Today i got food for our guests who came from nyc so I wanted them to taste this food because I really liked there food but after today I’m not go there anymore. I got a few itemsBut mix vegetable 🤮it’s smell and tasted was so bed like “nosto” khabar, I’m definitely sure it was from yesterday, I wish I could go now and let them to taste but I can’t. I got my order around 10pm and by this time the restaurant close. Here is picture of the item that just wasted we wasn’t able to eat it.
Amazing food! Very fresh. Staff is extremely welcoming and courteous. They made us feel very comfortable. The food is very fresh and taste delicious! I would highly recommend going here. Family friendly envioenment. And very clean. One of the best halal restaurants in Buffalo. Must try.
I have never been to this restaurant before. The good reviews that I saw on here made me try it. We ordered the Tandoori, Chicken 65, Lamb biryani and Chicken curry, and let me tell you everything was just DELICIOUS!! The food definitely tastes different and waaay better than most Indian/Pakistani restaurants in the area. I also liked how they package the food for takeouts. It was my first time, but it definitely won’t be my last time. Go and enjoy the food it’s worth the price and you won’t regret it.
Hard working staff, very friendly and amazing food. I go there every week with my family. They are also available at Uber eats so it makes it easier for me.
The food was amazing and the service was awesome 👏🏼 Everything is great here.If you wanna try some spicy food then you must try this. Especially we love the Curries,Chicken 65 & Special fried rice 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 If you have no time to wait then you can call them ahead ,place your order and by the time you get there everything will be ready. Absolutely one of the tastiest restaurants I have been to. We were visiting Niagara Falls from Florida and heard about this place so we had to try it. It was well worth the drive. Mohamed is a super nice guy as well.

Visited Buffalo this week and sought something interesting but flavorful and discovered this gem! On entry I was immediately met with a warm greeting by the owners. I shared I was ordering takeout but seeking something mild and something interesting they both might share with a family member. They asked that I sit while they explained the menu offerings in detail. And glad I did! I landed on the suggested dishes of Butter Chicken, Curry Chicken and an order of Samosa. I was not disappointed. The curry was mild, but bursting with flavor and moist chicken, the butter chicken sweet in a coconut base and the pulao rice complimented both well. The samosa was a perfect addition too! Thank you As-Salam for a delightful culinary experience and the delicious desert also! Wishing you both great success in the City of Good Neighbors!
Loved this place. The food was amazing also the people who works their are super nice. We went their to have iftaar and the people were really nice, they were always asking if we need anything. Favorite restaurant from now, loved the food we ordered and need to try more from their menu.
Everything was on point. One of the best halal places out there. My favorite item was the shrimp puri, totally unexpected experience. Everyone was very considerate of our instructions and all their suggestions were very tasty.
We tasted 5 different beef dishes and all of those were amazing. The staffs were very cordial and caring. Loved eating there. Highly recommended.

My first time trying Indian food so I went the safe route and ordered butter chicken and garlic naan. This was incredibly delicious! The naan was soft and pair perfectly with the flavorful butter chicken. 10/10 I cant wait to order again!
Seriously, such good food and lovely service. The butter chicken has sweet coconut flavors, and the samosa appetizers were delicious and new to us. You wont regret coming here.

Expanding my dining out options to include more eclectic options, I had a taste for Indian food. This place didnt disappoint.Located along a busy road in a business/residence area. There is a small parking lot that can accommodate up to 8 cars.Booth seating or the countertop, seating was no problem as a table was available immediately during my visit. Someone may want to do a spell check on the menu as it says they serve species and mist meat. Yeah, I know what you meant but that was my lil chuckle for the day. See the pictures if you dont believe me.I went with the lamb saag and enjoyed the chaat samosa (bowl) as an appetizer. The portions were enough to have leftovers. When you have leftovers, the spices set in and you really enjoy it all over again during your next serving.The server and others working there were very helpful in making decisions on what to order. Very hospitable and welcoming. They do close in the afternoon so check the hours if you want to dine in or carry out around 2:45p. They re-open for dinner about an hour later.I enjoyed this experience and am confident that the other food options are delicious. Can definitely refer others to this restaurant.
The best Indian food Ive EVER had. Without question FIVE STARS!If you like Indian food, you have to try As-Salam Diner. You will not be disappointed.If youve never tried Indian food, you have to try it at As-Salam.We ordered 3 appetizers, 3 main course and 2 different naan. Everything got shared family style (the only way to eat indian food). Every single dish was excellent.I hope to eat there again before driving back to louisiana.

One of the best Desi food restaurant in Buffalo. Extremely clean spotless environment. Diner style comfortable setting. Every item we ordered, made fresh, served by friendly stuff. Will definitely go back to try some more mouthwatering excellent quality food which speaks for themselves about the kitchen chef who took great care and passion for making every items. Surprisingly they also have service for party hall upstair, catering, door dash and Uber eats.
I ordered a mushroom curry, lentil soup and vegetable Naan. My address is very clear and well lit on the front of my house. For some reason the delivery guy delivered it to the house behind me. After retrieving my food from my neighbor I found they had given me some kind of soup that was just broth and no lentils and they completely forgot my vegetable Naan. I called them to tell them what happened and the guy just kept talking over me and yelling that they never delivered anything to me. I told him that I was currently holding the food that he said he didnt deliver and he just kept saying no we didnt deliver anything to you. I used to order from these guys all the time but never again after this experience.

We visited from New York, and we went to this restaurant on a whim. I cant express how amazing our experience was. Its clean and comfy. The food is made fresh. Tasted just like home cooked food. And most of all everyone is super friendly. Hopefully we can come back!!!

From warm welcome to fond farewell everything was present in there. Very pleasant experience! Staffs are very friendly and generous! They help you choose the menu and recommend their best. Food are good no question about it and also the portions are big enough for foodies 😊. The reason for 4 stars are because I dont see any option for 4.5 star otherwise they really deserve it and also as soon as I got in there I felt like something is missing and that was the MUSIC. They really deserve 4.5.

Had an awesome lunch here last week! We did family-style and ordered a ton of food for the group so we could try as many different choices as possible. It was all great - but, my favorites included the Butter Chicken, the Saag, and the Rogan Josh. Im looking forward to getting back soon to have these again, and try some others as well!

We went here for lunch today, the food was so good I cant believe it wasnt packed. The place was very clean, super clean bathrooms. The glassware, silverware, plates, everything was very upscale. The silverware was nicer than most high end restaurants.The food though, the food was incredible. The Lamb Rogan Josh was amazing, the Lamb Curry was soooo tasty. The rice was perfect. Everything was fresh, you can tell the difference. The staff was the icing on the cake. Im pretty sure the Naan was just made for us - was just as good as when I visited India.It doesnt look like much on the outside, but its great on the inside, and the food cant be beat. You wont be disappointed. Amazing experience all the way around.Youve got to give it a try. Incredible.
We have ordered over 10 dishes and each one from appetizer , lamb, chicken, vegetarian, to dessert have been cooked to perfection. The service is wonderful. It makes you feel like you have been invited into a good friends kitchen!

I been there couple times but they are never open. Idk what kind of business hours they have. it says they open from 11 to 2:45 and from 5 to 9:45 it’s kinda complicated but that’s okay. I been there at 11am once and one of the employee/owner told me to give them another 30 min like common.

Amazing food and great service.My husband and I stopped in for take out and ordered several dishes; Veg Samosa, Samosa Chaat, Dhal, Lamb Biryani, Palak Paneer, Lamb Rogan Josh, Tandoori Chicken, and Garlic Naan. All 4 dinners came with a side of saffron rice.The Veg Samosas (2 to an order) had a flaky crust and the potato mixture inside was incredibly seasoned. Served alongside was a small salad and tamarind sauce. The Samosas by themselves were so flavorful the sauce really wasnt necessary.The Samosa Chaat is a broken up Samosa topped with garbanzo beans, yogurt and tamarind sauce. Just as delicious as the Samosas by themselves.The Dhal tastes identical to my husbands dhal; yellow split peas with cumin, garlic and turmeric with bits of spinach throughout. Fantastic by itself or over rice.Lamb Biryani is unspeakably delicious! Tender chunks of lamb in an Indian spiced rice, topped with cucumber, corriander/cilantro and a hard boiled egg. There was a slight sour and floral note to the rice I could only compare to a good quality lemon juice or sumac and saffron.Palak Paneer was hands down the best Ive ever had. Creamy flavorful spinach with generous tender chunks of dreamy paneer cheese. Served with the Garlic Naan... just leave me alone while I stuff my face delicious!!!Lamb Rogan Josh was much different then Ive had elsewhere. Pungent flavors of tomato, cumin and coriander with tender chunks of lamb and crisp-tender slices of bell pepper, onion and tomato. Incredible!Lastly the Tandoori Chicken is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Nicely seasoned and slightly charred but somehow deliciously tender and juicy. Ive never ever experienced tender and juicy Tandoori before now.The establishment has a small Diner feel and is very clean. Staff put on masks as soon as we entered and there were no other patrons until after we placed our order.The serving sizes were generous and for the amount of food we ordered the total was under $80.If you love authentic tasting Indie food, stop whatever your doing and GO!You will not be disappointed.I look forward to having much more of their dishes in the near future.

2022-03-16I was visiting from nyc and I wanted to try the Indian food. I was searching in Buffalo and this restaurant came. The vibe of the place was very nice. When I walked into the restaurant, the server was very welcoming and polite and explained the dish very well. He recommended to have the chicken kebab which I had with garlic naan and it was absolutely amazing. I never had such a great Indian meal for decades. I recommend everybody to try this restaurant. I hope there will be more restaurants like this in nyc.

2022-02-25I was visiting from nyc and I wanted to try the Indian food. I was searching in Buffalo and this restaurant came. The vibe of the place was very nice. When I walked into the restaurant, the server was very welcoming and polite and explained the dish very well. He recommended to have the chicken kebab which I had with garlic naan and it was absolutely amazing. I never had such a great Indian meal for decades. I recommend everybody to try this restaurant. I hope there will be more restaurants like this in nyc.

2021-12-31The chicken korma had nice big pieces of breast meat, the sauce was creamy with a fairly strong coconut taste. rice was cooked nicely. bread was soft and fresh, directions were followed well. everything was good

2021-09-13I took my whole family there, from customer service to the food 10/10. They are always eager to help even when it was packed with other customers. You feel welcomed and they don’t feel burdened when you make a request. It has became my regular spot. Come by. Trust me you won’t regret it.

2022-01-06The service was excellent, a friendly smile greeted me at the door. So kind, so inviting. It’s a small cozy location which is perfect for an intimate dinner with family, friends or a date night. The food I have to say is the absolute best part of it all 😋 I ordered the butter chicken, which I have had numerous times but this time was different. The sauce was sweet which I really like, the Naan was warm and delicious and the rice was absolutely perfect! I promised that I would return with my family next time and that was before trying the food, now I know I am definitely returning with my family as we all enjoyed our meal. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I look forward to seeing you again real soon☺️

2021-11-27Freshly made delicious desi food I ever had . I drove for one hour after reading amazing reviews. It crossed beyond my expectations.Tasty food. I ordered saag paneer and salmon curry . Paneer saag mouth watering. Paneer(Indian style cottage cheese) is tender melts in your mouth.I should give infact 7 stars to this restaurant. They have royal class in food. I really enjoyed tender tasty salmon and saag. With rice.Its very clean place friendly customer service.Served quickly and served hot.You will fall in love with their food.It was take out I asked for , their packing so good excellent quality.When ever I visit Buffalo Niagara falls it will be in my top of list.Next day I got chicken 65 aroma the taste superb.Freshly baked Naan from clay oven.By the way there plenty of parking . You will feel home.

2021-07-31Fresh and yummy halaal food. Price is reasonable. Staff was very professional and the restaurant was very clean. We got our order very soon. I’m giving it 4 stars because we ordered mix tandoori grill but there were only 2 small pieces of lamb and 2 shrimp and all other was chicken which we were not expecting. Otherwise good place to eat.
