Beware if you order for delivery or take out. I recently ordered their Bandeja Arepalicious from this place for take out as I often do. When I got to my house I was surprised to see that one of the orders was missing 3 items. Thinking it would have been human error I gave them a call. The person on the phone, who has seen me there often, said that she would ask her manager to give me some kind store credit. After asking in the kitchen she was told that they double checked my order before closing it which shows that it was no accident. In my opinion the omissions we done on purpose since the dish that I ordered is sort of a sampler of several different Colombian dishes.
Waiter took down the wrong order, and we were still charged for food that we did not want in the first place. Asked for the order again and a different order was given again.Extra 3.5% charge if you use debit/credit card.Had to ask for ice water 3x, half hour later, waiter only brought 1 cup (theres 4 of us), had to ask again, waiter brought 2nd cup.Does not accept Groupon print-outs. Waitress lied about the print-out missing a code. Asked to see the Groupon coupon on the phone and she tapped the redeemed button on my phone. She didnt even ask if she can have permission to touch my phone.
This is definitely a hidden gem!I had the Arepa sampler and the cono with a passion fruit juice. My friend has the Arepa de chicharron and a hot dog with an apple soda. The food was delicious! We were stuffed and all we had were appetizers!I could eat 10 of the mini arepas and never have enough. They’re soft and gooey on the inside with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. The service could get better as our server never checked on us. But, the flavor is SO there! The place is also very clean and presentation is a big thing to me so I definitely appreciate the time they take to make sure the food is presentable.I could come here everyday and never get tired of it. Too bad I gain weight by just looking at food 😩
The food here is delicious! Ive tried the chicken and beef arepa cone. I decided to open it up though because all the guac was at the bottom. I ended up evening it out so I could get a bite of every flavor. The Colombian hot dog was so different with the pineapple on top. Chicken empanada was great and I also bought a side of white rice. The chimichurri sauce and pink sauce was the best I ever had.
I had been wanting to come eat at Arepalucious for quite some time. I file them on Instagram and the food they post looks delicious. It was almost a 1hr trip for me to get there. Its a good location and I found parking right away. It is a bakery, but has a seating area for you to eat there. They have so many options on their menu, youll have a hard time choosing what you want. I ended up ordering the platter (good for 2-3 people) to share with my partner, which brings a variety of items.... since I had trouble deciding what I wanted, this was my best option. We also ordered a couple of beef soups, which we were later told, that there was only enough soup for 1 serving, so we ended up ordering a chicken soup (1 and 1). After a while, the waiter comes out and tells us that there wasnt any beef soup left, so we just ordered the chicken soups. The chicken soup was hearty, a bit bland, but I finished it. The platter looked amazing. I loved the presentation and variety of items. Unfortunately, all our meats were cold, as if it had been sitting there for a long time. This was such a downer for us. Only the fried items were hot as if freshly made. The 3 sauces/sides it comes with were delicious. As with the soup, I felt that the meats were bland as well. The beans were also bland, so I just think they go very light on seasoning their foods. I ordered a pan queso (cheese bread) that was freshly baked, to take home (which I had to go back for cause they forgot to give it to me). Overall, I think the food was decent. We werent crazy about the food enough to come back, but we just might come back in the future to try the burgers. I must say that their Coconut Lemonade was so good... its a strange combination but it will surely wake up your taste buds. Go visit for yourself... maybe your visit will be better than mine.
Food was amazingly delicious very fresh nice and clean presentation. Great custumer service it feels like you belong there you definitely have to try the arepa de pollo with avocado. The great thing about this restaurant is the freshness starting from the juices. And omg i got a tres leches dessert in a cup which is awesome definitely coming back here as often as I can.
Food was amazing! Tasted like eating my grandmas home made Colombian food. Huge portions for a great price too! People complain about long waits but honestly it’s worth it - that’s how you know you’re eating fresh food! This isn’t a fast food restaurant!! It’s real food!!!! Place makes you feel at home as well - everyone needs to try it out!!🤤❤️
MISSING ITEMS IN _PAID_SEALED BAG!!!! Poor customer service, poor delivery of food, undercook meat, definitely had better empanadas and overly cooked yuca fries DRY AF!!!. shame on me for ordering again.. Anyone has recomendations on BETTER more AUTHENTIC Colombian food??!
Loved the food the first time, I had arepas, empanadas, chicarron... The second time a had finished work and went by for some empanadas purchased 4 and one of them was not fresh at all. I told the server. The 3rd. Time I visited the restaurant I was on my way home, I bought chicharrones, I asked them please well done crispi, crunchy... One or two pieces were crunchy the rest were not I couldnt eat them. I think my first impressions gave a good experience so I keep on going back but that is the difference between a 5 ⭐to a 3 ⭐. In this case I know the food can be great but I guess when you order to go the food is not the same.Definitely a place to go, great service family environment too.
The fries were good but it took like 50 minutes to get an order of fries and one arepa.. also we ordered two arepas and they forgot about one of them and we weren’t going to wait another hour to get it so i just didn’t eat lol. they also only gave us one coffee when we ordered two
Service was great but their empanadas were the worst Ive ever had!You can tell that they freeze them overnight and either refry them or reheat them up under that heat lamp.Empanadas were stale, hard and chewy, tasted rubbery.... And they only give two picantes for four empanadas?!?!?
I was like realllyyy excited to try their food because it looked like a nice place, but wow what a disappointment. Placed an order for delivery. I got tostones with guacamole and shredded chicken. First of all it looked unappetizing and tasted funky.. I also got the burger with mozzarella and guacamole which was just a complete mess. And the fries i had to throw away, because they were so greasy it was inedible. Sad
I can’t comment on the food because after waiting for a very long time I never got it. Service was atrocious, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, therefore, the terrible service provided at this place couldn’t be justified and it’s unacceptable. This is the first time I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant and I tend to be patient, reasonable and understanding because I’ve worked at restaurants myself. And to top it all off the AC supposedly was not working. As I’ve mention previously, the restaurant was not busy at all and there were at least five people working in the back and yet they were incredibly slow with the service. It’s disappointing because I’ve had their food at the Queens Night Market a couple of times before covid hit and was looking forward to eating at the restaurant but this experience definitely changed my perception of this restaurant. To management: either retrain your staff or fire those who are not working out at all. Their hurting your business and it’s a shame because based on my experience at the Queen Night Market your food has potential.
**Ordered takeout during COVID pandemicFood/drink*El Arepalicious Burger (Beef patty, grilled steak, guacamole, mozzarella cheese) with french fries - patty was either cooked or seasoned poorly; fries were soggy but both dipping sauces were good*Mini Arepa Sampler (Beef, chicken & guacamole) - good; chicken was my favorite
Worst place ever. I use to love going to eat here with my family, Im not sure what changed. Go somewhere else. The food isnt good anymore, the staff is rude. I placed a to go order and ended up missing half my food. I have to fight for a refund for food that THEY FORGOT to pack. Take your money, and go somewhere else.
Good food, nicely platted. We ate in and ordered out. The owners are very conscious of dietary restrictions and offer a great variety of food for all. Ordered Empanadas for take out, they travelled well and they are nicely filled. Their spicy sauce and Arepas are very very delicious.
Placed order of a couple little appetizers arepas and empanadas at 740 pm and we live 5 blocks away- it’s 9pm and I’m still waiting for my food. Very slow service. Food is ok but if you feel like waiting 1.5 hours for your food then ok but if you are hungry this is not the place for you.
Really great restaurant. The food is fresh and the portions are large and the staff is attentive and friendly. They have all the things that make a great meal for me and the most important one being plantains and they do not skimp on the portion. They also offer a wide variety of Colombian drinks and desserts. The atmosphere makes you feel as if you stopped by a friends home for a good meal. Definitely will be going more often.
Theyre open, they have a phone, its ringing. Called many times nobody answers. Doesnt matter how busy you are. You answer the person whos about to give you money and tell them to please hold. No acknowledgement is far worse and ill take my dinero somewhere else. Too bad because you lost a house near your business. Maybe a few. Bad news spreads quicker than good news.
We had a mix up of orders with uber eats where i received the wrong order which is fine mistakes happen, but the lady on the phone told me to repackage the food in the bag that had already been opened to send to another customer during a pandemic where covid can easily spread. When I called back to ask if my order had remained in the restaurant or was also opened by another person and sent back ( which is perfectly reasonable to ask considering she had told me to repackage the wrong order to send back to the restaurant) she gave me a ridiculous amount of attitude as if its my fault they have poor hygiene and terrible communication skills. As a restaurant serving to customers safety should be a concern, and customers shouldnt receive the amount of disrespect that staff feel entitled giving out. If you order from here please check and make sure your take out bag isnt opened and contents arent repackaged.
I had plantains with beef and it was delicious! Would definitely come back to try something else. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.I came at around 3 pm Sunday and it was very busy so it took me a while to get my order. But the food was delicious and I’m giving 5 stars anyway. Hope they are going to deliver soon.
Great food and excellent taste. This our go to spot. Whether its for Take Out or Dine-In they have the option for you, and the food is what you expect when you order your favorite dishes. Great Latin food cooked to perfection. And they are on UnerEats as well. 5 Stars+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This place has great food. I scrambled eggs with a croissant which tasted amazing! My friend ordered steak with arepa. The steak was good but the arepa tasted strange so it wasnt finished. The good thing about this restaurant is it currently has outdoor dining because of the pandemic. I also took some delicious empanadas. The only thing was that it was a two person breakfast with 3 empanadas and it costed $37, but I will come back here to eat more of the great food.
Great Improvement-My first experience at Arepalicious was not a good one. The service was slow and their level of customer service was unacceptable. My wife and kids literally walked out after waiting for almost an hour without being served. I decided to go again and I saw improvement and since then things have become much much better. They are listening to their customers suggestion. I notice some change in staff which probably was good thing. I see lots of success with this restaurant. The beans are still a little watery but theyre getting better.
So my first visit here was terrible. I decided to try it again yesterday after giving it a few weeks. Still horrible.Customer service is very poor, and this diminishes every other aspect of the establishment. We ordered rice and beans with chicken and the lady said she couldnt put the order in together, she would have to put it in separately. What does that even mean..?Aside from the fact that it took her 10 minutes to even take our order, she then told us the wait would be 30 minutes. For rice and beans!??I really expected the service to be better after giving it a few weeks but it wasnt.
If I can give 0 stars. I would. From the outside the spot looked clean. Nicely lit, welcoming. Etc. once we received our food. (Very over priced ) I couldnt be more disappointed. Everything and I mean everything right down to the sauce tasted old. We ordered a steak( $25) which was cooked so tough and tasted old and salty. We ordered 4 beef empanadas ($2 each ) they were soggy, cold, and tasteless. And flan ($4) which was definitely old- no flavor and tasted as though its been there for over a week. We spent $40 for disgusting food. Never going back. Beware- not worth it. At alllllllll!!!!
The food was excellent especially the empanadas and arepa cone (pork). However the service is not great!!!The waiters and not friendly and do not give an outstanding service.I ask a waiter for 2 glasses of water and she responded by saying that it was not her table. Can You believe this nonsense?Instead of listening to my request and then tell my waiter to bring them. I had to get up and ask for them myself.
This place is amazing! We tried it at Queens Market and was disappointed that Queens Night Market wasnt open due to covid-19 so decided to drive out here. Arepalicious did not disappoint with the quality, proportions, meat and sauce ratios. Every thing was juicy and fresh. My husband and I cant wait to go back and try the papas fritas and other flavours of the arepa cones!
I stopped by to support small business during these times. I purchased the caramel cake and custard with arequipe . The custard we purchased was stale, there was no expiration date noted. I understand during these times things might not sell, but spoiled food should never be sold. The other cake we purchased was very good and it’s unfortunate that they didn’t do the basic quality control test since im sure the custard was great before it expired.
Let me start by saying the food was pretty good except for the beans which were very watery. The staff is all over the place but where not very attentive. The wait for take out was 45 minutes which I believe was a little excessive. Hopefully they will speed up the process and get better at it. Overall the taste in the food is good. Good luck !
My second time coming here, Ive never order dessert, but this time around I decided to order a flan to take home. I live in Beach 69 and drive to this restaurant, just for me to get home and find out i was sold a rotten Flan. It was exprie., I called complaint and come to find they had more that were expired. They did apologize, nd refund me my money for the expired flan. My advice to you is check your food before walking out their door
Food was very good. Service was slow like everyone is saying. But they were super busy and it was almost as if they were lacking waitresses. The maduro with chicken was so good, 10/10! Also try the lemonaid it’s so good! But I would definitely hire more people and tell the current employees to speed it up a little.
They used to have very big empanadas but now they make them so small. They are not worth the price any more plus the hot sauce is awful.. Add to that the very long waits just for a cup of coffee and two empanadas. The girl does not pay attention to customer’s needs. She serves the coffee and forgets either the sugar or the milk or the spoon. I was a steady customer there but I found a better place.
I have been here 3 times already. The first time I wont count since it was their soft opening the second time I was only able to get pastries, they were all delicious. The third time was where I had my bad experience, I ordered 1/2 chicken with fries. They were so bland that it was ridiculous, fries were unslated and had no condiments to accompany them. The chicken had barely any taste.
Food was very good with a pleasant atmosphere! I had the areapa tasting, their areapas are a little on the sweeter side but still very good and hot. They also have frush fruit smoothies but I opted for the cane sugar lemonade. All in all a good experience, I will definitely be going back!
My girlfriend and I actually came here unplanned and the food was so fresh and delicious. We had to be quick so all we had were the maduro and tostone canoes, they were amazing and we had the option of having them vegan style by removing the cheese. Another thing that impressed me was that fact that we ordered French fries after we realized that the canoes wouldn’t be filling. The waitress warned us that the fries would take about 10 minutes to be made but when she came back, they were freshly cut and fried as you would do at home. I thought the freshness of everything was great. We will be returning to try more things. Hope business does well and people appreciate what they’re trying to do as a restaurant.
I came in during their soft opening week. It’s decorated very nice and is clean. I got the Tres Leches cake and it was FANTASTIC! Would go back just for that. The people are nice they speak both English and Spanish, but they need some more training on the register. But again, it’s a soft open I’m sure in a week or two they will get it down.
UPDATE: 2 Weeks later I was doing laundry and saw the chef taking out the garbage with his white apron on. Ugh disgusting.Poor customer service. First off, staff is all over the place. They dont have finger foods like your regular Spanish restaurant would offer toasted slices of Italian bread with butter or even a glass of water, the waitress said they are still figuring it out. It really makes a difference when you are sitting waiting for a waitress for 25 minutes just to place your order. The chicken empanadas that we ordered came 20 minutes after ordering and the middle was still frozen. Thank God I cut them in half and noticed. They took them back and took another 20 minutes to bring us new ones. We were served salad that looks old, (iceburg lettuce that was browning on the edge.), french fries are stale and the place is in need of new recipes badly. Beans looked and tasted like they came straight out of the can, warmed up, put into a bowl and served. The mini arepas were ok but the menu says one thing and the 3 mini arepas I got were entirely different. They have high prices for food in which the quality is not even worth the money or time wasted on the long wait. I was doing laundry and stopped in for a quick bite that turned into an eternity of bad customer service with poor quality food. The waitress didnt let us finish our meal before she brought the check without us even asking for it. The staff started sweeping while we were still eating as well. Would love to see a Spanish restaurant in this area thrive but, the staff needs to be taught customer service and respect for their customers first.
The food is good. It is a little pricey and the food portions don’t compensate for that. I wouldn’t recommend to go here for a full fledge meal like going out for dinner. Best as a quick bite to eat. Other than that I’ll be back because the food and environment is awesome.
I have been here a few times for lunch and dinner. The food is good but the service is slow. I dont mind the wait but the servers seem very disinterested. Today I came for breakfast for my husbands birthday. The rice and beans were mushie like mashed potatoes. My homefries were cold like the cook took them from the refrigerator and heated them for a minute. The potatoes were large chunks unlike what homefries should be. The chicken empanadas were good. I will not be going back for breakfast anymore, but I like the lunch and dinner.
Food is always amazing.. manager and staff are always professional, welcoming, patient, +++ clean !! usually come with 5-10 people, everyone I bring loves it and theres never been any issues.. prices are good compared to other restaurants... awesome go to spot even have some vegan options+++
I came with my daughter. Really pleasently surprised not only how delicious the food is but also how courteous, friendly and helpful the staff were to us.Such a reasonable price for a filling.meal ! A Truely a welcome new addition to this neighborhoods abundance of eateries. A.must visit place
The establishment it’s really nice and well put together. They have a variety of foods including pastries and a bakery section. The issue is the staff. Very unorganized, often times all over the place, is not like they don’t have enough staff I just feel like there isn’t any organization or delegation. Today I stood waiting while the lady at the register keep helping other customers and forgetting that I was standing there waiting to order. Twice she asked me if I was waiting to order, twice I told her yes, she looked at me and said sorry and kept working on the register. Needless to say I walked out of the place and I never got to order. I went to another Colombian bakery down in Liberty ave and purchased from them. If they could get their customer service right, perhaps the place would be a solid “5” stars.
Went there on Saturday night for take out. The staff was very friendly and the decor is very nice and clean. We did wait awhile for our food and it was completely worth the wait - keep in mind everything is made fresh, nothing is frozen. They bake their breads, pastries and desserts on the premises daily. The food did not disappoint! They even serve fresh squeezed orange juice. We had arepa con queso, jamón, piña y salsa de piña, arepa con pollo desmechada, queso y salsa casera, Queens Night Market Fries and Canoe con carne desmechada, queso y salsa Arepalicious. All were delicious and addicting. The staff was very conscientious of the wait and apologetically explained it was their first week open and they are still getting acclimated and that the ingredients are all fresh. We need a place like Arepalicious in this area. Cant wait to go back! ¡Buena Suerte!
Excellent food, in a city like atmosphere and their prices are reasonable. Ever since they open the place caught my eye. One day me and my fiance went there to try it out. Weve been going there ever since at least once a week and have tried everything on the menu ,so far no complaints.
Just ordered 3 plates steak fried pork rice and beans it was not worth $73 and I waited 45 min i tell you one think if the food was good I would say it worth the money but it wasnt rice and beans was good guy placing order should have better manners and mind you he told me my order would take 15min and it was 45min I had to keep going in and out my car to find out what was going on with my order and also first restaurant to charge additional 10% on food i never heard of this in my life and I have been to other restaurants and never been charge extra 10% because of there inventory i dont think thats fair specialy what the world is going threw with this Pandemic
I came for the first time to try this place out and it took almost an hour to get my food and before I left I checked my bag and had missing items at this point I just wanted to go home and eat my food because I was starving. I get home and I find out that my arepa didn’t have any meat on it just guacamole on the flat bread so I waited almost an hour for food just so someone can put guacamole on top of it. Definitely got ripped off!
I came here with my wife to try a new place out and the food here is delicious! I had a bandeja arepalicious. It brought alot of food it was really good and my wife had an arepacone and she loved it. We took some pastries to go and they were very tasty as well. We will definitely be coming back to try the other stuff in the menu.
2nd time here. 1st time was open but they werent serving food. There was apparently some issue going on. 2nd time I ordered 1 plate of food. Grilled steak, rice and beans, non sweet bananas (tostones) took about 30 minus to come out. I wasnt able to eat there I had to take it to go. Smelled great inside, looked great inside but pretty slow. Id definitely come back though.
Very good food, but I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there, because of the Customer service.Even though most of the servers are kind, theres this lady that would never treat you well at all (leave alone saying the basic hello and goodbye), and that is only if she decides to talk to you, because the rest of the time, she will be ignoring you. When you get there, the place could be empty, but you will have to ask several times to be served, thats because it is same lady always at the counter, I have had to walk out without being served many times already. As I said, the only reason I go back there and I give 2 stars, is the food.
Was not impressed with the arepas. They were not thoroughly cooked & they tried to cover it up with cheese that tasted spoiled...gross. Asked for Colombian hot chocolate but got nestley quick. Pandebonos were dried but their buñuelos were ok. My lulo juice was mostly water, again no taste of fruit at all. Was disappointed because I was looking forward to an authentic tasty Colombian breakfast. It seemed as if the food was made with no thought or taste. I considered it a waste of time & money...ended up throwing food away could not eat it as it was tasteless & I just didn’t feel good after trying to eat it. Just threw $23.00 in garbage. Will never visit this place again...it’s too bad because it looked clean but the people preparing the food need to go 🙁 arepalicious needs to change name...there was nothing “delicious” about it...very disappointed in this Colombian establishment!
Rice and beans were amazing as well as our waiter. The arepas are not real colombian arepas(Im from medellin Colombia), theyre super soft and sweet basically served almost like raw dough. Not living up to the name arepalicious. Arepas should hold up with whatever you top them with, these just fell totally apart. Nice atmosphere and very pretty windows.
I would have given this plave 5 stats but last time I went me and my bestie got sick. I love thier food and the selection. The service is hit or miss. Some servers are great and barely pay attention to you. It is close to airport so good place to take folks right off a plane assuming getting sick isnt a regular thing... It has a parking lot which is also great so no meters lol. I got sick 4/24...and the which was the same day the servers were not as engaged in serving us so im assuming that day the empilyees werent being monitored or took some short cuts.I have been there other times and really enjoyef everything. Hope they turm it around cause the place is def a diamond in the rough
We decided to check this place out...it was new in the area... We walk in to the entire staff that looked upset and angry.*Menus were falling apart, and were sticky with something. Thought this was new place?*Tv was very, very, loud with a soccer game playing.* There was a kid sitting alone at the table next to us playing loud video games on a ipad (while the parents were eating at another table). And we had the loud tv above us playing. 🤪🤔*no one offers water, bread as we sit there waiting for someone.*sorry to be harsh. Maybe it was a very off day for you guys.* Need to up the customer service.* food looks good online, just wish we were served.
This was a great place to grab some dinner after a day at Rockaway Beach! We didnt know the area well but the name caught our eye. My friend and I tried the arepa sampler of three arepas (chicken, pork, gucamole,) which was great but the entrees were even better. I had the Carne Asada which was prepared great, came with a boat load of sides so I couldnt finish it all :D Point is, we would come here again and you should to when youre heading back from Rockaway Beach.
The arepa con queso or cheese was disgusting!! They brought in cold with a lot of cheese. I told the guy at the counter he was nice to say they will make another one. Second one was still disgusting. Never again. I give 2 starts because of the two people at the counter were nice. The lulo juice was okay. Tasted more like milk.
The menu is trendy, Giacamole was some best ever but long wait for food food was cold and the bean thing I got seemed to be all leftovers thrown all together tasted old n dry.. I recommend a chef to oversee and expedite the food so people get food in a timely matter n food is hot.also make menu smaller so u have better control it’s way to big for cooks in the back
I placed an order of bistec encebollado, after 30 min, I picked it up the order, and when I open the container to serve it and eat it. It was the wrong order carne asada, I called the restaurant to tell them that they have gave me the wrong order. The person who answer the phone only says to me: IT IS OK, it is the SAME, it cost the same, it is beef anyway.Poor customer service!!
Cant believe as much as I loveeee their Arepas - I wont be coming back :( if you do want to try them I recommend placing your order on the phone. I have waited an hour for my breakfast & still waiting here 🙄 Ive been here maybe 5 times & my first bad impression was the bakery section had little flys in it. So I didnt order anything from there but the wait is forever ! For 2 arepas. So imagine paying $110 to not get your food in a timely manner. I use to tell all my friends about this spot but mamas empanadas or any other Colombian place makes good arepas too.

2022-06-11Great authentic food. Best Sancocho soup I ever had. Food takes long to arrive to the table but it arrives fresh and hot.. So worth the wait! The staff are amazing. So polite and courteous. Denise was our server and she made sure we had everything we needed. She stopped by our table a few times. I’ll be back really soon..Buen Provecho!

2022-03-03Enjoyed the Grilled Chicken with sweet Plantains, Arepa, Rice and Beans. Big Portions. Was very pleased. Service was good. When we arrived there was only one other table occupied and after 15mins it was busy. Didnt wait long for the food to arrive. Also we had Flan for desert, it was delicious.

2022-01-05Arepa licious has been on our list to check out for a few months now. We love your rainbows on the boardwalk during the summer, but we wanted some off-season. Luckily the spot is opened all year round. They still have indoor dining here, they require vaccination cards and ID. So we sat down at the restaurant which was pretty empty except for people coming to pick up things and deliveries. It was really cute they still had Christmas decorations up and lots to look at, in the bakery and even candies specialized from their culture. I ordered the Columbian burger, it was recommended as a sweet and savory burger that was extremely delicious with a really nice pineapple sauce and sweet coleslaw. When it arrived it was so big and so juicy. I highly recommend coming here and trying out the burgers. They also have roasted chicken which look delicious and I will be trying next time. My partner got an Arepa with shrimp and avocado. The Arepas are actually pretty big about the size of a hand and the Masa it’s made of white flour I believe. It was also very good a different texture from what I’m used to but something I also enjoy it. I highly recommend coming here and trying out the food where they are taking out or dining in. And the bakery looked awesome. Lastly we got a giant slice of flan to go, and it was so good. We left one in our house so it was a real treat. What are you waiting for go get some flan man?!

2021-10-04Their arepas are amazing, soft and the perfect hint of sweetness. However, their service is absolutely mediocre! My friend and I went on a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy at all (only 2 other tables besides us), yet they took 20 minutes to take our orders. We had to go inside and ask them to please take down our food orders. Mind you, there were 4 employees behind the counter just talking and chilling. Sucks when great food restaurants have bad service!

2021-08-25Food is great EXCEPT the rice and beans .I’ve eaten here many times and the arepas are the best! However when I order a meal with rice and beans…. It’s always way too much garlic and no other seasoning. Just a fair warning everything else on the menu is delicious

2022-03-22Food is very tasty but service is slow and food takes a very long time to be ready. However, the staff is quite welcoming and helpful. It’s also in a good location and there’s usually parking in front or in the parking lot, so that’s a big plus.

2022-01-19I love the food here. I work for sanitation and my partner let me know about this place. My burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were outstanding. Will recommend to everyone who will listen. Be back soon!!

2022-02-08It’s the small details that matter.. The food here is really good but be sure if you see something you want on the menu don’t just assume that’s exactly what you getting. Menu said all fries come with a special sauce. Ours were served plain. We didn’t get a special sauce on the arepas either, which I would of like since I’ve had food here before and it’s always been good and the sauce so good. Overall food here is really good just ask questions and be clear on what you’re ordering. Today we had the fries, they were okay. The arepa was a garlic shrimp always a hit.
