I will never order from Ashley again. I visited the store several weeks ago to purchase a couch for a specific date and delivery window. The salesperson did not input the delivery time correctly, and the couch was scheduled to be delivered before I would have moved into my new apartment. In trying to fix it civilly by phone, I was hung up on by several representatives and even given a wrong call-back number (and the woman who picked up was also very confused).After hours on the phone to no avail to fix the store’s error, the couch was not delivered, and delivery was pushed back by almost a week. Today, the couch was delivered… barely. My partner had to HELP MOVE THE COUCH, and the delivery person asked to borrow our tools to assemble, even though I paid for move and assembly.I absolutely regret giving this store my business, and I will certainly be calling (yet again) to seek money back.
I didn’t enjoy my experience here. At the time I was inexperienced and it was my very first time buying furniture since I had just gotten my first apartment and was moving out of my parents home. I will never return to this place or any “Ashley” furniture store because I felt forced to spend over my budget. It took me years to pay off my couch and dining room set just because extra stuff that I didn’t need was added for their convenience. Never again!
Miguel Quiles is the representative you want at this place, without a doubt! He was beyond patient with my wife and I (shes very picky) the guy never got annoyed at all the mind changes she had and was extremely knowledgeable on this subject. Thank you very much my friend for all your help. I will not go anywhere else in the future. Make sure you ask for the special pen at the end of your purchase that you can get! Thanks again
The Ashley homestore in New Rochelle New York was not only extremely clean, but the sales person that helped me was very knowledgeable.She went out of heir way to get me the credit to purchase my new furniture and I cant thank her enough for the effort.We enjoyed our shopping experience so much, that we will be buying another piece of furniture from this store in 2022.
Great experience getting our new couch with Robby. He helped us over three different visits and was a great communicator in between the visits as well as in the store. We had some challenges with the space in our living room and concerns about a couch fitting in our elevator, and he walked us through the process in a way that put my wife and I at ease in our purchase.
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.Miguel was amazing!!! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all mattresses and furniture. He went above and beyond!!! Took the time to explain the difference between mattresses and the process to finding the right one for my husband and I. I was referred to the New Rochelle store and told to ask for for Miguel, it was the best referral. I would recommend the New Rochelle store and Miguel.
It was great. They have a wide selection of stuff, ranging from cheapest around to high end. The salesman was very chill, he made himself available while not stalking us or being too pushy. They also offered 6 months of interest free financing on their store card which is another huge plus. Overall I am very pleased, and will be shopping there again when the need arises.
This was my first and last time coming to this store. I went to this store because I was passing by and wanted to give it a try. I went for a simple wall art & a blanket, when the guy who was helping me was about to finish my transaction called the manager ( an old woman), before she leave she gave me that look like I owe her something (this was not the first time she did that while I was walking through the store) . First of all I went to BUY not to ask her to pay for my stuffs. Second, I was very patient and didnt make any problems because the wall art that I decide to buy there was damage in every corner. The response that I got was that it was not their fault but the one who was in charge to fixed them on the wall.Third, the guy who was helping me out before selling me the wall art, was asking what type of car I have. He needed to make sure that the wall art was going to fit into my car before he can give to me. Me and husband find a solution and after explaining to him that I would take it on top of my car they decided to sell to me. Probably this guy asked that because at first I went for another wall art but I ended up with a bigger one. But still the WORST experience ever just for a simple wall art.
Customer Service is great! The person we talked to was very kind. He listened to everything I had to say, what I liked and disliked, and what I was looking for. He took in everything I had to say with patience and dealt with everything seriously. I was about to go to a different store, but his services and his knowledge on the furnitures and appliances kept me from going anywhere else. He gave me a great discount. I wasn’t planning on spending over 13,000, but his deals convinced me to. If anyone wants to go to that store, he’s an excellent salesman. I recommend him.
Allyson was Amazing and Helpful. She showed us so much kindness and patience. Allyson was very professional and informative. Her knowledge of the merchandise and policy was helpful in choosing the right fit for us. We are recurring customers but that did not matter to Allyson because she treated us like it was our first time at the store. Allyson is a great asset to the Ashley family and we wish her much success in her new adventure.
The customer service was great up until it came time to deliver on their merchandise. I had two different delivery dates and both experience were horrible. First delivery showed up at 10pm even though we were given a window of 1-4 and then the second delivery, even though it was scheduled a week out, the manager called me the day before to tell me that they couldn’t provide proof of insurance costing me to spend more money. If you are looking to buy furniture, I would recommend any other place before coming here!!! This is the worst experience I have had buying furniture and I will never spend another dime at this place!
I had such a great experience with Belkis Girgenti. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field. We has some concerns on the floor plan of our apartment knowing how small NYC apartments can be. She managed to help us choose furniture that will fit perfectly in our new apartment. I am in love with every piece of furniture that was chosen, they’re all so beautiful.
This is my second time coming back to Ashley and working with the associate Robby J. As soon as I walked in with my mother we were welcomed immediately by Robby and helped my mother look for the perfect sectional. He went above and beyond to draw the layout to help my mother picture the sectional in the living room. He walked us through pricing and availability. We got exactly what we were looking for, Greta pricing and amazing customer service. We were even offered coffee and water. I’ll be coming back for my dining table. Thanks Robby.
Ashley home furniture at 80 Nardozzzie pl New Rochelle NY 10801. This was my first time shopping at Ashley although I was for warned against this store, The manager Belkis Girgenti (BEWARE) I GET THE BUSINESS ASPECT. but she was not too accommodating. first off my name spelled wrong not professional although i corrected her many times . i waited for this TV stand for 5 weeks. The item i purchased was delayed . I was disappointed however I was patient in waiting although I wanted to just cancel the order. I spoke to Ms Belkis about not being happy with the purchase and wanted an exchange not a refund but EXCHANGE. She was not helpful in resolving or finding a solution . but hung up on me. Also the price is much less what i paid for at least $300. Wheres customer service in satisfying your customers. STAY AWAY!!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN!!!!! BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE AT ASHLEY, much better experience with Macys furniture and Raymour and flanigan
I recently went in there on New Year’s Eve to purchase a new mattress for my girlfriend and myself and was met with a warm welcome when we walked in even though it was New Year’s Eve and an hour before closing time. I don’t remember the name of the sales person who helped me but he was happy we had that talk. I think his name was Jose. He had both of us lay on the dream machine and told us exactly what kind of mattress we needed again he was very happy to have that talk. We finally found the mattress we liked and financing was very easy he was happy to have that talk. We got an awesome deal on it and it was insanely easy and he was happy to have that talk. So I’m glad we had that talk Jose I hope your as happy as we were to have that talk.
Jose Cotto was a great help. He was very informative and actually cared about my health. I needed to buy a new mattress because I’ve been sleeping on a pull out couch mattress for years. My back has been aching so it was time for a switch. I needed a switch but on a budget. I asked other workers for help and they weren’t welcoming because I didn’t look like I could afford anything in the store. I just had came from work, and I work a physical labor job, plus I’m in my younger 20s so I still look like a teenager. When I asked for help they were a little off putting and they didn’t seem as knowledgeable about the products. But Jose came through to the rescue. He treated me like an actual person. New information on all of the mattresses and found me one within my budget! If I was to go back, I’m definitely asking for him again.
We had a great time shopping with Everton. He was very attentive and helpful while also allowing us browse at our own pace. He helped us find the right living room and dining room set. We are very happy with our purchases, the quality and the value, and can’t wait to finish decorating our new home.

Beautiful furniture but terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from this company again! IThe delivery men refused to bring up my delivery stating the furniture was too heavy, damaged my walls delivering half of my purchase which came damaged. After several attempts In Rescheduling and confirming dates the company canceled delivery without notice and now says the item is out of stock. Spoke with a customer service manager Rachel Nelson that was arrogant and condescending and told me there was no one above her that can assist me. I’m beyond frustrated at this point and just wished I’ve never ordered from them to begin with.
I had an horrible experience with an online order and this company gave me such a hard time to get my sofa, I was furious ! Until I came into the store ready to get out of character due to my frustration, the manager Steven quickly came to me and told me he’ll help me resolve this. He lasted 2 hours on the phone helping me get my refund. He did a great job I am satisfied with how Steven handled this situation .👏🏻 I will not be buying from the company again tho.
We loved Ashley homestore in New Rochelle. The furniture layout was well organized and it was easy for me and my wife to select the furniture set of our choice. We were greeted by sales rep Peter T. He spent less than 20 minutes helping my wife and I select furniture for our home. He was very knowledgeable about the stores merchandise. He gave us great advice about picking our selection. This is a great store to shop for furniture.
Miguel was extremely helpful to us in finding the right furniture for our new apartment! He was patient with us although we came a bit closer to closing time and he really helped us understand all of the different options for us and what would work best. Miguel isn’t your typical salesperson, he isn’t just concerned about you buying the most expensive items- he genuinely cared about our budget and made sure we stuck to it. He was not pushy at all and we really appreciate that as other salesmen are extremely pushy (at the co-op location). Thank you Miguel for helping us furnish our living room and bedroom. Ashley’s furniture is also great quality as we were originally opting for Bob’s furniture but the money was well spent here!! The quality is unbelievable. Please shop with Miguel next time you shop here :)
My wife and I had the absolute pleasure meeting Mr. Angel Cardona — who’s natural ability to connect with us with just good old fashion conversation about family, children and grandchildren made me have an immediate warmth to Angel. As a matter of fact, we even share common experiences in our life endeavors. Angel made it such a pleasure to resolve my family’s needs in our purchase as well as his manager and team. We worked with Miguel Quiles not once, but twice. The first time he helped us pick out our living room set. He was patient, honest and very genuine. A couple months later we moved to a new house 2 hours away from New Rochelle and went back just to be able to work with Miguel again. He spend 3 hours with us helping us furnish our new home. Just purchased a sleeper sofa and my experience has been truly amazing. When we walked in we didnt feel pressured, we were free to look around and then someone approached us to ask of we needed help. The living room expert Miguel was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient and really understood our needs. We were able to find exactly what we wanted at the price we were looking for. This experience which was stressful before we got here turned out to be easy and most importantly stress free. I would recommend this Ashleys Homestore and team to anyone. Recently bought furniture here and had a great experience. I needed lot of furniture for my new home and was overwhelmed until I was greeted by Robby. He made the entire process from the minute i walked into the store so easy and enjoyable. He was patient with me and took the extra time to show me everything I was looking for. Im very happy with my experience at Ashley’s furniture in New Rochelle, it was great, especially our salesperson, Robby. He really was wonderful. Robby was so helpful, patient, and also really funny. He really made my experience there very pleasant and i will absolutely be back. I will definitely tell all my friends and family to come here, and make sure to ask for Robby. I couldn’t be happier with the service i got. I just got delivery on my new Living Room set and i love it. The delivery team was also great. It went very smoothly, and they were very courteous. Everyone should go to this place and ask for Robby!
Salesperson was helpful however the problem is with the delivery service ... they want to set the date/time when they want to deliver the furniture and not the other way around. I asked to speak to management to no avail ... it’s disorganized and logistics is incoherent. It’s like everyone is working from home and can’t get in touch with a decision maker. I asked that someone in management give me a call to work things out - no one has called back. I asked that my items be delivered to the store in New Rochelle ... the delivery service says they don’t deliver to the store???? It’s almost as if they took the money an ran with it ... will not buy here again !!!

I recently visited Ashley furniture and had a great experience. I was greeted at the door by Ben who turned out to be an amazing salesman, he didn’t make you feel uncomfortable by being on top of you trying to forcefully make you buy something. Instead he let you take your time and go through the store while giving you space to look at and observe the furniture, he wasn’t on top of you like in most furniture stores and the was very appreciated. He was very informative and tried his best to accommodate my needs and wants in what I was looking for. Thanks to the amazing experience and the good quality in furniture, I purchased a sectional, entertainment center for my living room and my bedroom set as well. They have amazingly good customer service and that’s always a plus to look forward too. I will recommend to all my family and friends to purchase their furniture from here..

We purchased our bedroom set on October 3rd, 2020. at the Ashley Homestore in New Rochelle. On Saturday 31, 2020, my husband and I picked up our bedroom set from the Warehouse in New Jersey. We realized that the Five Drawer Chest has a manufacturers defect. On November 2, which was the next opening day, on Monday, we called the Store.. After that, we received an email for us to send the pictures of the item.. The same day, we sent the pictures. We did not receive any response from the Store. Then in the same week, we called again and explained the situation. The representative told us that we will receive the part and that an Ashley Certified Specialist will come on November 19 to fix the defection.On November 14, we received the part ordered. But on November 19, I waited all for the Specialist to come fix the piece. But no one showed up. So I called, the same day. Unfortunately, and told that they have ordered the wrong part, that’s the reason they did not show up. Moreover, the representative told me that the malfunction cannot be replaced, they are gonna make a request for an exchange. They will call me the next day for the follow-up. I did not receive the call. So, I called, and was told the same thing. They put a request for an exchange. So I have to wait. I waited, I called, I waited again, with no response from the Store. My husband and I keep calling, we send emails, and we even go to the Store twice while we are now living in Rocester which is more than 5 h drive. Finally a representative named offers us only a 150 .00 USD dollars credit for it. After all, we said we were just gonna accept it and finish with that. So, we did accept it. But until now, we still dont have an answer from the Store.
When my Husband and I walked in we were greeted by Charles. He didnt try to sell us anything, (the furniture actually sold itself) he was there to assist us with all of our needs. He was courteous and very professional. We found the furniture that we wanted on a different website at a cheaper price and they gladly did a price match for us. My husband and I were very please when we walked out the store. If you ever visit the New Rochelle location, ask for Charles you wont be disappointed.
Ashley Homestore was a great experience from beginning to the end. Steve and Gabe were great salespeople down to the great price and their expertise. I can be a hard sale, but Steve and Gabe made me feel good about my wheeling and dealing with them. Their pleasant demeanor with a little joke from time to time made me feel comfortable and at ease about the product that I was spending my hard earned money on. The extras were the complimentary popcorn, water, along with the clean and well smelling restroom (my compliments to the cleaning lady). If you are looking for a great price, a great selection of furniture, and a good atmosphere. I recommend that you go see Steve or Gabe at the Ashley Homestore.

Disgusting piece of furniture,I would put my picture up,but cant. Called costumer service and didnt like the answer I was getting the bottom of my table was damaged they sent another one which was damaged and the tech guy said it will continue to happen so he used a marker and paint to touch it up.Then go to the store where I purchased it from and the manager said he will email someone.A angry person here.never again.
Belkys and Miguel were phenomenal at customer service. I originally went to Ashelys for inspiration on what color and style bed/sofa I want. I did not come there to buy. But after a few hours and patience with both representatives. I bought did not only 1 piece of furniture but 3 pieces! Miguel had the patience and the expertise. Belkys had the vision and decor down to the Tee! Great job guys!
Just purchased a new living room sectional, rug and ottoman. Had a great shopping experience because of my sales rep Jose. I highly recommend that you ask for him and he will definitely help you choose the best furniture to meet your needs. He goes that extra mile and does not rush you even as indecisive as I am. From start to finish, the service was absolutely phenomenal. As first-time home-buyers, we really appreciated that Ben made our shopping experience easy. Hes an excellent listener and made us feel very comfortable - so much so that we left with a mattress (after an amazing pitch) when we only planned on getting a sofa! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Belkis, very friendly. She was very helpful and showed me different options of beds. She also was able to increase my Ashley credit limit so that I can get the bed that I wanted. She held good conversation with me and my boyfriend while we waited for everything to process. I recently visited Ashely and I was gracefully greeted. The staff was very attentive, professional and very helpful. Aldo was very knowledgeable about the items and took his time to show us the variety of the furniture that the store has to offer. His knowledge of the items helped makes the choice so much easier and stress free. I give Aldo 5 stars for great customer service. Although Chris gave me many satisfying options for my family, Elizabeth gave me comparing and contrasting knowledge that drove me in the most comfortable direction. Although I’m not yet able to comment on the product, because I haven’t gotten it yet, I need to give a five star review to Brianna. She spent a long time working to figure out exactly what my style is. I decided to place my order the next day but she was out sick. Still, she coordinated the whole thing getting me in contact with the right person allowing me to do everything by phone. The next day (still out sick), she followed up in order to set up delivery for me. Without a doubt, best service I’ve received at any furniture store I’ve visited!

I was having a problem with a slat in the platform bed and 2 drawers in a chest I purchased a couple of years ago. I had purchased an extended 5 year plan but when I contacted the outside company that services this plan, I was advised that these issues were not covered under the $250 plan I purchased. I was extremely upset and personally visited the store in New Rochelle to speak with the store manager as this substandard plan was promoted by the store. The store manager, George, was wonderful. He personally made sure my furniture was fixed and by personally I mean he came to my house with a repairman and fixed every issue I had. Thank you George for superb service!!!!
To say the least, my experience was by far the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve ever had. The sales person, whos name I believe was Aldo made it even more enjoyable because he was very knowledgeable on the products & was very detailed when it came to exactly what I was going to be paying for. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready to remodel my living room. Anyone looking to purchase furniture, make sure you make your way to Ashley Furniture store.
Love the customer service here. Charles helped us throughout the whole process. He didn’t try selling us things we didn’t need, had a great attitude as I tried our every couch in the store, and was able to find something perfect to fit our budget. If you come to this location, definitely ask for Charles, you won’t regret it! :)I’m so excited to lounge on our new couches!
My Mother, sister and I walked into this location of Ashley‘s today and actually it was my sister who wanted to just go take a look at some dining table sets. We were on our way to Cosco‘s...there’s one in the area. We were greeted by a young lady named Belkis, and I have to say, she was very knowledgeable, very friendly and right away she helped us and answered all our questions without any pressure to buy... she was extremely patient and took her time, making sure to be very attentive to our needs and address them. She found us exactly what we needed. We ended up making a purchase right there on the spot unexpectedly.... we don’t usually do that! I have to say her service was so good that if I ever need another piece of furniture again I will specifically go to that location to work with her. She worked with us to stay in our budget and the whole experience was delightful. The selection of furniture was wide as well...which also made finding the right piece easier. Ashley Furniture is lucky to have her on their team and I hope they appreciate and reward her for her exceptional service. Belkis did not ask me for this review... I was the one who asked her if there was any way I could commend her service... so, thank you All the best to you and see you when we are back in the market!
Went I first visited the Ashley Store in New Rochelle, all I knew was that I needed to furnish my living and bedroom. I had no idea what I was looking for. Sales associate Glenda patiently worked with me to make choices that I would not later regret. In addition, she made sure that I had her phone number to contact her if needed answers that was not asked during my visit. I was so impressed with Glendas service, that I purchased both living room and bedroom furniture from Ashley. Overall, my experience at the New Rochelle Ashley store was great, managers was receptive and price matched items I found online. I would definitely purchase there again👍🏾
I have to say that our experience at Adhleys furniture was great. We purchased all we needed from living room furniture, dinning and bedroom. My husband and I never had a better service from a furniture store. The person that helped us throughout this process was Aldo, he gave us our space and took his time to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. This gentlemen’s was extremely respectful and kind. We are thinking of going back soon to get some accents and my son’s bedroom set. I really recommend this store so you can see it for yourself.
At Ashley furniture store I had a great experience with all of my furniture. I was very picky with decisions but Aldo (the man that helped me) found a solution for it all. I am very glad I chose this store my furniture is very cute and comfortable. It was great service with him.
I’m gonna first start by saying I am not a person who likes to leave negative reviews! However this store leaves me no choice,. My husband and I went there to buy a sectional for our new place. We purchased a sectional along with tables. I was told it would be delivered by 8/22 which we find out that it was just a table that would be delivered, when we were expecting everything , so now we are told that everything would be delivered on 8/27 to find out that not even accurate. I never received a phone call or an email on any changes . So we decided to go to the store the sales person says it will take 5-6 weeks now because they didn’t have my piece we believe they sold it to someone else. They didn’t care about anything. This was very discouraging to us and we cancelled the order and asked for our money to be refunded, until this day it’s been 4 days no refund either!! I’m so upset because we can’t go anywhere else to purchase the sectional we want. We will never go back to Ashley for any purchases, I don’t recommend this place at all. We are really disappointed at Ashley HomeStore in New Rochelle!
Amazing customer service, I was able to walk in and same day get a great price match on my new sofa and love seat set. The experience was quick pleasant and absolutely painless, Charles that helped us was very kind and understanding and made sure that we not only had a great experience but that we werent pressured into a sale. The worst customer service in furnituring. they never pick up the phone, or transfer you to a dead line. its unbelievable. their orders always have an issue, and dont try calling them bc u wont get it resolved. If i could give them a - 5 i would. shopping on line is cheaper then going to their show room and less issues. Good Luck!

The Ashley store at Narduzzi place representative Aldo is an excellent salesman and actually cares about his client. My family and I came by just to look inside for some items and we were all dressed raggedy and comfortable yet he was very patient with us and my family i winded making some very good purchases. On January 5 2018 I entered ASHLEY Furniture in New Rochelle NY store. A gentleman later identified as Charles greeted me and I proceeded through the store.Charles about 10 minutes later approached me and asked if I needed assistance.I was very happy with the space given to me (which allowed me to look at the merchandise) by Charles before he approached unlike other stores that smother you upon entry.Charles was very attentive and patient with me and my line of questions and made me feel very comfortable and not pressured to purchase.Charles was very knowledgeable and assisted with my getting the best bed set for my money. Charles never tried to oversell me other products and gave me the best advice with the purchase.Charles introduced me to Omar whom also was very helpful and provided me with confirmation tbat the purchase that Charles helped with was the best and informed me to take advantage of their financing which gave me an additional 30% off my purchase.If you want quality and no pressure sales and knowledgeable staff go to New Rochelle ASHLEY furniture and make sure you ask for Charles.The rest of the staff was in Charles opinion the “ Lebron James “ of all Ashely Furniture!!!!Great job Charles and keep up the cooking!!!
We had a great experience at this Ashley Homestore location thanks to Glenda Payne. She greeted us soon after we walked in and let us know if we had any questions to feel free to ask. She allowed us space to browse at our leisure but was readily available for any questions we had. She had all the answers we needed and if she didn’t know it off the top of her head she would quickly find the answer. She assisted us in getting exactly what we wanted and helped us with keeping it within our budget. Glenda was so pleasant and professional. I highly suggest if you visit this location ask for Glenda Payne.
Christopher is very knowledgeable and is very articulate...I walked in the store to browse and I was able to do so without being bombarded by any sales person. After I feasted my eyes Christopher approached me and introduced himself...It was a warm reception...he made my shopping experience easy and smooth. I didnt feel rushed and as a result I was able to furnish my new home.
Visited this location last weekend with my mother. After looking around we were greeted by the manager of the store, Belkis. Belkis went above and beyond to answer our questions show us prices and was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and expandable bases. Today I received my dining room and bedroom furniture. The delivery men were careful transporting the furniture and set up quickly. I have already recommended Ashley furniture and more specifically Belkis to my sisters and Im very happy with the entire experience from beginning to end :)

My husband and I worked with Robby in New Rochelle and had a great experience! Even though we didnt buy. We then went to Ashleys in Bay Plaza and found what we liked. Robby was so nice and so helpful that we went back to New Rochelle to work with him and purchase our living room set. He really took his time to help us put the room together and figure out exactly what we wanted and needed, and made it a very comfortable and stress free experience. I took my mother to the store to buy a mattress. She can be a tough customer, but Christopher and George really took care of her. They listened to her needs and understood what she was looking for. They knew their products and helped her to pick what would work best for her. We were treated like we were the most important people in the store. They didnt pressure us and really made it easy to buy. It was a real pleasure shopping there and look forward to buying our couch there next.
As I went into Ashley furniture the other day with my mom to get bedroom sets a lady name Belkis Girgenti (Assistant Selling Manager) was a wonderful person to come and get what you want from the store. She’s very welcoming and always ask what are you looking for and always give her best opinions about what you are looking for . PLUS SHE WORKS WITH YOU 💯. She not a person that will rush you she takes her time with her customers till you find the right thing. IF YOU WANT A GOOD SALES PERSON GO TO Belkis!!! Went to all local furniture stores and this was the best for us by far. Everton was a great help. Not too pushy like most of the salesman can be and very knowledgeable. We ended up buying furniture for bedroom, dining room and living room. Great service and great prices. Ask for Everton when you go and he’ll take care of you.

I shopped around many furniture stores before coming in to Ashley home store in New Rochelle the attendant at the door was Aldo, who didn’t make me feel like he was trying to sell me anything he actually gave us space to first look around and get inspired as he called it lol. After a while i did have questions and boy did he have answers. He really knew what he was talking about answering every single one of my questions I decided to make my purchase with him and I can’t be happier if you need furniture good service and a perfect mattress you come see Aldo in new Rochelle.

The store itself has a very friendly staff. Although at times you can feel like their time is not totally being dedicated to you because they do have to tend to other clients. If this was a department store where people are buying multiple items like shirts and pants, then thats acceptable. However youre committing to spending thousands of dollars, so they can commit to spending a little more time.I loved my furniture after I finally got it. I was initially impressed when I was going to get my furniture in just a week. To save you from the long story, there was a ton of miscommunication on their part and half of my items were on backorder which I wasnt informed of until after they ran my credit, started a credit line, and charged me for the furniture. I got my bed and the fireplace in a week and the other pieces of furniture came nearly 2-3 weeks later.What I found most unpleasant is that this store failed to do a follow up call or email to see how my experience or delivery was. The shipment center did some of the work in trying to keep me updated. However, I had to do most of the investigative work to figure out what was going on with my furniture.Although expensive, Macys makes it protocol that employees follow up with their clients that make big ticket purchases (I used to work for Macys and if youre not getting a call then its a problem). The follow-up goes along way and helps customers feel they made the right decision in purchasing an expensive item.I wont take away from the friendly manner in which they greet you. At the end it felt as if maybe they were just trying to close the sale and not being genuine with their intentions. I know Im buying furniture, not going on a date; however I still feel like some trust was lost.
Look, its fine. The furniture is okay. They dont disclose upfront that theyre a religious chain, which pisses me off, but the real problem is commission-based sales. If I wanted to experience the horror of being stalked, Id cover myself in steaks and walk around a safari park.
Horrible. I measured and measured again then went into Ashley’s picked out a sectional and was told yes this will fit no worries. It didn’t and I got refunded the couch price (but still lost on the delivery charge). I asked the delivery guy what size couch can I get he said anything under 89 inches so I went back picked out a sofa loveseat that was 87 inches. It was brought and they said no it wouldn’t fit. Now I am out $220 for delivery charges and was told that I can get a guaranteed delivery where they take the couch apart and assemble it inside but that would be $169 on top of the $220 I already spent on delivery charges. They didn’t help at all and all they care about is the sale. They will tell you whatever they have to and they can care less. If I could I would give this store a 0 stars. Go to another location if you want one of their items just not the New Rochelle location.UPDATE- they wont return the delivery fees that i paid over $200 for they were nasty and they said its not their problem and that it is on the back of the contract they make you sign. keep that in mind when you go into this store.
First of all I just want to thank my sales person Aldo Ramirez. Exceptional service. Great communication. Amazing attention to detail. He knew just what I needed just by pointing out a few things. He really helped my place come together.I cannot recommend this place and this guy enough for all your local furniture needs.
This location is near construction, on both sides of the access road, so many people may think its closed. Parking spaces were cut in half to what was previously there. Also, the store was renovated, so its about a third smaller, but still has a decent selection. Different entrance than previously. They claim to have a sale, but the prices must have been inflated to account for the discount. Was very impressed with salesman Everton, but his manager seemed to be a pain. Noticed an employee waking around, wiping down surfaces. Overall, a decent experience.

Went to Ashley furniture for a headboard got just that. The sales person was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. The cashier was very professional and the manager came over to meet us. Sales women we had was inexperienced but the furniture was good. Going to give it a 1 star now. We bought more furniture from them cause my son bought a place, paid for it in full by credit card closing date wasnt till 3 months so they had plenty of time. We called them a month before and told them when we wanted the furniture they gave us a date 2 days b4 delivery the call up and told us the the 2 couches are on backorder. Spoke to someone in Ashley furniture they sold the couches that we ordered and played for and now they made us wait an extra 2 weeks b4 they come. So now they get ONE STAR
Ive been waiting on my furniture for the past 2 weeks, they agree to offer me free delivery after screwing up the first time around. NOW today FRIDAY JANUARY 4th, 2013. Last week Wednesday was the first scheduled delivery, then it was moved to Thursday as they couldnt deliver, I waited over a week and TODAY (01/04/13) THEY called me during the Hours of delivery and told me that ONCE AGAIN they couldnt DELIVER. I AM Extremely UPSET at the fact that not only did I cancel previous arrangement for this weekend due to this BUT theyre ALSO Being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL by not Picking up my phone call as they have my number on record. The sales rep I can say tried to accommodate things and keep me a happy costumer but he has failed as the company that he sadly works for is very unprofessional once they got your money. I will BLAST THIS MESSAGE IN ALL SOCIAL MEDIA as companies like this should go out of business since they do not have any costumer service.
Furniture was great. The problem was with the service. I was told I couldnt have a delivery date without full payment contrary to the receipt that clearly states full payment before delivery. I return the next day and delivery goes from Tuesday, Wednesday if I dont pay right away to Saturday. On delivery, the workers make an attempt and call to say the sofa cannot be entered. I told them it could be done. They call customer service to advice with an additional $225 a tech could come and take it apart and have it entered.at a later date. I sent them home and entered the sofa without any problems with my son. Despite the personnel of Ashley, I sit here comfortably writing this review.
Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with Ashleys. Customer service representatives at the store and over the phone were friendly and professional. Also, the delivery guys were cordial and fast. The only problem I really had was the wait time over the phone to talk to a representative when it came to confirming my delivery time. I waited almost an hour to talk to someone, and I ended up driving to the store and was surprisingly still on hold when I got there. I would visit there again, but the wait time over the phone is something that Ashleys really needs to improve on!
We recently moved to New Rochelle, and needed furniture for most of the rooms in our home. We had visited another well know furniture store 1/2 hour before visiting Ashley Furniture and were frustrated and disappointed. Once entering Ashley we were greeted by Charles Laster, from then on our furniture buying experience became very enjoyable. He wasn’t pushy or just out for a sale. He took time to explain, answer our questions, gave us room and time to discuss among ourselves. When we were ready to make our purchases Charles introduced us to Christopher Lugo. Christopher continued when Charles left off with outstanding customer service. Chris has and continued to make our experience easy and stress free. I have texted and called him at late hours even after work and he always responds.i would recommend working with these two men at this store to anyone. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!
Wow today I have the worst experience I ever had in my entire life.I dont really recommend nobody to go to this store or any Ashley store this people do not do anything for the client i will contact the BBB for this because when a client gonwith your on policy policy that Ashley store write not me this kind of thing are unacceptable.I cancel my all entire order just because the manager of the store name Peter do nothing about it to keep me and my wife happy but is ok thank you guys for nothing very disappointing by this store and the personal. Went to look at a new adjustable base for my Tempur-pedic mattress-- we were warmly greeted by our salesperson Peter, who made us instantly feel right at home. My husband and I explained what we were looking for, and Peter took us to the Tempur-pedic mattress area-- he had us lay on the mattress while he proceeded to demonstrate and explain the features and pricing of this particular base and some of the other bases. He was thorough in explaining our financing options;while we didnt qualify for Ashley direct credit-- he offered us two alternative options. We were not pressured to make any immediate decision-- we took his information and told him we would give him our final decision in a few days. Overall, it was most pleasant shopping experience!

I have gone everywhere looking for the right sectional for my living room and I gotta say I am always put off by the sales agents following me around the store but this lady here she made me feel so comfortable. Went to Ashleys in April for a sofa and rug. I did not want to use credit and face the monthly bills and decided to pay the amount due over three months. As things worked out we were not able to pay the complete bill until December. The customer service people were very patient and understanding. (being a male I did not realize a new sofa meant new drapes, new paint, etc. so that everything would match). When I went to finish paying the bill, a delivery date was set. As I was leaving our salesman came over to me and asked if I was getting my sofa delivered. He had not seen me since that day in April. The sofa and rug were delivered as promised and was put in place by the very competent delivery people.I would recommend this company without reservation.
If it wasnt for Robby, we wouldve been there for hours still deciding and debating. He was calm, thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and attentive. When we left we felt like we made a friend. Any future purchases will be through Robby, and Id recommend him to anyone anytime.
I received my bed delivery on Saturday and it was the wrong color. As I understand mistakes do happen it was handled in a complete unprofessional manner. Customer service actually laughed when I called to rectify the situation. The delivery men were speaking so terribly about Ashleys Home Store that it actually made me re-think my entire purchase. I have spent more that 4 hours on the phone and nothing has been resolved. It is now Tuesday and I still have NO BED. I will never purchase from an individually owned Ashleys store again.. The only reason I gave one star is because thats the only way I can post my FEEDBACK.

I went to ashley for my mattress and was helped by Robby. He was great! Very patient and knowledgable and he actually taught us a lot about sleep. I would give these people negative rating if it was in the format. I bought a sofa from the new Rochelle store & the delivery guy could not fit it through the hallway/ elevator whereas almost every week people in our condo getting furnitures delivered from different stores. When we went back to the store they wanted to charge us $200 extra for a $400 sofa so that it could be broken into pieces to fit through the hallway/elevator!!! When we asked for a refund they charged us for delivery $75.00. The customer service & the manager over there were horrible. When we were ordering they never mentioned that if the furniture is a not-fit we have to pay for the delivery charge for nothing. The GM from the office came out & blamed us for not reading the fine print!!! The people working over there are not professional at all. They were blaming us & the company policy for their own incompetency. I will never go back there even its the last furniture store in this earth. I would recommend zero or negative ratings for this store. Im really disappointed & frustrated. These big corporations are cheating off us regular customers. Thats not fair.
We had a wonderful experience with the customer service gentleman who assisted us on the day we went to the store. We didnt go there to actually make a purchase but ended up buying over $3,000 worth of furniture.We are really glad that we did, because it was a very good quality purchase. I will absolutely recommend anyone from the NY area to go to the New Rochelle store for their puschases. Extremely professional and very patient.

We bought a LEATHER couch that was over $4,000 at this location. Had no idea that the whole couch isn’t leather. Never mentioned that it wasn’t fully leather. Apparently the back and the sides aren’t real leather and now we have visible ripping on the inside of the seats that happened naturally. They basically didn’t care and told us we would have to do it privately with a company. This couch is only 2 years old. A couch this expensive shouldn’t be having rips after only 2 years, and we aren’t even using it 6 months out of the year. Make sure you ask all the right questions because they withhold information.
George was sooo helpful and patient. We had tight budget constrictions and couldnt decide on several items in order to stay within budget! But thats what it means to be a great sales rep! He was very thorough and did everything he could to get us the biggest savings. This is my second time shopping at Ashleys in New Rochelle and both experiences have been excellent. Thank you guys!
My husband And I moved and we decided to start fresh with new furniture. We went to ashleys in new rochelle and fell in love with sectional. This sectional was sold out for months. We left disapointed but was determined to get something we loved. We found something that we loved and the delivery was set for a week after we had moved i was extremely fissapointed with the delivery timeframe but i had no choice. I was lucky to work with Donna Morgan who suprised me with a call to have my ordered delivered 4 days earlier. She is an amazing asset to Ashleys. She is well spoken and relaxed. She has the ability to not make you feel pressured into buying something. She know the products and is also great at assisting with decorating ideas. My only advice is making sure that shoppers know that a product is backordered before they fall in love with one of the floor models.
Ashley furniture does not stand by its products. My wife and I bought a dresser set which almost every drawer broke and even with an extended warranty we cant get any help. The product was discontinued so there is no helping us. The warranty company kept claiming they never received the pictures of the damage and even yelled at my wife multiple time. Do not buy their products and if you feel the need to purchase their shotty furniture dont waste your money on a warranty they do not stand by. We just purchased a new house and I wouldnt even think of walking into one of their showrooms after the way we were treated.

We purchased new living room furniture and Janicia was very helpful and her suggestions matched our taste as well. All of the staff at Ashley HomeStore were very friendly and welcoming and I will always be a customer of Ashley not only because of the beautiful high quality furniture, but because of the customer service.
Nice inside. For me, I like to shop and discuss my intentions with my family without the feeling of a sales rep. attached to me at the hip. Even if you tell the salesperson you would like time alone to browse, you are absolutely ignored, its insane, so I left and ordered online.

I had a horrible experience at Ashley’s in the the Atlas Mall location. Needless to say, that because of that experience, my husband and I decided to go to the location in New Rochelle. New Rochelle was delightful! We had Janicia as our sales person and I must say she was amazing! She was down to earth, joked around with us, and was very patient and did everything that was needed for me to get my furniture. Janicia UR THE BEST!!!!! The whole New Rochelle location ROCKS!!!!!!!

For our last purchase of our dining room table, Charles at the New rochelle location was friendly, warm and very knowledgable. He walked us through all the pricing and financing options very clearly. I purchased my queen size mattress and bed, the person who helped me Aldo was very knowledgeable and catering.. I have a herniated disc and pinched nerves and he was able to explain to me the differences in the mattresses and explain which one was best for my condition. I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since. Thank you Aldo!
I went in to Ashley found what I wanted at a great price, the salesman was professional and very helpful. The delivery was right when they said it would be 2-3 days, and was delivered right in the time frame it was supposed to be delivered. Overall a great experience with Ashley Furniture, I would definitely go back! Thank you
My husband and I just purchased a sofa and loveseat a few weeks ago. Our sales person, Omar Negrin, was excellent and had endless patience for us. I swear we sat on almost every sofa and loveseat in the showroom, and came back twice to look! Omar was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The furniture we picked was in stock and we were able to get it delivered in 3 days. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would shop there again.
So I was shopping at Ashley’s in new Rochelle and I had such a positive experience. I was greeted by Christopher Lugo who is a complete gentleman. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable in styles/types of furtinure. For the mattress he spent time informing us of the many different selections and feels of mattresses. Christopher was extremely patient with us even though we as customers were being indecisive. I ended up buying a complete living room set, a mattress + frames, 2 king size frames, and dining tables with chairs. Chris also mentioned to us the 0 apr credit cards Ashely provided in which we took full advantage of. So if you’re looking for a good quality furniture pick Ashley’s at New Rochelle and look for Chris lugo.
By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. We had multiple issues with our delivery, as they changed up the delivery windows we gave them to suit their needs instead of ours, after we PAID to have it delivered.On the actual day itself, none of the instructions were followed for the first part of our delivery, and multiple calls had to made, each time with over an hour wait for customer service.The second part of our delivery which was supposed to be delivered on the 24th, we never got a call to confirm the delivery and now we are being told that it will not reach the fulfillment center until July 3rd. Then they will call us when it is ready to be delivered. Overall at no time had a manager contacted us to resolve our issue, and the only part they have been helpful was taking our money, and not ensuring everything was made right. Do not buy from here. They do not care about the customer and only care about hitting their bottom line.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Was not told products were backordered until 6 weeks after purchase after being promised items would arrive within 4-5 weeks. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general against the store. Corporates response is to call the store. The store does not answer.
WORST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE!! Furniture was damaged on 1st delivery. I refused to sign so they put it back on truck. On 2nd delivery attempt we noticed the headboard was broken after the truck left. We called them back within an hour and they said they would not replace it because the truck already left my house. They sent a repair man 3 weeks later to try and fix my brand new furniture. All he did was spray lacquer on everything that was damaged (the lacquer got on everything in the bedroom), which made the wood look even worse and the bedroom smelled like chemicals for days. Now Im stuck with a damaged bedroom set that has a heavy and noticeable coating of lacquer sprayed on it. Worst customer service Ive ever had. Same furniture sells for hundreds cheaper on other sites but they try to convince you that theirs is a better quality, HUGE LIE. Stay away from this terrible place. Rude service. They are all con artists. Sales people are nice until you pay them, then they dont care about you or your purchase anymore. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!
It was my first time buying furniture walked in to ashley home store in new rochelle just to look and get ideas. I was greeted by a sales person by the name of Aldo and after the great service he provided i decided to buy everything with him if you ever go to ashley home store in new rochelle this is the person you want to work with.
Just purchased a dining set from Ashleys with the help of Liz. From the moment my kids and I walked through the door Liz was nothing short of helpful, courteous and all around great! If youre in the market for home furnishings I recommend you go to Ashleys and ask for Liz...you wont be disappointed!
I wish these stars would have -10 so I could pres it directly. These people at Ashley are so rude and they try to fool you with prices. They give different prices in the store that they are in the internet. And the store manager, Gorge is a piece of ... , very rood person that called the coops in me for just yelling to him and asking for my money back. Warning guys!!! Do not ever go in yonkers location because in there Damian the store manager is another liar who messed up all my situation with couches. The new rochelle store is another thing. I have never had to do with more rude and unprofessional person in all my life. I was supposed to call the coops on them because they would not give me the money back, but George, was shaking on his hands and attitude and misbehaving toward the costumer is soo bad. I’m going through this all mess because of these stupid and unprofessional people who do not care about their own costumers. They just need to add profit to the store, but rather than that if you have any problem with them they will react terribly and because of trying to protect them self they will call the coops on you guys because of asking them for your own money. The worst shopping experience that I ever encounter. I ordered my daughters bedroom set the end of April 2014 and when the delivery guys came, they FORGOT the rails and another accessory for her full-size bed but all the accessories for the trundle was accurate. Id scheduling conflicts with the Delivery Manager, Melanie and finally one month later, someone is coming back to fixed the FULL-SIZED bed ALONG with the trundle. OMG!!!!!! They fixed the full-sized bed and why are ALL the trundle parts STILL in boxes in the room that the delivery person can see? Call Melanie because now I was irate. She told me that everything was fine because someone signed the delivery. She actually sounds frustrated, like WHY? Finally I asked them to come get the trundle and all the parts. I believe Im still waiting on a credit and its now a little over three weeks that they came back for the trundle. Will I shop here again, NEVER? Even if its FREE.
Bad furniture broke within a couple months. Called before I had to move and they didnt call back for a couple weeks then left a voicemail and didnt call back when I called and left another voice mail per their suggestion on an automated machine. Moved called again was told to call the warranty place because I had moved. Called the warranty place for the protection plan and they said they dont cover it. Absolute scheme here do not buy any plan from them its just for commission. Absolutely dishonest and selling bad products. Lost a customer for life instead of doing the right thing and fixing the situation.
Shopping with a goof friend of mine, Pat when we ran across this beautiful multi functional coffee table. Pat fell in love,with it but,it,was a bit costly. Once Pat returned home she went to the internet and saw the same table at Ashleys online. She immediately called the store and a,wonderful sales person named Charles answered and was able to get Pat tge,table,at the online price. Charles has a bubbly personality and,made us feel very comfortable. His knowledge of the products surpassed most sales persons. If youre ever in the New Rochelle Ashley Furniture Store, ask for Charles. You wont be disappointed.
I wont recommend for sure this Ashley Furniture HomeStore to anybody.I went yesterday to this store and I was willing to buy many fournitures (Sofabed, bed set, dining table...) Unfortunately it was one of the worse experience Id ever had in my life.Easy to explain: I was dealing with one of their sales persons her name was Trina. She was so professional and did all what she could do to conclude the business. As part of her efforts to help me out getting a good deal she proposed me to call her manager George (which has more authority) in order to find out what he could do for me. Unfortunately he was so rude when he came to me and just stated that he couldt do anything for me. I didnt feel any effort from his side trying first to understand what are my needs, and second do whatever possible to conclude business matching my needs and possibilities with store offers and requirements. This is what I qualify as a good CUSTOMER CARE.What is the need for any sales manager to come to customers if he/she just states that he cannot do any thing for Clients without showing and making any effort to help customers?Lastly, because of this manager George I decided to shift to another Brand Store.I wont recommend at all this Ashley Furniture Homestore.

And the manager, forgot her name, was very patient and was able to work it out, in Ericas absence. Was able to choose my delivery date, and delivery guys were on point. Great experience overall!

2022-05-31By far the worse experience in the world dealing with this particular store. We purchased a living room set back in March, we were told that the chaise for the sectional would arrive early May and that wasnt the case. When it finally got delivered it didnt fit through the door we contacted our sales person Belkis Girgenti and she advised that the chaise had to be re assembled with an extra charge which we agreed to pay for however no follow up from her on who or how we make they payment so now we are back to waiting with no definite answer on when we will receive it. We tried to call Belkis to discus the frustration and she has literally done nothing to assist except blame us for the issue. We also purchased a tv stand with a fire place in which the back part of it is already falling apart.

2022-01-15I had such an wonderful experience shopping at Ashleys Furniture in New Rochelle 1/14/22. The moment I walked into the store, the sales person named Tiana B. Was very friendly, and professional. She showed me the many pieces of gorgeous furniture to choose from, and she walked me through the process of financing. I was very please with my beautiful selection of a living room set, and bedroom set!!!! Ashleys Furniture is the best, and I couldnt ask for anything more!!!!

At first glance I wasnt sure if I wanted to make a purchase, but Mr. Reid convinced me with very important information that convinced me. I was fortunate enough to meet her about a year ago when I was shopping for a new setup for my living room and she was so so helpful and knowledgeable with everything in the store and was able to help me put together the perfect new living room from the couches, the coffee table, area rug etc…she was just so wonderful and great at helping with mixing and matching pieces and coordinating, I was amazed at her skills. I went back recently for new furniture for my son’s room and I asked for her specifically and once again, she did not disappoint. She helped us decide the patterns and convenience of the furniture and was even able to price match online prices and was able to save me a few hundred dollars. I once again walked out smiling and very happy with my purchase. Please ask for Donna M. If you’re ever in the New Rochelle, NY store. You won’t be disappointed! Definitely 5 star knowledge and personality.

2022-02-09A nightmare experience.I purchased a living room sofa set and dining room set for my apartment last week. My wife and I were encouraged to purchase a matching ottoman, which ended up being way oversized for my space. No returns accepted once the delivery was signed off. Wish that information was shared with me.The chair in the living room set also has a defect which a technician has to see and evaluate. But the windows they give me for the technician’s visit are so broad that they conflict with both my me and my wife’s work schedule. Wish they would just exchange the piece rather than try to fix a broken unit.Out of frustration, I went to the store to cancel the upcoming order for the dining room set. Sadly, the majority of the funds returned were applied to my finance and not to my credit card which I also used for my order.What an awful, pain-filled experience. Never again

I wasnt trying to buy anything but with his help i bought a new sofa and table. And i really appreciate his help. And the customer service was super well.

Everton was able show me multiple options that met my needs and preferences and I felt like I was shopping with an advocate instead of a salesperson. The store is beautiful, clean and full of stylish options. 10 out of 10!
