A few days ago I went to art of glass looking to pick up brand new glass for my husband and cigars for his birthday. I was very unsure of what to buy my husband as I do not smoke. But the young man Malaki was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the glass and cigars. He was very polite and patient with me as I was unfamiliar with what kind of cigars my husband smoked, but he was able to help me still find a few cigars that my husband did end up really liking.A wonderful experience, polite staff, will return again!

I visited this place today for the first time, and Im mad at myself for wasting money at any other glass shop Ive been to.Joe, the boss man, was super polite, enthusiastic, friendly and all about helping the customer being satisfied.Bonus of military discount, at 16%!!!! Best Ive ever seen anywhere!!! Definitely will be shopping here again.
Where to start, Joe (Store owner) is a very nice and helpful guy, he really spends the time to help you learn and understand what your getting into and makes you feel welcomed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and does not pressure into buying. They sell anything from glass to accessories and everything in between. If your looking for a head shop with a great selection and great customer service, look no further, it’s right here!
Julia was a great help! This was our first time in the store and she helped us find exactly what we wanted. She also provided us knowledge experience about the items in the store! Overall, the store has a great selection, good prices, clean, spacious, and I recommend giving this store a try, even if you have your favorite go-to place.
Malachi and Brittany have always been super helpful. I purchased an expensive device that failed to work and they took good care of me. New device, suggested by Malachi, works great and im really happy with it.
Went in a few days ago, it was such a good experience it took me a while to find the words to describe how good this shop is. No bs. The staff is more than happy to greet you at the door and ask if you have anything in mind. (You arent left to do the guess work) the shop is laid out beautifully, their show pieces are right up front, presented in a nice case, and the usual retail glass is nicely organised, from spoons to water powered devices, pretty sure I saw some nice hand vaporizers I havent seen else where. The prices might be the best part of this place though: more than fair. Basically, if youre a local and you havent checked this place out, go there asap. Conveniently placed on the boulevard next to wine world. You wont regret this stop.
⭐Buyer beware... Just spent hundreds of dollars on a new piece for a gift I gave to someone an hour after purchase, filled with water and it steady leaks where clear and colored glass meet. I called them right away and explained what I purchased is defective and theres nothing they can do for me... what a rip off 💔😭
The Art Of Glass is a great store.. the store was immaculate. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. My shopping experience was a very comfortable experience.
Always quick and friendly service. I go in for the same thing everytime lol. The sweet girl with the blue hair (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name 😩) she’s always there and she’s awesome.
I was just in to get some butane and then I asked if they had Djarum...yep, they had it Great place. I saw a lot of selections. Will be back!
Less than one star. Very very poor customer service. Product failed after 4 days...apparently theyll only take something back within 2 days. Also was instructed by an employee how to use product when i purchased it...which was wrong. I was told that that employee no longer works for the shop. Really? And the owner on the phone was ok with treating a customer poorly. I was excited to see you open up, but Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
4 stars because they didnt have what I was looking for and they took someone ahead of me when I was there first waiting patiently however employee was very polite and apologized and was friendly

Amazingly friendly staff and a huge collection of glass thats always being updated. A perfect location for anyone in the NT/Amherst area. I used to have to drive twice as far to get to any other headshop
Store is good but the only employee was clearly overworked for the amount of people in the store and took at least 15 minutes to assist me. Need another employee on shift.

This place is awesome they carry basically anything smoke or vaping related you could need. From glass to juice, and all the accessories needed for it.
Very rude staff. Not helpful and I almost walked out. I felt judged because I didnt know what I was looking for and sadly will not being going back.
Employee was very rude towards me when I was in there the other day. I’ve spent lots of money in this store since they opened but will no longer support this business.

2022-02-28I haven’t bought a new piece in years ive been using a cheap 5$ left handed glass piece that had more suck through than hit I went to a couple shops scanned the shelves and nothing popped out at me mostly mass produced given up for the night my wife suggested this place. When i walked in I was greeted I scanned their massive selection until I got to the end and found the local pieces staff was there immediately to assist me as He pulled out a beautiful Sherlock being torn between Sherlock and spoon shaped I decided on the Sherlock. I got to the checkout ready to pay when they tell me to spin their wheel of deals and ot landed on buy one get one I was able to get 2 beautiful pieces great experience between staff and promotions I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in quality smoking!!!!

2020-09-07About 2 weeks ago I finally returned to this shop after not having been in a few months due to COVID, family, so on and so forth and it’s even better than what I remember last time, which was pretty awesome. Great selection but that was shadowed by genuinely stellar service From my dude Mordecai (no idea if that’s spelled right). Never felt rushed at all or that any question was silly, he really took the time to make sure I was educated on what was there and what fit my needs best without being even a little pushy. I’ve gone back just a few times in the past two weeks because it’s a rad place with even cooler people

2020-12-18The store has a very decent selection and the prices were very fair especially with the sales they had going on. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. One lady in particular, Mideah, really helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and shared a bunch of knowledge and helpful tips!!! The customer service was excellent I honestly left the store with a smile on my face! I will certainly be coming back to this store!!!

2021-03-17Just recently broke my piece so I came into the store looking for a new one. I honestly had no idea what I wanted yet. The lady who helped us out was Madiha. She was so sweet and kind. She actually knew what I wanted before I did. She was super helpful, will be visiting that store for now on for all my needs!

2020-06-15Between this location and the other one Art of Glass is one of the BEST glass shops Ive ever been in if not the best on the east coast. Great selection, awesome prices, and more importantly a large range of prices so there is something for everyone.Phil is an absolute Rockstar. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. If youre not thinking about letting him run a third location for you, you should be.

2021-03-08Came in around 8pm on Sunday. The employee was small talking with 2 people who were just looking around while I patiently waited to be taken care of. 1 of the customers couldnt have been older than 12 years old. He was well under 5ft and had a pre pubescent sounding voice. The employee didnt check his ID. I left without making a purchase because the employee than proceeded to small talk with customers who walked in after me . Wont be coming back
