I was shocked that this place has NO accommodations for handicapped people. We were there for a wedding. The outdoor ceremony was down several rough-hewn steps. We delayed the ceremony 15 while they maneuvered my 95-year-old mother-in-law to get down to the seats. Another project to get her back up. The cocktail hour was inside but up about 30 steps. NO ELEVATOR. We saw that dinner was being served outside. We left without sampling any of the food.

Attended wedding. The venue is lovely. Country setting. Difficult to walk with heels. Gravel parking, uneven walk to Mansion, lots of stairs made with rocks. Flat are definitely recommended.Happy hour was good. I did not enjoy the main course. The doid was cold. The preparation was subpar. The staff was good, but they removed food, drinks while you were up dancing, bathroom which was a little bit of a nuisance. I constantly came back to my wine gone, dessert etc.

I have seen photos of weddings of this gorgeous venue online and couldn’t wait for the opportunity to attend one myself. We hosted a colleague’s retirement party there and it did not disappoint. From the moment you pull in, you’re transformed back in time. The grounds are peaceful and the mood is magical. Once at the party, we were allowed access to the entire grounds. We could walk and look at the beach and take in the amazing mansion. The food was amazing, the staff so accommodating and the pavilion room had a rustic and relaxed feel to it. No weddings in my future, but it will be the first place I look for an event where I want the guests to feel relaxed, transformed and peaceful!

We had our wedding here and could not be more happy. The venue was beautiful, the grounds were perfect, and the staff was among the friendliest and most accomodating people I have ever met. Every one of our guests complimented us on the uniqueness of the venue.

We had our wedding at Arrow Park on 8/24/19 and it was absolutely perfect. Stephanie was extremely helpful and accommodating during all the pre planning and Kaitlyn was the best coordinator I could have asked for. The venue, as a whole, is stunning. The gardens where the ceremony took place were so green and the plants, bushes/flowers were perfectly landscaped and so beautiful. The mansion was honestly my favorite part of the grounds. It’s so rustic and unique- our guests took so great pictures here and loved it. We had our cocktail hour here, but our head count was over 100 we had to have our reception in the pavilion. I didn’t love the space because the rest of the grounds are so green, rustic and beautiful and the pavilion was a little dated, but with Stephanie’s help, I had the ceiling draped and my florist helped spruce it up as well. We even had our after party down at the beach- our dj played some music and we roasted s’mores and hotdogs- our guests loved it! Overall-5 star experience and I would highly, highly recommend the venue.

Food was absolutely amazing!!! Thom from back of the house catering and his catering staff came to the rescue after my wedding coordinator (fyi the first coordinator took an immediately leave if absence) had a melt down and couldnt handle the pressure where there was a monsoon the day I got married and had to have everything moved inside. There was no coordination from the staff at arrow park, very few emails over the course of the year except for 4 weeks before you get married. I showed up with hair and make up done having to set up my wedding 1 1/2 hours before my guest were showing up and missed all of my getting ready photos. Everything is à la carte, you pay a tax and gratuity on your bar bill, food bill, pavilion rental, mansion rental and it adds up! Had we know this we would have walked away for forfeited our deposit. They gave us 3 hours to set up an entire wedding ourselves (if you dont hire a coordinator to do everything for you) nothing was organized! my friend got married a few weeks before I did at Arrow Park (small world) and they ran into similar situations because of lack of communication. The place is gorgeous, it was very romantic and vintage feel but it was beyond stressful and much more money than me anticipated. If you do get married there do your due diligence!

We just worked at the venue as a String Trio and loved it. It is very beautiful, with old world charm and great views from the older home/mansion of Arrow Lake. The venue coordinator, Kaitlin is a complete sweetheart. Her staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. To me the true meaning of class is that all are treated kindly and with dignity. Thank you Kaitlin and bartender ( so kind) and staff! We hope to see you again someday.Natalie & Capriccio Ensemble

I cannot say enough about how perfect Arrow Park was for our daughter’s wedding in September, 2019. We had known about Arrow Park for years and we were very happy that our daughter and her fiancé chose Arrow Park for their wedding.Having a wedding at Arrow Park is like spending the weekend at a comfortable, beautiful, private and unique country house back in the heyday of the 1920’s. The mansion, garden and grounds are much as they were 100 years ago with original architectural and landscaping details and all the charming and gracious ambiance of a distant and very civilized era. Our bridal party stayed at the mansion where cocktails and the reception were held; the ceremony itself was in the beautiful Victorian-style garden and our dinner and dancing were in the immediately adjacent pavilion and were followed by a bonfire down on the lake’s beach. We had the entire place to ourselves from Friday afternoon for rehearsal dinner through Sunday morning. If you have ever been to a wedding held at a place where people are streaming in and out and numerous events are scheduled stacked on top of one another, you will appreciate the privacy and, may I say again, the relaxed weekend country house atmosphere of Arrow Park.Arrow has a terrific catering staff. The original kitchens have not been torn out to make way for the bubbling steam tables and lukewarm buffets of modern wedding venues. Instead we had marvelous Rocco and his assistants from Love + Rosemary who managed the bars and catered the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, the dinner itself and the s’mores down on the beach for the bonfire. Everything was outstanding, fresh and delicious. No one should mistake me: Arrow Park is not for everyone. If you insist on private bathrooms in every bedroom, if you prefer bland concrete block to intricate mosaics and tile fireplaces, if you require multiple electrical outlets instead of setting aside your electronics for a day, if you must have a fitness center, pool, rowing machine, minbar and giant TV instead of a lake, calm woods and a walk to a waterfall, then, please, head straight to the nearest chain hotel. If you want something truly unique and enchanting, where the members of the bridal party and all the guests will be exclaiming over how amazing this venue is, if you want your wedding to be truly special, then visit Arrow Park. We had the best time, we felt our money was very well spent and everyone came away absolutely delighted. We cannot recommend Arrow Park night enough; our experience was just fantastic.

Please keep in mind that this is a private venue. My family came here in the summer about 20 years ago. 2 months ago, we decided we would go to arrow lake over the summer. We called the hotel 5 times, and both wedding planner lines 2 times, and left 4 messages. No one would answer or return our call. After a few days preparing and a 4 hour drive we arrived at the lake. As we were going down to the lake we were stoped an informed that this was now a private property. We were then told to get off the premises. As we walked back to our car with a newborn baby, 2 very large coolers, and countless heavy bags one thing was known. This lake hasHorrific communicationandbad service
