Pretzel with beer cheese is littttttBeer selection is great, I usually come for lunch and prefer to have cider rather than beer with food, and I’m pretty sure they’ve always had two ciders to choose from. Sometimes the menu isn’t entirely up to date but the bartenders have always had excellent alternative suggestions.Make a reservation if you want to come after 6pm! It gets CROWDED in the evenings. Lunch/early afternoon is always chill though. They switch up the art a lot, which is cool.Bartenders are nice. Bathrooms are clean. They have a few vegetarian food options and at least one vegan option. I appreciate that.
This is a really great place to hang out- unique to the area. The bartenders are very friendly and interesting and I really enjoy the selection of beer and cider. The food is great- I recommend the hot pretzel and any of their pizzas. Ive gone there to read, chat, play trivia, and to hang out with friends. Its really worth checking out.
Fun place to visit. The art in the space is a bit sparse but I did enjoy the play on words for the title of the bar. They have many different beers on tap and bottled. The staff is very knowledgeable and will make suggestions based on what you like to drink. It can be intimidating because there is so much to choose from but the staff are very helpful. Also, it is very easy to walk right by this place. It is a few steps down off the sidewalk and there was some construction going on nearby. Its worth the discovery.

2022-03-22Arts&Crafts Beer Parlor Morningside Heights (Uptown) location as well as Arts&Crafts Greenwich Village (Downtown) location are literally two of only a handful of best craft beer bars in all of New York City. If you enjoy really crafty craft beers or just want to explore what Amazing beer is out there, this place is definitely for you!! With that said, they still have wine, and light lagers and pilsners for people who don’t. Their menu is also pretty cool.

2022-03-29Good selection of brews but prices a little high. Crowd appears to be mostly students from Columbia University which is nearby.

2022-05-06Oh my god. Stop doing whatever you are doing right now and go to Arts and Crafts Beer Parlor. Best beer parlor between 116 and 115 on Amsterdam. Jeff....best bartender ever. As usual.. Reconciled my relationship between me and my long lost brother Thadius. Could not have done it with out him. Colins alright I guess. The owners are super accommodating and knowledgeable. Wish I could give it five stars.

2022-06-03Columbia University hang out with a Great beer selection & great vegan selection. Only, expect to wait an hour for your food order. A hot dog should not take an hour to cook. Whatever you do DO NOT order the pastrami as it is tough as shoe leather.

2022-05-05Enjoyed the company of everyone, tipped the friendly bar tenders well. Jeff was a nuisance, like always, not sure why they keep him around. I guess they are short on staff, regardless I will return.

2021-08-14One of the best curated tap lists in the city sits squarely on the middle of a vast (in nyc terms) desert of good bars.

2021-10-18Best. Cider. EVER!!!!Bar club came here for our latest excursion, and I have to say, I was so pleasantly surprised. It was a wednesday, but still pleasantly busy (I’ve heard it’s a hot spot for our dear PhD candidates). We sat outside as fall still had yet to show its colors, and I ordered the eastern cider. Cinnamony and appley, absolute divinity! Not really a beer fan, but apparently they are also nice. The atmosphere was perfect for a game of cards. Would return.
