Very pleasant store to shop at. Bree was extremely patient with my mom who had many questions. Bree was empathetic about shipping delays and the frustrations that is causing, and very understanding of our situations. We felt more confident ordering from this store right now, even with the shipping delays, than three other local competitors we visited this afternoon. We ordered six bar stools with white glove delivery. If needed, I will update and change this review, but were hopeful the review wont need to be changed once the deliveries start coming in. Where do I begin... On March 6th, 2021 we came into the store looking for a sectional couch and ottoman. We found one we loved and purchased it. I asked about the time frame of the couch because I was having new carpet installed a couple weeks later. Salesman stated that the sectional we chose is not backed up as much as other furniture (salesman tactic). He told me it would be after I got the carpet installed but hinting that it would be close to that time frame. Went through all the financial process and returned home. When we got home I checked the the dimensions on Ashley website just to make sure it would fit fine in the room we are putting it in when I checked the website it was $500 plus cheaper to order it online and I immediately called the store to ask them why they didn’t price match for me. They stated because they need to be asked to price match. The sales manager I spoke to on the phone adjusted the price to make it closer to the online prices. But the price was still greater than the online price by hundreds. I have called customer service at the end of March to ask about order status and nothing they didn’t even know if it was made yet. I waited patiently and a text message from Ashley contacted me. They stated they would check on order status every week and keep me updates. A few weeks went by and nothing I had to text them asked what the deal was. They still to this date have no clue if the couch is completed. Maybe it is and they just haven’t told me. Who knows.. At this point the carpet was done in March and old couch was sold on marketplace and we have been sitting on the living room ground. If the salesman didn’t misinform the customer to thinking the couch would be delivered within 2-3 weeks I would still have the old couch. We have had two birthday parties at our house for family and we all had to sit on the ground. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and don’t know when I will get this couch. My guess end of July or August. Customer service gets a zero for this review and store can get a zero too for lying to customers just to make a commission on the sale of a sectional.
We made a trip to Ashley HomeStore this past Sunday with my daughter and her boyfriend. They were looking to buy a new couch and my husband and I thought wed browse a bit -- not planning on buying, but maybe finding some inspiration for a future purchase. Well, my daughter found her ideal couch and we found our perfect couch/loveseat set as well. Our salesperson (Arthur) was friendly, helpful and considerate. He was available when we needed him but not at all pushy. He was down-to-earth and polite. We appreciated his input. And on Monday, when I discovered a small problem and had a couple of questions about our order, a quick call to the store was all that had to be done. While Arthur wasnt available to help me (he was with another customer), Greg was able to fix the issue in an instant. He was also extremely helpful and very friendly! All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone who appreciates beautiful furniture and excellent customer service. Thank you Ashley HomeStore!
Once again, I would leave ‘no stars’ if it would let me. The folks at the store successfully sold my wife a recliner. It was going to take forever to get here, but that was up front and accepted. The chair is here, but we can’t get it. The first delivery date was set with a time of 8-11 on a Tuesday. When we hadn’t heard by mid morning, she called to see if they had an update…..ah, er……the chair didn’t make the truck from point A to point B, (assuming a warehouse to delivery location, but who knows), and the next available date would be 4 days later. It is now 4 days later, we haven’t heard anything so it was time for another call. Well, the ‘acceptance’ of the new delivery date was never entered into the system so it will now be another 6 days before it can be delivered. My wife has cleared two days to be home for a delivery and both have been wasted.I worked logistics for years moving supplies and people in both foreign and domestic locations. I understand how involved it can get, but if I screwed up once I would be doing everything possible to make it right let alone twice. The Ashley people you deal with are all remote employees who have no ability to take any corrective actions. They just start over. You will not get accurate information, or the promised up dates. Fair warning, this is not a competent company to deal with.
Salesman only ordered half of our split box spring. A month after we ordered it, they delivered half, and told us the other half would be there in a week. They paid for the shipping, so it was all good. A week later they scheduled a delivery, never showed up, never called. I called and was asked to text a Rochester number to fix my delivery. That number took over 20 minutes to respond every time, and eventually told me our delivery had been canceled and could not be rescheduled at that time. I tried to call, and they were closed at 4:26pm. Called the next day after seeing that I could get the same thing for the same price on Amazon delivered the next day, and told them if they could deliver tomorrow, I’d take it, but otherwise I wanted a refund. Was told the best they could do was Monday. I agreed just so I wouldn’t have to put the bed together myself. An hour later, they called back to say the box spring isn’t actually at the store and they don’t know when it will be available. Best part? When I said I just wanted to cancel the order, they refuse to take back the half a box spring they left at my house 2 weeks ago. So now I’m out $350, have a useless half box spring taking up room in my home, and I’ve been sleeping on the floor for 7 weeks now. Honestly, just order online. It’s cheap furniture with untrained salespeople.
Walking in we knew what to expect. We were sure somebody was going to approach us ask us what we were interested in and give us the whole rundown. We were happy that when we got there although that did happen it was a very easy process not as much pressure as you would think. We were given plenty of time to roam the store and find the things we liked and when we did find something the woman who helped us was more than happy to give us additional information on each piece of furniture. Although we came in looking for a couch we walked out with a new reclining chair.
My husband and I worked with Duncan and Jon today and had the best experience we could have hoped for. Duncan and Jon listened to our needs and price range and did everything in their power to get us exactly what we needed in that range. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These are great people that you can tell aren’t just putting on a front for their job. They are truly genuine and Ashley Furniture should be proud of their hiring choices.
As Real estate agents our home buyers often need a reccomendation for new furniture. Ashley furniture is our #1. Not only is it the best but it is located near our office and we love to support businesses in our community. All of the sales people are very friendly. Tbey have a great selection of furniture at affordable prices. One of the best in Central New York! If your in the Geddes, camillusbor Fairmount area give this place a try first you wont be disappointed.
Well if I could put negative stars I would. Long story short- bought a couch March 6th. The store told us as we pick out the couch “this is a good one because of covid, it takes awhile to get the couch but this one will be in by the end of the month” which perfect because I was due with my 2nd child in April. Thinking we would have it by the time I have birth, we sold our old couch. Well that never happened. I had a toddler and a newborn with no couch in our house. Called every month for updates. Had birthday party where we had no couch. Eventually we had to borrow old couches from our parents waiting for this couch. Now we are 6 months in. Still no couch. They call and say it’s finally in! And we, rightly so, wanted it as soon as possible. They said “we only deliver in your area 2 times a month” we are 30 minutes away from where the warehouse btw. So we said can you please get it to us as soon as you can. They said “I will see if I can get it to you on Tuesday but if not, it will be on Wednesday September 1st. We will let you know Monday if they can do that” we said ok. We wait and no call Monday so we call Monday afternoon and they said that the truck is now full for Wednesday and we have to wait 2 MORE WEEKS! Until September 15th because the person we spoke to didn’t put us down for Wednesday September 1st and wasn’t even in the office on Monday hahaha!. So now here we are, going into 7months of no couch. I can’t believe how unorganized and absolutely ridiculous this whole process has been.
The quality of the furniture is great. Could not be any happier with that, I am more so unhappy with what has transpired during and after buying the furniture. I would like to start out that we spent almost $19,000 on furniture and paid for in cash no financing. After we purchased our furniture we were in search of some items that Ashley did not have so upon seeing the same furniture that we bought from Ashley at other stores , their prices were way cheaper than what Ashley was offering in their store, mattresses included, also upon further investigation we were told by them that we had to buy the adjustable base made by beauty rest in order for the warranty to be in effect, I had found other bases that did the same thing but were half the price, I called beauty rest to ask them if that in fact voids the mattress warranty and they said no. so now I am upset that I had been kind of duped. I did reach out to Ashley about the cheaper furniture price and they matched it. then after we had already purchased the furniture a month later they called me to tell me that some of the furniture that we bought was discontinued and would not be delivered until January and we bought it in June. this was extremely frustrating as we had already purchased the furniture and now, we must wait till January for it or get a refund and find new furniture to put into the new house. so, we asked for a refund, they told us that we should get our refund in 7-10 days, well a month went by with no refund. so, I called them to ask them what the status was on the refund, and they said, oh it was never processed. So we had put our new furniture on our credit card seeing that it would just cancel itself out once the refund hit but we had accrued interest from that purchase because Ashley took forever on getting us the refund. If their furniture were not great quality, they would have received a 1 star for horrible customer service, and price gouging. I thought when we made this purchase, we were getting great customer service and great prices with the sale they had one, come to find out the sale is so big because their furniture prices were jacked up. I am extremely upset with the fact that they didn’t not honor our purchase and deliver our furniture to us after we bought but to only tell us that it has been since discontinued ( after we had already bought it) and it would not be delivered for a total of 6 months after purchase. I recommended checking out Dunkin&Bright they carry all the Ashley furniture for half the price. I will not recommend the Ashley store itself but their furniture I do recommended. I will not be going back to this store and have not for all my recent purchases.Update: Now our most of our stuff is not going to be ready until the end of September when they scheduled me for 8/11 but i changed it due to closing on the house being pushed back. So what happened to our furniture that was ready to be delivered?! Do not buy anything from this store. They clearly do not make your furniture when you order it. Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking they will have their stuff made when they order it. By the way we ordered our stuff June 17th. Still no one has tried to make this write even with the furniture that we ordered and was not going to be ready till January.
I went into the showroom back in June and was told I would get my bedroom set the first week in July, then I was told July 26 after that it was mid August and then September 5 and now they are saying October. I closed on my house back in June and still have not gotten anything I ordered from Ashley bedroom set, sofa or table. Then I was told they would only do two deliveries so instead of them bringing what they have, they want me to continue to wait cause they don’t want to make more than two trips. Had they been honest in the beginning I could have picked something else or went to another furniture company. Do not waste your time at this company.
Very pleased with the service at Ashley. My salesperson Nick was hardworking and patient. The manager Amanda was excellent! Will definitely recommend to friends. It nice to see a place that truly cares about the patrons! My son is waiting for the purchase and hopefully will be just as pleased !Thanks again
We just had the best experience with Walter. We came to the store in need of a new king size mattress, Walter was so helpful and did not pressure us into buying something we didn’t want . He was very patient and kind. We have had the same mattress for 15 years and he was happy to answer all of our questions about buying a new mattress. We usually do not like to deal with salesman but Walter made everything simple and easy for us. We will be back to furnish our new home in the future.
Our Sales woman Nikki was absolutely AMAZING! We knew what we wanted when we got there, unfortunately they only had 1 of the items on the floor for showing, but she found us something much better and what we were looking for. She went way beyond what she should have to help us, measuring everything to make sure it would fit, listening to crazy talk from my family, and just being knowledgeable about all merchandise. Thank you so much Nikki for a great experience, We will be back!!!
Recently visited Ashleys to buy new furniture for my apartment I am about to move into. They layout of the store and displays they have are very helpful, along with a large selection. Great price points and flexible if you are on a budget with payments. Arianne was assisting me during my time there and I have nothing to say but positive things about her. A great personality along with the information she knew was a great help, and she was not just trying to push me into a sale. I couldnt thank her enough!
We went to Ashley furniture in Syracuse and had a great experience. Not only was our salesperson, Kevin, extremely polite and helpful he helped us without hovering and stalking. Kevin was wonderful. He answered every question we had and he was a pleasure to speak with too. Today our couch and loveseat was delivered by two very pleasant men. They were quick and precise, even made sure they didnt get our carpet dirty. We will definitely shop there again without hesitation. Kevin made shopping for furniture and purchasing it easy, piece of cake.
This place is really good. I worked in a furniture store before. When I walked into this one, I was blowing away with context of everything. The place is clean and the service is top of the line. Frank Keyser is a great Manager. He deserves a promotion. People like him we need in the world. Also bought my tables from here too. This is a great store to experience furniture shopping!!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a couch from them over 4 months ago. I get that there was a pandemic. But when that happened, my couch was only 2 weeks out from delivery. When they reopened, it got pushed to 6 weeks out. Today, my couch was out for delivery. It was supposed to be here between 3-6 pm. It is now 7:30 pm on the delivery date, and I have not heard ANYTHING from them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. DO NOT buy anything from this store!
We were looking a for a leather sectional and we had been to at least 5 different stores to see what was out there. We went to Ashley first and returned after seeing all the competitors. The service was top of the line, they had the exact sectional we wanted, the process was quick and easy! Chris did a great job with all of our questions and never was impatient. They have a great price match program and Allison made that process so easy & saved us some money! I can’t recommend Chris and the team enough! Thank you!
Chad was incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing and basically offending me away like so many other sales reps in other stores. He made made my shopping experience so pleasant Ill definitely ask for him as soon as I make the final decision on my purchase!
My boyfriend and I recently purchased a sectional and a king sized bedroom set from this location. When we walked into the store we were greeted by the home furnishing consultant, Nikki Cammack. She was AMAZING, we would highly recommend her! She didn’t make us feel pressured to buy anything and was helpful in showing us all our options. We went into the store knowing we wanted a bedroom set and a sectional but had no clue what design we wanted. Nikki was very patient with us as we literally walked and dragged her around the entire store, sitting on every sectional. She even brought over drawers of different dressers from bedroom sets that we liked so that we could compare the coloring! After a while we picked our favorites. Nikki helped us with calculating prices if we added or took off any items and was very knowledgeable around the products. Although we won’t be getting our furniture for another few weeks, we wanted to leave this review in regards to the professional and delightful experience we had at this store!
Well I gave 5 stars but that changed. We gave the dimensions needed to the sales rep and she said she had the right bed. After 4 weeks of waiting, the bed sent was not the right dimensions at all. Almost $1000 later we had to get a refund. They wanted to keep freight fee of 12% for their reps mistake!! The only reason they have 2 stars now is because after excessive debate of the validity of keeping money for their mistake, it was agreed to be returned. Very disappointed and think their training of associates and reasons for keeping money need to be reconsidered.
I want to give a big big THANK YOU to Ashley Grant and Greg Lawson who turned an unfortunate situation into an absolute amazing turnaround! Both showed amazing customer service skills and have been two of the best people I could have ever worked with during all of this. I was able to get a beautiful living room and bedroom set and had a wonderful experience with them. When it comes to customer service these two are on their A-Game and represent the company in a great way! Thank you again
Andrea was a wonderful salesperson. She gave us space when we needed it and found us just when we were looking for her. She walked us through everything with patience and friendliness. James came over to do financing and was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. James cut us a great deal on delivery. We would definitely shop here again! Thanks guys!!!
Good selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It lost a star because the prices seem inflated compared to other similar stores in the Syracuse area. When pricing out sofas, we were able to find the same exact set at another local store for 20-35% less, and there were other comparable options that were also less expensive.
Nowadays most furniture stores have pretty decent quality stuff for a good price. The issue isnt finding good quality furniture. The issue is finding good service. Thats what people want, a company thats going to make your buying experience comfortable, smooth, and professional. Purchasing the furniture was easy. However the delivery portion is becoming a joke. I ordered my king bed and slats well over a month ago. I got a call saying everything checked into warehouse and was ready to ship, we figured a date. The day it was to be delivered the delivery guys didnt have the tools to finish the job. The bed frame was missing a threaded hole for a bolt so they couldnt finish putting my bed together. And my slats never got loaded in the truck. They asked me if I could drill the holes and finish it for them even tho I paid Ashley to have it delivered and assembled. The guys said a tech would come out and do it asap. Never did. Ive had three unsuccessful phone calls since then. They wouldnt give me any answers until of course all the managers went home and a receptionist called me to tell me they can deliver it 4 days later. I asked to speak to manager, they all went home. I asked if I could go pick up my slats myself, the warehouse closes early. So because they screwed up and forgot to put the slats on the truck, and the guys didnt have the right tools, now I have to wait even longer to have this done? Absolutely shameful. When I scheduled the delivery I told them it was a new house and that Im having a new baby so I really needed this to work out this weekend before I go to back to work. This situation has made my first experience with Ashley pretty horrible and I definitely wont be going here anymore for furniture. The least they could do is reimburse me for the slats and the hefty delivery fee.
I had a very unusual experience at this store 1st they had problems with their Delivery service. I order on October 5th and they would come on November 9th but then had to reschedule for the 21st. But they were very very accommodating and gave me a sizable Gift card! However when the sofa came I had to return because it wouldnt fit. up my stairs!,They were very sorry and accommodating again,There Delivery service is not very fast, you have to be a patient person!, takes weeks, And the furniture is to pricey for me.But high Quality, All the customer service and salespeople were Very nice and extremely kind , ,However I personally dont think Ill be shopping there any time soon! Because again Very pricey for Me!,
Andrea S. was able to show us exactly what we were looking for! There was no pressure to make a sale the first time we went in. When we returned the sales manager matched the price we saw online and worked with us to make a deal we were happy with. We noticed an error in the order as we were leaving but it was quickly corrected. We are now eagerly awaiting delivery of our items and would recommend Ashley HomeStore to all out friends and family.
My husband and I recently visited Ashley to pick out some bedroom furniture for our new apartment and Allison G helped us and I just have to say she was by far the nicest, and overall helpful sales associate I’ve ever met. She didn’t just care about making the sale she wanted to make sure we were happy and that meant a lot to us ! She went above and beyond for us today and we will be going back for sure !
I have been buying furniture from Ashley for many years now, and have had great customer service, delivery, and quality furniture each time! Most recently, Matt helped me choose a new mattress. He was patient, informative, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! He was very knowledgeable about the products, and made the buying process great. I have, and will continue, to recommend this Ashley homestore to everyone I know!
I would give 0 stars if I could. This store is worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. No one knows the right answer to anything. I ordered furniture in August, first I was told October, then November now January. In addition the staff cannot seem to be courteous enough to even call you when your partial order is in I had to continue calling MYSELF AND on top of it they forget to order things that have already been paid for. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE.
I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a couch, 2 chairs, 9 piece dining room table set, rug, and coffee/end table set from Fairmount. Pieces and parts of this order were delivered in a not so timely manner, coffee/end tables were discontinued after waiting 6 months to not even receive a call from Ashely, along with the table arriving broken/damaged and unable to be returned due to covid. To make it right I was provided with gift cards, in which I used to purchase an expensive 5 piece sectional(gift cards didnt even cover half the cost). I was told 12 week delivery times, which is already absurd, just for it to pass the 12 week period and be told they have no idea when my sectional will be arriving. STAY FAR AWAY unless you have the patience of a monk.
I have bought furniture from Ashley years ago. It is one of my favorite furniture stores. The staff are very helpful and not pushy at all. The sales consultant I worked with was Chris P. He was honest, patient and easy to talk to. I cant wait to go back so I can finish my living room!
I purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture and bedding from the Ashley HomeStore in Camillus, and as part of the deal I received a $100 gift card redeemable for anything in the store. I found a painting on the Ashley website that I liked for $128, so I headed to the Liverpool store to see if they had one available. They did, but they wanted $228 for it. I pointed out that the same painting is listed on their own website for $128, and requested that they match that. They refused. This essentially renders my $100 gift card useless, since theyre charging $100 more to purchase an item in-store vs. online. The best part is, they dont allow you to use gift cards to pay for online purchases! That was conveniently not mentioned to me when I made my initial purchase. I tried working with guest relations, specifically with Erin H. She was extremely unhelpful, condescending, and dismissive.Ill also mention that when I purchased a $3,000 mattress from them, the Sales Rep stated that it came with a 90-day guarantee, which meant I could exchange or return the mattress if unhappy within 90 days; I just had to pay $150 shipping. I attempted to exchange my mattress for one that was less firm within the guarantee window, and I was told I could exchange it, but would have to forfeit the difference in value between the mattress I purchased and the one I wanted ($800).Im shocked and appalled that this retailer treats their customers this way, and would strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere if youre in the market for new furniture.
Our actual sale and purchase was great. The delivery and set up stinks. Really stinks. The table took 3 1/2 weeks to get here and we paid for assembly and delivery. It was a simple round pedestal table with four chairs. The feet on the pedestal were not correctly assembled and the table has a defining tilt. We cannot use it. After 3 phone calls, we have a repair kit coming and a repair person coming IN TWO MORE WEEKS! Ive got a table that I cannot use and two more weeks to wait. Two calls to customer service and Ive received many Im sorry for your inconvenience, but Ashley is unwilling to refund the $59.99 delivery SERVICE fee. When I said that perhaps I need to contact the Better Business Bureau, y customer service rep at the corporate office, Mike M said that he would look it up for me. He could not forward me to a higher level manager or supervisor however. Ive never been so upset by the lack of customer service. Im now waiting for two phone calls back, one from the supervisor Mike M. was supposed to forward my call to and one from the other number I found online. The kicker is we spent over $3000 on a dining room set and bedroom set this time last year and it was put together well with no issues. So disappointed.
I bought a TempurPedic for my mother that I am now stuck with. We can swap it out for a different softness but that will not help due to new recent medical conditions she literally couldnt walk for 2 days. I was told by a manager they couldnt do a store credit because of Covid which makes no sense because I can return if for a different softness because I bought the mattress cover. Long story short if your buying a TempurPedic mattress buy directly from TempurPedic because you can return it for money back within 90 days. My moms matress is in storage and Im out 3k+ because I already have a new matress!
Just got my family room furniture in today! They even came in and set it all up for me it was amazing. In store Tim was incredibly helpful and got me and my family the perfect furniture set. Highly recommend getting your furniture from Ashley in Camillus. And when you do ask for Tim! He’s the best.
This store is beautifully laid out and the furniture selection is great. I bought a couch, leather love seat and a drafting desk, which I am very happy with. Chris D. was very professional, very helpful and courteous. He guided me through the sale, setting up the account, and setting up the delivery process very efficiently and seamlessly. When I need to buy more furniture I will definitely see Chris again. I would recommend this store.
Great Experience, Dave Johnson was helpful and responsive. I initiated the contact via phone and he researched my question and got back to me quickly. Once there he helped us evaluate the different options and we ultimately found a great sofa and are very excited about it.Highly recommend doing business with them. For my first furniture shopping experience, I had a great experience with Sales Associate Scotty. He was very patient and showed me all the great things Ashley Homestore had to offer. I didnt plan to purchase today, but with the assistance and comfortability of the employees, I bought a bedroom and living room set. You should come in and enjoy the same experience.
Had a great experience and efficient. Jenny was great at explaining the differences of each matress. Knowledgeable and polite with no pressure to purchase. Unfortunately I was scheduled to have delivery and I changed plans to be home and took apart my old bed and moved it out of the bedroom then received a call that there was a computer glitch and would not receive my item. Now I have to make plans for ANOTHER DAY with no idea what time they will come.
I had a wonderful experience at this store purchasing a living room set! A very helpful and personable sales representative named Allison Grant took the time to ask questions about the layout of the room we were seeking furniture for, color and fabric preferences (etc.) and was able to quickly hone in on the best few choices in the store to meet our needs and budget. I would recommend to anyone to ask for Allison for a stress free furniture purchasing experience.
I want to give a shout out to Nikki at the Fairmount Ashley store. She couldnt have been nicer, so helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help me get the best deal regarding financing. I asked her what I could use to clean a previous chair I had purchased at Ashley. She not only verbally told me but went on Amazon to find the cleaner and text me the link. Im still deciding about purchase but she did so much knowing I wasnt walking out buying something today. I will go back !.and see Nickki and see N
About 8 sale associates in the store today, NOT ONE attempted to help me. Didn’t even greet me as I entered the store. The only words spoken to me was, “Have a nice day,” as I walked out deciding not to spend my money there. I needed a nice plush chair for my salon suite, but I’d rather give my money to Marshall’s home goods. At least they were helpful.Update: Went to Dunk & Bright, found a chair for my salon, $300 later; I’m a happy camper. Everything happens for a reason. But I will never shop with Ashley again. Hate to state the obvious but judging people by their appearance definitely caused the loss of a sale today.
If I can give them a ZERO I would ordered my bedroom set 3 months ago, I emailed them they set a date witch was June 24th the second week of June they contacted me saying it had to get pushed back3-4 more weeks so they set a date for late July!!! I ordered in MAY! I already waited a very long time and than to wait some more is ridiculous, I totally understand that they may be backed up and the pandemic delayed a lot but I’ve never in my life waited so long for something I ordered months ago, my coworker who ordered after I purchased my bedroom set got hers way before me Within the second week of her ordering I was and still am highly upset!
We had a great buying experience with Sales Consultant Chris Dillion while searching for our new bed/mattress. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of mattress materials available. He worked hard to get us a good deal and we were very pleased with the outcome. My fiance and I went in over the weekend just to look around and see what we may possibly want to buy in the future, or just in the next few hours because we fell in love with a bed and new bedroom set! I have purchased a bedroom set and mattresses from Ashley Furniture store recently and their customer service was excellent. The management team Brian , Ken, and Jenny were awesome . I will continue to shop at Ashley because of their great management team. The delivery company that came to my house both times was just as supportive and professional as the store employees.

All the furniture displays are immaculate. It was nice to touch and feel the quality of the furniture before committing to a large purchase. They even give a gift card if you take a nap on one of the great beds!The salesperson, Scottie was amazing. No pressure, no stalking..... he just simply said call my name and Ill come running, and he DID!!!!! Cant say enough great things about him. He made the shopping experience fun and enjoyable. I can not say enough about my great experience at Ashley home store in Camillus NY. We had family coming in for the holidays and we were in a hurry to get a new couch. We had a great experience at Ashley. Weve owned Ashley furniture in our vacation home for several years and have been pleased with the quality. We were very excited when an Ashley store opened locally so we could utilize their products in our primary residence. We worked with Scotty who was great from start-to-finish. Very knowledgeable, and willing to work with us to find the pieces we needed at the right price-point. We ended up with a new living room set, as well as a new bedroom set. We will definitely be back again to furnish our remaining rooms.

Cervise was great, Nikki Cammack my favorite sales representative was amazing she greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, after that she asked questions about our wants and needs, then she showed us a great selection while giving us the space and time to pick for ourself but also being nearby to answer any questions. Originally we had an issue with the Camillus NY store. However Ashley Furniture came through and corrected all matters, the regional team really cared and in doing so increased our brand loyalty. I would recommend doing business there just in knowing if things go wrong they will strive to make things right.
I want to start by saying evertime i walk into the store i am welcomed by friendly smiling faces. My consultant Andrea made my shopping experience fun and enjoying. We ran all over the store looking for the perfect pieces for my home. I definitely will go back just to see her to finish furnishing my home.
I would leave zero stars if that was possible. Was talking to a very pushy salesman (expected since sales are commission based), but when we asked for time to think about a purchase and whether the store offered the promotional financing online (it was some holiday sale), the salesman literally ended our conversation mid-sentence and walked away from us because he realized he possibly wouldnt be getting commission from us. This isnt the first time that employees from this store have been rude to us when we dont buy everything they try to push on us. Im not one to use hyperbole, but I can guarantee that I will never step foot in this god-awful store ever again.
Worst furniture buying experience I’ve ever had! I’ve placed an order for my furniture well over six weeks ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered! I was given a scheduled delivery date and time and no one ever bothered to show up! Every time I called the store they kept giving me the same run around “it must be on the truck” but no one ever came to deliver my things! Highly disappointed that my money and my items are not being taken seriously.
I went to Ashley‘s furniture andoriginally purchased a sectional sofa that apparently has a reputation of not fitting in certain places.I was very clear with the salesman that it would be going on the third floor accidents happen. the furniture was delivered but of course didn’t fit went back to where we purchased it route 57 and Clay and encountered their general manager .Who was incredibly rude condescending and unhelpful at this point I had no intention of doing business at Ashely‘s ever. But due to the fact that we couldn’t get a refund and would need a credit I decided to stop at the one in Fairmount I had the absolute most wonderful experience from the sales salesman to their GM and everyone in between I will never shop at the one in Clay and I would never encourage anyone to.But I will continue to buy all my furniture from the Ashley store in Fairmount And will be sure to encourage my friends and family to do the same.I guess that old saying one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch well that GM and Clay was definitely a bad apple. I’m glad I decided to give Ashely another chance thank you so much Fairmount
Highly over-priced furniture unless you have more money than brains. Salespeople come at you immediately upon entering like vultures on a carcass, and dont let you browse in peace until you are quite blunt about being left alone.This was the second Ashley store we visited, and the experiences were almost identical. Go at your own risk, or if you enjoy sales people chirping in your ear while youre trying to make up your own mind.
When we entered the store we were greeted by Mariah who asked if she could help us. We shared our pretty specific needs and she told us where we might find what we were looking for. We said we’d like to browse first. She smiled and said she’d check in with us. We loved the low key atmosphere and did find a bedroom set that would work. Mariah came over and helped us check measurements and prices. There was no pressure to buy immediately and we left to make sure the measurements would work. When we returned three days later, it was Mariah’s day off. Nikki greeted us and listened to our situation. We liked the fact that Nikki and Marni would both get credit for the sale. A place of business where people are teammates,not rivals ,is a place we know we will be treated right. Nikki then walked us back to the furniture we liked and double checked all the information we needed.It was a very pleasant experience.
If I could give less than one star I would. We bought furniture from this place a couple months ago and everything went smoothly. The rep who helped us told us it would be best to get the insurance on the furniture for any scratches or dents that may occur regardless as long as a pet did not do anything which also makes sense. So we did as it made sense. Today we filed our first claim and the nicks that she said would be covered apparently are not and have to now pay extra. Not only did she lie to us but gave inconsistent information as well when it came to warren tee. Absolutely terrible.
I recommend asking for Nikki she was extremely helpful and tentative to all the needs I had. I was wandering around the store randomly until she helped me pick the perfect couch for the space as I described it. I also would consider myself picky with the feel of a couch and material and she only suggested ones that met that, that were also in my price range
I am EXTREMELY upset with the ordeal this store put me through... I ordered a sofa and loveseat via phone for my new home, as I live far away and couldn’t purchase in store. I placed the order, specifically stating that i wanted it without the furniture protection, and I asked to have it split 50-50 on two cards. They called back and told me that there was withdrawal limit on my debit card. I called my bank and corrected the problem, but by the time I called Ashley Furniture back, I found out that they had already charged the entire 1000$ order to my boyfriends card WITHOUT permission. The saleswoman also charged me 200$ extra for furniture protection that i explicitly said that i didn’t want. I called back and told them to correct the overcharge and honor the 50-50 arrangement that i had initially said. They replied they couldn’t/wouldn’t. I was bounced around to different people around the store throughout the course of a few days. I even spoke to two different managers, and both simply had receptionists call me back with. Neither showed any interest to help me. After days of calling and demanding the problem be fixed, it was finally settled. BUT that’s not all. After the order processed, I had called back to schedule a shipping date and was told that the furniture would not arrive until mid July, which is outside the usual 14-28 day window required for shipping. At this point, I complied because i was exhausted from this issue. This whole ordeal happened in early June. TODAY (weeks later), it is the first week of July and I got a call from Ashley about my sofa and loveseat: it won’t come until late July now. unbelievable.
Never again! I purchased a mattress with a power base and was told I had 30 days if I was not satisfied. I called the day after delivery because the product was not nearly as nice as the display model as far as the massage feature. The mattress also slides from the base when the head is elevated and the allergy cover for the mattress that was sold to us for and extra $270 makes the sheets slide. I spoke with with costumer relations and am being told no returns. My receipt does not say no returns at all and that is all I received. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor and I am being told I will be called back. This was very expensive purchase that I am not happy with. Do not buy a power base!
Walked in to order a sofa sectional I saw online. Two men were sitting there; one looked up and just looked back down. The second spoke to me for all of a minute and a half. He stood up, but when I told him what I was looking for, he said they removed it from the floor months ago to make room for something new, but if Id like to order it (sight unseen) he could get it off the website. I asked if there was anything like it I could see, not wanting to order furniture w/o seeing it, he simply said, No. I then asked what the turnaround time is for an order, and the answer was 2-3 weeks. As soon as I said I needed it sooner, he sat back down, chuckled and said, Not from Ashley, not this week. Why bother being a sales person if you cant be bothered selling something? I was a guaranteed sale. All I needed was a little assistance. Ill just go elsewhere. That was my first and last experience with Ashley.
Attacked at the door by salespeople. Back off yall. I bought a mattress that cost 5k. Black diamond beauty or some nonsense name. It is the best mattress Ive ever owned though. We bought two identical looking bedroom sets years apart and the quality seemed to go down with the second. One was queen and the other king so maybe that was why. Either way do your homework as many places offer the same thing.
Dear CEO OF ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE. I will not advise anyone to shop here at all, the girls behind the desk are truly ignorant to minorities. I have been waiting for my area rug that i had been placed an order for since Thanksgiving and now its a new year of 2020. I STILL have not received my rug nor any updateds on whats going on. I am highly disappointed with this company.
Come to see Paul. Being in the sales business my biggest concern is the feeling of being hustled. Of course in any sales job there is an expectation that the person selling will do a lot to make the sale, but there is a fine line between the feeling of being ripped off and walking out feeling as though you were genuinely helped by the sales associate. Paul is a great example of the latter. Keep it up bud, your doing good things.
Very dissatisfied and dissappointed with ashley furniture. Purchased clearance furniture meaning the items we wanted were in the store. The salesman sold us on the delivery bc it was supposed to come that week (within 5 days). We did not receive our furniture for 20 days, and was told we could not come pick them up for atleast 18 days. For me being a first time home buyer, need less to say i had little to no furniture. The headache it could have caused for someone with kids or pets is unreal. I was able to get by with clothes in hampers and a 55 TV on the floor because it is only me and one other person.DO NOT GET DELIVERY!After this experience, our new neighbor informed me that they just had this same issue but they were able to voice their problems and recieved a $500 refund and got their items within a few days.We did not receive any refunds, we did not get an email or hear any contact back to atleast let us know that they have the worst delivery system. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! there are alot of other furniture stores and I will never go back to ashley home store.
VERY disappointed. Ashely normally has great reviews. I visited Ashely to purchase a bed, a sectional and a 3pc wall unit/tv stand/ entertainment center that I found online. When I arrived, NONE of the items I found online was in the store so I couldnt even SEE in person what I saw online. The salesperson DID offer a price match which was nice. Heres where things went horribly wrong...I saw ANOTHER bed I liked so I decided NOT to get my original one. The salesperson told me my order wouldnt be delivered for another 2-4 WEEKS!!!!! Ive NEVER heard of such. Ive explained that I was having a huge gathering at my home on June 14th and would need my furniture. The salesperson ACTED as if he made some miracle call and told me my things would be delivered by May 22nd.TWO days before my delivery date I had not heard from anyone about my delivery so I decided to call. I was told by someone in customer service that only my BED would be delivered on May 22nd. The sectional and entertainment center on JUNE 20th. I was told that SEVERAL attempts was made to contact me. NOT TRUE. There was nothing in my email. Then she recited a contact telephone number that wasnt my number. It was from NORTH CAROLINA. I live in NY (even though the spokesperson CONFIRMED my correct number. AND email when drawing up the contract) so I KNOW they had the correct information PLUS its the SAME email they sent my invoice to.So here I am a disabled Army Combat vet, laying and sitting on the floor in my home. Expecting family and friends flying in from different states and I have NO furniture for them to sit on. So am I supposed to pay the $299 delivery fee for a headboard, foot board and 2 rails? Am I supposed to pay the 12% penalty for cancelling my purchase of the sectional and entertainment center because I was given incorrect information JUST so someone can make a sale? Am I supposed to make a payment on an account that didnt deliver the goods?The customer service rep told me it was standard for furniture to take 2-4 weeks for delivery😳😳😳. But in MY case it will be almost TWO months. I made the purchase on May 7th. But my furniture wont be delivered until June 20th (do the math). UNACCEPTABLE. If I didnt like the bed so much I wouldve cancelled THAT too. I should NOT have to pay $300 for delivery of a bed!!! I should NOT have to pay a $12% cancellation fee. As a matter of fact, I SHOULD be compensated for my inconvenience and for deliberately being told false information just somene could make a sale. I will NEVER shop Ashely again and I WILL be taking this up with corporate.I just saw on your site the 10% off for Memorial Day. Could I take advantage of this offer considering all Ive dealt through with Ashely? Not to mention Im a disabled Post 911 combat veteran?
Awful scheduling and delivery services. They texted the day before delivery to confirm delivery date and something had come up and we had to reschedule so we called the store and requested that. We were given a new date. The furniture still showed up on the original date and we were not in town to receive it so they left with it. To where? Who the hell knows! Today was supposed to be the new delivery date and it hadnt shown up yet so I called the store and they have no record of it being rescheduled for today! So now Im sitting on the floor in my living room because we got rid of all our other furniture yesterday to make room for new stuff. I was told next delivery isnt until September. Such awful service. Never ever again will we do business with this company.
We went looking for a new mattress and a table. The associate, Scotty, was immediately available, pleasant, and helpful. We wandered for a bit before he guided us with the bed. Again, Scotty was great - very knowledgeable and accommodating, as well as straight-forward.When finished with the bed, we toured the store for tables. There was zero pressure from Scotty to oversell any item - when we said no, he quickly moved on to our interests and likes. Throughout the entire time we were there (close to three hours), the atmosphere was relaxed, casual, and easy. Scottys personality is energetic and welcoming, which made the entire visit comfortable.Even after we were just discussing our options, one of the managers/supervisors Micah came over to talk with us - again casual and open - and gave us some options and offers. Zero pressure, but informative. We thanked them both and left to discuss our plan.When we returned the next day to re-acquaint ourselves with what we had been looking at (and after consulting all of our research), Scotty immediately presented further savings. He remembered us and every aspect of what we had been looking at.We made our purchases based on the offers they gave us, but mostly because Scottys sincerity matched with our research. I truly would recommend that if you are looking or just browsing here, ask for Scotty, for he will make the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be.
Though weve been Ashley customers for years, our experience at Ashley Home Store Camillus has by far been the best to date. Sean treated us like royalty and had the patience of a saint. The store itself is brand new and very inviting. There have also been major updates in the Ashley product line, which was a pleasant surprise. We were very impressed overall!
I am so happy with my customer service.. Justin Nunez was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and actually helped my find something much nicer within the price range.. I bought a bedroom set for my daughter and wasn’t quite pleased with the lighter color.. Justin was able to help me find the exact color I was looking for.. he took his time to go over each piece.. I didn’t realize that the set he helped me pick out actually had an insert for an electric fireplace... that obviously will be my next purchase... thanks again to Justin and his outstanding service..
My husband and I previously went to 3 other stores that pushed, we left those stores feeling confident we made the right choice. The we decided to try Ashleys. We were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman named Tom. My husband started the conversation with, we are just here to look, we are not buying anything. (Way to start a conversation honey.) Tom was wonderful! He listened to us, he fitted us with a mattress that was appropriate for us. He shocked us with the affordability! Tom took so much time with us and made us feel so comfortable that we even looked at other furniture. We ended up making the purchase!!! (Yay, im ready to get rid of the waterbed I sleep on!) They even stayed almost an hour past close to finalize everything! I cant thank Tom and the others for their dedication and knowledge of what they do! Thank you for making this purchase so easy for us! Keep up the great work!!! We will be back, without a doubt!

Our Home Furnishings Consultant Scotty was great! He was knowledgable about all the beds available. We ended up going with a Tempur-pedic mattress and pillows because of the level of comfort but also because it was a great price especially with 72 months no interest financing! Would highly recommend this store and Scotty to anyone in the market for a new bed!

Came in to browse furniture sets and made it clear we were there to look around when we first arrived. We were followed to the back of the store by an employee who started questioning is as to what we were looking for. We told him again that we were only there to browse. He apparently didnt like my answer because it was returned with a glare, him responding in a condescending manner and walking away. Ive never felt more uncomfortable in a store in my life. Are we not allowed to browse anymore?
From the moment we came in, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. No pressure and very courteous employees. We were greeted by a man named Connor Frank who asked us several questions that fit to our current situation. He pointed us in the right direction and without any pressure at all, we decided on a living room set as well as a pub table. Thanks for everything and I would recommend Connor in a heart beat.
To all of you out there who is looking to buy a Bed set furniture . PLEASE Keep in mind that You might not be seeing it for 3 1/2 month like in my case.I bought a Bed set, couch and sofa. The Sofa & Couch wore delivered as promised. Took about 3-4 weeks. The bed set is still not delivered! I bought it in November 2016, for the 3rd time they promise me to deliver it now by end of the Feb 2017. Only God knows if I even will see it then.PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS THE LUCKY 1 !This review gos to the Manufacture and NOT THE STORE !!! The sales person Evan was great and very helpful !VERY DISAPPOINTED and I am pretty sure you would be as well!
When I first went into but tables and chairs from Ashley, we were helped around the store and picked out a set we liked. we decided to purchase the set. they typed up all of it and swiped my credit card and then I asked where do pick it up they then and only then told me anything about having to wait 2-4 WEEKS. I was about to cancel and they told me that they actually had the table and just 2/6 chairs. so I agreed I would be ok with that. they call me the next day to tell me that what they had was actually damaged. so back to waiting.... I finally pick up the set at the camuillis location where I was greeted by some of the most unprofessional warehouse guys in a very unofficial feeling back room. I get the set home finally put it allll together, and fond that one of the bolts is damaged on one of the chairs. This was just icing on the cake. after all the situations I just had to have this happen. I called on Saturday the day I was.putting it together to be told they cant do anything for me until Monday. so heres Monday and they call me and tell me I have to wait for ups to bring me it. what a complete fiasco this has all become. Very very displeased customer!!!
What ever you DO NOT VISIT THEIR WEBSITE!!! I was considering buying a couple chairs last week from them and visited their website first. Ever since then Ive been getting annoying notifications in my web browser that for the life of me I can not shut off (and Im a software engineer). If you do go to your website be prepared to also be disappointed that the prices in the store are much higher than those on the website. The website lists the Santa Fe recliner at $459 but inside the store they want $599 for it.... Dunk and Bright sells he same one for what they advertise, and they have a similar chair from a better manufacturer to boot... I bought the better chair from Dunk and Bright for more money and Im getting reminded every day when I open my web browser why I will never set foot in Ashley again...
Purchased an expensive mattress and set delivery date at store weeks ahead of moving into my new home. Was called later and told the mattress “didn’t make it on the truck” and rescheduled for a few weeks later. Waited all day on new delivery date and mattress never came. Called customer service where I was told the mattress was damaged and I’d have to reschedule for another 2+ weeks out. Was also told someone called the day before to let me know that... no one called me to inform. Ended up canceling the order due to the nonsense.
BUYER BE WARE.....We had purchased a bedroom suit, coffee and end table and an accent chair. The delivery was great, great service however one end table was damaged. A few weeks later they sent the replacement which was also damaged. We did not want a third table so we got a credit. The accent chair as about $400, when I went to move it, it was very weak. You can grab one corner and the opposite and feels like it will fall apart. The coffee table finish is terrible. You can NOT slide anything on it or it will leave scratches. No matter what you put know it, it scratches. A $500 table and it looks like its a year old. We talked to the manager and he set up a service call for us and assured us it would not go under our protection plan. Well its been 3 months and we are still waiting for them to look at the chair. Theyou said there was nothing the can do about the table. Thats just the way it is. We were trying not to use the protection plan so we can get the credit in after the 5 years towards other furniture. However at this point I will NEVER buy a thing from them so we will be using the heck out of this plan. Another thing is we wanted to upgrade and buy a new mattress set for our new bed. My wife and I both have back issues and decided we wanted the movable mattress. We were going to buy this from Ashley but the sales lady said that our bed frame will not hold those type of mattresses. This is something that the sales people should be telling the customers when they inquire about their furniture. Our sales guy Joe Pirro was good, however because of this mattress issue I feel he was not properly trained to ask these questions. So now a $1,200 three month old bedroom set, I will have to reinforce the bed frame myself in order to accept a movable mattress set. So by the time we get someone out to look at the chair, it will be way past any time frame to do anything about it. Now we purchased a loveseat from R&F and had an issue with one of the springs, I called on a Monday and they were out that same week on a Friday to fix the issue..... The old saying Buyer be ware with Ashley Furniture. I cant say you get what you pay for because we paid a lot of money for this furniture and certainly did NOT get the quality we paid for... If shopping at Ashley, ask as many questions as you can and test the furniture. Move them around, put something on them and slide it off to see the scratches...... People work hard for their money and is very upsetting to get poor quality stuff....
I visited the store yesterday and was very pleased with my Home Furnishings Consultant Tim . He was very knowledgeable and helpful .Tim took the time to be sure I got the best value and was happy with my choice . I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone .Thank you Tim
I went into the Ashley Homestore (on West Genesee St) today with the hopes of getting the King sized Wesling Poster bed. To my disappointment, the Wesling Poster Bed in the king size had been discontinued. It was only available in the queen size. However, the floor model was a king bed. Kathy (the furniture consultant) and JJS (the manager) worked frantically to see if I would be able to purchase the floor model. I am pleased to say that I could. Because of their professionalism and efforts, I will soon have my new bed in my home! In fact all of the staff was polite and courteous! Thank you all! Kathy, you were amazing, you got the ball rolling and made this happen and had you not told me that you had only been working there a few weeks, I would have never known. You were very personable and sometimes thats all it takes! JJS, youre the man! I will definitely do business with you guys again!
I worked for this company and they made it seem like on the surface that I was included in the sales team while surreptitiously making notes of any tedious thing I did wrong. They didn’t treat me as a valued employee even though they stated they don’t just get rid of people, completely hypocritical people, most of them wearing facades. Don’t buy from them the quality is cheap garbage made out of particle board and over priced , go elsewhere not a valued company for many reasons.
Terrible experience, I dont recommend shopping here.-Delivery is over a month late and still waiting.-They provide no updates alerting you to dates changing-If you call to find out updates you have to wait on hold for up to and over 45 minutes.-Corporate customer service non-responsive.Do yourself a favor and go to China Towne in Solvay.
Bed and stools arrived. Both were defective. I called and they were scheduled a repair person to come. Waited all day long and they never showed up. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Unbelievable - will never buy from them again.
!!!I placed an order in August.Now its December, and no one has contacted us, and theres no notice of any shipment.I suspect that I have been cheated! ! !I cant get through the customer service phone.If I knew this, I would not have chosen your ,which makes me very disappointed, and now I still have no reply.

2022-01-11Weve bought a number of things from here. The quality has been great. We got the extra coverage on a chair we bought and our dog messed it up. The store was super helpful through the claim process. The tech came to the house and repaired it. No charge.The store is well organized, well lit, and clean. Prices are clearly visible on everything. Prices are reasonable.The staff has been awesome every time weve been in.

2022-06-21We purchased from Ashley in Camillus in the past. We were talked into purchasing a warranty that was supposed to cover the furniture in its entirety. The warranty was expensive and covered nothing of importance. Such as foam cushions, springs and frame. We were also told that if the frame were to break the piece would be replaced at no additional charge and if we didnt use the warranty we would receive a discount on our next purchase.Fast forward to June 19 2021 we decided to take our previous experience to Ashley in Camillus and give them one more try. We purchased a reclining chair for $1899.99 less $100 warranty reimbursement from our previous furniture because the warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. I told the salesman we did not want the warranty on the new recliner even though we have a dog and heres where it all began. We now have an electric reclining chair with a warranty for $199.99 that covers MINOR cosmetic damage and none of the stuffing, springs or internal components of this chair. We have had this chair for almost one year at a total cost of $2321.97 with tax and delivery. Again the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. It covers MINOR tears and MINOR spills. We called Ashley and they want us to pay them to send a person out at another $55.00.This is the second time we have been burned at this location. Still have 4 years to pay for a recliner that A) was delivered in the wrong color and because of its size we let the color being wrong go. It was supposed to be grey. We received brown. We didnt even call the store we chose to give them the break. B) the stuffing is so collapsed the chair is painful to sit in. C) Yet again another warranty that favors the warranty company not the consumer.BUYER BEWARE

2022-01-09Ive purchased in store & online from Ashley previously. All transactions and products have been exceptional. Tonight my wife & I visited the Camilus store interested in a bedroom set. Our sales person Chris was fantastic. At the very end of ordering, he stated they no longer accept Ashley Home Store (Synchrony) credit card for in store purchases. Ive had the card for 5 years- no notification it was not accepted in store. We had no interest in opening a new account (hard credit application) for Ashley while we already have valid credit at Ashley....just not accepted there? Odd.We then opted for an emailed quote for the bedroom set we picked out to think about our options. Chris emailed the in store quote for $2,032.49 (total w tax & delivery). After we got home, we typed the item#s from the quote at Ashley online and added the exact furniture into our cart to purchase with our Ashley credit card as an online transaction. The exact order online was easily purchased for$1,508 76 (total w tax & delivery).Exact order, $524 cheaper with our credit online.Buyer beware, CHECK YOUR SALES QUOTES ONLINE & SAVE HUNDREDS $$$.

2022-05-17Our past experiences were amazing but our newest piece of furniture has not lived up to expectations and we have had difficulty getting in contact with the right department after several calls. I ultimately was able to reach someone who said that despite having ordered an identical product to my last product and finding the new product is defective in its construction, they do not offer refunds or warranty returns. I dont personally recommend the quality of this furniture any longer.

2022-06-21I will never walk into another Ashley store again and I will tell all of my friends and family how myself and my family have been treated. I have never had a company lie and disrespect me the way Ashley has with our order. Every part of our experience has been horrible and we still a year later have not received parts of our order that we are paying on. From the sales team to the store manager and even costumer service did nothing to help us but instead just lie. I went in the store 6 months ago and was told that they were on it and fixing the situation and today told that the piece was still not in and if we wanted to talk with someone that we would be called tomorrow at some point Because the costumer service line was short staffed….. we asked to talk with someone today and told sorry maybe some point tomorrow. I want to give 0 stars….. I will NEVER come back…… and again I will tell everyone how we were treated …. I hope you read this and think before you buy….. it was so bad I can’t believe it Happened to us. We as a family are so let down. I’m not writing this to disrespect Ashley I just hope that if you do spend with them that you get a time line before you sign….. last August we walked in that store excited to put new furniture in our home and now almost a year later we are as a family very disappointed in our decision to trust Ashley..

Once they were great.Now well 8000.00 6months and still waiting on my furniture.What furniture that was delivered 3 pieces had to go back because it looked like they were just thrown off the loading dock.OMGSorry this isnt the same Ashley I bought my furniture from.But guess what I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS ONE EITHER Because its also an Ashley Store......

2019-05-16We just visited here today and purchased a brand new bed set! We are very excited and very satisfied with the selection we made. Our Home Furnishings Consultant, Haley Wright, was very helpful, courteous, patient, understanding, flexible, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She had us try several mattresses, pick our own options, find a bed frame that we liked from anywhere on sales floor, and worked diligently to get us great pricing on everything, even the delivery costs! This is our second purchase from here, and our couch is still amazing and perfect since the day we got that. Im sure the new bed will have the same effect. Ashley has great selection, prices, payment options, and staff to help anyone get what they need. We are more than satisfied with our service and the level of care that Haley put into helping us get the perfect bed. I would highly recommend Ashley for anyone that needs anything for their home, from beds to couches, from desks to TV stands. We will be going back again soon for more great furniture! 2022-03-15I needed a side table but wasnt sure if this place would have anything in my price range. I stopped by on lunch break and Breana quickly came over and helped me find what I was looking for. Ended up leaving with the perfect table, a little more money than I wanted to spend but much higher quality than anything else Ive looked at. Im happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again.

2022-01-27I bought a $200 pillow out of spite because I was being followed to and from the bathroom and throughout the entire store until I got the pillow. I am a person of color and sales rep Lisa stayed within 15 feet of me the 20 minutes I was in the store.
