during a pandemic they choose to keep their customers health and safety a top priority. After the needed repairs we made my car was returned back to my home professionally sanitized so I didn’t have to travel out to pick it up. The service these guys provide is unmatched by any dealership or repair shop that I have ever visited over the years.
