First time getting my haircut here and I loved my experience! Anja was great and cut my hair exactly the way I was picturing. Emily was doing the hair washing and she did this AMAZING scalp massage that made the stress from my week melt away. Everyone is so nice and the space is decorated in an earthy chic vibe which I loved. Will definitely be back!

Have only been here twice and I love the way my hair came out!! Sandra did my cut and color and she is the only hairdresser who has made me love my haircut. My hair is thick long and wavy , and she does an amazing job, thank you!!
GUILIA!!! Thats all i have to say! She is amazing!!I have thick curly kinky hair that is by no means easy to manage. I hadnt been to a salon in years and was a bit anxious going in however Guilia was so patient and so attentive. She knew exactly what to do with my hair and i loved the results. Such a kind person that loves what she does. Will definitely be going back.

This was my first time going to art room hair and spa and my experience was amazing. As soon as my mom and I walked in Nenad offered us coffee and was just so nice. He was truly the sweetest person and did such an amazing job that my mom ended up deciding to cut her hair as well. I’m definitely going back for my next cut.
Ive been here multiple times to get my hair done wjth Nenad, and he always does a great job. He really listens to you & cares about your hair, and will consult you on getting what you want but also making sure your hair is healthy! He also makes you feel super comfortable. I love getting my hair done here, everyone is always super nice and the ambiance is always clean and nice. They even offer tea & beverages!! Will definitely be back again!
I just moved to Astoria and am so glad I found Art Room! Ive always a little nervous when going to a new stylist, but this experience was great. Sandra did a brilliant job with the cut and color. She really takes her time and you can tell she truly cares that youre satisfied with her work. The whole staff was super nice and welcoming too! Ill absolutely be a repeat customer.
Nenad is a great stylist. He is very friendly and open to helping you achieve your best hair. I came in for a curly hair appointment and I got more curls than I imagined possible. He was able to reshape the definition of my curls that I have lost. I had a 5 star treatment every step of the way. I had the best hair wash I experienced at a salon (really good scalp massage). I cannot recommend this place enough. From the stylist to the front desk. A very friendly environment with great attention to detail.
I cannot say enough praise for GIULIA! She took me in at short notice, did the consultation and got to work. She is a very talented artist and a true professional! No time was wasted, she is incredibly efficient, truly loves what she does and takes great pride in her work. She also genuinely cares about her clients and ensures that they are happy with their hair when she is done working her magic!The salon itself is impressive! It is spacious, airy, and clean and even though they were busy on a Saturday afternoon I did not feel crowded by other people. Am so happy to have found this gem of a hair salon!

Great prices, and very friendly stylists. Everyone is super Accommodating and listen very carefully to what it is that you want as a haircut. I was very very happy with my experience. It’s on the second floor so it’s not super easy to fine but if you need a haircut in the Astoria area, I 100000% recommend this place.
Lorna has been doing my hair for the last five years and I’d follow her anywhere. I am so happy she landed at the Art Room which is such a beautiful and fun salon! Lorna always takes her time and makes me feel amazing whenever I see her. Highlights on blondes can be tricky and Lorna is a pro!
Anja did such an amazing job on my hair! The salon is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. I asked for a gingery red which is hard to achieve and she really nailed it! The other girls in the salon left with great results as well. Definitely recommend!

Nenad did a great job on my curls and gave me advice for my hair. The woman who shampoos my hair and helped check me out was so sweet! Everyone there was so nice, such great service and they offered me a mimosa or Bellini! I did go with the coffee though lol. Will definitely be back here for my next haircut, everything was stellar and affordable!

I visited this place for the first time. I came in with high expectations for my hair color. Giulia took me in, listened to what I wanted and explained in detailed why it couldnt be done. She showed me the degree of damage my hair had. It was breakage all over and since it was pretty much on the back I never noticed it. She told me to trust her and I did, and she did an awesome job! My hair has to go through a healing process first and it started with my first visit. Even though it wasnt what I originally wanted, I am very pleased with my hair today and I feel even more confident knowing my hair is going to be healthy again and all is thanks to Giulia. This place is not cheap. You pay a pretty penny but I am positive the price will be worth if my hair goes back to be strong and beautiful. Her hair cut skills are beyond great! Thin hair people..you must come to her! See you in 6 weeks Giulia ❤

What a delightful experience! The place is adorable, very bright and lively with lots of plants. The pre cut washing and scalp message was heavenly and actually got rid of my tension headache. Anja cut my hair and she was so great. Super professional, great hair cut, and great conversation. I will def be back! :).
I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut by Nenad, would 100% recommend him, not only is he incredibly kind but he is also very talented and gave me the perfect hair cut. I had a great hair wash as well, very relaxing. The salon is spotless, zen, and beautifully decorated. It is one of the best hair salons in Astoria and if you haven’t already booked an appointment for any of your hair needs, I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.
Every time i have been here it has been a wonderful stress free experience. sandra is amazing. today was my daughters very first haircut and she was a little nervous but sandra was great with her. she talked to her and asked her what she wanted and how she would like her hair styled which made her feel comfortable and included. we both left the salon very happy! my daughters hair styling was complimentary and she even gave her a cute plush toy hair brush which was so kind of sandra to do for us. i love this salon and the whole team working here. very sweet and talented people!
I AM IN LOVE WITH MY HAIRCUT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE AND I CANNOT STOP SHOUTING IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS.Grab a chair and some tea and listen to my tale of woe turned wonder.Im a curly haired girl. For my entire life, salons have forced me to like my hair, problem being I love my curls, I dont need you to teach me to love them, I just need a good haircut.I grew my hair long out of desperation. Anytime I approached someone to get my hair cut short, i was told 1. Your hair is too beautiful, you will regret it if you cut it, are you sure? Why dont you come back next month if you dont like this trim im giving you or 2. Oh, it will look like an Afro it wont look good on you.When i say ive searched high and low and given up hopes for a good haircut, i really mean it. Ive tried haircuts for 400 dollars and 4 dollars, and ended up liking $4 haucuts better that the you must learn to embrace your curls speech they gave me with my $400 haircut.So one fine day, freshly dazed from a vacation halfway across the world, jetlagged semi conscious and feeling my allergies all triggered and my hair drenched in sweat, I was DESPERATE to chop my hair off. I wandered around the bathroom, thinking of doing it myself like Ive been ever since I gave up hope after the $400 haircut at Curlisto. But thankfully, I didnt have the energy to clean, so instead I googled. And found this very interesting women owned business with an unusually high rating, in Astoria.Hmm. Interesting.Ive seen the worst.Whats the worst that could happen?All my hair just needs to come off. And come off now, so I could breathe.I called, half expecting the Curlisto wait time of 2 weeks, and being insulted by someone on the other side of the line asking me if I can afford their services. And threatening me with a $150 charge for a no show.I was given an appointment in the next hour.I got there at the exact time.I was immediately taken to a clean, well lit and well organized seatThere was enough spacing for COVID safetyThere, I met Nenad who will be the only person who I will allow to touch my hair here on out.My expectations were clear.Maximum style. Minimum hair. Zero maintenance. Do whatever the heck you will.Im sure he thought I was crazy, I was too tired and jetlagged to care. I know what haircuts look like.I left the salon feeling light and happy that my hair was gone. I didnt really care how it looked. Of course, products trigger my allergies and I washed my hair clean as soon as I got the opportunity.The next day, and I kid you not, Nenad had delivered on my dream of minimal hair, maximum style, zero maintenance.My dream haircut.Please carry cash to tip. I didnt have any cash on me and that is my ONLY regret, but I plan to rectify that next month.The front desk lady excelled ( and of course Nenad) excelled at customer service and hospitality. The premises were clean, relaxing and well lit, providing great ambience. Especially loved the money plant growing on the ceiling.And that is the story of my dream haircut come true out if the blue. Now go get yours.
I loved my experience at Art Room Hair Spa. Sandra brought my hair back to life! She did a reverse balayage. She explained in detail the current condition of my hair and how to correct it in the healthiest way possible. I also had my 2 teenage daughters come in for a cut and style. They also love their hair. One daughter had a curly cut for the 1st time and she has incredible bounce and shine to her curls which she never had before. The whole staff is great and very courteous at Art Room Hair Spa. I cant wait to go back.😊😊

I’m delayed posting but Lorna did a great job! I hadn’t cut my hair in well over a year and was ready to cut a good 5-6inches. She helped me think of a style and cut it great I get so many compliments thanks Lorna!
Giulia cut my hair here on my birthday and it looked fantastic! I had the hot treatment and a cut and blow out. In total I paid about 120 dollars before tip, there was an additional charge for thick hair. I thought it was worth the price and for the quality. She spent a lot of time making sure it looked perfect and also fixed anything out of place after my blow out to truly make it perfect. I loved my hair so much. I would highly recommend Giulia to anyone with thick hair like me! The whole staff was super friendly, especially the blonde lady who washed my hair and prepped it for the hot treatment. A great place to pamper yourself outside of Manhattan!

This place is incredible! I spent the whole day going from very dark brown hair to blonde balayage. Sandra is amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the look you desire. Run, don’t walk to this salon!!!

I had highlights done a couple days ago by Anja. I am very satisfied with the results. I wanted icy blonde and she gave me icy blond. The overall service was great! I didnt have to wait when I got there, nice staff, calming décor, and Anja was sociable but not too sociable, which I appreciate. I usually have a hard time trusting people do my hair, but I felt very at ease the entire time. Will defiantly request Anja for a root touch-up in a few months.
I went to Art Room for the first time yesterday and had foilayage, root shadow and hair cut with Laura and she did a phenomenal job. She was very patient and thorough with the lightening process, and the colors turned out amazing. She did exactly what I asked for and could not have been more pleased! Highly recommend

I came here back in December and was blessed with Nenad! I showed up with years and years worth of box dye in my hair and I was terrified that whatever product the salon might use would melt my hair off. Nenad assured me that he wouldnt let that happen and let me know all the steps he would take. And in short 3 hours, my hair went from orange-y grown out box dye hair, to a glowing Ash brown/blonde balayge.Clean salon space, great price and very skilled stylists!10/10 would recommend Art Room Hair Spa to anyone I know!

This will be my 3rd time going to The Art Room Hair Spa and I always love how Sandra manages to transform my hair with her magic! Being a curly girl it’s always a little daunting getting a proper haircut or having the confidence in your hair stylist. That is not the case here, Sandra is the upmost professional and really explained what she was going to do once I showed her reference images on both the cut and color I was looking for. On top of all that, the staff is super friendly and welcoming while the salon itself is spacious and stylish.
Definitely the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I’ll be going to Art Room Hair Spa as long as I live in the New York- if I leave, I’ll consider flying back every 8 weeks for a trim!I went into Art Room Hair Spa for a curly hair cut with Sandra. To be honest, seeing that hair cut option on the website is what really drew me in- I have really thick, damaged curly hair after years and years of straightening and flat ironing. It has always been hard to find a hair stylist that I felt really understands the struggles of having curly hair. Sandra totally gets it.The studio is clean and spacious with a cool vibe (and cool view of 30th Ave.) + Sandra was warm, welcoming and professional. And very excited! Staff was wearing face masks, I had my temperature checked upon arrival and I was asked to wash my hands.What I really loved about my visit with Sandra was her ability to take the reigns and bring me along. She asked the perfect amount of probing questions to learn my history, my tendencies, my wants, and explained to me my hairs needs. Not only did she give me the best salon experience, I walked out of the salon with product recommendations, washing and styling tips and a new salon visit regime.Thank you so much Sandra!
NENAD THE HAIR GOD!! Not to mention friendly and talented. This is my 4th time at this salon, but my first with Nenad and I will absolutely be returning. When I arrived, I was immediately offered to use the bathroom to wash my hands, which I found to be very comforting during this pandemic. I was in the salon for 4 hours, but the way that he was completely and totally thorough made it all worth it. The way the balayage is blended is GORGEOUS! He listened to everything I wanted for my hair (both the color and the cut), and gave me a style out of my wildest dreams. I have received so many compliments on my hair, and I owe it all to Nenad. Could not recommend him and this salon more!

I cannot express enough how much I love coming to this salon and getting my hair magically transformed by Sandra. I’ve been going to Sandra for YEARS and refuse to work with anyone else. She is fantastic at what she does and her salon is beautiful. From balayage to styling and now that I’m going back to my natural curls and stopped straightening my hair, she knows exactly how to cut them and bring them back to life. Can not say enough good things about my experience here. Came in a while ago needing an emergency hair coloring and they accommodated me with an hours notice at the end of the night. The Sandra and the lovely lady assisting her who worked on my hair were professional, knowledgeable, and so kind despite the inconvenience of having to stay a little later for me. They really do make you feel like a neighbor and a part of the community. The service was done beautifully and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work. It is evident Sandra is very proud of her little oasis she’s created in Queens and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience there!
Yesterday was my very first time coloring my hair, ever in my life. I tried Art Room out because I read that they have the highest rating and most positive reviews around Astoria. And I was not disappointed. Sandra walked me through every detail, was very careful, and really listened to how I would want my hair to turn out. I got a foilyage with natural root (ash grey), Sandra and her professional team did a very amazing job. Hands down to this salon. Anja is amazing and I would recommend her 100000%. She is attentive, detail-oriented, patient, and so much fun to talk to! I had a boring layered hairstyle for over a decade and she convinced me to go for a blunt cut that I loved, and she is always giving tips on how to take care of my hair. Went in for a color correct and wanted an ash brown balyage. I have to say my colorist /stylist Anja was absolutely amazing. She heard what I wanted and did exactly that. I havent been able to get any other salon to do just what I wanted. I am so happy and pleased with my experience I will definitely be back !
I’ve gone back to Nenad twice now, he’s just done an amazing job with my hair every time! The first time I went it was for a choppy cut bob which turned out awesome and on top of that, the haircut grew out beautifully too! 5 months later I went back for a trim and some layers while I wait for my hair to grow out and he did another great job. Jason colored my hair and I WAS THE HAPPIEST IVE EVER BEEN WITH THIS HAIR COLOR.Every other time I colored my hair, the stylist (including very expensive stylist in Manhattan) never truly listened to what I wanted and just did what THEY thought was best or what is in right now.Jason actually had a conversation with me about the different options of how I could get the color I wanted and truly heard what I was describing. He spent time on my hair and truly was a perfectionist!! I received his undivided attention the entire time and my hair shows it.I couldnt be happier with Jason!!! He is amazing and gifted at what he does. I literally never write reviews but I just had to!!!!!!!And the studio is super cute and clean!p.s I couldnt do a good selfie of the hair but basically its a honey blonde!

Ive gotten my hair cut twice by Sandra and I really love her! She takes the time to understand what you want and will be honest. I went for a big change with getting bangs cut, which Ive never tried since my hair is very curly so I was a bit nervous. She did it amazingly!!! And even showed me how to diffuse-blow dry it. So happy I went for the big change and with her =)
Im a new client, and now a devoted fan! The space is bright, elegant, and welcoming, with an excellent soundtrack playing. Sandra listens carefully, explains quite fully whats needed to get the look you desire, and more than achieves it! The shampoo is an incredibly luxurious experience, and at the end, I was laughing and saying I didnt know my hair could *do* this! It has taken me years to find a salon, and Im never leaving here!

Nenad set up a plan with me not to touch my roots, only to tone when needed, and frequent cuts… let me just say I’m now obsessed with my hair! It’s so healthy and shiny. I’m constantly getting compliments on it, it’s insane. He’s the best and I trust him with my hair— whatever he recommends I’m all for and I never have any doubts. Best haircut of my life and I had the best time getting in! I had the awesome Lucky cut my hair and she is a literally lucky charm. I went yesterday to Art Room Hair and Spa. This is my third time and I had a woman named Lucky. She was amazing. She took me right away and was able to talk through with me the plan for my hair. I left with my hair looking and feeling amazing. She was also a great person to have a conversation with while getting my hair done! I am definitely going back and requesting to see her again!
Never given a review but I couldnt resist ... first impression when you walk in is that of a spacious, clean and organize studio followed by warm and sincere greeting. Sandra, my hairstylist, has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. She is charming, welcoming and easy going. Her approach to her business and clients is outstanding. And of course not to forget she can do wonders with your hair like she has been doing with mine.
I received all of my best haircuts from Art Room! The past week Nenad did incredible work cutting and styling my hair! Im so happy with it! Everyone was wearing masks and proper hygiene was enforced, so I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. I also got an excellent haircut from Yuros the last time I was here. Im always nervous about letting someone style my hair, which is very long, but I plan on coming here for all future haircuts! ✨

My colorist and stylist was Laura and she was very diligent in making sure she understood what I wanted and then executed. She is a perfectionist with an eye for detail. She is very particular in her craft and a good communicator to make sure she is still on the same page with you.I am extremely happy with my color - quite a drastic change from my natural dark brown to quite blonde. I wanted an ashy, beige, blonde and she created a lot of dimension in one visit. My cut was quick and efficient and her styling of my very curly hair was fast and thorough.If you are unsure of where to go in Astoria, like I was, the Art Room won’t let you down.

She’s older now, and after realizing that’s not going to work for me anymore it was time to find a new stylist. Enter The Art Room. I was very nervous to have my haircut by anyone who isn’t my mom. Was looking for salons in Astoria and came across this one. I didn’t have an appointment for my first visit and they were happy to accommodate.The salon itself is a beautiful space. Lots of plants and great lighting.Nenad is phenomenal! He is so professional and patient and knew understood what I wanted even when I didn’t know exactly how to explain it. I came in for a balayage and got some curtain bangs as well.Four weeks later I came back to refresh my toner. Nenad guided me in the care process and made sure my hair is well taken care of. I could not be happier with the outcome!Both were very pleasant experiences. Will definitely recommend!
Nenad was my stylist and all I could say is WOW. My hair was extremely streaky, uneven, and overall a mess but he was able to transform it completely. You can tell how much care and though he puts into his clients, and I couldn’t be happier with my hair! Definitely will be coming back to this salon for all my future hair needs

I went there to fix my hair after coloring my hair for my first time ever with another person and they did a horrible job. I was afraid to go here due to the experience I had before at another place but I trusted the hairstylist and it came out amazing. I am glad I went there. I loved the job she did on my hair. I got a balayage, somehow she made it look natural and pretty. She understood what I wanted and did a perfect job. I would definitely go back.Great staff, truly professionals, clean salon and friendly people. You won’t have to wait a long time either. This was my first time at Art Room and I was so happy with my hair cut! Sandra did an amazing job with my asymmetrical half shaved pixie cut. I have wavy/curly hair and she cut my hair with a razor. She put such care into making sure it was what I wanted, and she moved the razor through my hair like an artist painting a canvas. I now have a go-to place in Astoria!

Sandra did a fantastic job giving me the teal balayage of my dreams! I have a lot of hair and she was friendly and enthusiastic the entire time I was in the chair, even after we realized it would take longer than we thought due to my natural color wanting to take the dye as well. I felt and still feel like a mermaid two months later. Before I left, Sandra went over some tips to keep my hair as vibrant as possible. The salon itself is clean, as well as relaxing, with chill decor and good music playing. When I’m ready for rich color again, I will definitely be back!EDIT - Back post pandemic and had another fantastic cut and color at Art Room Hair Spa! This time my stylist was Nenad, and he was super friendly and worked with me to achieve a cut chop when I just wanted my pandemic hair gone. He gave me a super natural sun kissed balayage and gave me some good advice on styling my new length as well. It was only Nenad and I in the salon, so it felt safe to be there for my entire appointment. Just like last time, it was a chill ambiance, and very clean. I’ve had two great hair cuts with Art Room, so I’m sure I will be back!
Oh what an amazing first time experience I had with the amazing Sandra. I’ve been bouncing around from one stylist to the next with nothing short of bad hair experiences. When I went to Sandra I had jet black ends and fire roots so after a very detailed consultation she proceeded with a much needed hair correction. Four grueling hours later I came out of the experience with the best balayage work I ever had! Go to Sandra, you will not regret it.

I came here on a recommendation. I have unruly curly hair. Sandra and staff were polite and attentive. Sandra walked me through the process of what she was going to do. Not only did I want and need a curly cut I also wanted to go back to my original color. Sandra listened and didn’t sell me any other services. Art Room Spa is my new curly girl spot after searching for years for someone to not only cut my unruly curly hair but someone who knows how to cut curly hair and teach you how to manage it. This was my second visit to Art Room and Ive been super happy with the result both times! This time, I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Uros. I had gotten a not-so-great haircut from a place in my hometown over the summer, and Uros completely understood what I needed fixed. I found this salon (and miraculous Hair-Whisperer Jason) about a year ago and I have had a standing appointment EVERY MONTH ever since, with no plans of stopping! Need your hair colored? Jason took my absolute disaster of a head and made me gorgeous, and maintains my grays every 4 weeks. Need a cut? Jason cuts my hair, and now my long-distance boyfriend from NC comes to get his hair done with Jason too! Need a treatment? Jason did a keratin treatment (I was terrified I had never had one done before) and I’m STILL seeing the benefits of that session 6+ months later! Plus everyone is just REALLY nice. I can’t rave about this place enough.

Saw this place had good reviews and was able to make a same day appointment. The salon is super cute and clean and I was excited! I showed the hair stylist a photo of myself with the hair cut I wanted, and Abel completely butchered my hair. He cut it two inches shorter than it needed to be and when I said that he had messed it up, he tried fixing it but after an hour of cutting away my hair it looked horrible. I’m extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning.
Every time I go to this salon there’s no such thing as disappointment. I go in expecting my hair style to look like pics I’ve seen on Pinterest or instagram. And Sandra delivers it exactly how I expected to come out . Not to mention even when she washes my hair she washes with care , unlike any other salon I’ve been to washing it roughly. Sandra always suggests what color would look good on me whenever I want to switch up my hair color. And she doesn’t just do it for the money. She always let me know changing some color certainly can damage my hair. Hair cut by her is amazing. I’m very picky with how I want my hair cut to look. I moved to nyc 10years ago and couldn’t find a hairstylist that I like until this year with Sandra.

Art Room and Spa was very easy to find, just of the N and W trains in Astorias 30th avenue! Salon is at prime location that is convenient for me to get to, even after a long day at work. After entering the salon, I felt welcomed by Sandras big and warm smile. I told her what I need to be done with my hair and she answered all my questions. I had bad experiences with hairdressers before when they over process and overcharge me and I felt unhappy. Finally I found Sandras hair salon and someone who is very versed at her profession with a gift to listen and deliver. That is rare! The final result was above all my expectations. I will be back for highlights and haircut soon

What an amazing experience I had today. I visited Art Room for the first time and sat in Sandras chair. I told her what I wanted and she patiently listened to me. Once I finished she told me her vision and opinion of what I should get and wooooooow was she right about that. It was beyond me expectations. Im definitely a come back costumer and highly recommend Sandra and her staff. Getting Balayage and a haircut with blow dry I spend there some time and had the chance to see the other girls working as well. All of them give their clients 1000%, from counseling until the end product, no disappointments. The salon located on the second floor gives a great cozy vibe, with lots of space and lights, but most importantly it gives privacy. Im glad I found the Art Room team and cant wait to go back.

I had an amazing experience with Sandra! She made my visit very comfortable and took her time with my hair till she and I were both satisfied with the result . Its a wonderful private salon on the 2nd floor away from any wandering eyes. As a hijabi (head scarf) woman its hard to find a salon that accommodates for us women who dont want the opposite gender around or looking through the windows for religious reasons . Sandra made sure the day and time I came in , I was able to take my head scarf off without having to worry about men being in the vicinity as I got my hair done. My hair at the end looked amazing after the deep conditioning, hair cut and blow out!

Great new hair salon in Astoria. I did a balayage and haircut with Sandra and the result was amazing. Its hard to find a good colorist nowadays, so thats definitely my new place for highlights, color, balayage, keratin, etc. The sttaff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing, the interior is very unique and different.Today was my second time there and I just did a blow dry + beach waves style and it looked fabulous!They have discounts for both of you when you reffer a friend, so Im definitely going back to take advantage of it!

Came here to fix my hair after a bad haircut. Got a wash and cut. They were able to salvage it. Would come back again, however they keep spelling and saying my name wrong despite correcting them a few times 😅😅😅😅

2022-02-22For starters the atmosphere of the salon was absolutely beautiful & everyone make sure you feel very welcome. It was my first time doing a full head highlight and let me tell you, I fell in love. My stylist was Elisha. She did such an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable, she listened to what I wanted & she took her time to make sure my highlights came out perfect. Sandra was also very helpful. She was giving some tips on what color way I should go. She knows her stuff. Highly recommend. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

2022-05-27Samantha was amazing! I honestly thought my hair wouldn’t come out this light and evenly-colored, since i had some highlights and my natural hair color is darker brown. I showed Samantha my reference image and she did her magic! I loveee the result and I’m definitely going back to her for my hair roots touch ups. Thank you so much! She was very invested in the process and made me feel safe. Overall i really love the results I am deftly going back for a touch up, and any other adventures that come up with my hair😊😊😊.

2021-12-31Sandra was absolutely amazing. She has such a friendly personality which makes it easy to communicate what you want. She was giving me suggestions for hair colors and even gave me advice on my hair routine. She even took photos after of my newly red hair and sent them to me. Definitely will be coming back and recommending others to as well. Love my new hair color!

2022-05-24Sandra is a goddess hair stylist extraordinaire! I have very thick hair and this is one of the only places where Ive felt like that is celebrated rather than treated as a problem. It really means so much! Ive been getting my hair cut by Sandra for about a year now. Just got my hair colored by her as well and I absolutely love my new look. Highly recommend if youre looking for your new salon!

2021-10-22Sandra is an excelent hair dresser! She is a very attentive, listens to your needs and has a very nice and soft touch when taking care of your hair. Also, salon uses Alfa Parf vegan and no amonia hair colours. Definitely a must try! Thank you for making my hair Sandra! ❤️

2021-10-21Guilia is amazing! I just moved to the area from out of town and this is the first time I have gone to get my hair done by someone new in the last ten years. She made me feel so comfortable and made the experience fun! She knows her stuff and is very professional. Being new, I really appreciated how thorough her consultation was in the beginning and going over pricing to make sure I felt comfortable with everything! I already have my next appointment booked!

2022-01-01I had my hair colored for the first time and Sandra did an amazing job!! I wasnt sure which color to get, but she was able to find one that looks great with my skin tone. I am absolutely in love with my new hair and the staff was very friendly and open to any questions I had. Would definitely go again!

2022-05-21This was my first time to Art Room Hair Spa and let me just say, my hair was a situation! Lol. Lorna was a dream and fixed my hair, giving me a great cut! I am so happy with my new look and so grateful she was able to make something gorgeous out of the mess I walked in with. The studio space is so FUN! If you are a plant nerd like I am, you should definitely schedule an appointment here. There are plants all over, in the best way. It’s so cute and everyone is SO nice! I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door, until the minute I walked back onto the street. Their prices are so affordable as well, which makes it even more of a dream! Thank you Lorna and Art Room Hair Spa! I’ll be back!
