When our toddler decided to flush a plastic toy down our toilet we called ASAP. They came to our house the same day we called and got our toilet unclogged. They were here less than 30 minutes and did an excellent job! We will continue to use ASAP for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you for being so efficient.
I came home from being out of town this past weekend to find out that my bathroom toilet overflowed. I googled some local plumbers in the area. I ended up calling ASAP Drain Cleaning. They came out and discovered that I had a clog, in which they were able to clear the line out. They were here in a hurry, professional and really nice guys. The price point very a major bonus. 100% recommend them.
If anyone has any issues with their plumbing Im warning you all not to call ASAP plumbing and heating. please learn from my mistake of trusting a new business and go with someone reputable who has been doing this for a long time.at the beginning of summer my toilet would not flush and started leaking into my basement. immediately I called and had my septic pumped as well as the pipes leading from outside the house to the septic tank replaced. this cost me $900. but the problem was still occurring so I called ASAP PLUMBING AND HEATING, had them come take a look to see if they could fix the issue.while at my house for the consult, they assured me that it was my old cast iron pipes and they needed to be replaced. they talked up that they previously worked for a well known reputable local company and could do the same exact job at a fraction of this competitors cost. this was $1900at first, the problem seemed to be completely resolved and I was so relieved until a few weeks went by and the issue re started. I called them immediately to come take a look. I assumed it was something simple that hadnt been properly handled the first time around and would be covered under the initial 1900.the owner then charged me an additional $428. being spur of the moment and not being prepared for a bill that they gave, they charged me an additional 20% of the $428 for not paying within 24 hours. this made that payment $513.60. Being a single mom a month before Christmas nonetheless, obviously I knew it would take me a couple weeks to come up with this payment.after ONE WEEK the service being done and my payment being (let me reiterate) ONE WEEK late, the owner showed up at my place of employment looking to collect payment! I told him that I would be able to pay half in a few days from then and the second half a week after that as I had other bills I needed to pay around as well. I felt completely violated and embarrassed as something like this had never happened to me before. especially having someone come to my job to seek payment that I had fully intended to pay but hadnt come up with the total amount quite yet. I paid the amount due even though I felt that the job should have been completely handled the first time he came when I gave him the original $1900 for the job they ensured me would and could be done. (let me reiterate again) that was only a couple weeks before this 2nd visit.fast forward to this past couple days.the last time they came to my home was November 6. we are now at December 15. the issue started again a couple days ago. now I am completely at a loss. I feel as if it should not be an issue anymore as Ive already paid $2,513.60!!!!!I called the guys back explained my frustration in that I need them to come figure out what was not done right from the start and to rectify their mistake for me. I was talked over, spoken to very rudely, talked to as if I was a dumb woman that he could bully and manipulate. I was told this was something recurring due to my error and that obviously I need to pump my tank every 5 weeks. (mind you I have lived in my home for most of my life and done so every 5 years or so...) Im completely at a loss. my basement is still being leaked with the septic fluids. Im now out a ton of money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not make my mistake and choose someone who knows what the hell they are doing.
I am extremely impressed with both Chris and Darren. The entire experience was 5 stars from the time I called and spoke with Christy until the job was completed. They were prompt, re-arranged their schedule so I didnt have to wait an extra day to have sewer main unclogged. My tenants are very thankful that they can use water again. Highly recommend these 2 men as they are prompt, professional and get the job done right the first time. Good value for their service as they were cheaper than others that I received quotes from.
Woke up yesterday morning to find I has no hot water, went into the basement and my hot water tank had blown water everywhere. I googled a plumber and chose these guys as Ive heard good things about them. I called and there were able to get me in yesterday afternoon when I got home from work because I couldnt take a day off. They hauled out the old one and installed the new one in no time. I still have money left from what I was expecting to pay. Thanks for saving me some money. I definitely recommend ASAP Drain Cleaning to everyone.
This is a great company. The technicians were fast and super knowledgeable. The service was so affordable compared to the other “scam” artists in the area. Overall I will exclusively use this company for all my household needs! Great service!

I was skeptical about hiring ASAP, because I hadn’t heard of them before. However they had all 5 star reviews, except for a single one star review. After hiring them it’s obvious there’s another side to the story that was told in the one star review. Very nice people, I will be calling them in the future.
Best service I could have asked for. My toilet was having major issues so I started to do my research. I found these guys and gave them a call. They came out, installed a new toilet with no issues or problems. They told me they were running a promo on new toilets right now so the price was even better. Would highly recommend them

2022-02-21I was having an issue with my water heater after my basement flooded. I called ASAP Plumbing at 9am. Chris was at my house by 11:30. He quickly fixed my problem. I told him about a problem that I had been having with my floor drain along with the toilet & shower in the basement. He checked it out for me and fixed it! I was worried that I would have a huge bill, but his price was very reasonable! Chris is a great guy and an awesome plumber!!! I am so happy that I called ASAP! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber!

2021-03-12HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Will never call anyone else for plumbing needs in the future.Called ASAP Plumbing at 8:00pm on a Thursday and spoke with Christy who was very nice, communicated pricing expectations and was very helpful in getting someone from ASAP to address a toilet issue...ASAP! Well, they came in about 30 minutes, fixed the issue quickly, was very knowledgeable and helped with other plumbing questions around our (new) old house.Price was in line with the quote and most importantly, the job was done and the problem fixed quickly and professionally.

2020-12-16My husband and I just bought our first house and hours after moving in, our sewer began to back up in to our basement. I called ASAP at 11:00 am and they were at our house by 11:45. They immediately got to work and were thankfully able to clear out our main line. Chris and Darren were quick, efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. Being that it was my first day of owning my first house, I was definitely panicking a little bit, but they made the whole process so much easier than what I was expecting. They even took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They were amazing, and Im incredibly grateful for how quickly they fixed the issue!! We will definitely be using ASAP for all of our plumbing and heating needs from here on out!

He and his partner (I forgot his name- ugh!) worked like a team to fix my toilet issue. They were very thorough in explaining and showing me the issue and how it could be resolved. 2020-07-30Excellent work! Punctual! Great company - would highly recommend!!. Had to have a pipe replaced under my sink - called to make the appointment, they followed up and set up an appointment for the next day. Called before they came and were at my house 10 minutes prior - the work was thoroughly explained and the service was excellent and the cost was far less than one of the local large competitors that I will not name here. Genuinely nice people looking out for folks that have been price gouged by other local companies. Will call for any of my additional needs and will highly recommend to friends and relatives. Nice to know we finally have a great company here in Olean to serve the residents in an honest and professional manner which has been sorely lacking.

2020-12-15I called ASAP plumbing because i had a clogged pipe and i could not fix it on my own. It was so bad and it was causing my pipes to back up. They came out figure out what was clogging up my pipes and fixed the issue with no problems. I was so worried that it was still clogged but they assured me that it was fixed. I havent had any issues since they came out to fix the pipes. They are also the post professional and nice young men ive ever had come out to work on my home. Thank you ASAP Plumbing!

2020-01-07I have had great experiences with ASAP plumbing of Olean. I contracted them to do several different jobs over the last six months or so and every time they have done a great job. When I had a plumbing emergency they were here within thirty minutes to fix it, and they came up with a better and cheaper solution than other companies when my basement drain pipes were full of calcium deposits which was making them back up. They are friendly, nice, cognizant guys.

They also did such a great job installing my new water heater that I dont think Ill use another plumbing contractor again. These guys are now my go to plumbers!
