I cant believe USAA use these folk for military families travel needs. This company has made me miss out on a balcony cabin at a better rate all because they didnt want to call the cruise line and wait on hold. Thats the purpose of having a travel agency!

Right now they get zero stars. Book a vacation package on April 26th its now October 4 . My tour has been canceled and I had to do the leg work. They contacted MD Ali team twice August 18 and September 8.lack of communication ,lack of professionalism and lack of respect. I would never use company again or refer them to anybody. I hope USAA stop using this company and I would never use this company ever again

I had a beautiful time in Jamaica. The travel? Was a terrible experience. I traveled with a very large group and our group leader was extremely organized and detailed. Ada , our travel agent, messed up the spelling of names for EVERYONE in our group. Some had names on their tickets that weren’t even remotely similar to their actual names. This made our experience at the airport a complete nightmare. We spent 3 hours getting tickets corrected. The agency attempted to charge us for each name as if the mistake was ours. Luckily for us JetBlue was SUPER accommodating and changed our names free of charge. Ada seemed very disorganized each time I spoke with her over the phone to make my payments...

Loved the travel arrangements but had a terrible experience with my travel agent Ada. We had serval issues regarding clerical errors and miscommunication prior to the trip. We thought everything was sorted before getting ready to depart to find out everyone’s name were wrong on their boarding pass whether it was incorrect spelling or a whole new name. Thankfully JetBlue was able to help us for free despite ARRIVA trying to charge us to fix THEIR mistake. If you are going to book with this company be prepared for a beautiful stay but HEADACHES nonetheless.

My sister and I are taking our daughters and granddaughters on our dream vacation to Italy. We were lucky enough to have been recommended to call Rosalinda at Arriva Travel. Rosalinda has been exceptional in all her suggestions for us. I told her our dream of staying in a Villa in Sorrento with a terrace overlooking the water. She searched and searched until she found us the perfect place. She arranged transportation and tours. She advised us about details and sent pictures of the villa and told me about stores and restaurants in the area. She advised me of things to do and places to go. We can’t thank her enough! Fantastic Trip to the Caribbean!They are very proficient having them been all over the Caribbean, and they give you advice based on your needs, plus they have special rates lower than you may find on line.Im going to the Dominican Republic again this Feb.Excellent friendly service, Renato is Fantastic!Bravi!

Disorganized, and unprofessional! I was unhappy with the service I received from ADA and I called the owner, he took my complaint and never called me back with a resolve. ALL of our Air Tickets were wrong, when ADA isnt in the office other colleagues can not review the information she has booked. Overall horrible customer service and I would advise everyone to use other means of travel arrangements!
