Dave took great care of me! And so did Evan. I really appreciated the “at home” feel Dave was able to project during my time testing 2 Chevy Malibu’s . Carolyn Hendrickson is who youre looking for when you walk in this place !! Today she helped me with a 2015 Nissan Versa and honestly she did everything besides buy it for me! It was quick and painless, and as we all know thats not always the case getting a new car. She helped with registration and insurance because I had my own running to do, also called to let me know when my car was ready and was more than happy to await my arrival back at the shop to pick up the vehicle, JUST to make sure I didnt have any questions for her personally. I definitely recommend armory auto to anyone I know, and if you want to absolutely love your experience ... Ask for Carolyn!

Not to crazy with the new layout of the new service center and the dealership. Got a oil change and tire rotation and it cost $111.00 What the hell..... We also checked out a couple of 2020 Jeeps and all though they were beautiful.....Im just not sure why they are so much or are they trying to pay off the new building quicker.....
I just went in for an oil change and walked right back out when they showed me the price. I own a Dodge 3500 diesel. Shame on me for not asking ahead of time, but $200 for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I understand my vehicle takes double the amount of oil, but thats a material cost and the price per gallon of oil used should go down on a unit basis when purchasing more. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and ask questions about your bill if youre daring and choose to venture in here!
Sauro Iardella was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle I expressed interest in. He was helpful without being pushy or insistent, and as a result I had an extremely positive purchasing experience. Would definitely recommend the Armory to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My experience here was very pleasant. I was informed that the mechanics were slow on repairs. And they were. They also put to much oil in when they changed my oil.

2022-03-235 star for the dealership 5 star for sal my sales guy been coming here for years bought two vehicles!The only problem I have here is with one person at the service department wish I knew his name but every time me and my wife comes here he’s so unpleasant to work with The only thing the service department need to work on is this guy!

2018-10-23Darren Diamond is by far the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with. I knew what I wanted, the price range I wanted to be in...he did not try to sell me something else. I had my own financing in place, he asked once if I wanted to finance with Armory, I said no, and that was it. Other dealerships were pushy....pressuring my to finance through them, and I even had a dealership tell me they would NOT sell me a car unless I financed with them. Armory was completely different. My entire experience with Darren Diamond and the Armory group was wonderful! I could not have asked for a better team then them. If you are looking for a vehicle, do not go anywhere else. GO SEE DARREN DIAMOND!!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

2018-04-30I recently purchased a 2017 dodge journey from here The vehicle was in top shape with only 12,900 miles, it was a tad out of my price range but the salesman had no issue getting the price I wanted. very pleased with this dealer ship and I took a gamble driving the 5 hours for a test drive but it was well worth every minute of it. this place is legit . thanks againDarin Freeman

2015-11-25Thank you so much to the guys down at Armory in the pre-owned sales department! Harry was fantastic and knowledgeable about every car we looked at. He listened to what we wanted and didnt try any tricks to deter our search. He sold us exactly what we came to get!We did a lot of research online before setting foot on the lot, and Armory, by far, had the best selection of pre-owned autos with the most fair pricing for year/mileage around the whole capital district. The car we purchased is in fantastic shape, new tires, new brakes and rotors, clean and priced fairly! The team did fantastic work with our financing and helped us move up the food chain in the credit world. So relieved to have a beneficial finance plan! At last weve broken free from the loan sharks! THANKS ARMORY for a great deal!
