I would give this store a negative 100 if I possibly could. This is the worst service I have ever got at any store in my 64 years of life. I ordered a sofa and rug in the beginning of April with a delivery date of the middle of July. I checked with the store the first week of July and was told it is still on schedule. I called the middle of the month, and was told it was delayed until the beginning of August. I talked to the store manager, James, who said there was a problem getting the fabric in. He then said that he would a follow this order personally and connect with me every Friday. Well, that lasted exactly two weeks. When I finally got to talk to him on August31. He said that he turned it over to Tom, the sales manager and thought that Tom was taking care of it. I finally decided to take it to corporate, where Iesha said it would not be in until the end of November at the earliest. Now they have kept thousands of my money since Early April. Needless to say, I CANCELED MY ORDER. They will never see me again. I’m glad to see they are doing so well that it doesn’t bother them to loose one customer. Why do you keep taking orders and purposely mislead people? I really wish I would have read all these reviews before I went there. Lesson learned.
My mother and father visited recently to look for some wall paintings. They had a bad customer experience with one of the employees. We cant be 100% sure but my mother felt it was because she was wearing an Islamic headscarf.My mother wanted to buy a painting and asked about its return policy. The male employee claimed false store policies about the return policy and was rude according to my mother. And when asked to check stock on an item he pretended to check and then quickly said no...Fortunately, my mother came back another time and met a very kind lady who helped her, clarified the stores real return policies, and even helped my mother bring the items to the car. Her name is Madison D.My mother chose to not report the first individual.Leaving four stars because of how nice the lady was on my mothers second visit.
The gal that helped us did amazing! Showed us great products!Now I get it is covid. But it took 4 months to get a couch, then the delivers dented our wall.Our bedroom set took 2 months. Then one of our bedside table wasn’t working.If you want fast delivery of furniture. I don’t recommend Ashley. Good products though.
We ordered a tempurpedic mattress back in February! We spent a GOOD amount of money on this mattress. I called a couple weeks ago to see where it was. Was told it was in and they set up a delivery date for me for today, July 3rd. I thought it would of been cool to get our new mattress on my birthday. I got the text notification that it was on its way and the time frame it would be at our house. While we waited we put up our new bed frame. I noticed its been awhile so I called to see when the delivery people would be here. Turns out my mattress wasnt coming. Apparently the delivery facility tried to call me 2 days prior to tell me they needed to reschedule but I never received a call. So I called and spoke to the manager, at Amelia drive, and it seems no one knows what other departments do there because theyre all separate. I demanded it be fixed today and it cant because there is none of the mattress we ordered avaliable. Were not impressed. We will never buy from Ashleys again. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had in retail. Dont bother reaching out to me Ashleys. Ive talked to enough of you today. 6 months of patience and it has worn thin.Ashley did end up reaching out to me and making it right. They gave me a $500 gift card and were thinking about using it for a new dining room table. Id like to thank you for reaching out to me, I was just very angry and very upset.
Great...got a great deal on our new furniture!! Weve had the same furniture since November 2005...it was time!!! Found the micro fiber material we have loved for almost 16yrs. If it wasnt for the center of our reclining couches sagging in we would be in great shape because the material still looks like new!!!
This review is gracefully a 1 star because I can not go any lower. We ordered a sectional, end tables, coffee table and an entertainment center back on November 7, 2020. Was told 12 weeks due to pandemic. I called at 12 weeks to be told another 2 weeks. I just called again and now another 3 weeks. I have had no furniture since the 12 week mark. They dont even call you to update the situation with you and when you do call, you get transferred repeatedly to the wrong department. I understand there is a so called Pandemic going on, but this is not acceptable when there are so many people that are working, including myself and my husband. Did people just not think that the you would not need furniture anymore? Not impressed what so ever with this purchase that you needed ALL my money upfront in November for me not to have the goods over 3 months later. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Might need to look elsewhere!
Beware of subpar furniture and blatant false advertisement of the warranty. Platinum Ultra Premium protection for complete accidental coverage for five years on your new furniture really means , it is not complete, exclusions DO apply but we will not advertise those exclusion and when you go to make a warranty claim we will deny it. Because basically the only thing we cover scratches after the 1st year. So remember complete 5 year warranty is a one year warranty and then after that covers basically nothing do yourself a favor take your $200 for the warranty go to another store and buy somebody elses furniture.

2022-05-14I went with my friend to find him a new couch, and the sales woman (I believe Maryem was her name) was fantastic. Not only was she one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, but she was realistic with us. She admitted she was new and went to ask questions when she didn’t know the answers rather than making up answers. Such a nice person with a kind soul who you can tell wants to sell you something you’ll love rather than just making money. I’m still blown away by her kindness.

2022-06-01We went to this store today to find a table that I saw on a competitors site. Hoping to find it in person and purchase. We did find the table. The table was 899 in this store. At the competitors site it was under $600. We asked if they would price match. We were told no. They only price match their own website. So we left. Then at dinner decided to look on the Ashley site and saw it on there for under $600. However the other store price matches and we appreciate that effort so we will be buying it from the competitor. This store marks their products up high in hopes no one goes online and sees how high they are marked. I will never recommend this store or shop here. This is bad business to not price match competitors current pricing.

2022-09-06Unfortunately I wont be purchasing another product from this company and will dissuade everyone from purchasing from them. My girlfriend and I were ecstatic about our beautiful sectional until after several months the frame snapped and several springs broke. We both are under 150 pounds by the way. They sent someone to assess the sectional who determined it was a manufacturing flaw. It took months to get them to take the furniture in for fixing and then several weeks to fix it. Even though we werent thrilled about the situation, we understand mistakes happen and were happy once we got our furniture back. Ultimately a while later part of the frame broke off again where it was supposed to have been permanently fixed. The warranty supposedly does not cover the issue due to it being over one year. However, since this issue is due to a manufacturing flaw that should should have never occurred in the first place, and was never fixed properly, I believe they should honor the warranty.

2022-06-21I would never purchase anything from this store again without first looking at online prices first. Our salesman pushed to lock in our purchase last week and luckily I didnt. When I opened up Ashleys website I was able to purchase the exact same items at discounts up to 50% less than in the store. Only good this store was to me was being able to see the furniture in person.

2022-04-28I bought a power recliner at the Orchard Park Ashley store back in early February. It was on clearance and they don’t Warranty clearance items so I purchase the extended warranty. Ashley furniture suggested the warranty and said it’s a great warranty. My chair broke after a week. I pulled out the warranty paperwork went online filled out the forms and submitted a claim. It’s said on the website I would hear back from someone and 24 to 48 hours. A few weeks went by I believe and after several attempts to contact the company I called Ashley and explained what was going on they must have reached out to the company because within a couple days I was contacted by the warranty company. The company name is five star warranty. They scheduled a repair man to come to look at the chair. Three weeks later I get a call from the repair man and he came the following day to check out the chair. He diagnosed the problem as a bad mechanism and he was going to order the part . And after another 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called the warranty company and they said they were ordering the part and it could take up to four months for the part to come in. I just got off the phone with Ashley furniture and they are refusing to do anything about it. Nothing at all. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was a manager at corporate headquarters. I will never buy anything from Ashley furniture again and I suggest you do the same

2022-09-06Had my new bedroom set for 2 months, the frame broke. Waited 9 months so far for the part to be made for a technician to come repair it. I got one of the two parts in the mail and since then no one can give me an ETA on when the next part will arrive (its been 3 months since the first part came in) and no one can help me when I call. The last customer service rep I spoke with agreed I have been waiting far too long and was going to look into doing something for me. No call back so I call again two weeks later for another rep to tell me they cannot do anything for me. I understand supply chain issues, but paying nearly $10,000 for a bedroom set that has been broken 5 times longer than not with no possible eta one when I can expect it to be fixed is unacceptable. I will be shopping elsewhere the next time around for furniture

2019-04-15So ordered a love seat and couch waited 3 weeks for delivery. They deliver it and the love seat was so damaged it was unusable we refuse it. They leave we find the couch is ripped and missing pieces. I lose my mind they give me a good deal on the chair for the set. Now I get off the phone with them and it will take another 4 weeks for delivery. So now we get to live on one broken couch for a month. Do not buy from this place!!! the sales people are very nice but they have no control over anything!!! 4000$ waste of money.So second delivery went better Im still missing parts under the recliner all of them. There is supposed to be a bar here to keep the fabric from ripping when kids crawl on them they have the nerve to tell me its discontinued so take the bracket off then... Never again will I go here... Save yourself the headache

2022-03-19I just wanted to say that the experience I just had with my electric recliner of 7 years old with the girl in your parts department who went over and above by sending me an entire replacement motor when I only asked for a broken plastic piece for my electric recliner from a discontinued Ashley brand I couldn’t be more impressed, you’ll have my business for life!Thanks for all you do!
