I went to Ashley home store in Nanuet looking for some bedroom furniture. I was greeted by Fazny after walking into the store. Not only was he super friendly, he was very helpful and worked with me to find what I was looking for within my price range. One of the items I was looking for was a wardrobe-like piece with storage for my bedroom. They didn’t have what I was looking for in the store but I was able to show Fazny a similar piece and he pulled up something online that I absolutely loved and got it ordered for me. Overall I had a great experience.
To be fair. The person I dealt with when I first went to the store in August was very helpful and professional.That’s where it all ended. I bought these couches in August. We were told because of COVID we wouldn’t get them till October.The FIRST time they deliver the couches the driver tells me this is wrong as I tell him I ordered right love seat, left sofa sectional. They sent two right pieces.I call Ashley. They say the driver was wrong they are both the same. This makes no sense. He says for next delivery, make them bring it inFor the SECOND delivery I notice immediately coming off the truck it’s wrong. I tell them Ashley instructed me to have you bring it in, they say it’s the right order.The love seat is correct, the sofa is not, it’s suppose to be left but it’s right. ITS ALSO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COUCH!!!!So, now I have to have a THIRD delivery. No compensation or discount from having to take off work two days for the delivery.Go elsewhere.
I had the worst experience ever. I placed an in store order for 4 high chairs and a sectional. Received neither an email confirmation or clear delivery date on a $2600 order. After about 2 weeks, I decided to pull out the receipt and closely examine it. I realized that i was overcharged on every item by a salesman named Sam. I returned to the store and got a clear delivery date and confirmation from a nice man named Reggie. Reggie also adjusted the prices. The high chairs were in my home within a few short days.Heres where it got crazy.Two weeks later the sectional was set to arrive. The delivery men came and begin unloading. After about 20 minutes I realized something was wrong. Half of the sectional they bought into my house was from another entirely different furniture set.They delivered me half a sectional.They told me that they were told the day before that a piece was missing but to still make the drop off.Nobody told me about the missing piece and this does not explain why they literally bought in and unwrapped an entirely different sectional piece with my order.I spoke to their boss and the store manager who assured me that the other piece would be delivered within a week. He also took off half the delivery price.A few days later the missing sectional piece was set to arrive between 12 and 4 pm. I got a call at 2:34 that they were 10 minutes away. At around 3:50 I called my sales guy Sam. He said that the actual delivery window began at 12:45 and that sometimes they could be a little early or late and not to worry because they deliver up until 8 pm.At around 6-7 I began calling the store and getting placed on hold and bounced around. I literally was being hung up on. My girlfriend tried calling from her phone but it was linked to the sales transaction so They ignored her calls too.Its 7:20 and I still dont have my sectional.Do not buy from this place. 11/28 went into Nanuet Store. Sam was a great Salesman. He answered questions and provided great information. He was not pushy. What we went in for is what we got. Delivery was set up same week and the delivery team was pleasant, professional, on time and quick to set up our couch. When I need or want to update more pieces I will return to this location to purchase
I went looking for just a bed, just a bed, no other pieceof. I explained to the guy what I was looking for. I did not want, nor did I need, to be questioned about a mattress, nightstands, etc. Samuel Ramirez at the Nanuet store did not try to bum rush me into other pieces. He was quite knowledgeable about the particular bed I was looking at. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable with making my purchase from him.
Nanuet store has an amazing selection but most importantly they have this amazing, super helpful salesman named REGGIE! We came in looking for a dining room and family room furniture and were indecisive. Reggi got our price points, found out when we needed it by and was able to direct us to the pieces that worked for us. In just twenty minutes, he helped us organize our purchase, where, when and finance options we didnt even know about. My husband and I cant say enough good things about him. Hes not just about the sale, he actually helps later if you have questions and call him after the sale. Great service!
We came into Ashley’s looking for a coffee table and end tables and were initially greeted by Ryan. We were there for 3 hours because we were very indecisive about what style and size we wanted to go with for our living room set. Ryan was extremely patient, friendly and helpful when it came to us going back and forth about styles. He let us use his tablet, the big computer touch screen, and walked us around to test out certain styles. We ended up ordering a whole new living room collection set he suggested to us. He also gave us a really good deal on everything including the protection plan. We would definitely recommend this Ashley’s location and working with Ryan!
Awesome customer service! Reggie was my sales representative who was extremely helpful, patient, personable and answered every question I had. When I had customer service questions and my delivery date was pushed back, Reggie continued to assist along with Doris. Doris was very knowledgeable & helpful in researching the situation and keeping in touch with me. She was wonderful! Would recommend Reggie & Doris from the Nanuet location and continue to shop here!
I came to Ashleys looking for a specific bed set in mind and left the store with that exact same one! How many of you can say that? But of course, I couldn’t have done it without my sales rep, Reggie. Reggie greeted me at the door, and he asked what it was I was looking for, I only briefly explained to him the bedding set. However, Reggie knew what I needed right away and which one it was! His customer service was phenomenal, and he answered all my a million and one questions. Thank you once more! The 5 stars i am giving is only for the sales person named Reggie. I had a terrible experience with Ashley Furniture that lasted for for about 4 months. I was owed a refund as well and was given a run around to get my refund. Reggie was the only one who was nice enough to help me resolve the issue he was kind, understanding and professional. I went in knowing, or at least I thought I did, exactly what I wanted. I needed a nice new couch and wanted to match as close as I could to my existing 2 month old loveseat. After looking myself, I tracked Reggie B., aka, ‘the salesman’ down and he really helped. Put up with my nonsense and actually was able to put me into an exact match AND have it delivered (scheduled so far) 4 days later. Huge deciding factor. Reggie was super friendly and I’ll be back for more, as Reggie I’m sure saw.... after the holidays. 🙄 Reggie closed the deal and now I’m just awaiting my new couch. Thanks Reggie, and Ashley Furniture for making it easy.Ok. That’s all the kindness I have for the entire day, maybe week!....Now let’s talk about the delivery fee.... $79??? I’m not feeling the love.... and it’s taxed! Yes, I’m familiar with NY taxation rules.... but still.... ouch.
Worst service ever! first, we bought a dining table and they sent the wrong one, which thankfully, they exchanged for the original one we wanted. then we bought a couch and placed it on TOP of the back of our pickup truck and when we came home, we finally noticed that the back panel of the couch was broken. it was impossible for the couch to have broken during the trip home since we did not put any heavy pressure on the couch. they refused to let us return it even if something clearly happened to the couch at the warehouse.
The salesperson misinformed us of the shipping process to get their quick sale.The salesperson was new to this location, and unaware that this location does not deliver furniture broken down and to be built in the home, unlike most Ashley locations and franchises in the United States. As a result, our couch was delivered assembled and did not fit through our doorway.I called the location and informed them of the issue and that I expect a full refund due to their error. I received a call from the salesperson telling me they can still offer me the break down service until Francesa, the supervisor, overheard the salesperson once again misinform me of the process and corrected him, before speaking with me on the phone. My service fee refund of $86 was denied. She told me the only person who could help me is the Ashley CEO, and she refused to give me the contact information.They have still denied me a refund of the $86 service fee, despite the evidence presented. I received irrational phone calls containing abusive language from Brian, the sales supervisor standing up for their salespersons error. Brian has flat out denied the evidence, despite his supervisor, Francesca, witnessing the second occurrence.This franchise locations leadership and customer service is absolutely abysmal. It has been an absolute nightmare to manage, and emotionally draining to be treated this way. They should be avoided until they have policies in place that are fair to you, the customer.
I went to Ashley to get furniture for my living room, Reggie B was my sales associate. He was super patient to deal with my crazy indecisiveness and super helpful. Not to mention the Nanuet location has a very tasteful selection of furniture and great sales ! I will definitely be returning to Ashley in the future.
Buyer beware. Rating is actually 0 stars but system requires at least 1 star to post a review. Customer service is a joke, a bad joke. Your time and money will be better spent at Raymour and Flanigan or any other store for that matter. On 6/15, I purchased a tv stand and recliner and when I attempted to pay for my purchase their new system wasnt working properly so I had to return to the store to complete my purchase. I should have cancelled my purchase at that point. Upon delivery the tv stand was damaged. I immediately went back to the store and spoke to Reginald Bennett, the salesman and Sam Ramirez, the Assistant Sales Manager. Since they had my money already neither one of these people were willing or able to provide any assistance and I was advised to call Customer Care. I then proceeded to call Customer Care. I sent pictures of the damage to the rep and was advised that a technician would have to come to my home and view the damage, made an appointment for 7/28 and was advised that the technician would contact me 24 to 48 hours in advance to arrange a specific time. It is 9:00 a.m. on 7/28 and no one has contacted me yet. I wouldnt set foot in this store again even if they were giving the furniture away.
Would vote 4.5, but dont have the option... Ordered a bedroom set, living room set, and dining set. Everything looks beautiful, but I cant comment on the quality as they were just delivered yesterday. That said, I do not have any major concerns. Everything seems sturdy and we purchased a protection plan for the big items (queen sleeper and bed) so I am not too worried. Assuming everything holds up, this turned out to be the perfect place!The sales staff at Ashleys was very helpful and did not rush us whatsoever. Our rep helped us pick out everything and offered us plenty of options. Really put together some great sets for us. Plus, 67 months financing at 0% - come on, free money!My only complaint (and it is a minor one), was delivery can be a bit iffy. Granted, this is probably true for any furniture store - just try to go with the flow. The first attempt was missed (no big deal - stuff happens), but the second attempt was right on time, and boy were the delivery guys efficient. I had concerns about everything making it in (fitting through doors, in elevators, etc.) but they made it work! They essentially unloaded and put together all of the furniture for a Junior 4 in an hour and a half. They also did a great job of cleaning up and making sure I was happy with everything.
What a nightmare. I bought a couch back before The pandemic started in store and scheduled it’s delivery. When I walked into the store we purchased it for almost double the price that was advertised online. They also have a warranty and delivery fee higher than what is available from Ashley.com. I came back the next day and they honored the online price but not the delivery and warranty price. They explained the online store and showroom are two different entities so the prices can be different. As a consumer why would anyone ever walk into a showroom if the SAME company online is undercutting their retail stores?Fast forward to delivery months later. On the day before delivery I get a notice they would be cancelling my delivery because the piece is backordered. I called and apparently the company fulfills the order just a few days before delivery is scheduled not when I placed the order months ago (You would think it would be sitting in the warehouse collecting dust). Anyway, I call again and they tell me the piece should come 2 weeks later. I call again two weeks later and they tell me to call back at the end of the month. I understand we’re in the midst of the pandemic but COMMON!Me and my wife are both front line workers (she’s a clinician and I’m a pharmacist) we’ve been working non stop for the past few months and moved for her job during this whole mess. We don’t have anything to sit on at home and it honestly sucks. Ashley has done absolutely nothing to clarify delivery dates or provide any help both online or on the phone. Honestly, just avoid them. If your not going to get ripped off in store, you’ll likely be subject to their 2nd rate service. We were lucky enough to be subject to both.
Purchased a loft bed for my grandson. It was the first time I purchased anything st Ashley. I was so overjoyed by the sales service. The delivery men were outstanding. They delivered earlier than expected. They were helpful and did an outstanding job. I am going to be a dedicated buyer from now on. Thank you Ashley.
DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT SHOP HERE. after spending nearly $7000 through Ashley furniture i find this store in Nanuet NY lacks ZERO customer service. Kenny, April and their Store manger have yet to return A phone call regarding a back order (yes I get it, many places are back ordered) a 4 week back order is going on 15 weeks and They, however, won’t even return my call. i have left text messages, phone calls, now have resorted to corporate. customer service goes a long way these days and the store does not have any. Once you order you will NOT HEAR back.
Stephanie helped me with my purchase that I found on line. Got a great deal, but Ashleys is pretty expensive in general.Regarding Stephanie, shes awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She did the best she could do with what shes allowed to work with as far as company pricing. If your shopping at Ashleys furniture in Nanuet I highly recommend her. Shell provide an excellent customer experience.
This is not a place to buy furniture. It is said to provide the best service before making a purchase, but the service provided by this store is completely absurd. I was on standby at 50 minutes to connect to customer service, and the technician told me that after ordering the part, the customer service would give me a call when rescheduling, but the customer service did not even know when the part would arrive.Then, when the part arrives, I call Customer Service again and ask them to schedule. I cant understand why I need to use it like this while taking my busy time due to a defect in the product a little bit 6 months after I used it. Think again before buying a product. Not really here. this is really ridiculous customer service.

Ashley Furniture sounds nice. But Stefanie Furniture sounds much better. The Nanuet location has a queen working there. Her name happens to be Stefanie. She’s beautiful on the inside, and on the outside and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture on and off the floor. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for great service and furniture to go check that location out. You will NOT be disappointed. Stefanie Furniture (sigh)...has such a nice ring to it.
Ive been in this store a couple times and each time I deal with Brandon Carroll. Hes great! I never felt pressure having to buy from him. He helped me pick out a great sofa, fireplace, and table. I even recommended him to friends. My sister and father both went in and bought from him. I know that whenever I have to purchase more furniture I will be going to see Brandon. He has a customer for life!
First time shopper of Ashley Furniture. Greg our salesrep was very helpful and keen to our style and taste which was very important to my wife. Purchased a dining room set. Was delivered in a couple of days. Its beautiful and very sturdy. Had a great experience. We will go back and purchase more furniture soon.
We had such a great experience while buying our daughters bedroom set at Ashley Furniture. Stefanie helped us not only with her knowledge of the products, but also made the process a smooth one by keeping our toddler (who had not napped that day) happy! We will definitely return to Ashley Furniture in Nanuet for future purchases.
I recently shopped in this store and had a wonderful experience. My sales person was Stefanie. She was extremely polite and eager to help me with what I was looking for. Even after I ordered the wrong size tv console table her and Sasha were extremely helpful in making sure the order was cancelled and that the new order was placed and shipped in time for us. The store manager Rami although under the weather was also very accommodating and helpful. I’ve shopped in other Ashley furniture store in the trinstate area, and not had the best experience... Because my experience was so pleasant I knew I had to take the time to write a positive review for any future shoppers...if this store has all their sales people like her it should be rated #1.
I bought my living room furniture almost 3 years ago at this store. A wonderful buying experience. Today I came in seeking a new mattress and a recliner. Stephanie met me with a smile and knowledge base about mattresses that impressed. Im buying today and will be back as I replace old furniture. This store always feels welcoming and never an aggressive marketing push.

I am going on my 3rd delivery attempt because I had to turn down 2 dining room tables because if chips and discoloration. I still dont understand why no one checks the merchandise before your customers take off work to get their merchandise. You are given a 3 to 4 hour window each time, needless to say you have to take off work. The defects are so evident their drivers point them out with you. I called to speak to the manager at the Nanuet location , surprise he just stepped out , no call back. I am sure if I wanted to spend more money he would be around.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I bought a couch from here around the 4th of July and scheduled the delivery for August. When I got home I realized I had to switch the two end pieces so I text my salesman Mike and he said no problem he would make the switch. Well August 6th my delivery date comes and the couch is delivered and the two end pieces were never changed and were the wrong ones. I refused delivery of them and sent them back. I called a few times in the next month and kept getting “the pieces are on truck status” then was told “we just took them off truck status” no one could give me a timeframe for the delivery of the two pieces. Finally on sept 3rd almost a month after receiving my couch I went to the store my self to get it handled and the date of delivery was finally scheduled (have yet to receive, date is for next week) that was issue number 1. Issue number 2 is that a week after I received the delivery I notice the leather on the back seams of 2 of the 4 pieces was splitting, not what you should get from a week old couch! So I called the customer service line and they told me to send pictures of the damage and the tags on the pieces so I did, after a few days of no response I called and the guy on the phone tells me “oh yeah that’s not supposed to be like that, we’ll get some one out to repair it” so I agreed unwillingly because who wants a “repaired” couch that was only delivered a week ago. After some back and fourth on following phone calls to schedule a date for the repair man to come, he finally shows up. When the repairman got there he looked at the damage and found another spot on a 3rd piece (now 3/4 pieces are damaged in the same way). He asked me if they sent the “parts”. I told him no that they never mentioned anything about sending out parts so he tells me he can’t do anything and gives me a look as if to say I’m not surprised this has happened (apparently this has happened before). So when I went back to the store that day which is the same day to finally find out a delivery date for the missing end pieces the woman at the store when I purchased the couch (Nanuet) tells me I have to call the customer service number to see about replacement. I called today (9/6) and she tells me they do not do exchanges or refunds and can only send some one to repair the pieces to “showroom quality” I told her I did not pay $2100 for a repaired couch. After some more back and fourth it was clear that no one in this company or even the store itself was willing to do the right thing and even try to salvage a customer. Because not only will they not exchange the pieces or take the couch back and refund my money they were not even willing to offer and compensation for needing to have the couch repaired a week after it’s purchase. Needless to say this is the 1st and absolute last time I will ever shop at an Ashley furniture store especially the one in Nanuet. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer protection.
Stephanie was really great. Her enthusiasm and energy was amazing . She definitely convinced my mother into buying plenty of items . She was attentive and willing to help as soon as we walked through the door . Amazing customer service . Same goes to the front desk employees . My mother and i are always entertained from the minute we walk in. Positive energy & great vibes.
My Ashley Furniture Dining room set was perfect! I love the color, the style and the quality of all the pieces. The sales representative who helped me, Brandon, was extremely helpful and accomodating. I had an excellent experience. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to my friends and family.
Just bought the Luxor couch from Ashley furniture and I cant recommend it more after working with Stefanie. My wife and I searched everywhere before walking into Ashley furniture. Stefanie created an easy buying experience. She helped us identify the right couch for our room while simultaneously not making us feel pressured. The day we decided to buy she wasnt working and my wife texted her. Stefanie made arrangements to be at the store to complete our purchase and we couldnt be happier with the level of service we received!
I bought a bedroom set and within 3 days the bottom legs fell off. Called for Ashley to come fix they they didnt come. Said I didnt confirmed the apartment but I never got a call. Then they told me that its normal for the bottom legs of the bed to come off. I am only 140 pounds and I cant even lay down on my bed. They wont take take it back. So now Im stuck with a broken bed that I paid 2000.000 for. Please be aware of this and dont buy from this company.
My husband and I came in today for the Presidents day sale to look for a new bedroom set.We were greeted by such a friendly employee, her name was Stefanie. She asked if she could help us as we started to look around. Thank God she was not one of those pushy, pressuring people that follow your every move!We looked around and when we found something that interested us, I went and found Stefanie. She was so upbeat, friendly and made us feel so comfortable as she answered my neumerous questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture we were interested in and caringly helped us pick the pieces of our new bedroom set that fit our needs! She was a pleasure to work with and we loved Her! AND we love our new furniture and we cant wait for it to be delivered!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rimon. After seeing how great he was with helping my sister pick out a bedroom set last week - my fiancé and I returned to get our living room and dining room sets. He goes above and beyond to help with price, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you to the whole team for making purchasing furniture such a lovely experience.
My experience was phenomenal, I was looking for a couch for the awkward living room space I have, I went to Bobs, Raymores & some mom & pop places in the area. I was beginning to get flustered. I walked into Ashley Furniture on Sunday and had the pleasure of working with Angelique. She was wonderful and so was the whole staff. It’s so refreshing to walk into a place of business and not only enjoy your experience, but notice that everyone working was enjoying themselves too. I would highly recommend going to work with Angelique!
Im giving one star partly because of my own aggravation and partly because the store is dishonorable.I purchased the Brambleton 6 piece set in store for the discounted price of $3074.99. After delivery a few days later I looked the set up online to show it to a friend. I noticed it was $2399, obviously a huge difference. When I called the store to ask about this large disparity between the brick and mortar location and online, their response was simply that the store has overhead costs. Ill accept this as valid, but the woman with whom I was speaking then told me that had I saw the price online prior to entering the store, and told them about it, they would have worked with me. I was penalized roughly $700 simply because I walked into the store. I will NEVER enter the store again.So, buyer beware. If you visit the store, pull up the furniture online at Ashleys website and use that to haggle the price. Or just buy it online and cut the store out of the process altogether.
Worked with Stephanie. She Greeted us with a big friendly smile and made the trip quick and easy. I was actually pressed for time and thought itd be an issue but she explained everything, she sold us a great mattress and it all worked out. Five star experience so far 👍🖐
My wife and I finally decided that it was time for a new living room set. After countless days scouring the web and more days visiting showrooms we found what we were looking for. Thanks to Brandon a very helpful salesman who was full of patience and extremely informative about the construction of the furniture. Brandon was most importantly attentive to our needs in what we wanted from a sofa and love seat and not in the least bit pushy or overbearing. I wish that more stores had salespeople like him. I am sure that sales would improve if the customer was appreciated more. Needless to say we made the commitment to purchase a sofa and love seat with power recline. The furniture looks great in our living room and I hope to purchase in the near future two end tables and 1 coffee table from the Hamlyn collection that would compliment those two pieces and match the armoire we have now perfectly.
I worked with Angelique & Stefanie a week ago when I went in looking for a sectional. They both made my experience such a joy, they offered my son snacks & put on his favorite TV show so I can do my shopping in peace. Everyone at Ashley’s was so sweet! 5/5 stars PS my furniture came out amazing :)

It was nice that she let us walk around on our own, instead being followed like other places. She was so friendly & even told us about the community service that Ashely Home Stores provides, which we are going to help get the word out. Absolutely amazing experience !Guepy (we baptized him Peppy😂😂) is great. He not only got us great deals for all the items we purchased but also made sure our entire gang (all 8 of us ) where well taken care of. The overall experience was perfect from the moment we arrived to the point of depature. We will certainly be back for more furniture !Thank you all so much.
Was so happy with my purchase from Ashley, until delivery day. We got a living room set and an additional sofa chaise on sale and paid a comparable price to Bobs furniture. Because we moved into an apartment, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED how the delivery men were going to fit everything through the door. The MANAGER who sold us all of our furniture said not to worry about it because they will assemble it inside. On delivery day everything arrived pre-assembled and, of course, could not fit through the door. My boyfriend was told to call the delivery/assembly company and that went straight to voicemail. My boyfriend had no choice but to refuse the delivery. We were told the only way we could get our furniture delivered again and assembled for us was to pay an additional $250+ even though we already paid a delivery and assembly fee. After being told not to worry. Will never shop here again.
Horrible experience. Bedroom set came with two damaged pieces. Repairs and exchanges were nightmares. Ashley did not care we wasted over 10 hours of our time with replacements and technicians to fix. Called corporate they don’t care. The store gave us the run around for weeks trying to get someone to be accountable. I will never go back. I Cut up my Ashley CC. Stay Away!!!!
I had a great experience with Mike Mone. He helped me from as soon as I came in, answered all my questions, very professional and helped me all the way through to the final confirmation of my purchase. Also Romney or Ronny I believe is his name, was a great help. He recognized me from a previous purchased I did and was very helpful in helping me find the best price for what I was looking for.
I came one day and i got the estimate of $1600 for the sofa set and when i came the very next day to buy it they raised the price to $1700. When i told them i got the estimate of $1600, they reworked on the numbers and came back to original price. I wonder if $1600 is also the true price. Furniture is good not the salesmen.
My wife and I went to browse in the store for bedroom furniture, we were met at the door by Trusted Advisor Stefanie Siegal, who greeted us with hello, welcome May I help you. She must have sensed my Im just here to look vibe, lol and told us if you need any help Im here. I dont care for sales pressure. My wife and I continued on looking for bedroom pieces. When we found some we enjoyed , we approached Stefanie who was all willing to assist us and answer our questions and concerns. Stefanie took her time, no rushing and was very kind and humorous which made my wife and I both very comfortable. By the time we were done we purchased our bedroom pieces and worked out financing within our budget, not bad for not wanting to buy anything, lol. From start to finish with all Ashley team our experience was very enjoyable. We will definitely purchase again in the future. Ty again for all your help Stefanie.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Horrible customer service and horrible quality. Bought brand new couches and they were broken. Emailed customer service and they directed us to the store. Went to store they directed us to customer service. Tech came out and said that it is just the way the couches are made and it cannot be fixed....So now we are stuck with brand new couches, with tags still attached that are broken. HORRIBLE! Third purchase from this store and previous two purchases had damages items but at least they were able to fix them...
RUN NOW! Do NOT purchase anything from Ashley Furniture! Their service/delivery guys dont know what they are doing and will put together your furniture like crap, damage it and rush through it. Then when you call customer care to have it fixed, they send you through a process of phone calls and emails just to get someone out to fix it maybe...and their customer care specialists say aks you a question-its ask dummy!.....I have never dealt with a more horrific company! STAY AWAY! Do not buy their crappy furniture!

From the moment we walked into Ashleys in Nanuet we were welcomed with open arms by the manager Ramy. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. The salesperson Kenny and Ramy were phenomenal in professionalism and went above and beyond in assisting us. They even kept our 4 kids occupied while staying professional from beginning to end. We are very happy with our purchase and will no doubt be back in the very near future. We appreciate the courtesy and professionalism by all members of the Ashley store in nanuet and we will definitely highly recommend both Ramy and Kenny as two true professionals to our friends and neighbors.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I visited this store and was able to open a credit card and place an order in less than an hour with no problems. This was my first time shopping with themEVER. That was DEC 2018 it is now MARCH 2019 and i still havent received my order. The first delivery date (I took off of work) my delivery was scheduled for 9-1pm. I got a call the same day 9:20am saying they cant deliver the item is damaged. I was disappointed but I understood. The second delivery date (I took off of work AGAIN), I got called the day before my delivery was scheduled telling me the item is damaged and cant be delivered..... I told the person who called to just cancel the oreder because I felt like games were being played. I was told I had to contact the Nanuet NY a store directly. I was told they cannot cancel because the order is sceduled for delivery I tried to explain the item was not being delivered. They began giving me the run around I was told i had to speak to a manager, i was kept on hold, then hung up on. When i called back they refunded my down payment but told they would not refund the delivery fee for items that never arrived to my home. I became LIVID. I had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau before they took me seriously. To date i have no receipt of the cancelled order and the order is still reflected on the credit card I opened. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS...... BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
Recently bought an entire bed set, we are slowly completing the set. We have the bed, 2 dressers (love the plug in electricity), mirror and dresser. Gorgeous! The service was great, love the people and the store. Highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for great furniture
Do not purchase anything from here. I bought a box spring and just from sleeping on it the box spring is now deformed. They told me even if I bought the protection package I would still not be able to qualify for a new box spring. The prices are way too high . If I could I would give a zero star rating. Went to raymour and Flannigan outlet and received better customer service.
Sales person Stephaine was so helpful !! She is very patient and went totally out of her way to accommodate us amd make sure we were happy with our purchase .We can’t wait for our delivery to come !!! Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for furniture. We will back!
Needed some bedroom furniture and I couldn’t believe how great the salesperson Del and her manger Ramy were. They both showed me all of my options and were very personable. I highly recommend shopping at this location for all of your household needs. I will be heading back there soon for some other items.
My experience has not been great. I recently purchased a dresser from the Paramus store. Staff was very nice answered all of my questions. However when i received the merchandise - I found that the answers were not quite correct. The furniture is not wood- it is particle board with plastic in it; therefore not stainable and the furniture is not from Pennsylvania as stated. It is made in Malaysia and assembled here in the states. I have called customer care- left messages for 2 days and as of today the phone lines are not working at all. They just keep ringing!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Guepy is the MAN! Very knowledgeable and understands the need to give us time to wander around and dream. Once we had our choices locked down POOF he appeared around the corner and helped us narrow it down...Overall, great experience! I bought a bed at a local retail store, after 4 years of delicate care, it broke. I contacted the store, the store said they cant help me. Ashley says theres nothing they can do about it, I should contact the store. So I told them that store wouldnt help me, so they told me to email them my complaint alongside w pics. Havent heard from them.
I ordered the sofa to be delivered on 19 March between 2 PM and 6 PM. I had to call three times to get a woman named Jackie tell me that the driver would be at my house by 5:30 PM driver never showed up, never once called, and it is now 6:30 PM and I still haven’t heard anything from the store which I’ve called several times and been put on hold for 25 minutes at a time, nor have I heard from the driver to say he was running late or that the order was going to be Delayed or delivered.
I have a visit other Ashley store ,but I like this one the entire staff are the best specially Victor and Stephanie Great manager there should be people like this working on the other Ashley store they are the best number one I just bought a new house and I’m planning to buy more furniture I would not go any other place I would go to this Ashley store I will recommend this store to all my family and friends and coworkers they are all friendly and patient take their time to please their customer I will give this store a big 10* love it Thank you guys
I love this store! A wide selection of items that you cannot find anywhere else. Always find nostalgic items here as well especially around the various holidays. There are very few stores I visit on a regular basis. This is one of the rare few. Also love their food section. Many hard to find items from around the world!
First time horrible horrible horrible experience.They delivered soffa which did not fit and had to return back but they damaged my house walls, window frame and entrance door.No feed back yet!!!Also they delivered a round table with 4 chairs all damaged and scratched first and second delivery!Super unprofessional delivery team!Strongly don’t recommend Ashley!
When into Ashley furniture take a look at a bed I saw online and Stephanie greeted me and help me .... she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable ..... hands-down one of the best sales person I’ve ever met I can’t wait for my new bed to get delivered .... if you have a walk into the Ashley furniture in Nanuet ask for her .... Both Gayle and the manager there helped me seal the deal on a great sectional! I had a great experience from the purchasing to the delivery. Everything went smooth and timely. I highly recommend this Ashley Furniture store!

2022-06-16I was looking to purchase a sofa, rocker recliner and mattress. I ended up buying all my furnishings at Ashley. I had a great experience working with Gayle and Austin.The first time I went in to the store, I met Gayle. There was no sales pressure put on me by her. She was there to help yet allowed me the distance to look around. Though I picked out the rocker recliner I wanted, I wasn’t exactly sure which sofa I was going to purchase. I told Gayle I needed to go home and think about which one I was going to choose. She gave me her card, told me her hours and explained that I should make an appointment to meet with her and her sales team partner, Austin, if I planned on purchasing a mattress as well. The next day I called her and set up the appointment with them.When I finally went in for my appointment, Gayle introduced me to Austin. We went back to the mattress section. At that tine Austin explained the differences between each mattress while I tried each of them out. Not only did I not feel rushed, but they made sure I chose the exact “mattress comfort” that worked for me.After I decided on the mattress, we then went back to the sofas. Before I made my final decision, they were kind enough to have the rocker recliner I had chosen brought to the back of the store. They had the chair placed by the sofa I was considering, to make sure I liked them together! And as a bonus, I even found the perfect area rug!Thanks again to Gayle and Austin for making my shopping experience easy and fun.P.S. I also would like to say that the gentlemen who delivered the furniture also went above and beyond with their delivery service. All in all, I highly recommend purchasing from Ashley.

2022-06-06I came here looking for a sofa sleeper and was immediately greeted by a guy named Jeff! He was extremely professional and pleasant! I was indecisive with my decision and after literally walking me through the whole store, showing me options on the kiosk and bringing me back to couches I wanted to view again, I finally made a decision and he stuck with me every step of the way! He didn’t make me feel like I was being bothersome and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process! I deff recommend if you are coming to the store to ask for Jeff! Great asset to the company.
