I have been coming here for a couple of years. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The atmosphere is open and inviting, even zen-like, making for a great workout environment. Multitudes of equipment ranging from the traditional to Pilates apparatuses makes my workouts with Joy Karley fun and challenging at the same time.
Clean, light filled pleasant space. Good equipment and ambiance, good trainers/coaches and a fantastic and thoughtful owner/manager. I would give Studio 26 12 on a scale of 1-10!
Studio 26 is a place to learn, practice, and have fun!! Everyone has a smile on their face, even when theyre working out.. which is saying a lot since theyre getting their booty kicked. Overall, an awesome wholesome environment.
I participated in Jennifer Whitmores Sacrum workshop this past weekend. Studio 26 lends itself naturally to Higher Education, with its upscale, supportive environment in a great location, with all the right props, and trainers that are seriously upgrading their skills. Both Jen and Jared are very knowledgeable about anatomy, bio-mechanics, teaching, and healing. I look forward to my next Studio 26 workshop with Jen and Jared.
Working with Studio 26 on a high-profile cover shoot for Pilates Style magazine was as seamless as it gets. Not only is the space drop-dead gorgeous and insightfully innovative, Jared and his team were unbelievably accommodating and inviting down to the smallest of details.
Studio 26 not only has a great space, they have great ethics behind their business. I love that they are as passionate about environmental practices and helping the community as they are for physical health and movement.
Studio 26 is bright, clean and friendly. It’s a great place for a treatment or a workout and everyone wears a mask.
Most relaxing haircut Ive ever had. Carly was great, didnt force any small talk on me (does anyone actually want to talk about the weather?), and styled my hair beautifully! Found my new go-to stylist :)
The business design gives instructors independence and freedom to how build their clientele or hours!! Also the studio tries to build community among practitioners which helps us to stay strong!
Studio 26 has superb professionals for various services including Pilates, massage, personal training, etc. The space is beautiful and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Cant recommend highly enough!
I live there. Also... Its a great break from the concrete jungle with smiles, greenery, light and positivity. Its a one stop shop for clients to see new modalities of healthcare without having to go down the rabbit hole of the internet. In this day and age its refreshing to shake a hand and talk to someone for 5 minutes instead of emailing back and forth.
Jared is brilliant. He sees the whole person and structures individual workouts to correct the mind body habitual patterning that you cant see yourself. He has a way of looking at you and finding your weak link from prior injury and subsequent compensation. Jareds method teaches your brain and body to re-connect so that you build new and stronger, more efficient patterns which will then protect your body from future injuries.
Gorgeous space! Very professional and friendly staff. Such a pleasure to rent and to work out here. A true physical training oasis in NYC!

2021-06-02We had such a great and positive experience renting out the space for our brand photoshoot! Jared was so friendly and thorough in making sure we had everything we needed for a successful shoot. I would definitely recommend the space! Cant wait to work together again in the future.

2019-04-18This studio is gorgeous!!! Clean and they have everything you need as an instructor. The front desk is sweet and very helpful. They have this gorgeous living green wall that makes you feel like you are outside. Great natural sunlight and good vibes. Definitely would recommend for a rental studio or if you are looking for Pilates, personal trainer, massage or PT. 5 stars!

2021-05-07Studio 26 is uniquely suited for practitioners who work across multiple disciplines. Private treatment rooms, a Pilates studio, and a strength training space are all under one roof. As a trainer & Pilates instructor it allows me to conveniently schedule my sessions no matter what type of movement modality I am teaching.

2019-01-31Had a great first private pilates session with Yera at Studio 26 today.The space is beautiful, well lit, well maintained and really clean and all the equipment was in great condition.What really made me want to leave a review though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was, from the receptionist to the owner to the masseuse.No one was super salesy or pressuring you to sign up for stuff but rather just clearly really good at what they do (Im a former semi-pro athlete and qualified personal trainer so am very fussy and know my fitness stuff pretty well) and want you to help you with your goals.Other people training there clearly loved it and the people they were training with as well.Overall: fantastic experience and Ive booked my next session and plan on being a regular!

2017-07-28Top notch professionals. I am in the best hands at the studio (whether its Pilates, personal training massage or PT). It also has a friendly causal feel while maintaining professionalism. You have a sense that everyone that works there enjoys being there. Great front desk as well. A very welcoming environment.
