This place is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I I need a proper meal, this place comes immediately to my head. extremely good and food and a rich menu.great staff members, and pleasant spirit. Also, the expence is reasonable. I praise this restaurant with great pleasure.
Arthur’s Fish and Chips has some bangin’ fish and chips. The fillets and fries are fried to perfection. Their tartar sauce is finger lickin’ delicious. And for the cherry on top, their prices are more than fair.The only qualm I had was their portioning. I ordered a large portion of fish and chips and received three large fish fillets and the equivalent of a small fry at Mc’D*cks. What the heck? Please consider adding more fries to that fish. Even if I had been charged an additional $3, I would have never complained about the price and been 100% satisfied.I still gave Arthur’s 5 Stars because the quality of my food and service was just that, 5 Star.
Ordered recently and asked for corn on the cob. Received a phone call saying they were out of it and said they would substitute...i didnt get a choice, they decided for me and picked the 1 item i would never eat. The chicken was dry and overcooked and there was so much grease i could have fried an entire chicken in it...never again
When I arrived the cook was standing outside, looked like a customer. When I went inside to place my order, also with the same person. She did NOT wash her hands or out on gloves and proceeded to cook out good with her bare hands. I will NEVER return it recommend this place. It should be reported to Department of Health. Good wasnt that good either.
The best part of my experience was leaving and throwing the food straight into the garbage. You walk in and are greeted by two people behind the counter wearing sandals this is problem number 1. Im just going to start this list.1- employees wearing sandals2- the man preparing my order goes into the mini freezer with bare hands picks out my wings and dumps it in the fryer then proceeded to put his hands into the bag of uncooked fries without washing or wearing gloves.3- the same guy preparing my food goes into the tray of cooked fries and begins to eat.4- while my food is being cooked the same guy scratches his face and takes my food out the fryerThe only thing thats pudgies about this place is the logo on the receipt they have pudgies boxes taped together and they put your food in a normal foam container.Go to KFC if you want chicken its an extra 5 minute drive.
Ive been here twice and it has been an extremely long wait in a empty store.Its very small inside to wait. On our last trip there, the chicken was good and warm, but half our side orders were cold. I wont go here again.
The food is consistently fresh and tasty, workers hands out fantastic customer service. I loved how clean it is and atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Chicken and fish is consistently overcooked. If you like the taste of oil then you might enjoy their food.
Not the greatest but not the worst. Chicken is a little greasey. But its good for a quick dinner to bring home with the family.
As bad as it gets, very poor help who will continue with their phone call or text as you stand at the counter right in front of you. Its my biggest pet peeves. I waited and they continued to ignore me so I left.
I wish i could add a photo. Baked potatoes 2 of them were bad and moldy they had to see it, it was cut in half and delivered anyway. Last time.!!

2021-08-19I came here to get fish and I was disappointed. Food was DISGUSTING. I called back and spoke with a woman there and she told me that there is nothing wrong with their food. I explained to her that when I bit into the fish, the batter was grainy and she denied it and told me that if I don’t like it, don’t come again. I’m not sure why she became so defensive. I wasn’t rude. I’m more annoyed that they would think serving this is acceptableI wouldn’t suggest anyone visit this establishment. It’s never good when a business talks to a customer like this. Fish shouldn’t look like this on the inside.

2021-08-20This is the worst place on the south shore of Long Island. Don’t PATRONIZE this store. The owner is a rude and very stupid and aggressive Indian woman. She has no concept of customer services. When asked about a portion, she screamed about price complaints when price was never an issue. Refused to speak about it and created confrontation over chicken and fries. She in inconsiderate and unworthy of business. Prior owners were good people. This shop is horrendous and the ownership has diluted all the community value. I would rather not eat them give this establishment a nickel. The worst place you can go. Period.

2020-11-23This was my first visit to the East Islip Pudgies and it wasnt a good experience. The pieces of chicken were extremely small and they didnt have any taste. The Selden store chicken was a lot bigger than the East Islip store. I will not be ordering from the East Islip again.

2020-12-06Very good food and not expensive. Employees are very nice and courteous. They have all sorts of food packages from individual meals to meals for a party 🥳. You will not be disappointed and your belly will smile. 😊😋
