Our experience with this shop has been really good. They have a fantastic collection of lehengas and all sorts of bridal wear. Their designs are as per the latest trends and the material quality is also very good.

We got outfits for the sangeet and wedding for the bride, brides sister, groom. The service was excellent. We needed everything very urgently and they delivered in a timely manner. The Anarkali dress that was ordered beforehand were nicely made and the quality is worth the money.
Spent 2000 dollars on my wedding dress and it was all a SCAM. He told me everything will be okay and beyond the expectations. Got my wedding dress and it was short, did not even reach my ankles in-spite of taking all my measurements. It was so tight with no Zipper adjustment, i could not even wear it. PLEASE I RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY YOUR WEDDING DRESS FROM HERE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.
This store is a ripoff. We cant try on dresses. Dresses are very expensive. No return, no exchange. I got an expensive dress from the store. I wasnt allow to try on the dress at the store. The whole dress dont look good on me. Horrible. Rahul guy, and the other people that working in the store are liars and cheaters. Please stay away from this place. No try on, no refund, no exchange, and very expensive, quality of the fabrics are horrible.

Great experience! I have ordered a saree. Material is good and the amazing part was that I have got the stitched blouse too from Arman’s Bridal. I am very thankful for the on-time delivery. I wanted to wear saree on a special occasion and only because of Aman & Rahul, it has been possible for me.

Thank you Arman’s Bridal for my D day look. I felt like princess. My husband made it a point that I get the colour combination I wished for. The lehenga had a pinch of peach and the sequin work was cherry on the pie. Also my designer helped me with some changes which I needed on my blouse was done here. Thank you once again for my beautiful lehenga.
Arman’s Bridal has an exclusive collection of bridal lehengas and groom sherwani. We (bride n groom) both bought our wedding attire from here and it was awesome, classy and different. Aman & Rahul both are professional n friendly and they know exactly what your taste is like. The hospitality of the boutique is also nice they treat u well and give u all the time and attention u need to choose your big day dress.

I am incredibly happy with my lehenga for my wedding. I have been a seamstress for 15 years and I can say from experience that the fabrics, stitching, embroidery and every detail of the legenga I bought from here are of the utmost quality. I have had the lehenga for 2 or 3 months now and had it altered to fit and have had no problems. I have not seen any falling jewels, no unraveling, and not a stitch out of place. In fact, I had been looking for my wedding lehenga for many months and hadnt found anything up to my expectations for quality before I saw this lehenga. Since I bought it, I still have not seen anything online or anywhere else as beautiful as the one I bought. I will update this review with professional photos as soon as I receive them.I saw the lehenga on their Instagram and sent a message asking if it was still available. It was quite literally the lehenga I was dreaming of and I had to reach out immediately when I saw the video they posted of it. I was unable to go into the shop for a couple weeks, though, and was worried it would have been sold right away. To my surprise, when I finally was able to go, the lehenga was available. I am absolutely in love with it. It came with two dupattas, a velvet and a net, and they altered the blouse for me for FREE in a timely manner. They also packed it neatly into a strong gold carrying bag and gave me a very fair price.Not only that, but the patience and customer service the owner showed with my family was incredible. My parents live in another state and could not enjoy the shopping with me in person. However, the owner could tell I was serious about this lehenga, was very understanding of my situation, and video called with my family for nearly an hour. Even though they could not be with me, the owner made my parents a part of the experience and alleviated their concerns.You may be wondering why I am going out of my way to write this review. I care a lot about writing detailed reviews (I am a local guide and Yelp reviewer), I care about supporting local small businesses, and most of all, Armaans made my bridal shopping experience truly exceptional and I think they deserve more positive reviews. I would advise potential customers to ignore many of the poor reviews others have written for Armaans Bridal and Rahuls Couture as they are false reviews sent from the family of one unhappy bride. Im sorry she had a bad experience, but it is unfair to brigade a business with false reviews. My lehenga does not have any glued on rhinestones as all the work is embroidered or bead stitched. But it is also normal and industry standard for some types of crystals or stones to be attached with beading glue. Even Swarovski crystals are attached with beading glue. As a seamstress that has glued on hundreds of stones in my lifetime, I purposely bought a lehenga that only had stitched beading because I knew that if I bought one covered in glued crystals, some would fall out.
In terms of designs and the collection, everything was superb! Even the staff were really gracious and were very helpful and they helped me choose my saree very smoothly. I looked gorgeous in designer saree and everyone complimented me and gave me amazing feedback.

I got my engagement lehenga designed from Armans bridal. Just amazing with the work, the design and the stitching was so perfect that I don’t have to get altered even once and the most important thing was, the lehenga was delivered to me before it was committed. Keep up the good work!
The lehenga was awesome. The stitching and the fitting was amazing as well. The quality was in complete sync with the pricing and the prices were satisfactory as well. All in all, great attire, completely loved it.
Went to Armaan’s Bridal to get customised Anarkali dress for my sister’s wedding. And it was an amazing experience. The designer is very friendly and she will suggest you a proper dress according to the event. It was great meeting her. I would definitely recommend this place.

Owners are 2 feet tall with napoleon syndromes wanted to argue and fight. They don’t do refunds or exchanges. Horrible customer service, they need to learn how to treat customers. No wonder this place has a 2.8 rating. We should’ve looked before going. Stay away from this place. Not worth the money and unprofessionalism.
Right from order to delivery everything was quite pleasant. Price justifies the quality. I liked their collection in Men’s Sherwanis, Lahengas, Anarkali. Collection in Draped sarees are also trendy.

Visited Armaans Bridal earlier this week and got a chic, trendy & modern Kurta for my little sisters wedding. Compared to the selection in and around the predominantly Indian neighborhoods within Queens, including mine in Richmond Hill, his selection was unmatched and not dated like the other stores trying to pass off last years unsold cheap Utsav overstock. Both him & his brother were patient, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. 110% recommend going here for your modern, stylish and chic Indian wear, as Rahul, Armaans younger brother, is also a well known Indian fashion designer who customizes and designs his own clothing line for a younger audience and it shows.
His craftsmanship and eye for detail is out of this world; and his designs are unique. Excellent place for getting a last minute wedding guest lehenga for a reasonable price

This store refused to assist my friend that bought a dress that was worth more than $2000. Not only did they refused to assist them adequately, after my friend told them all the beading was falling off, they proceeded to block them on all social media and on their phone. this is the most abhorrent customer service I have ever witnessed, this should not be allowed and I will be reporting this store to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrendous experience.1) terrible customer service. They treat you so badly its like they want you to leave.2) dropped >2k on a dress that was falling apart by time it made it home.3) no exchange was allowed.4) they said theyd glue it together? Unacceptable response.
Extremely rude service, refusal to allow for an exchange for a dress that was quite literally falling apart, blocked communications from us so we were unable to figure out a resolution for the dress. Overall very low quality service and wouldnt recommend anyone to shop here.

This place has nice collection but not the nice staff. We went to buy a wedding dress and the salesman was behind the register. He didn’t even come out to ask what we want or if we need any help. He was doing FaceTime to her girlfriend and making joke of us. Which was very unprofessional and rude. When we asked him to help us he was like come on weekend I cannot help you now. SO MUCH DISRESPECT.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. RUDE RUDE RUDE AFTER THEY COLLECT YOUR MONEY. If this place had a negative response for stars I will rate a negative. Dont give me wrong, they do have beautiful Indian clothing for weddings for the groom and bride. I spent more than $5000 in Rahuals and Armaans. These two stores are both affiliated with each other and are run by the same business owners. Rahual was very helpful but Aarman was completely opposite. After my fiancé picked up her lengha she asked about the jewelry to match her outfit, a female customer representative helped her and said dont worry we will give a great price. After she picked out the jewelry they said the price for jewelry will be $1500 dollars. My fiancé stated to them the price is little to high she will discuss it with me and get back to them. They insisted she should buy it and will give an extra discount, my fiance stated to them its ok , she will let them know later on if she need it. That was the worst thing my fiancé could say to them, they got completely nasty. Aarman came in and said he can give a discount, and since my fiancé still didnt want to buy the jewelry , Aarman got nasty and shouted out this is final discount and if you come back tomorrow its going to be full price ,his actions showed frustration and anger. He also walked away quickly and while walking away he said well you all have a nice day with his back facing my fiancé and her mother. When they finally gave my fiancé the lengha they place it in a blue plastic bag similar to a bag .99 cents will give you, didnt say thank you or hear you go. They started switching off the lights and said we are closing now . My fiancé stated to them wait where is the bag that you guys showed me before that I can store my Indian outfits after my wedding, these are clothing special to me and I need to cherish it for the rest of life . They gave my fiancé no comment, looked at her with the nastiest expressions, switch back on the lights and basically took the correct bags from the storage area gave it to her and began switching back off the lights before my fiancé and her mother could leave the store. Words off advice , if this is how you operate your business it will fail, it donot matter how good your products look , consumers in todays society look for that personal service. Its called CARING for the customer. Especially when they spent over $5000 dollars. Thats a lot off money. My entire family and friends that will never shop at your locations moving forward.

2022-06-02I needed to buy Indian outfits for my sons wedding who was marrying a lovely girl. We went all in for the ceremony and looked splendid in outfits. I bought two outfits that were made to measure and several pieces of jewellery as well as 3 outfits for men. As they all took different times to be ready, I received frequent emails to let me know the progress. Great service.

2022-01-27Im posting this review after a very difficult situation my friend had with this shop. We are in the middle of preparing for her wedding and its already a very tense situation and he made it even more difficult for all of us. When she tried on the dress the gems were spilling everywhere. In fact every time she tried it on dozens of gems would fall so much so that we needed to keep a bag because of how poorly they were put on the dress. How can she wear this when its falling apart already???? When she reached out about this, he told her that they cannot refund or exchange. She asked if it could be fixed and he immediately blocked her. Her mom called and he blocked her number as well. He is blocking numbers and comments to avoid any accountability. Ive never come across such an unprofessional and rude business in my life. Absolutely will never return and will tell everyone about it. Save yourself and do not buy from this business.
