Good products but horrible customer experience. Communication was poor throughout the process...delays happen but constant changes to delivery dates, etc were just never communicated. Was quoted for home delivery and rude delivery people left fridge on the sidewalk for the contractor. Salespeople are commission only and understandably not interested in the post sale experience. At least they recommended a good installer.

We had come in and met with Greg. Wanted to buy a refrigerator and exhaust hood for over stove. Greg didn’t return phone calls at times he scheduled. Was going to set up an appointment with the hood installer and it took 9 days for him to call me back. I had left a voicemail during that 9 days, and didn’t hear back from Greg. We took our business to Orville’s who were very helpful and accommodatingI only gave 1 star because I had to so I could leave a review

I disagree with some of the comments here regarding poor customer service. They sold me a gas range 7 years ago based on its supposed longevity. The appliance was a very expensive article, and worked great until this past year. Two of the burners recently stopped working because the igniters were damaged, and I was unable to replace them myself or find parts anywhere on line. While we had some initial miscommunication, staff at AKB worked over the 4th of July weekend (while one of them was on vacation) to find a service provider that could put our range back in operation before our party. A great company to work with.

This place is gigantic, and their two floors are chock full of the latest in kitchen equipment. I adore all the different setups they hae, and I spent my time there opening every single door and drawer. Each oven and fridge was nicer than the next. I could daydream about a kitchen like that for hours. It was rough to go back home to my old kitchen! The items are all top of the line and completely out of my price range- I don’t know if I could ever afford a single appliance from this store, but it is a nice place to check out the latest and greatest, and just dream.

We went to Artisan Kitchens and we were very impressed with the people and the showroom. They have a great reputation in Buffalo. We met with a designer and we liked him. We didnt have any problems until the installers got involved. Chris Newman and Seneca Creek Contracting were recommended by Artisans, but the installers were terrible. Luckily we had problems with the contractor before the job was finished. We are grateful and fortunate that the president of Artisans helped us out and we were able to finish the project.

I have been wanting to update our kitchen and bathrooms for years and have gone to many kitchen/bath places with not much luck. On a whim, I stopped in at Artisan’s. I met with an incredibly talented designer, Jennifer Hutton, who made everything so easy. She planned out an incredibly beautiful design for our kitchen and bathrooms and helped me pick out all the very best products. She also recommended the contractor we used, Knabuilders, who have all been amazing! During the job, she stopped in many times to see how everything was going and was always there to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We are so very happy with everything and very grateful to Jennifer, Dave Knab and his excellent team of guys! They all did a fabulous job! We couldn’t have picked a better team! Thank you Jennifer, Dave, Jaime, and all the guys for everything!

Extremely responsive to our needs and ideas for a complete kitchen remodel. Jon was incredible in helping us with ideas, responding to our concerns and thinking of every little detail throughout the process while keeping us completely informed during these unpredictable times.

Have been working with a sales/designer who seemed to have no actual design experience. He has not followed through on deadlines and is unresponsive when I reach out to him. Did not listen to what I want. Unhappy customer who is taking business elsewhere.
